    ABSTRAK Novita Frisca Chaerunisa (1805534), Pengaruh E-Trust terhadap E-Loyalty (Survei pada Pengguna BRI Mobile Banking pada Followers Akun Instagram @bankbri_id) di bawah bimbingan Prof. Dr. Hj. Ratih Hurriyati, M.P. dan Drs. Girang Razati, M.Si. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh E-trust terhadap E-loyalty. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif yaitu dengan penggambaran dan pemaparan variabel-variabel yang diteliti dan kemudian ditarik kesimpulan. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah e-loyalty (Y), dan e-trust (X) sebagai variabel independen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna BRI Mobile Banking pada followers Instagram @bankbri_id. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode simple random sampling (pengambilan sampel secara acak) dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling terhadap 385 pengguna akun. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana dengan alat bantu software komputer SPSS 26.0 for windows. Hasil temuan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gambaran e-trust terhadap e-loyalty berada pada kategori cukup baik. E-trust memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap e-loyalty. Berdasarkan hasil survei tersebut, penulis merekomendasikan beberapa hal mengenai dampak e-trust terhadap e-loyalty. Variabel e-loyalty dengan dimensi terendah: perceived privacy dan variabel e-loyalty, dimensi terendah: word of mouth. Oleh karena itu, penulis memiliki rekomendasi agar perusahaan BRI Mobile Banking dapat memperlakukan pelanggan dengan tepat, memberikan penyelesaian masalah yang adil, menghormati perlakuan pelanggan, dan tetap menjaga loyalitas pelanggan baik di dalam atau di luar jaringan dengan memberikan layanan yang bermanfaat dan memudahkan pelanggan dalam bertransaksi. Ratih Hurriyati, M.P. dan Drs. Girang Razati, M.Si. This study aims to determine the Effect of E-trust on E-loyalty. The type of research used is descriptive and verifiable, namely by describing and exposing the variables studied andSur then drawing conclusions. The dependent variables in this study are e-loyalty (Y), and e-trust (X) as independent variables. The population in this study are BRI Mobile Banking Users on followers of the Instagram account @bankbri_id. Sampling in this study used a simple random sampling method using a probability sampling technique against 385 account users. The analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 for windows computer software tools. The findings of this study show that the picture of e-trust in e-loyalty is in the category of quite good. E-trusts have a positive and significant influence on e-loyalty. Based on the results of the survey, the authors recommend several things about the impact of e-trust on e-loyalty. E-loyalty variable with the lowest dimension: is perceived privacy and the e-loyalty variable, with the lowest dimension: is word of mouth. Therefore, the author has recommendations so that the BRI Mobile Banking company can treat customers appropriately, provide fair problem-solving, respect customer treatment, and still maintain customer loyalty both inside and outside the network by providing useful services and making it easier for customers to transact.     The Analysis of the Role & Obligations of Notaries in Protecting Data Security Based on the Personal Data Protection Law

    Notaries as public officials who are authorized to make authentic deeds carry out their duties and authorities inseparable from the processing of Personal Data, both physical and electronic. Notaries process Personal Data not only for Personal Data subjects, namely Clients, but also for workers or interns, or third parties whose information is provided by the Client. Since the enactment of the PDP Law, Notaries as officials who make authentic deeds in processing Personal Data are not only obliged to maintain the confidentiality of Personal Data, but there are also several other obligations regulated in the PDP Law as an effort to prevent and eradicate potential cybercrime. In this study, the author will dissect the role and obligations of Notaries in the security of Personal Data based on the PDP Law. The study used a normative legal method with a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. Through this study, it is concluded that a Notary as an official who makes authentic deeds has a crucial role, namely as a Personal Data Controller who can determine the purpose and method of processing personal data. Notaries have several obligations as regulated in the PDP Law, including having a basis for processing, ensuring the security of personal data, assessing the impact of Personal Data Protection, recording all personal data processing activities, appointing Personal Data Protection officials, fulfilling the rights of personal data subjects, and others. The ultimate goal of this study is expected to provide knowledge and legal certainty related to Personal Data Protection in notarial practice

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persentase ketersediaan alat general tools, special service tools, dan equipment tools dengan Kompetensi Keahlian Teknik Sepeda Motor. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Kabupaten Bandung dengan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus atau observasi langsung. Sampel yang diambil dua Sekolah Menengah Negeri Di Kabupaten Bandung yakni sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 7 Baleendah dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Majalaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan karena ketika praktik pengalaman lapangan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 7 Baleendah peneliti memiliki rasa penasaran peneliti terhadap persentase ketrsediaan alat general tools, special service tools, dan equipment tools. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan persentase ketersediaan alat di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 7 Baleendah yakni untuk general tools 23,6% dimana persentase tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori tidak layak, special service tools 45,4% dimana persentase tersebut masuk dalam kategori kurang layak, dan equipment tools 0% dimana persentase tersebut masuk dalam kategori sangat tidak layak. Sementara persentase ketersediaan alat untuk Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 1 Majalaya dengan persentase alat general tools 50,9% dimana persentase tersebut tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori kurang layak, special service tools 63,6% dimana persentase tersebut termasuk kedalam kategori layak, dan equipment tools 33,3% dimana persentase tersebut termasuk dalam ategori tidak layak. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa persentase ketersediaan alat di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri Di Kabupaten Bandung masih termasuk kedalam kategori kurang layak atau kurang tersedianya alat di sekolah tersebut. ABSTRACT This research aims for knowing the percentage of tools availability that consists of general tools, special tools, and equipment tools of motor cycle technique competency. This research is held in vocational highschool in district of bandung and used case study or observation method. Samples in this research is vocational highschool 7 in beleendah and vocational highschool 1 in majalaya. This research is held because when author is praticing teach in vocational highschool 7 in baleendah, author feels curious about the availability of general tools, special tools, and equipment tools. Data collection which is used in this research is observation questionnaire. Result of this research shows that the availability tools percentage in vocational highschool 7 in beleendah is 23,6% general tools where this percentage is belonged to not feasible category, 45,4% special tools where this percentage is belonged to less feasible category, and equipment tools 0% where this percetage is belonged to very not feasible category. Meanwhile, the availability tools percentage in vocational highschool 1 in majalaya is 50,9% general tools where this percentage is belonged to less feasible category, 63,6% special tools where this percentage is belonged to feasible category, and 33,3% equipment tools where this percentage is belonged to not feasible category. Conclusion of this research is the tools availability in vocational highschool in district of bandung are belonged to less feasible category or tools availability is less in that vocational hoghschool.     Communication Strategy of North Sumatra Addakwah Institution in Developing Dai and Daiyah Public Speaking Skills

    Abstrak: Lembaga Addakwah Sumatera Utara merupakan organisasi yang aktif dalam pengelolaan ajaran agama Islam khususnya di desa minoritas Muslim yang ada di Sumatera Utara. Public speaking menjadi fondasi dalam menyampaikan pesan dakwah kepada khalayak agar pesan tersampaikan secara efektif. Melalui penelitian ini, penulis ingin melihat strategi apa yang digunakan oleh Lembaga Addakwah Sumatera Utara dalam mengembangkan kemampuan public speaking kader dai dan daiyah serta efektivitasnya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deksriptif yang dimana data hasil penelitian di peroleh dari lapangan dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Melalui metode penelitian tersebut Lembaga Addakwah Sumatera Utara melakukan tiga strategi pokok dalam mengembangkan kemampuan public speaking kader dai dan daiyahnya melalui pembinaan, pengabdian ke desa minoritas Muslim, dan pengembangan diri. Abstract: The North Sumatra Addakwah Institute is an organization that is active in the management of Islamic religious teachings, especially in Muslim minority villages in North Sumatra. Public speaking is the foundation in conveying da'wah messages to the audience so that the message is conveyed effectively. Through this study, the author wants to see what strategies are used by the North Sumatra Addakwah Institute in developing the public speaking skills of dai and daiyah cadres and their effectiveness in daily life. The author uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method where research data is obtained from the field with data collection techniques through observation and interviews. Through this research method, the North Sumatra Addakwah Institute carries out three main strategies in developing the public speaking skills of its dai and daiyah cadres through coaching, service to Muslim minority villages, and self-development.

    Article 34 paragraph 1 of the 1945 NRI Constitution which states "the poor and neglected children are cared for by the State". It means that beggars and street children are nurtured or empowered by the state which is carried out by the government. Imposing the criminal penalty in the above decision violates the principle of ultimum remidium, namely that the imposition of a criminal sentence is the final (ultimate) sanction in law enforcement. In addition, there is injustice and contradiction between the Semarang District Court Decision in Ungaran Number 136 / Pid.C / 2018 / PN.Unr about giving punishment to the beggar cause he begged in public. It is contradicting with article 34 paragraph 1 of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Knowing the criminal responsibility for begging in public places is related to the mandate of the 1945 Constitution. The author uses normative legal research methods. The judge sentenced the criminal to 10 (ten) days imprisonment, instead of being executed immediately. There is a trial period for 1 month. If the defendant repeats his actions during the probation period, the criminal sentence must be served by the defendant. the judge only considers things that relieve the defendant, he is namely not being a recidivist

    Factors Determining Commitment to Health-Promoting Behavior During COVID-19

    Forming new behaviors during the COVID-19 pandemic required individual commitment. Based on Pender’s health promotion model (HPM), factors affecting commitment to new behaviors include benefit perception, barriers, self-efficacy, related activities, as well as interpersonal and situational influences. This study aims to determine the determinant factors that affected commitment to health-promoting behavior and habits during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study randomly assigned online questionnaires to 186 people in Palembang. The instruments used in this study were developed by the author based on Pender’s HPM. Path analysis with the SEM-PLS approach was used to analyze determinant factors of community commitment. The results of the analysis showed that the following influenced commitment: benefit variables (β = 0.192; p = 0.011), previous activities (β = 0.134; p = 0.031), interpersonal influence (β = 0.214; p = 0.005) and situational influence (β = 0.326; p = 0.000), barriers (β = -0.068; p = 0.247), and self-efficacy (β = 0.079; p = 0.256). All the predictors contributed to a commitment value of 40.6%. It can be concluded that enhancing perceived benefits and focusing on previously completed activities, and external factors, interpersonal and situational influence, may strengthen commitment to developing healthy behavior. Moreover, good self-efficacy based on previous practice can lower perceived barriers, which hinder commitment. Therefore, nurses need to focus on identifying individual internal and external factors to bolster commitment while lowering barriers.Abstrak Faktor-faktor Penentu Komitmen terhadap Perilaku Promosi Kesehatan selama COVID-19. Membentuk perilaku baru di masa pandemi COVID-19 memerlukan komitmen individu. Berdasarkan Pender’s health promotion model (HPM), faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen terhadap perilaku baru meliputi persepsi manfaat, hambatan, efikasi diri, aktivitas terkait, serta pengaruh interpersonal dan situasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi komitmen terhadap perilaku dan kebiasaan promosi kesehatan selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini menyebarkan kuesioner online secara acak kepada 186 orang di Palembang. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan penulis berdasarkan Pender’s HPM. Path analysis dengan pendekatan SEM-PLS digunakan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor penentu komitmen masyarakat. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa komitmen dipengaruhi oleh hal-hal berikut: variabel manfaat (β = 0,192; p = 0,011), aktivitas sebelumnya (β = 0,134; p = 0,031), pengaruh interpersonal (β = 0,214; p = 0,005) dan pengaruh situasional (β = 0,326; p = 0,000), hambatan (β = -0,068; p = 0,247), dan efikasi diri (β = 0,079; p = 0,256). Seluruh prediktor menyumbang nilai komitmen sebesar 40,6% sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa meningkatkan manfaat yang dirasakan dan fokus pada aktivitas yang telah diselesaikan sebelumnya, dan faktor eksternal, pengaruh interpersonal dan situasional, dapat memperkuat komitmen untuk mengembangkan perilaku sehat. Selain itu, efikasi diri yang baik berdasarkan praktik sebelumnya dapat menurunkan hambatan yang dirasakan, yang menghambat komitmen. Oleh karena itu, perawat perlu fokus dalam mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal individu untuk meningkatkan komitmen sekaligus menurunkan hambatan.
