I cieli e i gironi del lusso. Processi lavorativi e di valorizzazione nelle reti della moda
No full textUn libro «inattuale» che studia quali siano, nel quadro di processi pro- duttivi dispiegati su scala internazionale, le condizioni di lavoro della manodopera impiegata in Italia nella produzione di beni di lusso all’interno del settore della moda.
L’analisi si sviluppa a partire dagli investimenti di grandi gruppi industriali in alcuni distretti italiani, in relazione alla possibilità di realizzare quella che gli autori definiscono una delocalizzazione di prossimità. L’indagine sulle catene di subfornitura a livello locale mostra un ventaglio di condizioni di lavoro molto ampio e solo in parte di pubblico dominio.
Le griffe esibiscono infatti l’artigianalità e le buone retribuzioni delle loro maestranze, occultando il lavoro ripetitivo esternalizzato, a bassi salari, a piccole e medie imprese in cui è consistente la presenza di lavoratori mi- granti e di imprenditori cinesi.
Da una prospettiva inedita e attraverso un lungo percorso di ricerca sul campo, gli autori mettono in luce l’ambivalenza e la complessità di tali fenomeni nel sistema produttivo italiano

Alpinist adaptive potential and the dynamics of adaptation in Janusz Klarner’s „Nanda Devi”
No full textWyprawa alpinistów na Nanda Devi była pierwszą polską pomyślnie zakończoną wędrówką w Himalajach. Nanda Devi była bardzo trudnym wyzwaniem dla polskiej ekipy, ale po wielu niebezpiecznych sytuacjach w końcu osiągnęli szczyt. W kolejnym kroku alpiniści chcieli zdobyć szczyt Tirsuli. Niestety, dwóch ekspedytorów zostało zasypanych lawiną na zboczach lodowca. Janusz Klarner (członek ekipy polskich alpinistów) po kilku latach napisał książkę Nanda Devi, opartą na jego prywatnym dzienniku ekspedycyjnym. Główną tezą artykułu jest to, że dotarcie do Nanda Devi było możliwe dzięki odpowiedniej szybkości adaptacji. Himalaje były zupełnie nieznanym miejscem dla polskich alpinistów. Okoliczności wymagały adaptacji do nowych, wymagających warunków. W artykule autor analizuje te adaptacje. Niektóre z nich miały wymiar symboliczny, inne: kulturowy, techniczny oraz aksjologiczny. Korzystając z ustaleń Deleuze'a z Bergsonizmu, autor uznaje, że zdolność do odpowiednio dynamicznej adaptacji jest wynikiem odpowiedniego uporządkowania występującego w danym momencie. Podsumowując, autor rozważa różne powiązania wzorców kulturowych, przyczynowości osobistej i względów środowiskowychAlpinist expedition to the Nanda Devi was the first Polish successfully ended hiking in the Himalaya. Nanda Devi was a very tough challenge for Polish team but after many dangerous situations they finally reached the peak. As a next step alpinists wanted to reach Tirsuli peak. Unluckily, two of the expeditors were buried in an avalanche on the slopes of a glacier. Janusz Klarner (the member of the Polish alpinists team) after few years wrote a book Nanda Devi which is based on his private expedition journal. The main thesis of the article is that reaching Nanda Devi was possible by the accurate speed of adaptation. The Himalaya was a completely different and unknown place for Polish alpinists. Alpinists were forced to various adaptations in many different situations. In the article author analyses emerging changes and adaptations. Among them are symbolic, cultural, technical and axiological adaptations. Using Deleuze's findings from Bergsonizm, the author recognizes that the capacity for appropriately dynamic adaptation is the result of an appropriate arrangement occurring at a point in time. To sum up, an author considers various connections between cultural patterns, personal causality and environmental considerations
