Management of organic waste into liquid fertilizer and compost welcoming the blue economy of Rancabungur
Global waste management is estimated that every year, only 20% can be recycled or recovered. The rest is a problem because of the generation of waste that pollutes various ecosystems and has an impact on decreasing the value of environmental services. The blue economy concept of Rancabungur Village is a new discourse of development in Rancabungur that accelerates economic growth, community welfare, and environmental health. One of the efforts to increase economic growth is to increase public awareness of managing waste which can later produce economic value, creativity, and the environment. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding to the target audience about the importance of waste management, to socialize the importance of sorting waste, and to provide training on processing organic waste into organic liquid fertilizer and compost so that it can increase family income. This activity is carried out live and online. After getting material on waste management and management. The results show that participants who want to manage waste want their surrounding environment to be healthy and beautiful as much as 88.2%, followed by managing waste can make money as much as 48.5%, waste management 29.1%, trust management rate 20.6% and need a more detailed explanation 19.1%. Pengaruh Kualitas Layanan, Relational Bonding, Dan Brand Image Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah
In today's banking industry experienced sharp competition, which requires BRI banks to improve their performance, among others, by improving the services quality is one key to business success. Besides the BRI banks must maintain a brand image that is good in the eyes of their customers, and continue to establish harmonious long-term relationships with its customers so that customers remain loyal to the BRI Bank Branch of Jombang. This study aims to test and analyze relationships partially or simultaneously service quality, relational bonding and brand image of customer loyalty BRI Bank Branch of Jombang. While the population in this study all customers of BRI Bank Branch of Jombang and the sample of this study was 90 with sampling techniques that were accidental sampling that is customers who easily found and willing to fill out the questionnaire that the author proposed. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS Version 20.0. The results of partial hypothesis test is 1) service quality not significant effect on customer loyalty with sig. = 0.817 > 0.05 so the hypothesis is rejected; 2) relational bonding significant effect on customer loyalty with sig. = 0.003 < 0.05, so the hypothesis is accepted; 3) brand image significant effect on customer loyalty with sig. = 0.001 < 0.05 so the hypothesis is accepted. The results of simultaneously is service quality, relational bonding and brand image have a significant effect on customer loyalty with Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05 so the hypothesis is accepted

In compiling this thesis the author use the empirical juridical method with the• research specification of analytical description. The sampling research method use the non random sampling, using the purposive sampling method. The data collection method used was by field study and library study. The analysis used in compiling this thesis is using the qualitative data analysis.

• UAK. Then it issue Media Pencairan Kredit (MPK) alone with AK, which informed to the Branch Obedient Staff, and then submitted back to. AO, forwarded to UAK to be
stored. If any case of insufficient fund of the branch, the recapitulation of hind necessity was compiled and submitted to the Fund Devision. This Fund Devision reply the confirmation about the fund supplying, MPK then forwarded to the Pelayanan Nasabah (Pelnas) (Costumer Sen ice), costumer data inmit done in opening the account and the extract the credit facility to the costumer; and then the extraction document submitted to AO that send the document copy to the debtor and then UAK receive the MPK copy to be stored.

ANALISIS FAKTOR - FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI SIKAP MANAJEMEN TERHADAP STRATEGI PERUSAHAAN PT. DHARMA NIAGA (Ltd.)
Organization Management has define the strategy as the big scale plan which oriented to long-period achieving and define in such a manner so that the organization could make an effective interaction with their environment in such a competitive conditions that entirely direct to the optimization of goal achieving and various target of the organization. The research on the company which included in Fortune 500 group have results a finding that less a half of them has appreciate as success in implementing the transition planning which mentioned in the company transition planning that have been formulated by the company (Director). The main cause is the response from their employee as the objection, antipathy, and even the refusal (employee resistance). Yet the senior executive figure from the company that failed in the program have not realized that employee resistance has become the main barrier so that the program have not operate smoothly. The employee resistance were detailed explain in management motivation factor and organization commitment. In this research which objective to analyze the factors that influence the management attitude to the company strategy, the author has strive to extend the test by examine the added factor which is the organization culture.
The object for this research was PT. Dharma Niaga, where the respondents were taken from second line and third line management, which becomes the executor of the company strategy. From the total employee of 763, there were taken 85 of them to become the respondents.
The result from this research define that the factors of management motivation, organization commitment and company culture has the significant influence to the management attitude in responding the strategy applied by the company. In spite of that, the regression result show that pi, p2, f33 is positive (one direction influence) which means when management motivation, organization commitment, and organization culture are higher, so that the management attitude will be higher too or there is can say that the support to the strategy which have been applied by the company will be higher. From the three variables develop in this research, the organization culture (X3) has become the bigger influence to the management attitude.
The attitude is the most important thing, considering that it will influence the works behavior. The top management has to understand how to create this attitude, how is the relation with the works behavior and how is this attitude could be changed. If three factors above are well-understand by the company top management, so it would be easier for them to direct the management line below to support every rules and the policy which will be used as guidance to achieve the goal and target reached by the company.
Strategi bagi suatu manajemen organisasi merupakan suatu rencana berskala besar yang berorientasi jangkauan masa depan yang jauh serta ditetapkan sedemikian rupa sehingga memungkinkan organisasi berinteraksi secara efektif dengan lingkungannya dalam kondisi persaingan yang kesemuanya diarahkan pada optimalisasi pencapaian tujuan dan berbagai sasaran organisasi yang bersangkutan. Dari hasil penelitian terhadap perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kelompok Fortune 500, diperoleh temuan bahwa kurang dari separuh perusahaan dinilai berhasil dalam mengimplementasikan rencana perubahan dan tertuang dalam perubahan strategi perusahaan yang telah dirumuskan oleh (pimpinan) perusahaan. Penyebab utamanya adalah adanya respon dari pegawainya berupa keberatan, keengganan atau bahkan penolakan (employee resistence) namun tokoh eksekutif senior dari perusahaan¬perusahaan yang gagal dalam program itu tidak menyadari bahwa employee resistance itulah yang merupakan kendala utama sehingga program tidak berjalan. Employee resistance tersebut dijelaskan secara detail dalam faktor motivasi manajemen dan komitmen organisasi.
Dalam penelitian guna menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sikap manajemen terhadap strategi perusahaan ini, penulis berusaha memperluas pengujian dengan menguji satu .faktor tambahan yaitu budaya organisasi.
Obyek penelitian ini adalah PT. Dharma Niaga, dimana responden yang diambil adalah pihak manajemen pada tingkat II dan HI yang merupakan pelaksana strategi perusahaan. Dan jumlah karyawan sebanyak 763 orang, diambil sejumlah 85 orang untuk dijadikan sebagE i responden.
Hasid dan penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa faktor motivasi manajemen, komitmen organisasi dan budaya perusahaan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap manajemen dalam merespon strategi yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Selain itu hash regresi menunjukkan bahwa f3 1, 132, dan 133 adalah positif (pengaruh searah), hal ini berarti apabila motivasi manajemen, komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi semakin tinggi maka sikap manajemen akan semakin tinggi pula atau dapat diartikan bahwa dukungan terhadap strategi yang telah ditetapkan perusahaan akan semakin tinggi. Dari ketiga variabel yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini, variabel budaya perusahaan (X3) mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap sikap manajemen.
Sikap merupakan hal yang penting mengingat sikap akan mempengaruhi perilaku kerja. Manajemen puncak hams mengerti bagaimana sikap ini dibentuk, bagaimana hubungan sikap ini dengan perilaku kerja dan bagaimana sikap ini dapat dirubah. Jika ketiga faktor diatas dimengerti oleh manajemen puncak pemsahaan maka akan semakin mudah pihak manajemen puncak mengarahkan jajaran manajemen dibawahnya untuk mendukung setiap aturan dan kebijakan yang akan digunakan sebagai pedoman untuk mencapai tujuan serta sasaran, yang akan dicapai oleh perusahaan
PERJUANGAN KESETARAAN GENDER TOKOH WANITA PADA NOVEL-NOVEL KARYA ABIDAH EL KHALIEQY
Dalam penelitian ini dibahas permasalahan tentang profil tokoh utama, ketimpangan gender, perjuangan kesetaraan gender dan perjuangan yang paling dominan, ideologi, dan konteks sosial novel-novel karya Abidah El Khalieqy. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah sosiologi sastra dengan teori strukturalisme genetik. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah tujuh novel karya Abidah El Khalieqy, yaitu PBS, AS, GJ, MRI, N, MI, dan MRA. Abidah El Khalieqy (penulis novel), dan Tri Marhaeni Pudji Astuti (tokoh kesetaraan gender). Hasil penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. Tokoh utama novel-novel karya Abidah El Khalieqy adalah perempuan muda yang cantik, cerdas, tegas, agamis, mandiri, pemberani, dan pantang menyerah. Ketimpangan gender yang paling banyak dialami adalah violence. Perjuangan kesetaraan gender yang paling dominan adalah memperoleh pendidikan tinggi. Ideologi Islam Liberal menjadi dasar pemikiran Abidah El Khalieqy dalam memandang persoalan gender. Konteks sosial yang melatarbelakangi penulisan novel-novel karya Abidah El Khalieqy adalah masyarakat patriarkis yang memposisikan perempuan sebagai the second sex.Motif dasar yang menjadi drive cerita novel-novel karya Abidah El Khalieqy adalah pertentangan antara masyarakat patriarkis dengan kelompok feminis. In Indonesia, Islamic boarding schools has changed from a traditional boarding school into a modern boarding school. Modern boarding schools customize its label as “Islamic Modern Boarding School” to support a higher cost of educational fees. Based on previous studies, there are findings on competition and commercialization of Islamic educational institutions whereby many Islamic Boarding Schools facilitates dormitories from Santris (Islamic Students). The author argues that the development of middle class Muslims in cities have further supported the commercialization of Islamic education. Even with the strong current of economic commercialization, modern boarding school still maintains spiritual capital as an important aspect of education. FROM EXTRACTION TO MANUFACTURE: A SOCIO-ECONOMIC TRANSFORMATION OF A RATTAN DEPENDENT COMMUNITY IN SAMARINDA, EAST KALIMANTAN
For centuries, the rattan has been most intensively cultivated by local
inhabitants in Samarinda. This commodity seemingly brought relatively small
benefits since it was still traded to other regions or abroad in the form of raw
material. There is a better change in the rattan utilization in the recent years.
People do not only exploit raw rattan, but they initiate to process it become semifinished
or finished products. A great expectation addressed to this transformation
that not only it could improve the value-added of rattan, but also the level of
people�s prosperity in producing areas might be optimally increased.
With a spirit of developing rattan industry, the author tries to define the
reasons why people transform in the rattan utilization from extraction to
manufacture. The researcher also hopes to be able identify what factors
conditioning it. The author has employed both qualitative method and descriptive
analysis. The in-depth interview has been conducted to explore the respondent�s
opinion. The respondents are a few of rattan craftspersons in Samarinda as the
target sample.
The findings show that several reasons have led the people change their
attitude and behavior in the use of rattan. These reasons include the better income
generation, the limited supply of farm land, keeping family�s business, other
person�s invitation, the motivation of having an own business, and the sense of
responsibility to preserve and promote the traditional handicrafts. The
identifications indicate that various factors have triggered the transformation in
rattan utilization. These factors are the factors of production, the mass-media
publication, the development of infrastructure and facility, the technological
innovation of machinery, the influence of culture and custom, the policy and
program of government, and private sector and institution.
