A Study on the Sustainability of Monastic Education in Yangon Region (Tun Tun Win, 2024)
This study aims to assess the current status of monastic education in
Myanmar's education sector and to identify the strengths and weakness of monastic
education schools and challenges for sustainable development of monastic education.
This study applied a descriptive method based on the qualitative and quantitative
approach. A study was conducted in 15 monastic education schools in Yangon
Region. It is found that monastic schools have traditionally place reliance on public
donations. The challenges found in the study are insufficient of school building,
classroom and teaching materials; the difficulty of monthly salary support for
teachers; insufficient high-quality teachers; difficulty in obtaining parental
cooperation in children's education; weak technology skills and language difficulties
to communicate with students from ethnic area

THE IMPACT OF ICT ADOPTION ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE AT DEPARTMENT OF MARINE ADMINISTRATION (Tun Tun Win, 2019)
This study aims to examine the factors influencing ICT adoption and the impact of ICT adoption on organizational performance at Department of Marine Administration (DMA). The study is conducted to explore adoption of ICT in government to employee (G2E) interaction of a government organization. This study is conducted on the survey with all of 86 employees from two divisions of DMA which related to seafarer registration, certification, recruitment and placement service in Myanmar. This study found that perceived usefulness of ICT is the key influencing factor of individual level for ICT adoption and top management support and employee ICT knowledge and skills are also influencing factors for ICT adoption in organization level. Moreover, the study results indicated that the adoption of ICT has a significant impact on organizational performance at DMA. According to the results, the DMA should embrace more ICT tools and services to improve performance, quality of work, enabled reliable data and information timely

A Study on Effect of Electrification in Rural Area (Case Study : Villages in Yaedashe Township, Bago Region) (Tun Tun Win, 2022)
The objective of study is to analyze the social and economic effects of
electrification in the rural community of Yaedashe Township, Taung go District,
Bago (East) Region. The study was undertaken the rural area of Yaedashe Township.
The primary data are collected from the four villages through structure questionnaire.
The studies on effects of electrification are analyzed by Likert Scale. The secondary
data are collected from the township electricity supply office, Ministry of Electric
Power and other relevant departments. The descriptive method is used in this study.
The study finds that socio economic development in education, health, public service,
social activities, living standard, rural development and agricultural productivity
because of it got electricity in their village. Rural electrification is clear on the social
benefits of the rural people and the significant of electrification on economic, business
and market benefit is still low. The study recommended that government support in
technical skill training in rural area which is needed to provide the economic
development, market and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT)
awareness benefits of the rural community and then medical center and education in
the rural area is needed to fulfill the modern medical storage equipment, teaching
assistants, computers and electronics device to achieve healthcare and education
development in the rural area
CHALLENGES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE MOTOR INSURANCE IN MYANMAR ( Win Aung Tun, 2019)
By helping people face up to and manage risk effectively, insurance is an invaluable part of modern society and the motoring experience. In the current situation, adequate compensation encourages victims to claim and persuade them to accept an illegal compensation payment, creating financial burdens for vehicle owners, and at the same time causing difficulties in control and reduction of traffic accident efforts. Comprehensive Motor Insurance is a difficult class of business to manage. Myanmar Comprehensive Motor insurance industry, that is relatively underdeveloped in comparison to that of other ASEAN countries, is highly suffering from the higher motor claims as a result of increment in cost of materials and payment for the victims. But, with the appropriate strategies and operations in place, the rewards are there. Therefore, it is necessary to review the challenges for the development of comprehensive motor insurance. The objective of the study is to get appropriate coverage for the public by analyzing the situation of comprehensive motor insurance in Myanmar especially on premium and compensation and to find out the ways for the development of the comprehensive motor insurance. The quantitative method is used for the study. Primary data collected through questionnaire. Secondary data are also collected from some publications of the Myanma Insurance and MIA and appropriate and relevant internet websites. This study is presented with the aim of achieving actual progressive insurance industry by discovering the challenges for the development of Comprehensive Motor Insurance and the industry should promote and make known to all to benefit itself and the public
Influencing factors on Digital Lending Decision of Loan Users At KBZ Bank (Win Tun Tin,2023)
The aim of this study is to examine the effect of influencing factors on customer lending decisions at KBZPay and to analyze the moderating effect of demographic factors on the relationship between influencing factors and customer lending decisions at KBZPay. The influencing factors included awareness, installment, interest rate, ease of use, and customer service. In this study, quantitative design is also used. The study selected 240 customers of KBZPay Yangon by simple random sampling with the Cochran formula and data has been collected through a structured questionnaire as the main tool for the study. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and regression analysis have been used in this study. As a result of findings, customers perceptions of influencing factors are highly agreed. The correlation analysis found that factors such as awareness, interest rates, and customer service have significant correlations with customer lending decisions at KBZPay Loan. In regression analysis, awareness, installment, interest rate, ease of use, and customer service have a positively significant effect on the customer's lending decision. In examining the moderating effect of demographic factors on the relationship between the influencing factors and customer lending decisions, there is a significant influence of gender, age, and other influencing factors on lending decisions but income is not significant in the models. The overall findings emphasize the need for KBZPay to enhance the user experience, update policies, and conduct targeted marketing campaigns based on gender and age to align with customer expectations
Analysis of Malaria Cases in Toungup Township of Rakhine State (Zaw Tun Win, 2023)
This study analyses malaria cases in Toungup Township, Southern Rakhine
State.A random sample of 240 malaria cases were chosen from 602 malaria positive
cases among 85,076 tested people who lived in Toungup Township from 2019 to
2021. Descriptive statistics, Fisher’s Exact Test, Phi Coefficient, and logistic
regression model are used for the analysis of malaria cases. Two kinds of positive
cases were combined as one variable due to the same treatment and clinical
characteristic i.e., Plasmodium falciparum and mixed infected cases were combined
as same category and coded as Pf and Plasmodium vivax infected cases were another
variable coded as not Pf in this study. According to the descriptive statistics, the
Plasmodium falciparum cases was 89.20% and not Plasmodium falciparum was
10.8%. The results of Fisher’s Exact Test showed that population type, test methods,
and origin of infection are associated to the malaria positive cases. And then, the
results of Phi Coefficient showed that age group, occupation and case classification
are also significant associated to the malaria positive cases. The results from logistic
regression analysis showed that age group, population type (migration), occupation,
and origin of infection (inside Township) are significantly related to the malaria
positive cases in Toungup Township
