In the writer\u27s work, these popular assumptions were dismissed, because actually in the production of a theatrical performance basically there are different challenges, so heavy and light are not an appropriate division for works of art.

No full textThis study discusses the application of existentialism philosophy to the Bulan Bujur Sangkar manuscript embraced by Iwan Simatupang and describes Iwan Simatupang\u27s social background which proves the existence of an existentialist philosophy school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method with an expressive approach to represent the author\u27s emotions and messages in his work. The object of this research is the script of the drama Bulan Bujur Squarer by Iwan Simatupang. The collection technique in this study is a literature study. For the technique of analyzing data, use the technique of watching and taking notes. The results of the discussion found that the philosophy of existentialism embraced by Iwan Simatupang in the Bulan Bujur Sangkar Manuscript was proven in intrinsic and extrinsic elements. It is evident in the analysis of Iwan Simatupang\u27s existentialism which is reflected in the figure of the Parents. The ideology of the Old Man who has a free life of thought, has no boundaries like existentialism that upholds freedom of thought and action accompanied by responsibility

No full textAbstrak: Berdasarkan observasi awal, hasil belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Otomotif pada mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif belum memuaskan kemungkinan karena adanya factor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar itu sendiri baik secara internal maupun eksternal dari mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pen motivasi mengajar dosen terhadap hasil belajar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek yang digunakan adalah mahasiswa jurusan teknik Otomotif yang sedang mengambil mata kuliah Listrik dan Elektronika Otomotif. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknis analisis data deskriptif yaitu dengan mendeskripsikan kevalidan, dan reabilitas angket untuk memastikan angket yang digunakan valid dan realiabel dan uji regresi linier ganda untuk melihat bagaimana perngaruh motivasi mengajar dosen terhadap hasil belajar. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh antara motivasi mengajar dosen terhadap hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil SPSS dari regresi linier ganda dengan nilai sig, 0,005<0,05. sehingga Ha diterima, Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini subjek motivasi mengajar dosen mempengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa.Abstract: Based on preliminary observations, the learning outcomes of students of the Automotive Engineering Department in the Electrical and Electronics Electronics course have not been satisfactory possibly because of the factors that influence the learning outcomes themselves both internally and externally from students. The purpose of this study was to determine the motivation of teaching lecturers on learning outcomes. This type of research used is quantitative research. The subjects used were students majoring in Automotive engineering who were taking Electrical and Electronics Electronics courses. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis technique, namely by describing the validity and reliability of the questionnaire to ensure the questionnaire used is valid and realiable and multiple linear regression tests to see how the teaching motivation influences lecturers' learning outcomes. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the teaching motivation of lecturers on learning outcomes as indicated by the SPSS results from multiple linear regression with a sig value of 0.005 <0.05. so Ha is accepted, then it can be concluded that in this study the subject of lecturer teaching motivation affects student learning outcomes
STRUKTURALISME GENETIK LUCIEN GOLDMANN DALAM NASKAH DRAMA RT NOL RW NOL KARYA IWAN SIMATUPANG
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan struktur naskah drama RT Nol RW Nol karya Iwan Simatupang sebagai unsur intrinsik yang dibatasi dengan tema, alur, tokoh, dialog, dan latar, (2) mendeskripsikan subjek kolektif dengan menggunakan kajian strukturalisme genetik, (3) mendeskripsikan fakta kemanusiaan dengan menggunakan kajian strukturalisme genetik, (4) mendeskripsikan pandangan dunia berdasarkan ideologi pengarang dengan menggunakan kajian strukturalisme genetik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan dialektik sebagai metode dari strukturalisme genetik Lucien Goldmann. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori strukturalisme genetik Lucien Goldmann untuk mengetahui latar belakang penciptaan tulisan dalam naskah drama RT Nol RW Nol karya Iwan Simatupang berdasarkan konteks sosial. Diketahui bahwa tokoh-tokoh dalam naskah merupakan kelompok gelandangan yang tinggal di kolong jembatan dan berkaitan dengan budaya perkotaan. Subjek kolektif dalam naskah menunjukkan bahwa pengarang termasuk kategori kelas menengah bawah dan kelompok sastrawan 70-an yang memiliki karakteristik karya dengan tema isu-isu tanah air. Isu yang diangkat oleh Iwan Simatupang adalah kemiskinan dan gelandangan. Isu ini juga dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sekitar yaitu lingkungan sosial, budaya, dan politik pada masa orde lama sekitar tahun 1945-1966 sebagai fakta kemanusiaan dalam naskah. Hubungan antara subjek kolektif dan fakta kemanusiaan menghasilkan pandangan eksistensialisme sebagai pandangan dunia pengarang, meliputi ketidakpastian dan kekhawatiran, pencarian makna hidup, serta kritik terhadap norma sosial dan budaya.

This research aims to (1) describe the structure of the script RT Nol RW Nol by Iwan Simatupang as an intrinsic element defined by theme, plot, characters, dialogue, and setting, (2) describe the collective subject using genetic structuralism analysis, (3) describe human facts using genetic structuralism analysis, and (4) describe the worldview based on the author’s ideology using genetic structuralism analysis. This research employs a qualitative descriptive and dialectical method as the methodology of Lucien Goldmann’s genetic structuralism. The theory used in this study is Lucien Goldmann’s genetic structuralism to understand the background of the writing creation in the script RT Nol RW Nol by Iwan Simatupang based on the social context. It is found that the characters in the script are a group of homeless people living under a bridge, related to urban culture. The collective subject in the script indicates that the author belongs to the lower middle class and the 70s literally group, characterized by works with themes of national issues. The issue raised by Iwan Simatupang is poverty and homelessness. This issue is also influenced by the surrounding environment, namely the social, cultural, and political environment during the old order era around 1945-1966 as human facts in the script. The relationship between the collective subject and human facts produces existentialism as author’s worldview, including uncertainty and anxiety, the search for life’s meaning, and criticism of social and cultural norms

No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine whether the use of cooperative learning model Assisted Individualuization Teams (TAI) can improve student learning outcomes on the subjects of class X Pictures of Automotive Engineering Department of Automotive Light Vehicle SMK Negeri 1 Padang. This type of research is the study design Quasi Experiment, Experiment Quasi design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Overall that experimental class is better than the control class with a percentage of 5.2% influence. Thus it can be concluded that there is the effect of the use of TAI learning model to increase the results of class X student on subjects Picture of Automotive Engineering at SMK Negeri 1 Padang.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Teams Assisted Individualuization (TAI) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik Otomotif kelas X Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan Otomotif SMK Negeri 1 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan desain Quasi Experiment, desain Quasi Experiment yang digunakan adalah Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Secara keseluruhan diperoleh hasil bahwa kelas ekperimen lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelas kontrol dengan persentase pengaruh sebesar 5,2%. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran TAI terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas X pada mata pelajaran Gambar Teknik Otomotif di SMK Negeri 1 Padang
Ciliwung River Normalization Analysis using HEC-RAS Application (TB. Simatupang Bridge to Bidara Cina)
No full textCiliwung River area which starts from TB. Simatupang Bridge to Bidara Cina is one of the areas that experienced severe flooding.This is caused by changes or conversion of land functions which were originally a water catchment area into settlements. Buildings that stand along the river body makes the current cross section of the Ciliwung River unable to function optimally in accommodating flood discharges. In addition, there is no public awareness in protecting the environment, it can be seen from the large piles of garbage on the riverside of the Ciliwung River.One of the efforts made by the government in flood control is river normalization, but in practice the normalization of the Ciliwung River can be said to be not running optimally. The purpose of this research is : the Author want to know how big the capacity of Ciliwung River existing cross section (starting from TB Simatupang Bridge to Bidara Cina) using Hec-Ras software application to modeling the river's cross section existing and so does recording and mapping ofpotentialflood locations. Based on the hydrology calculation, known that flood discharge plan Q25is 404.3m3/s, while the hydraulic Q is only 79.03 m3/s, the Q total is 483,38 m3/s. The results of modeling using the Hec-Ras river cross section existingcannot accommodate the planned flood discharge so that river normalization efforts are needed. Recording and mapping flood locations are useful to get the effectivity of River's normalization according to flood controlling at Ciliwung River (specific at TB Simatupang Bridge to Bidara Cina)

No full textThe number of coffee shops in Indonesia as of August 2019 reached more than 2,950 outlets, an increase of almost three times compared to 2016, which was only 1,000 outlets. Sales promotion which is an important element and can influence consumers to buy and use the products or services offered by the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the promotion mix at Max Coffee Rs Siloam TB Simatupang. This study uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. Sources of data in the analysis are secondary data obtained from Maxx Coffee Siloam Hospital Tb Simatupang and primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents and direct observation at the research site. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 23. The results of the research on the simultaneous test were obtained from the calculated F value = 56.707 with a significance of 0.000 with an omission of 0.05. So that it is proven that there is a simultaneous influence between the independent variable Sales Promotion on the dependent variable of Purchase Decision. Partially, the indicator of the sales promotion variable is based on the T value, it is known that the t-count value is 8.004> 1.987 t table. So it can be concluded that there is an influence between the independent variables Sales Promotion (coupons, rebates, price packs) on the dependent variable Purchase Decision. The author suggests to the company to be able to carry out attractive promotions and advertisements carried out by the company must be really creative and varied so that efforts to provide complete information related to product advantages can be well received by consumers

This research aims to describe vocational students' learning styles using Forster learning styles and investigate the relationship between these learning styles and mathematics learning achievement. Researchers analyzed vocational students' mathematics learning styles using the "How Do I Learn?" developed by Forster. By using a screening model and quantitative research methods, data collected. The collected data from the instrument containing questions related to the student's mathematics learning style are then processed using SPSS, analyzed using descriptive statistics and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA). Descriptive statistics were applied to view participant demographics and an overview of each learning style score, while one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) was conducted to assess differences in mathematics learning styles among students based on mathematics scores. This study aims to analyze the character and characterizations. The author concludes that the lives of small people, the homeless in the city, are not as bad as one might imagine. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Data retrieval is done by reading, analyzing, and marking texts or sentences that belong to the characters and characterizations are done so that the characters in the drama are easy and characterizations are assessed and applied in the social life of the reader, with this research, the reader can implement in his social life don't give up easily, be patient, be generous and be people who know how to respect others. Like other community members, that they are citizens who are equally entitled to obtain their rights and dignity as citizens who are respected and recognized as well. The results of this research is there is social imbalance that occurs various conflicts caused by something that has an impact on social life. writer presents various characters in each character,and has succeeded in conveying what is happening in real life.Â
