Effect of Celebrity Endorser (Arief Muhamad) on consumer buying interest to products Erigo Store. Study program of marketing management DIII. Faculty of economic. State University of Jakarta.The aim of this study was to test the effect of Celebrity Endorser (Arief Muahamad) on consumer buying interest on Erigo Store Product. This study took a sample of – in the Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta were used as respondents in the study. The author uses descriptive quantitative methods as used to test determines the celebrity endorser influence on consumer buying. The variable x in this study are attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise and y variables that buying interest Quantitative testing performed by multiple linear regression quantitative test that determines how closely the relationship between the variable x and y variables.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk nengetahui perbedaan koiposisi vegetasi tunbuhan bawah pada dua tegakan yang berbeda dan nengetahui pengaruh langsung dari faktor faktor lingkungan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di hutan wisata Penggaron Kab. Semarang, pada bulan Agustus Oktober 1993. Sampling vegetasi dengan menggunakan metode Stratified random. Data yang diperoleh
berdasarkan Nilai Kepentingan setiap jenis tumbuhan dianalisa dengan metode ordinasi.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan di lokasi Pinus merkusii didapat 32 jenis dengan nilai kepentingan tertinggi adalah Paku pakuan ( Dryopteris pteroides ), sedangkan pada lokasi eampuran ( Schlma wallichii dengan Swetenia mahagani ) didapatkan 27 jenis dengan nilai kepentingan tertinggi adalah Telo - teloan ( Ipomaea obscures )_ Setelah dihubungkan dengan teknik ordinasi dengan faktor lingkungan yang terukur, naka faktor lingkungan yang berpengaruh adalah kelembaban udara, temperatur dan intensitas eahaya_
Uji statistik menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara indeks disimilaritas dengan interval ordinasi yang signifikan melampui 1 X level keboleh jadian.

Defensive Enforcement: Human Rights in Indonesia
The objective of the article is to examine the human rights enforcement in Indonesian legal and political system. This is done by studying the legal basis of human rights, the process of proliferation of human rights discourse, and the actual controversies of human rights enforcement. The study has the effect of highlighting some of the immense deficits in ensuring that violations are treated under judicial procedure and the protection of human rights is available and accessible for victims. The author inevitably came into a conclusion that the openness of legal and political arenas for human rights discourses is not followed with a tangible impact on the entitlement positions of the people. Bermain game adalah salah satu cara untuk menghilangkan kebosanan dan
kepenatan. Dan hingga saat ini sudah banyak pula variasi aplikasi dan game yang
diproduksi oleh para developer. Salah satu game yang sedang banyak berkembang
sekarang adalah game dengan basis web atau bisa disebut dengan gamebrowser
karena besarnya ketergantungan masyarakat sekarang terhadap internet yang
menuntut mereka untuk berinteraksi dengan browser setiap hari.Namun
kebanyakan game yang beredar hanya berisi hiburan semata, oleh sebab itu
penulis bermaksud untuk menyisipkan cerita budaya yang akan diangkat ke dalam
game tersebut dan cerita Anoman yang penulis anggap cukup bagus untuk
diangkat menjadi sebuah game petualangan menggunakan HTML5.
Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam laporan ini terbagi dari beberapa
tahap yaitu tahap pengumpulan data, tahap perancangan game, tahap pembuatan
game, tahap uji coba serta tahap penerapan dan perbaikan. Proses pembuatan
game ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman javascript dan HTML5 serta
software CorelDraw dan Photoshop untuk pembuatan design objek dan user
interface.
Serta dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa telah berhasil dibuat game cerita
rakyat anomandengan genre endless run yang terbagi dalam 3 level yang berbeda.
Serta pada game tersebut dapat di manfaatkan sebagai penyampaian cerita budaya
Indonesia.

Playing game is one of the methods that is used to get rid of boredom.
Until today, there have been a number of variations of applications and games
developed. One of the games that is now emerging is web-based, or people
usually call it browser game. Due to the high amount of dependency of people on
the internet, which demands them to interact with browser every day. However,
most of the available games are developed to amuse people only. Bases on the
problem, the author aims to insert the value of culture into it. The story of
Anoman is considered perfect to be involved in an adventure game using HTML5.
The research method that is used in this final paper consists of several
phases, which are data compiling, game designing, game developing, game
testing, and applying and improving phase. The process of game development use
javascript and HTML5 programming, and CorelDraw and Photoshop for creating
object designs and user interface.
It can be concluded, that it has been made a game of the folklore of
Anoman in endless run genre that consists of 3 different levels. Furthermore, the
game can be a good messenger of the story of Indonesian culture.

ABSTRAK
Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan program Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia tahun 2011 yang salah satu sasarannya adalah institusi pendidikan. Penerapan PHBS di sekolah bertujuan untuk mewujudkan salah satu tujuan pendidikan dasar yaitu menjadikan siswa menjadi manusia yang sehat. Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan penulis melalui wawancara kepada Kepala Sekolah dan Guru SDN Andir 01 menemukan masih adanya siswa yang belum mengetahui pentingnya PHBS, seperti jajan sembarangan, tidak sarapan dan kurangnya sarana prasarana pendukung PHBS yang mengakibatkan penerapan PHBS di sekolah menjadi kurang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai pengetahuan PHBS pada siswa SDN Andir 01. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SDN Andir 01 dengan sampel siswa kelas 4 dan kelas 5 berjumlah 80 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (10%) responden memiliki pengetahuan PHBS pada kriteria sangat baik, (26.25%) responden pada kriteria baik, (32.50%) responden pada kriteria cukup dan (31.25%) responden pada kriteria kurang. Pengetahuan responden tentang 6 (enam) indikator PHBS berada pada kriteria cukup, yaitu mencuci tangan menggunakan air bersih yang mengalir dan menggunakan sabun sebesar (52.8%), mengonsumsi jajanan sehat di kantin sekolah sebesar (57.75%), olahraga yang teratur dan terukur sebesar (55%), menimbang berat badan dan mengukur tinggi badan setiap bulan sebesar (65%), menggunakan jamban yang bersih dan sehat sebesar (62.5%), serta membuang sampah pada tempatnya sebesar (58.5%).

ABSTRACT
Clean and Healthy Life Behavior is a program of the Ministry of Health of the Republic Indonesia in 2011, one of the target is educational institutions. The application of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in schools aims to realize one of the basic education goals, it is to make students become healthy human beings. The preliminary study conducted by the author through interviews with the Principal and Teachers of SDN Andir 01 found that there were still students who did not know yet the importance of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior, such as careless snacks, no breakfast and lack of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior supporting facilities at school which resulted in less effective implementation of Clean and Healthy Life Behavior in school. The purpose of this study is to find out information about the knowledge of Clean and Healthy Behavior in students of SDN Andir 01. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of SDN Andir 01 with grade 4 and grade 5 students as sample, totaling 80 people. The results showed that as many as (10%) respondents had PHBS knowledge on very good criteria, (26.25%) respondents on good criteria, (32.50%) respondents on sufficient criteria and (31.25%) respondents on less criteria. The respondent's knowledge about 6 (six) Clean and Healthy Life Behavior indicators is in sufficient criteria, respondents' knowledge about hand washing with soap using clean water running by (52.8%), consuming healthy snacks in the school canteen by (57.75%), regular and measured sports by (55%), weigh weight and measure height every month by (65%), using clean and healthy latrines by (62.5%) and disposing of garbage in its place by (58.5%).

ABSTRACT
Background: Head injury is still a global health problem as the cause of death, disability, and mental deficits at a young age. Head injury sufferers often experience edema cerebri i.e the accumulation of excess fluid in the brain extracellular or intracelluler spaces or intracranial hemorraghe resulting in increased intracranial pressure.
Objective: Knowing about the study of nursing care with edema cerebri and able to apply it in patiens with edema cerebri includes assessement, diagnose intervention, implementation and evaluation of nursing.
Method: The research is an assesment. Data is obtained by using interview and physical examination on edema cerebri patient.
Result: After assasment obtained three problems namely, pain, distruption of normal sleep patterns, and anxious. The author makes an intevention to prevent an increase in intracranial pressure, improve sleep quality and anxiety. Implementations have largery done, all problems can be resolved most and need further treatment so that the problem can be completely resolved.
Conclusing: On nursing care process all problem are can be overcome but jud partly of problem, so need to continue nursing care and cooperation with medical team, patient and family was very need to successfuly nursing care

Cancer is defined as a group of neoplastic diseases broadly characterized by abnormalities of cellular differentiation, maturation and control of growth. Cancer significantly contributes to the bulk of deaths globally. It is the number two killer,after cardiovascular disease.The p53 tumor suppressor protein plays a central role in the cellular response to DNA damage by controlling genes involved in cell cycle arrest and apoptosis. The
mutation of p53 is one of the most common events found in human cancers. When p53 is lost of its function this may permit the cell to divide without control.
The purpose of the research is to produce recombinant protein from cancer cells harboring a specific mutation of the p53 gene. In the future, the recombinant protein can be use to prevent or to treat the cancer as a part of gene therapy
