Abstract : The goal that I proposed in this thesis was to demonstrate the silence forms, on Luiz Vilela?s narratives. In this way, silence was my one driving reading matter of senses and revealing subjectivity of your characters in this narratives. I developed silence readings based in own silence stories, in excesses and denials that the contemporary imposes to individuals and failures in loving, grounded in Mikhail Bakhtin's assumptions and theories about modernity. By linking the silence and history time I scoured the paths of memory, highlighting the political silence and silencing policies to get to narratives that question the old age and the ills that flow from it

Software Selegen-REML/BLUP: a useful tool for plant breeding.
The software Selegen-REML/BLUP uses mixed models, and was developed to optimize the routine of plant breeding programs. It addresses the following plants categories: allogamous, automagous, of mixed mating system, and of clonal propagation. It considers several experimental designs, mating designs, genotype x environment interaction, experiments repeated over sites, repeated measures, progenies belonging to several populations, among other factors. The software adjusts effects, estimates variance components, genetic additive, dominance and genotypic values of individuals, genetic gain with selection, effective population size, and other parameters of interest to plant breeding. It allows testing the significance of the effects by means of likelihood ratio test (LRT) and analysis of deviance. It addresses continuous variables (linear models) and categorical variables (generalized linear models). Selegen-REML/ BLUP is friendly, easy to use and interpret, and allows dealing efficiently with most of the situations in plant breeding. It is free and available at http://www. det.ufv.br/ppestbio/corpo_docente.php under the author?s name
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

Psaironeura jeronimoi can be separated from P. bifurcata, and P. tenuissima by the following character combinations (P. jeronimoi in parentheses): internal branch with a AaT present in P. bifurcata, absent in P. tenuissima (AaT absent, instead it has an ante-apical rounded lobe AaL) (Fig. 3); VbP spine-like, short, not reaching AaT in P. bifurcata, reaching 1/2 of cercus in P. tenuissima (reaching 3/4 of cercus) (Fig. 3); flagella of genital ligula recurved and projected anteriorly in P. bifurcata and projected laterally in P. tenuissima (flagella of genital ligula projected dorsally) (Fig. 4); pterothorax mostly orange-red in P. bifurcata and P. tenuissima (mesothorax mostly black) (Fig. 2). Habitat and Ecology. In 2019, a group of researchers belonging to LABECO made part in a collecting trip to Alto Maués Ecological Station was made with to objective to inventory their biodiversity. This area remains is an unexplored primary forest, inhabited only by indigenous people who maintain little contact with other people and where no environmental modifications caused by extensive anthropogenic activities were observed. Psaironeura jeronimoi was collected in two sites, both consisting of first-order streams (narrower than 1m) with slow waters and dense vegetation. Psaironeura jeronimoi has thus far been collected at two localities, Belterra municipality (Pará State) and Borbas municipality (Amazonas State) (Fig. 5). In the latter, inhabits small lateral ponds, near principal first order stream (Fig. 6), and shares its habitat with Chalcopteryx radians Ris, 1914, Heliocharis amazona Selys, 1853, Mnesarete aenea Selys, 1853, Heteragrion silvarum Sjöstedt, 1918, Psaironeura tenuissima (Selys, 1886), Phasmoneura exigua (Selys, 1886), Dicterias atrosanguinea Selys, 1853, and Microstigma sp.Published as part of Mendoza-Penagos, Cristian Camilo, Juen, Leandro, Muzón, Javier & Vilela, Diogo Silva, 2022, Psaironeura jeronimoi (Odonata: Zygoptera: Coenagrionidae) sp. nov. from the Brazilian Amazon rainforest, with a key for species of tenuissima group, and discussion on the significance of the genital ligula to the taxonomy of the group, pp. 291-300 in Zootaxa 5196 (2) on pages 293-297, DOI: 10.11646/zootaxa.5196.2.9, http://zenodo.org/record/722461
This diploma thesis focuses on social media usage in B2B sales. Based on the systematic literature review conducted by the author, he has found out that recent researchers (Salo, 2017) suggest further research in the area of how and in which sales phase should various social networking sites, technologies and plugins used. To further fill this research gap, author decided to identify these social media and their usage among B2B salespeople in the so-called social selling process. The social selling process in this thesis applies mainly to acquiring new prospects and tangentially to taking care of existing clients (follow-up step). Author has chosen a qualitative research method via conducting 10 in-depth semi-structured interviews to reveal these instruments as well as motivation of a sales person on why to use social media in the selling process. The collected data was analyzed using Thematic analysis to ensure the right procedure and to identify main themes which crystalized into 2 main strategic approaches in social selling. These approaches (Push and Pull) include practical examples of concrete activities which sales people can use in their daily jobs and are presented with focus on practicality and ease of implementation. These also form the main contribution of author`s research. In the last part, author mentions challenges in social selling and recommended managerial implications for salesforce
