    The physiological process of pregnancy occurs in women as a result of the fertilization of male and female sex cells. Pregnancy discomfort can occur at any time during the first, second, or third trimester of pregnancy. Back pain is a common discomfort that occurs in the first trimester of pregnancy. The increasing burden of the uterus, lifting heavy loads, bending over for long periods, and walking restlessly are the causes of these changes. In terms of non-pharmacological back pain relief, ginger compresses are one effective method. This study used a two-group pre-test-post-test research design using a quasi-experimental methodology. This study was conducted at the Winda Astuti Am.Keb Marelan V Pasar II Barat Midwife Clinic, Medan Marelan District in 2024. The number of research samples was 40 people. The Wilcoxon test was used in this study. At the Winda Astuti Am. Midwife Clinic. Yogyakarta: Jurusan Pendidikan Bahasa Arab Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Sunan Kalijaga, 2019. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan yang sangat cepat. Pembelajaran bahasa Arab MTs N 10 Sleman belum menggunakan teknologi secara maksimal. Selain itu, motivasi belajar siswa yang rendah dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Youtube sebagai media sosial yang dekat dengan siswa sehingga dapat menjadikan pengalaman belajar online. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui proses pembelajaran dan ada tidaknya perbedaan yang signifikan antara peningkatan motivasi belajar bahasa Arab siswa kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan Youtube dengan siswa kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan Youtube. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Adapun desain penelitian adalah pretest-posttest control group design dengan menggunakan kelompok eksperimen yang mendapat perlakuan (treatment) dengan Youtube dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus independent samples test. Hasil analisis IBM SPSS statistics 23 setelah perlakuan (treatment) menunjukkan bahwa nilai posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki thitung 0,05 sehingga data tidak signifikan dengan memiliki varian yang tidak jauh berbeda. Peningkatan motivasi kelas eksperimen sejumlah 1,03 sedangkan kelas kontrol sejumlah -0,12. Nilai gain kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol memiliki thitung 0,05. Dikarenakan thitung 0,05, maka kesimpulannya adalah hipotesis nihil (H0) yang mengatakan tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara peningkatan motivasi belajar bahasa Arab kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan xxiv Youtube dengan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan Youtube terbukti diterima dan hipotesis alternatif (Ha) ditolak. Lemahnya motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu mayoritas siswa tidak menyukai bahasa Arab, koneksi internet yang terhambat, dan siswa membuka situs selain Youtube.     Diaper rash is a common skin condition that affects people who wear diapers and is most common in young children and babies. This diaper-related rash often appears on the skin in the genital area and buttocks. It's not dangerous, but babies become restless, nauseous, sleepy and uncomfortable due to itching, tingling, sore throat and occasionally pain. Objective: to determine whether giving olive oil can reduce the severity of diaper rash in babies. Research Method: With a sample of 20 babies and a purposive sampling procedure, this research used a quasi-experimental design with a one group pre-test-post-test methodology. Research Results: This research shows that before being given Olive Oil, the diaper rash was mild in 11 babies (55.0%), the diaper rash was moderate in 9 babies (45.0%), and after being given Olive Oil (Oilve). Oil) with a decrease in the degree of diaper rash in 12 babies (60.0%) who did not experience a rash, 8 babies (40.0%) had a mild rash. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value = 0.000 (<0.05) Conclusion: There is an effect of giving olive oil on reducing the degree of diaper rash in babies at the Winda Astuti Midwife Clinic, Medan Marelan District in 2024. &nbsp

    Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Hak Asasi Manusia merupakan hak yang mendasar pada setiap manusia karena hal tersebut merupakan salah satu ciri dari negara hukum. Penyelenggaraan pembinaan bagi narapidana harus menjunjung tinggi hak asasi manusia. Jika melihat dari kondisi di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan yang ada di indonesia, telah melebihi kapasitas karenanya terdakwa yang telah menjalani perawatan di rutan yang berubah status menjadi terpidana sudah seharusnya pindah dari rutan untuk menjalani pembinaan di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan. Namun banyak yang tetap tinggal di dalam rutan sampai masa pidananya selesai. Pada saat menjali masa pidananya terdapat berbagai kendala, seperti masalah tentang kesehatan dan makanan di rutan Klas II.B Lubuk Sikaping. Sebagaimana sesuai dengan Pasal 14 Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 1995 Tentang Pemasyarakatan. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penulisan ini yaitu : (a) Bagaimana pelaksanaan hak pelayanan kesehatan dan makanan yang layak bagi narapidana di rutan Klas II.B Lubuk Sikaping,(b) Apa kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan hak pelayanan kesehatan dan makanan yang layak bagi narapidana di rutan Klas II.B Lubuk Sikaping.Dalam penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum yaitu yuridis Empiris. Penulisan ini bersifat deskriptif analisis. Adapun hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan dan makanan yang layak di Rutan merupakan hak setiap narapidana. Pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan dilaksanakan di rutan klas II.B Lubuk Sikaping dilaksanakan dalam dua bentuk, yaitu: pelayanan kesehatan bersifat segera (urgent) dan bersifat rutin. Dalam pelaksanaan hak mendapatkan makanan yang layak ditentukan berdasarkan standar menu yang sudah ditetapkan. Namun terdapat kendala dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan kesehatan dan makanan yang layak yaitu kekurangan sumber daya manusia, anggaran perawatan kesehatan, tidak masuknya narapidana kedalam Penerima bantuan Iuran menurut Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Penyelenggaraan Jaminan Kesehatan

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods
