PENGARUH MOTIVASI OLEH CAMAT TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR CAMAT KECAMATAN GUNUNG JATI KABUPATEN CIREBON
Research by the author of " Influence Motivation By Camats Against Employee Job Performance in the District Head Office Gunung Jati Cirebon " begins with the discovery of a problem that is not achieving optimal performance of the employees allegedly due to lack of motivation by the sub-district . The method used is the survey method , the quantitative descriptive analysis techniques . Methods of survey research that is done on a large or small population , but the data are studied data from samples taken from the population . So the effect is found between variables . While the quantitative descriptive analysis techniques , namely the analysis of research data using statistical tests of non - parametik by using the formula " Spearman rank correlation coefficient " . Sample collection technique that I use is the saturation sampling , which takes all the population to dijadikam sample . Total population is as much as 16 employees . The hypothesis that the authors propose is as follows : " Motivation by sub-district and a significant positive effect on work performance of employees in the District Head Office Gunung Jati Cirebon " . The statistical hypothesis is as follows : Ho ( null hypothesis ) = rs rs ≤ Calculate Table ( no positive and significant relationship between the sub-district Motivation Employee Job Performance ) . Ha ( Alternative Hypothesis ) = rs rs Calculate ˃ table ( there is a positive and significant relationship between the sub-district Motivation Employee Job Performance ) . Based on this research, it turns out that the motivation variable is not optimal , it is visible from a total score of 602 or a percentage of 62.708 % at pretty good levels . Then also less variable performance is achieved , it is seen from the total score of 300 or a percentage of 62.5 % had a level good enough . The authors propose the hypothesis H0 is rejected and Ha accepted rs Calculate the value of both variables at 0.807 and 0.425 Table rs value was significant

Analisis Perencanaan Gedung Aula Dan Rektorat Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon Menggunakan Struktur Beton SNI 2013
ABSTRAKPerkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi harus disertai dengan pendidikan formal yang tinggi dan prasarana yang memadai. Maka dari itu didirikan sebuah perguruan tinggi yang dapat memberikan pengetahuan secara luas dan global.  Karena itu gedung ini harus memenuhi kriteria keselamatan dan layanan yang prima untuk itu harus ada desain yang meyakinkan. Atas dasar kriteria kesalamatan dan layanan prima maka proses perencanaan pembebanan harus sesuai dengan SNI 1727-2013 serta perencanaan struktur gedung ini harus mengacu dengan SNI - 2847- 2013 beton bertulang, yang merupakan peratuaran terbaru.Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari Universitas Swadaya Gunung Jati Cirebon penulis meredesain sebuah aula dengan menggunakan material struktur beton yang terdiri dari tiga lantai. Analisis struktur  ini menggunakan software SAP, material beton yang digunakan untuk balok dan kolom serta pelat lantai sedangkan struktur atap menggunakan baja.P           rofil yang struktur yang di pakai untuk melayani beban sesuai dengan fungsi bangunan yaitu kolom 45x 45, balok 35 x 45,plat 13 cm dan atap baja 2l 65 x 65.Kata Kunci   : Analis, Momen, Beban, Portal, Beton,Kolom,,Balok,Plat ABSTRACTDevelopments in science and technology should be accompanied by formal education and adequate infrastructure. Jepara is a city known as the city of carving. The furniture industry in Jepara is not only seen as an art, but also as a very important economic sector in driving the community's economy which continues to develop and is passed down from generation to generation. The craftsmanship or carving skills were passed down from generation to generation who were originally self-taught, until the establishment of schools and educational institutions that concentrated on furniture techniques carving, and design. This study aims to answer the question Why CV. Kalingga Jati Furniture can have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the Senenan Jepara community, Central Java in 2005-2020? The author uses the historical method which includes four stages, namely: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results showed the growth and development of the furniture industry CV. Kalingga Jati Furniture has an mpact on the lives of the surrounding community. The company has a positive impact on society. The positive impacts include reducing unemployment as well as providing business opportunities to the community, namely by opening a business selling food, opening a cellphone counter to sell credit and internet quota, and opening a motorcycle repair shop. With the background of the analyzed accident data Maritime Safety
Committee note that the accident caused by human error of ± 80%, the authors
attempt to lift it into a minithesis entitled " The Effect Implementation Of Watch
Keeping With Safety Of CrewOn MT. MATINDOK When Berthing At The Port. ".
Especially with the restrictions on the scope of the location of the problem
that we encountered during the preparation of this paper is expected to give an
idea of the negligence of wachkeeping when ship berthing may endanger the
safety, the role of the elements associated and procedure or procedures department
precautions for the safety of the crew in the port, should be appropriate Standing
Order and the STCW 2010 for the realization of a good watch keeping and the
safety of crew can be kept.
In a theoretical basis, the author describes things related to watch keeping
at the port, due to negligence of watch keeping caused by a lack of awareness and
negligence in performing watch keeping and how prevention and treatment
procedures on board with regard to its human resources. Performance and the
success rate of the crew in carrying out watch keeping at the time the ship
berthing at the port is influenced by several factors. The factors among others are
from the man himself, the influence of equipment that does not support, and the
factors of the work environment. As for the wedge to the third factor is affecting
the level of their productivity in doing all of the work on the boat. In analyzing the
data and research shows exposure writer general description object of research
and the process of handling of the problems arising from the implementation of
the agency in case that is not in accordance with the procedures applicable on the
ship in accordance with the observations and author interviews with stakeholders
in field, and then we compare it with the existing procedures.
Finally, the author can infer the elements in the case of irregularities
implementation services in detail and determine the success of the implementation
of the handling of watch keeping applicable on the ship.

Analisis Rancang Bangun Alat Pendeteksi Kebocoran Gas Elpiji Dan Asap Co Dengan Menggunakan Sensor Gas Mq-2 Berbasis Arduino Uno R3
Telah dilakukan perancangan alat pendeteksi kebocoran gas elpiji dan asap CO.
Pembuatan alat ini ditujukan untuk bisa mendeteksi kebocoran gas elpiji sebelum
bencana yang besar terjadi. Penulis membuat alat yang berfungsi sebagai detektor
gas elpiji menggunakan arduino uno R3 yang termasuk di dalam nya terdapat
mikrokontroler atmega328 dan di padukan dengan sensor gas MQ-2. Cara kerja
alat ini adalah sebagai deteksi dini jika gas elpiji menguap lalu diterima oleh
sensor gas MQ-2 sebagai reseptor kemudian di dalam mikrokontoler dalam
arduino di ubahlah data tersebut ke dalam sinyal digital ditampilkan pada LCD
16x2. Pemrogaman batasan yang bisa diterima sensor bisa kita atur di sofware
arduino IDE yang jika dalam percobaan ini untuk tingkat >500 ppm alat ini baru
menyala dengan menggunakan buzzer dan lampu LED peningkatan status awas
bisa di set lagi dengan >800 ppm maka lampu led dan buzzer sangat cepat
menyala. Pada alat ini kondisi saat keadaan kedap udara tercatat 330 ppm dan
pada udara biasa sekitar 470 yang dimana batasan yang bisa diterima di deteksi
sensor adalah 300 ppm untuk butana. Batasan kerja yang terdapat di alat ini
mulai dari 470 Ppm pada saat yang seharus nya zat terdeteksi sekitar 300 Ppm
jadi ada persimpangan sebesar 43% atau sekitar 0,4 dari yang seharus nya. Dari
percobaan ini bisa disimpulkan bahwa semakin jauh sumber gas atau asap
semakin rendah pula kadar Ppm yang terdeteksi
