This research is about analyzing sociocultural and religious values in the novel "Jiwa-Jiwa Bercahaya" by Wahyudi Asmaramany. The problems contained in this study are: (1) what are the sociocultural values contained in the novel Jiwa-jiwa Bercahaya" by Wahyudi Asmaramany and, (2) what are the religious values contained in the novel "Jiwa-Jiwa Bercahaya" ” by Wahyudi Asmaramany. Furthermore, this study aims: (1) to describe sociocultural values in the novel "Jiwa-Jiwa Bercahaya" by Wahyudi Asmaramany, and (2) to describe religious values in the novel "Jiwa-Jiwa Bercahaya" by Wahyudi Asmaramany. The data source is the novel "Jiwa-Jiwa Bercahaya" by Wahyudi Asmaramany. In this study, the author uses a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the sociocultural and religious values contained in the novel "Jiwa-Jiwa Bercahaya" by Wahyudi Asmaramany. The data collection technique used is the documentary technique. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively, namely reading the novel, understanding its contents, and analyzing the values in the novel

Abstract
Dengan bertambah meningkatnya perkembangan ekonomi maka semakin bertambah pula perusahaan yang bergerak di berbagai bidang. Dalam perusahaanyang kegiatannya relatif kecil pimpinan perusahaan masih mampu untuk melakukan pengawasan langsung terhadap kegiatan perusahaan yang dipimpinnya.
Untuk memberi keyakinan bahha apa yang dilaporkan bawahan tentang perusahaan adalah benar dan dapat dipercaya, maka pimpinan perusahaan membutuhkan adanya internal auditor sebagai pengawasan di dalam perusahaan.Agar dapat tercapainya sistem pengawasan yang baik maka pimpinan perusahaan harus membentuk suatu bidang pengawasan yang dapat bertanggung jawab.Dengan adanya sistem pengawasan segala kebijak sanaan Pimpinan dapat dilaksanakan dengan sebaik- baiknya juga dapat mengamankan harta benda organisasi dan memperoleh data akuntansi yang tepat dan dapat dipercaya.
Keberhasilan seorang pimpinan perusahaan dalam mengelola perusahannya dapat dilihat dari gambaran laporan keuangan yang menyajikan angka yang dapat dipercaya, tidak menyesatkan dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan, untuk mencapaihal di atas maka diperlukan pengawasan yang bertanggung jawab terhadap sistem pengawasan intern perusahaan yang disebut internal auditor. Menanggapi isu penyadapan yang dilakukan oleh Australia terhadap jaringan Indosat, manajemen Indosat mengatakan telah memiliki audit atas sistem keamanan jaringannya. Sistem tersebut sudah berstandard internasional yakni ISO 27001 dan ISO
31000.
"Kami mempunyai manajemen tata laksana kebijakan dan pengendalian operasional dalam bentuk penerapan sistem manajemen standard ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) dan ISO 31000 (Risk Management) yang juga menyangkut audit keamanan sistem jaringan. Indosat juga mematuhi ketentuan lawful interception sesuai ketetuan dan Indosat menyatakan dengan tegas tidak memiliki kerjasama dengan pihak asing yang bertujuan untuk melakukan penyadapan," ujar President Director & CEO Indosat Alexander Rusli dalam keterangannya di Jakarta.
Lebih lanjut dijelaskan, sistem adalah jaringan publik yang menggunakan standar seperti yang ditentukan oleh pemerintah. Sesuai dengan UU No 36 Tahun 1999 tentang Telekomunikasi, Indosat hanya menyediakan fasilitas penyadapan kepada Aparat Penegak Hukum. Tidak hanya itu, seluruh perangkat Indosat telah memiliki sertifikat dari Kementerian Kominfo sesuai PM No. 29 Tahun 2008 tentang Sertifikasi Alat dan Perangkat Telekomunikasi dan sebagaimana telah disebutkan di atas bahwa keamanan jaringan Indosat sudah berstandar internasional sesuai ISO 27001.
Bahkan, Indosat memiliki standard audit yang meliputi penerapan security control, business process, kepatuhan terhadap kebijakan serta pengujian teknis terhadap kerentanan jaringan, sehingga keamanan jaringan tetap terpelihara. Dalam hal ini, Indosat secara tegas menyatakan bahwa tidak ada kerjasama penyadapan dengan pihak luar terutama dengan pihak asing karena jelas hal tersebut melanggar Undang-undang yang berlaku serta merugikan kepentingan negara dan bangsa Indonesia sendiri
DETERMINATION OF RADON CONCENTRATIONS IN DWELLING IN ACEH
Abstract. Determination of radon concentrations in dwelling in Aceh region by using a passive method has been conducted. In this research, area considered was divided into several sections called grid. Each grid represents an area of 60 km x 60 km in which, depend on public response, 6-10 passive radon monitors were installed. The number of passive radon monitors installed in Aceh is 200 units, and they can be taken back as many as 191 units or 95.50 %. The passive radon monitors have stayed in dwelling for 3-4 months and after period of the exposure, those radon monitors were taken back and brought to laboratory for further process, and then the track were read and the radon concentrations were calculated. Furthermore, data of radon concentration in dwelling and GPS location were put into MapInfo Software v.10.5 to create a map of radon concentration. The results of the analysis of the radon concentration in dwelling in Aceh demonstrate that the concentrations are in the range of 3.32 ± 0.23 Bq/m3 up to 68.30 ± 4.83 Bq/m3. This result was lower than the radon reference level determined by UNSCEAR, which was 300 Bq/m3. The data are useful in the regional extension and development plans, as well as the basis for health policy analysis due to the existence of radon in Indonesia. Furthermore, these data will become the contribution of Indonesia in the international world through UNSCEAR, IAEA and WHO. The data obtained can be used as partial data in creating a map of radon concentration in residents’ houses in Aceh, as a part of the map of radon concentration in Indonesia.

A Buffer Stocks Model for Stabilizing Price of Commodity under Limited Time of Supply and Continuous Consumption
Staple foods, in developing countries especially in Indonesia, have extremely volatile among harvest
and planting season caused by inelastic of supply-demand and price disparity. When a staple food is shortage
in market, it will trigger crisis of economics, political and social because it concerns with food security. This
paper develops a buffer stock model for stabilizing price of commodity under limited time of supply and
continuous consumption. The performance criterion of model will consider financial loss of producer, consumer
and government side when market is interfered by price-stabilization program and price-support program
simultaneously. The price fluctuation will be stabilized by market operation where buffer stocks are bought
from domestic and import supply point. This paper provides a price band policy that attempts to bound
domestic price variation between a set of upper and lower bounds on the level of domestic prices. We consider
three sets of problems reflecting different three prices elasticity from 4 period of supply and demand.
Numerical examples are found to be consistent with empirical estimates regarding the relationship price
elasticity with price band and with government budget for the agenda of assisting household to assure
availability a staple food with enough amounts at rational prices.
