No full textToko Wanto Sport merupakan toko yang bergerak di bidang penjualan peralatan dan aksesoris olahraga. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, toko ini mengalami beberapa kendala diantaranya, cakupan pemasaran yang terbatas, kesulitan konsumen dalam mendapatkan informasi produk secara online, cara mempromosikan barang yang dirasa kurang optimal dan kesulitan dalam proses pengelolaan data laporan penjualan. Tingginya persaingan bisnis mengharuskan Toko Wanto Sport untuk melakukan pembaruan sistem agar tidak tertinggal dengan toko-toko yang lain. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, maka dibutuhkan teknologi dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualan dengan mengimplementasikan website electronic commerce atau lebih dikenal dengan website e-commerce. E-commerce dapat diterjemahkan sebagai suatu transaksi jual beli yang dilakukan melalui media elektronik online. Penggunaan website e-commerce ini dapat memperluas cakupan pemasaran Toko Wanto Sport karena dapat diakses pelanggan dimana saja dan kapan saja selama terhubung ke dalam jaringan internet. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembangunan website ini berdasarkan analisis terstruktur dengan alat bantu Use Case, Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan untuk menggambarkan diagram proses menggunakan Data Flow Diagram (DFD). Hasil Setelah sistem informasi ini dipasang di Toko Wanto Sport, Toko tersebut mempunyai dampak yang signifikan yaitu mengalami peningkatan jumlah pembeli dari yang sebelumnya tidak memakai sistem informasi ini, adapun peningkatan jumlah konsumen kualitas barang tetap harus dijaga atas dasar kenyamanan berbelanja di Toko Wanto Sport

Wanto, a spider, is the most recurrent character of these tales : he is the one who brings civilisation to Gbaya people. I will present how he is different from the others and will analyze the complexity of his status. He is the only character in the tales whose name could be used as a name for a man. Most other names are specific to a tale, like Snow White in European tales, and can’t be reattributed. For the Gbaya, Wanto epitomizes the essence of human. In fact, on the Internet, it appears that Wanto is always mentioned and claimed as the symbol of Gbaya identity by gbaya artists. I will conclude with the fundamental role of Wanto in building Gbaya identity, thus showing how oral literature is still vibrant and finds its place in the new media.Les contes gbaya mettent en scène des divinités, des humains et des animaux vivant tous, comme des hommes dans des villages et s'adonnant à la chasse, à la cueillette ou à la culture des plantes vivrières. Le personnage de Wanto, l'araignée, est celui qui revient le plus fréquemment dans ces contes : c'est le héros civilisateur des Gbaya. Je présenterai en quoi ce personnage se distingue des autres et montrerai la complexité de son caractère. Il est le seul personnage des contes dont le nom peut être utilisé comme nom personnel pour un homme, le nom des autres qui est toujours attaché à une situation particulière, comme Blanche Neige dans les contes européens, ne peut être donné à quelqu'un. Il est donc perçu par les Gbaya comme le représentant par excellence de tout homme. De fait, en regardant les productions d'artistes gbaya sur le net, on constate que Wanto y est systématiquement mentionné et qu'il est revendiqué comme symbole de l'identité gbaya. Je conclurai donc sur la place fondamentale et toujours actuelle de Wanto dans la construction de l'identité gbaya, montrant par cet exemple que la littérature orale se maintient et se positionne dans les nouveaux media
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui hubungan kemandirian dengan
minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 1 Seyegan; (2) mengetahui hubungan motivasi
berwirausaha dengan minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 1 Seyegan; (3) mengetahui
hubungan kemandirian dan motivasi berwirausaha secara bersama-sama dengan minat
berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 1 Seyegan.
Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI di SMKN 1 Seyegan sebanyak
170 siswa. Data diambil dengan metode angket. Jadi metode penelitian ini adalah
penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah expost facto. Validitas instrumen angket
dilakukan dengan analisis butir menggunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment dan uji
reliabilitas menggunakan rumus Cronbach Alpha. Pengujian hipotesis dengan analisis
regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda, yang sebelumnya dilakukan uji persyaratan
analisis meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji homogenitas pada taraf signifikan
5%.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan
kemandirian dengan minat berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 1 Seyegan dengan fhitung >
ftabel (5,818 > 3,90), koefisien determinan sebesar 3,3% dan Y = 62,83 + 0,250 X1, (2)
Terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan motivasi berwirausaha dengan minat
berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 1 Seyegan dengan fhitung > ftabel (4,397 > 3,90), koefisien
determinan sebesar 2,7 % dan Y = 82,27 + 0,149 X2, (3) Terdapat hubungan positif dan
signifikan kemandirian dan motivasi berwirausaha secara bersama-sama dengan minat
berwirausaha pada siswa SMKN 1 Seyegan dengan thitung > ttabel (thitung X1, X2 sebesar =
2,971 dan 2,120 > ttabel : 1,96), sedangkan harga koefisien determinasi 5,2 % dan Y =
81,57 + 0,337 X1 + 0,294 X2.

No full text“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
No full textWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan kajian rohis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Pekanbaru sudah terlaksana secara efektif ?. Data efektivitas kegiatan kajian rohis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius diperoleh dari angket dan wawancara. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Sedangkan objek penelitian ini adalah efektivitas kegiatan kajian rohis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa muslim/muslimah yang berjumlah 668 siswa. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan proportional random sampling. maka penulis mengambil 10% dari peserta didik untuk dijadikan sampel yaitu berjumlah 68 peserta didik Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunanakan angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisis data diperoleh efektifitas kegiatan kajian rohis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Pekanbaru dikategorikan Sangat Efektif dengan persentase 89,61% yang berada pada rentang angka 81% sampai dengan 100% yang menunjukkan hasil sangat efektif. Faktor yang mempengaruhi efektifitas kegiatan kajian rohis dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai religius di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 2 Pekanbaru ialah motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan, kreativitas dan penyusunan strategis oleh pembina rohis dan ketersediaan sumber ilmu keagamaan di sekolah.

Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
No full textWe conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
