Pemikiran Pendidikan Islam dalam Perspektif Zakiah Daradjat
This study discusses Zakiah Daradjat's perspective on Islamic education and its
contribution to Islamic education in Indonesia. The main issues discussed are: (1)
The concept of Islamic education according to Zakiah Daradjat; (2) The contribution
of Zakiah Daradjat's thoughts about Islamic education to Islamic education in
Indonesia. This study used the library research method, with primary data sources
obtained from the works of Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat who focuses on 3 (three)
books, namely Psychology, Islamic Education, and Religious Education in Mental
Development, as well as secondary data sources in the form of books relevant to this
research. The data analysis technique used by the author in this study is data
triangulation. The results of the discussion concluded: the concept of Islamic
education according to Zakiah Daradjat is the essence of forming human beings who
have noble morals or in other words morals are good deeds. Morals are a reflection
of faith in the form of behavior, speech, and attitude. Because Islamic education is
not merely religious education, but the cultivation of a religious spirit by
accustoming children to good qualities and habits. The goal of Islamic Education is
the embodiment of Islamic values in the human person of the student that is
endeavored by Muslim educators. The contribution of Islamic education thought
initiated by Zakiah Daradjat can be seen theoretically, namely: The components of
Islamic education according to him are educators, students, educational methods,
and curriculum which are an inseparable unit, one with the other equally taking part
in achieve the goal, namely to create a generation of good morals. In practice, he was
a reformer of Islamic education in his day

Penelitian ini membahas pemikiran pendidikan Islam persepektif Zakiah Daradjat dan sumbangannya terhadap pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. permasalahan pokok yang dipaparkan, yaitu: (1) Konsep pendidikan Islam dalam pandangan Zakiah Daradjat;(2) Kontribusi pemikiran Zakiah Daradjat tentang pendidikan Islam terhadap pendidikan Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan medote kepustakaan (library research), dengan sumber data primer diperoleh dari karya-karya Zakiah Daradjat yang berfokus pada 3 (tiga) buku, yaitu Metodologi Pengajaran Agama Islam, Ilmu Pendidikan Islam, dan Metodik Pengajaran Agama Islam, serta sumber data sekunder berupa buku-buku yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini ialah triangulasi data. Hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan: Menurut Zakiah Daradjat, konsep pendidikan Islam pada hakekatnya adalah manusia yang berakhlak mulia, atau dengan kata lain berakhlak adalah amal saleh. Moralitas mencerminkan keyakinan dalam bentuk perilaku, ucapan dan sikap. Karena pendidikan Islam bukan hanya tentang mengajarkan agama, tetapi tentang menumbuhkan ruh keimanan dengan mendidik anak dalam sifat dan kebiasaan yang baik. Tujuan pendidikan Islam adalah terwujudnya nilai-nilai Islam dalam kepribadian peserta didik, yang diupayakan oleh para guru muslim. Secara teoritis kontribusi pemikiran pendidikan Islam yang digagas oleh Zakiah Daradjat dapat dilihat, yaitu: Menurutnya komponen pendidikan Islam adalah guru, peserta didik, metode pengajaran dan kurikulum, yang merupakan satu kesatuan yang tidak terpisahkan, yang sama-sama berkaitan satu sama lain. dalam pencapaian. . PEMIKIRAN PROF. DR. ZAKIAH DARADJAT TENTANG PEMBINAAN MORAL REMAJA DI INDONESIA
ABSTRAK
Degradasi moral yang melanda masyarakat kita saat ini terutama dikalangan generasi muda sangat memprihatinkan. Hal ini adalah dampak dari perkembangan teknologi yang tidak diimbangi dengan kesiapan mental dalam memanfaatkan teknologi modern. Yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana pembinaan moral remaja menurut pemikiran Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat. Penelitian yang penulis lakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pandangan Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat tentang pembinaan moral remaja di Indonesia.
Adapun jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian library research, yaitu penelitian yang mengumpulkan data dan informasi dengan bantuan bermacam-macam material yang terdapat diruangan perpustakaan, seperti: buku-buku, dokumen, kisah-kisah sejarah lainnya yang dapat dijadikan sumber rujukan untuk menyusun suatu laporan ilmiah. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan tekhnik content analysis (analisis isi).
Dari hasil penelitian ini Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat berpendapat bahwasannya pembinaan moral merupakan suatu tindakan atau usaha untuk mendidik, membina, membangun watak, akhlak serta perilaku seseorang agar orang yang bersangkutan terbiasa mengenal, memahami, dan menghayati sifat-sifat baik atau aturan-aturan moral. Agama menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam pembinaan remaja, karena agama itu dapat meluruskan, memperbaiki tabiat, sifat, watak manusia agar terarah kepada tujuan yang benar. Usaha-usaha untuk pembinaan moral remaja menurut Zakiah Daradjat yaitu dengan penyaringan terhadap kebudayaan asing, pembinaan mental yang harus ditingkatkan, dengan menciptakan rasa aman dalam masyarakat, perbaikan Sistem Pendidikan Nasional, dan memperbanyak badan bimbingan dan penyuluhan.

ABSTRACT
The moral degradation that afflicts our society today, especially among the younger generation, is very concerning. This is the impact of technological developments that are not matched by mental readiness to utilize modern technology. The formulation of the problem in this study is how youth moral development according to Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat. The research that the author conducted aims to find out how Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat on youth moral development in Indonesia.
The type of research that the author uses is library research research, which is research that collects data and information with the help of various materials available in the library room, such as: books, documents, other historical stories that can be used as a source of reference for compiling a scientific report. The data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques.
From the results of this study Prof. Dr. Zakiah Daradjat argues that moral coaching is an action or effort to educate, foster, build a person's character, morals and behavior so that the person concerned is accustomed to knowing, understanding and living good qualities or moral rules. Religion is very important in the development of youth, because religion can straighten and improve the character, nature, and human character so that they are directed to the right goal. Efforts to develop youth moral according to Zakiah Daradjat are filtering foreign cultures, mental development that must be improved, by creating a sense of security in society, improving the National Education System, and increasing the number of counseling and counseling agencies.

REAKTUALISASI PEMIKIRAN ZAKIAH DARADJAT TENTANG PEMBINAAN MENTAL REMAJA BERBASIS AGAMA DI MASA PANDEMI
At the stage of human development, adolescence is a period of entering emotional tension. The unstable initial condition of the teenager was further burdened by the Covid-19 pandemic. Among them is the learning system that has changed to online causing the mental health condition of teenagers to be disturbed. For this reason, intervention measures are needed to maintain the mental health of adolescents during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The purpose of the study was to analyze the reactualization of Zakiah Daradjat's thoughts on religion-based adolescent mental development during the pandemic. This study uses a type of library research (library research). The data collection method used in this research is documentation, by collecting data related to the condition of adolescents during the pandemic along with Zakiah Daradjat's thoughts regarding adolescent mental development, then data analysis is carried out. In this study, the author uses the method of content analysis or content analysis.
The results of this study indicate that adolescents are said to be mentally healthy during a crisis according to Zakiah Daradjat, namely 1) Stable psychological condition. 2) There is no physical disturbance and normality in adolescent body functions. 3) The release of adolescents from threatening conditions, both from the physical and social environment. 4) Make religion as a guide in living their lives. Then the interventions that can be done to maintain the mental health of adolescents during the pandemic according to Zakiah Daradjat are 1) Utilizing the abilities possessed by adolescents, namely the ability to adjust. Either adjustment to himself, others, society or the atmosphere in which the teenager lives. 2) To fill the free time of teenagers during the pandemic, it is necessary to do activities they like (hobbies) or develop the abilities possessed by teenagers. 3) In a difficult pandemic, teenagers need the support of the people around them, such as support from their families, especially parents, peers, teachers (schools) and the community. 4) The religious education that teenagers get as a child determines the attitude of teenagers in dealing with pandemic conditions. In this regard, the level of faith of adolescents also has a major impact on the mental health of adolescents. In addition, the practice of religious teachings can also help teenagers in maintaining peace of mind during the pandemic, including: prayer, fasting, remembrance, prayer, trust in Allah, gratitude and patience
Gen Z’s Response to Zakiah Daradjat’s Views on Women’s Roles in the Family
The increasing attention to family dynamics amid rising divorce rates in Indonesia underscores the need to examine the roles of women within the household. Drawing on Zakiah Daradjat’s influential work, Islam dan Peranan Wanita (1987), this study examines how Generation Z readers interpret her discourse on the roles of women as wives and mothers. This qualitative study used a reader-response approach with data from 44 purposively selected Gen Z respondents via Google Forms. Conducted in August-September 2024, responses were thematically analyzed using interpretive analysis grounded in hermeneutics, highlighting how personal experiences shaped interpretations of Zakiah Darajat’s views on women’s family roles. The findings indicate that most participants affirmed Daradjat’s views, particularly the centrality of women in fostering family well-being. However, some respondents, particularly unmarried and highly educated participants, expressed more egalitarian perspectives, emphasizing the need for shared responsibility between spouses. The emphasis on women's roles in the family is aligned with the focus of the study, without disregarding the roles of other parties in the dynamics of family life. This study offers insight into family issues that frequently result in disarray between its members, particularly between father and mother or husband and wife, from a range of viewpoints with a diversity of experiences. DC motor control using peripheral interface controller (PIC) / Nur Zakiah Alias
This paper discusses the development of a speed controller system for DC motors. The half-controlled single-phase bridge rectifier using MPlab software is use to designed the controller. PIC is used to control the thyristors, where it switches sequentially during positive cycle of the input voltage. To vary the speed of the DC motor, the firing angle (a) of the thyristors is varied by using external data (using 8- bit DIP switch). This will vary the firing angles (a) such to control the output of half controlled single-phase bridge rectifier. The DC voltage produce at the output can be maximum voltage (for high speed) or low voltage (for minimum speed) for the DC motor. In order to make the controlling of the output of certain system via a rectifier easier, it is possible to control the input signal through it. Since the input signals is fed from the half controlled single phase bridge rectifier, there are several interface circuit must be connected to merge the operational of rectifier. When the complete circuit is operating, the input signal setting can be controlled by varying the firing angles (a). Once it controlled, it produces the output voltage as expected. The observation can be made through the shape of waveform where it is represented by mean voltage. As a result, it shows that by using the PIC, the output of rectifier is now having the controlled output where it is suitable to connect with any load such as DC motor to control its speed
Studies on the adsorption and corrosion inhibition of substituted benzylidene schiff bases on mild steel in 1 M HCI / Nor Zakiah Nor Hashim
The objective of this thesis is to investigate the performance of newly synthesized substituted benzylidene Schiff bases as corrosion inhibitors of mild steel in 1 M HC1 at 25°C. To accomplish this intention, a series of (E)-JV’-benzyl idene-A^- phenylbenzene-1,4-diamine Schiff bases that contain different substituent groups at para position of benzylidene were synthesized and characterized via physical and spectroscopic analysis. The azomethine double bond (C=N) infrared spectra found for the Schiff bases are at around 1590-1604 cm'1. From *H Nuclear Magnetic Spectroscopy (NMR) spectra, the azomethine proton (singlet) shifted in the range of 8 8.634-8.531 ppm, while the peaks at around 8 157.32-155.82 ppm found in 13C NMR spectra are assigned for azomethine carbon. The corrosion inhibition performance of N-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine (NPPD), (£ )- //-benzylidene-V-phenylbenzene-1,4- diamine (Kl), jV-[(£)-4-chlorobenzylidene]-Af-phenylbenzene- 1,4-diamine (K2) and iV-[(£)-4-methoxybenzylidene]-iV-phenylbenzene- 1,4-diamine (K3) was measured in 1 M HC1 using electrochemical methods which are polarization, Linear Polarization (LPR) and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). The analysis of substrate’s surface via Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) was employed to determine the Schiff base adsorption behaviour on the surface of mild steel in the acidic solution. The electrochemical results revealed that the corrosion inhibition efficiencies of the Schiff bases are higher and achieved up to 96.0% as found for K2,thus more effective than the other Schiff base in the series, and the parent amine of NPPD. The adsorption of inhibitors at the metal-solution interface are well described based on Langmuir adsorption isotherm because R2 and slope values are almost to the value of 1. In further work, the temperature effect of Schiff bases in 1 M HC1 also has been evaluated using polarization method. The inhibition efficiencies found for K2 inhibitor retains its great inhibitive effect and increase slightly until become almost constant at the highest temperature of 55°C. XPS measurements showed that studied Schiff bases mainly adsorbed via chemisorption interaction which involves
coordination bond mainly electron donation from n electrons in the benzene ring and azomethine double to the empty orbital of metal. This is supported by AGadS values which suggests the adsorption of Schiff base inhibitors on mild steel surface are due to the both combination of chemisorption and physisorption. The multilayers adsorption of inhibitors is due to subsequent layer physisorbed on the inner most (chemisorbed) layer via weak intermolecular hydrogen bonding of C-H-7T between Schiff base molecules. The relationship between the corrosion inhibition efficiency with physicochemical and electronic properties of TV-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine and Schiff bases was examined via density functional theory method. Theoretical results clearly shown that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of inhibitors are essentially depends on the frontier orbitals parameters as example by the increase of inhibition effciency always directly related to the decrease of band gap energy between HOMO
and LUMO. It is proven there is an electron transfer interaction among the Schiff base molecules with the active sites at the metal surface
Exploration of characteristics and withdrawal factors from smoking cessation programme among quit smoking clinic attendees in Malaysia / Zakiah Mohd Noordin
The combination of pharmacologic treatment and counselling intervention by health
professionals in smoking cessation programme leads to highest quit rate. However, poor
adherence to cessation treatment is common due to several factors. Thus, in this study we
examined characteristics of quit smoking clinic (QSC) attendees, predictors for smoking
cessation outcome and withdrawal factors from cessation programme. We also further analysed
if adverse drug reaction (ADR) is a concern for withdrawal from QSC. A retrospective study
was conducted at four QSCs in Kuala Lumpur. Convenient sample of 285 smokers attended
QSC between January 2016 to December 2018 was enrolled and categorized into two quit
smoking status; successfully achieved 6-month abstinence and failed to achieve 6-month
abstinence. Information on socio-demographics, smoking history, pharmacotherapy agent
prescribed, and ADRs were collected from smoker's medical records and statistically analysed
for comparison. Following that, a sample of fifteen active smokers who have defaulted from
QSC was selected using purposive sampling and interviewed via telephone and face-to-face
interview on their smoking cessation experience. Interviews were audio recorded, transcribed
and analysed using thematic analysis. Our study found frequency of visits to QSC as significant
independent predictor for smoking cessation outcome (OR=l.l 1 95% CI 1.01-1.23, p=0.034).
The primary barriers to QSCs commitment reported were smoker's intrinsic and extrinsic
influences particularly work commitment, healthcare professional's skills and attitude and
effectiveness of pharmacotherapy prescribed. Based on our findings, majority of QSC
attendees comprised of working adults and working commitment was highlighted as primary
barrier for a successful cessation, this emphasized the need for effective intervention and
collaborative effort between healthcare facilities and employers to optimize adherence among
this group of smokers in smoking cessation programme which subsequently will enhance their
quitting rates

TEORI KONVERGENSI DALAM PERSPEKTIF PENDIDIKAN ISLAM MENURUT PROF. DR. ZAKIAH DARADJAT
ABSTRAK
Adapun Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan
perkembangan seseorang itu adalah keturunan (bakat, pembawaan) dan
faktor lingkungan (pengalaman) sebagai penentu baik dan buruknya
kepribadian seseorang. Pandangan islam menyatakan bahwa fitrah
merupakan kecendrungan alamiah bawaan sejak lahir. Teori konvergensi
menganggap bahwa setiap manusia sepanjang hidupnya selalu berada
dalam pertumbuhan dan perkembangan dimana dalam perkembangan
tersebut didasarkan atas tujuan pendidikan yaitu manusia penerus hingga
akhir hidupnya. Berdasarkan proses perkembangannya manusia itu selalu
ditentukan oleh perpaduan pengaruh dari faktor pembawaan (kemampuan
dasar) dan faktor lingkungan sekitar, baik yang disengaja (seperti
pendidikan) maupun yang tidak disengaja seperti pergaulan dan
lingkungan alam, sesuai dengan pandangan konvergensi.
Pendidikan islam lebih berkesan dan berhasil guna, apa bila
seluruh lingkungan hidup yang ikut mempengaruhi pembinaan pribadi
anak ( keluarga, sekolah, masyarakat)
yang sama - sama mengarah pada pendidikan dan mempengaruhi
pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak. Akan tetapi, hal ini bukan berarti
mementingkan pendidikan jasmani, akal, maupun ilmu pengetahuan
praktis lainnya saja, melainkan bahwa kita sesungguhnya memperhatikan
segi-segi pendidikan akhlak sebagaimana halnya memperhatikan ilmu�ilmu yang lain.
Menurut Zakiah, pendidikan harus mengembangkan dimensi
manusia yang terdiri dari tujuh macam: fisik, akal, iman, akhlak,
kejiwaan, keindahan, dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Pendidikan harus
ditujukan untuk membangun dan membina manusia yang kuat, sehat dan
mampu melaksanakan tugasnya, membina fisiknya yang sehat sehingga
tercipta kepribadian yang seimbang dan selaras sebagai pengabdian
kepada Tuhan, membina dan mengolah fisik yang kokoh sehingga terbina
sikap-sikap terpuji seprti bersikap toleran, sportif, dan kerja sama.
Menurut zakiah daradjat yang memandang fitrah sebagai wadah dan
bentuk yang dapat diisi dengan berbagai kecakapan dan keterampilan
yang dapat berkembang sesuai dengan kedudukan dan tanggung jawab
selaku hamba dan khalifah dimuka bumi ini. Berkembang atau tidaknya
fitrah manusia tergantung pada 2 faktor, yaitu: Usaha manusia itu sendiri
dan Hidayah dari Allah SWT.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah library
research dengan bersumber pada buku-buku, jurnal, artikel, dan lain
sebagai nya yang berkaitan dengan teori konvergensi. Penelitian ini
menghasilkan, pertama teori konvergensi dalam perspektif pendidikan
islam kedua teori konvergensi menurut zakiyah daradjat.

ABSTRACT
The factors that influence a person's growth and development are
heredity (talent, innate) and environmental factors (experience) as a
determinant of good and bad personality. The Islamic view states that
fitrah is a natural innate tendency from birth. Convergence theory
assumes that every human being throughout his life is always in growth
and development which in this development is based on educational
goals, namely human successors until the end of his life. Based on the
process of human development, it is always determined by a combination
of influences from innate factors (basic abilities) and surrounding
environmental factors, both intentional (such as education) and
unintentional such as association and the natural environment, in
accordance with the convergence view.
Islamic education is more effective and effective, if the entire
environment that influences the personal development of the child
(family, school, community) both leads to education and influences the
growth and development of the child. However, this does not mean that
we are only concerned with physical education, reason, or other practical
knowledge, but that we actually pay attention to aspects of moral
education as well as pay attention to other sciences.
According to Zakiah, education must develop the human
dimension which consists of seven types: physical, intellectual, faith,
morals, psychology, beauty, and social. Education must be aimed at
building and fostering strong, healthy and capable human beings to carry
out their duties, fostering a healthy physique so as to create a balanced
and harmonious personality as a dedication to God, fostering and
cultivating a strong physique so that commendable attitudes are
developed such as being tolerant, sportsmanlike. , and cooperation.
According to Zakiah Daradjat, who views fitrah as a container and form
that can be filled with various skills and skills that can develop according
to position and responsibility as a servant and caliph on this earth.
Whether human nature develops or not depends on 2 factors, namely:
human effort itself and guidance from Allah SWT.
The research method used by the author is library research based
on books, journals, articles, and others related to convergence theory.
This research produces, first, the theory of convergence in the perspective
of Islamic education, , the second, the theory of convergence according to
