Debt Financing dan Dampaknya terhadap Perkembangan Usaha Mikro di Bogor
No full textMicro and small enterprises (MSEs) have an important role in supporting the national economy. Nevertheless, MSEs still have a major problem in its development, called limited capital. The presence of BPRS which is part of sharia financial institutions is expected to provide financing assistance for MSEs. The financing provided by BPRS is not only given in the form of equity financing but also in the form of debt financing. This study analyzes the effect of debt financing on MSEs development and also the factors influenceing the income and profit of MSEs after getting debt financing. The method used in this research is paired sample t test and Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result of paired sample t test showed that the variable of earnings and profit of MSEs have significant change after getting financing. Furthermore, the result of analysis with OLS method showed that labor variable, amount of financing, profit rate, gender dummy, and education dummy have a significant effect to earnings and profit of MSE

Nussa’s animation is an animated film produced by The Little Giantz and 4Stripe, and Pada Zaman Dahulu’s animation is a production by Les’ Copaque from Malaysia which has been running for a long time on Indonesian children’s television.
The study aims to describe the similarities and differences in structure, namely the intrinsic elements present in both animations. To analyze the structure of the two animations, the authors uses analysis with the fictional structural theory and moral value theory then compares the results of the structural analysis so that the author can find similarities and differences between the two animations.
The method used is comparative literary research. Comparative research is research that utilizes and focuses on examining the literary works that are compared. The data collection stage used literature studies in the form of Nussa’s animation and Pada Zaman Dahulu’s animation, as well as literature related to structural theory and comparative literary theory.
Based on the results of comparative analysis between Nussa’s animation and Pada Zaman Dahulu’s animation, through the aspect of story, similarities are found, while through other aspects, such as aspects of culture, aspects of mentality, and aspects of humanity, there are many differences. These differences provide an illustration of the different ways of thinking, even how to overcome problems carried out by figures from twi different countries.

art and culture, with the growth of urban dwelling the city of Jogjakarta are
showing an exponential growth and urban development. An green open space is
one effort which the municipal government are able to perform to address this
pressing issue with that in mind, the author are keen to conduct a law inquiry,
entitled Provision of public green open space in the municipal city of
Jogjakarta,based on Jogjakarta municipal code number 2/20, spatial plans of
Jogjakarta. On this law inquiry, the author observed the effort by the municipal
government on providing green open space for the public, based on Peraturan
Daerah Kota Yogyakarta Nomor 2 Tahun 2010 with all impediments, hindrances
and difficulties that being confronted on the field. This law inquiry are using
empirical research method, which rely on primer source as main source alongside
secondary data. Data gathering were done by field study and literary references.
meanwhile, for analyzing the results the author were using qualitative analytical
method which comparing the data from the field study with secondary and primer
law material. on the foundation of the author research and analysis, therefore the
result are based on The Law number 26 of 2007 on section 29, public green open
space on the municipal area was set on minimum 30% of the municipal land area
(20% municipal government and 10% from private individual). On the 2010-2029
urban planning regulations, which being addressed by Peraturan Daerah Kota
Yogyakarta Nomor 2 Tahun 2010, The municipal government are planning to
allocated 20% of public green open space from the municipal area. In reality only
17.16% are being allocated as public green open space. One major hurdle to
achieved this goals were the limited number of available plots to build an public
green open space, therefore it made the price for it are skyrocketing

No full textPrvotním cílem mé práce byl pouze grafický redesign webových stránek společnosti Last.fm, navržených již před jedenácti lety. V průběhu přípravných prací však vyšlo najevo, že atraktivita nabízené služby během let poklesla nejen vlivem v současnosti již morálně zastaralého grafického designu, ale zejména nízké úrovni a skladbě nabízeného programu (produktu), jehož původní výjimečnost a ojedinělost byla v průběhu let dostižena (a dnes již předstižena) dalšími internetovými konkurenčními společnostmi, nabízejícími podobný produkt; s některými z nich mám i osobní zkušenosti (např. Rdio, Spotify). Proto jsem se rozhodl nejprve vytvořit na bázi původní nabídky webových stránek Last.fm simulovaný inovovaný, tj. podstatně rozšířený program produktu a teprve pro tento fiktivní program navrhnout grafickou, ale i uživatelskou podobu jeho webové nabídky tak, aby byl použitelný (doslova aplikovatelný) ve všech přístrojích, které jsou dnes běžně používány: tj. nejen v klasických počítačích, ale i tabletech a tzv. "chytrých" telefonech.
Byl jsem si vědom toho, že výsledek, který vznikne, sice nemůže být stoprocentně funkční, protože to ani nebylo původním autorským záměrem, neboť to měl původně být jen pokus o aplikaci nových poznatků a zkušeností, získaných v průběhu studia i mimoškolní praxe do podoby produktu, jakou by měl dle mého názoru mít a to jak v programové oblasti, tak v grafickém doprovodu jeho nabídky. Z výše uvedeného pak vyplynulo i autorské rozhodnutí, že hlavní snahou při zpracování námětu musí být zachování původní funkční ovladatelnosti vlastního programu a vizuální podoba v navrženém grafickém designu musí mít možnost dalšího logického rozšiřování.Fakulta umění a designuObhájenoAuthor of bachelor thesis choose the topic: Webdesign; as part of his student specialisation. He more specifically choose redesign of Music Service Company - Last.fm. Reasons for that are mainly because he is active user of this service for long time and he felt, that the service needs to be refreshed. Besides comparing products of this company with similar services and competition that are existing on the current market, he discovered, that Last.fm lacks behind them not only in functions, but also in its visual style, that looks very outdated.
In the process of preparing and researching the market and the competition, the author decided to create new simulated version of the company's product and on this basis, work on new solution of the design for its new presentation for all today's most used devices: computer, tablets and smartphones.
That lead to new ways in work of graphic designer, since it was needed to take care of both the program structure and the design at the same time,to make sure the product is competitive. After this structure was done, author then applied and created new visual style, that can be used for all kinds of current and future devices and systems and is a good platform for showcasing all different genres of music and data to the users.
Project itself was valuable lesson for the author as he learned how to work with such big product and learned him how to think about all kinds of solutions for different problems that can occur during the process

No full textDiplomová práce je konceptem pro řešení hledání způsobu, jak předat pocit z domova skrze místní krajinu a skrze dílo básníka a spisovatele Antonína Sovy. Výstupy mají popularizační charakter zacílený na širokou veřejnost, především na obyvatele města Pacov a jeho okolí. Video se skládá z informativní části o životě autora zpracovávané poezie, z mých vlastních video-záznamů krajiny, na pozadí zhudebněné básně Pastorale, od kapely Zrní. Mimo video práce obsahuje průvodce po městě ve vztahu k básníkovi, sérii pohlednic s jeho poezií a prezentační plakát celého projektu. Práce se skládá z dobových i současných obrazových vstupů. Vizuální podoba vychází ze stylizace topografické značky "místo rozhledu".ObhájenoThe thesis is a concept for a solution to the search for a way, to convey a sense of home through the local landscape and through the work of the poet and writer Antonín Sova. The outputs have a popularizing character aimed at the general public, especially the inhabitants of Pacov and its surroundings. The video consists of an informative part about the life of the author of the poetry being processed, my own video-recordings of the landscape, against the background of the poem Pastorale by the band Zrní. Apart from the video work, it includes a guide to the city in relation to the poet, a series of postcards with his poetry and a presentation poster of the whole project. The work consists of period and contemporary visual input. The visual form is based on the stylisation of the topographical marker "a place of vantage"

No full textEste Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo exponer validar la viabilidad técnica, económica y comercial de la nueva línea de negocio de PROXUS Academy: la democratización de los SPEEDRUNS, cursos online de asignaturas de la Universidad, mediante una Plataforma Ed-Tech Integral abierta que permita a cualquier antiguo estudiante excelente o profesional docente convertirse en creador de éstos contenidos, mediante el paraguas de la validación existente en estos cursos por parte de PROXUS Academy.
El proyecto se articula en torno a la existencia de una brecha insatisfecha entre la oferta docente tradicional y la demanda de cursos universitarios online muy segmentados, la escalabiliad del modelo SPEEDRUNS creado por y para estudiantes sin sacrificar calidad ni rentabilidad y el roadmap operativo, tecnológico, comercial y financiero necesario para garantizar la viabilidad de la nueva línea de negocio y transformación del modelo actual.
Para ello, el TFG combina un caso de estudio interno con un plan de negocio prospectivo 2025-27, apoyándose en análisis PESTEL, Porter, DAFO y modelización financiera multinivel, entre otros.
El resultado final es un documento que además evidencia la adquisición de competencias del grado de ADE, aplicadas en el contexto de una empresa real creada por estudiantes; siendo uno de los cofundadores el autor de este documento.This Final Degree Project aims to validate the technical, economic, and commercial feasibility of the new business line of PROXUS Academy: the democratization of SPEEDRUNS, online university subject courses, through an open, comprehensive Ed-Tech Platform. This platform would allow any outstanding former student or teaching professional to become a content creator under the quality assurance framework already established by PROXUS Academy.
The project is structured around the existence of an unmet gap between traditional educational offerings and the demand for highly segmented online university courses; the scalability of the SPEEDRUNS model under the motto "By Students, For Students" without 5sacrificing quality or profitability; and the operational, technological, commercial, and financial roadmap required to ensure the viability of this new business line and model transformation.
To this end, the project combines an internal case study with a forward-looking 2025–2027 business plan, supported by PESTEL, Porter, and SWOT analyses, as well as a multi-level financial model.
