ANALISIS TINGKAT LOYALITAS KONSUMEN TERHADAP PRODUK ROTI DITOKO ROTTE BAKERY GARUDA SAKTI KECAMATAN TAMPAN KOTA PEKANBARU PROVINSI RIAU
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan loyalitas konsumen yang membeli Produk Roti Di Toko Rotte Bakery. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode survei pada toko Rotte Bakery. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan hasil lapangan yaitu untuk karakteristik umur berada pada usia produktif yaitu pada kisaran usia 15–25 tahun sebanyak 66,68%, tingkat pendidikan responden yaitu pada kisaran 12-15 tahun atau setingkat SMU dan Diploma sebanyak 76,67%, pendapatan keluarga pada kisaran Rp.1.000.000–Rp.1.500.000 sebanyak 46,67%, dan pekerjaan dominan responden yaitu Pegawai Swasta sebanyak 36,67%. Sedangkan untuk hasil analisis loyalitas konsumen belum pada tahap pembeli yang loyal karena piramid loyalitas nilai Switcher buyer masih diatas 50% dan nilai commited buyer masih sangat kecil yaitu sebesar 26,67%
ANALISIS KEPUASAN KONSUMEN TERHADAP PRODUK SEMBAKO PADA MINIMARKET JUAN DI KECAMATAN BENAI KABUPATEN KUANTAN SINGINGI
The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior and consumer satisfaction of consumers of basic food products at the Juan minimarket in Benai District. The method used in this study is the Likert scale and analysis method (IPA) and (CSI) or Consumer Satisfaction Index. The results obtained from consumer behavior towards rice are in the satisfied category, with a total of 16 people from 30 respondents with a percentage of 53.33%, sugar and cooking oil in the category of Very Satisfied with 23 souls from 30 respondents with a percentage of 76.67% %, eggs are in the satisfied category with 25 souls from 30 respondents with a percentage of 83.43%, milk is in the very satisfied category with a total of 17 souls from 30 respondents with a percentage of 56.67%. And the results of the calculation of rice as a whole the value of the index of consumer satisfaction is 69.50%. Where this value is in the consumer satisfaction index range of 50% -75%. Sugar consumer satisfaction index value of 59.57% CSI results are in satisfied criteria, cooking oil consumer satisfaction index value is 72.00% and CSI results are on very satisfied criteria, egg consumer satisfaction index value is 76.00% based on CSI results are in the criteria of satisfaction and milk the consumer satisfaction index value is 70.00%
Analysis of Rice Consumer Loyalty in Pekanbaru City
This study aims to determine the loyalty of consumers who buy rice in Pekanbaru City. The method used is the survey method for households in Pekanbaru City, which consists of 12 Districts which are divided proportionally based on BPS data in 2020. The sample in this study is 240 households, based on the field survey results obtained for consumer characteristics are at 84.00% of the productive age ranges from 15 - 35 years old. For educational characteristics, 63.41% of undergraduate consumer education (S1) covers various fields of science. Then for the characteristics of income, it is found that as much as 6.92% of consumer income is 2,888,564 or equivalent to MSEs. Whereas for the type of work obtained as many as 57.4% have a livelihood / job as private employees. Meanwhile, the results of the analysis of consumer loyalty are not yet at the level of loyal buyers because the loyalty pyramid value of Switcher buyers is still above 50% and the value of committed buyers is still very small, namely 26.67%. The level of loyalty of rice consumers in the city of Pekanbaru is not yet at the level of loyal buyers because in the loyalty pyramid the value of Switcher buyers is still above 63%, which is 56.61% with the frequent category and the committed buyer value is also very small, namely 49.72% with the non-category. like, for the value of Liking The Brand and Satisfied Buyer, which is 100% with the very satisfied category. ANALISIS KOMPONEN UTAMA PEMBENTUK SIKAP PETANI TERHADAP PENGEMBANGAN AGROINDUSTRI SAGU RAKYAT DI PROVINSI RIAU
The development of agroindustry is positively impacting the income of sago farmers. Despite the significant contribution, existing sago agroindustry experiences suboptimal due to some obstacles such as farmers' attitudes. Therefore, this research aimed to determine farmers' attitudes towards the development of sago agroindustry using several indicators. The experiment was carried out in different locations with the largest sago production, namely Tebing Tinggi Timur and Tebing Tinggi Barat Districts, Kepulauan Meranti Regency, Riau Province. The sample size comprised 100 people and the quantitative using the factor analysis method, namely Principal Component Analysis (PCA). The results of the study concluded that the development of sago agroindustry was formed from the attitude of farmers consisting of family support and gender which were included in the decision-making category group with a cumulative total variance value of 36.42%. The reference group category of 52.38% consisted of motivation, trust, and raw materials. The institutional group with the largest cumulative total variance value of 65.34% consisted of market conditions, partnerships, social and technological changes.Pengembangan agroindustri merupakan upaya yang memberikan dampak postif terhadap pendapatan petani sagu. Namun banyak terdapat kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengembangan tersebut, sehingga pengembangan agroindustri sagu yang ada belum optimal. Salah satu diantara kendala tersebut adalah sikap petani terhadap pengembangan industri sagu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sikap petani melalui indikator pembentuk sikap tersebut. Lokasi penelitian di Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Timur dan Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Barat Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, Provinsi Riau. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive dengan alasan kedua kecamatan ini merupakan kawasan sagu terluas di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 100 orang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis faktor, yaitu Analisis Komponen Utama atau Principal Component Analysis (PCA). Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa komponen utama pembentuk sikap petani adalah komponen pengambilan keputusan, komponen referensi dan komponen kelembagaan
Karakteristik Petani Sagu dalam Pengembangan Agroindustri Sagu Rakyat di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti provinsi Riau
This research aims to: (1) determine the characteristics of sago farmers in Meranti Islands Regency; and (2) knowing the role of farmers in developing the people's sago agro-industry. This research uses a survey method with the help of a questionnaire. This research is further research with the survey method used. The number of samples used in this research is the number of research parameters multiplied by the indicators. The number of indicators in the main research was 5 x 20 so that 100 samples were obtained. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that the characteristics of Sago Farmers as seen from age, education, number of family dependents, land area and experience in sago farming are a reflection of the farmer's ability to develop the people's sago agroindustry. The local value of people's processed sago products is the ability possessed by farmers because of their ability to process sago into various products, as well as the existing decision-making mechanism for sago farmers still using a discussion system with traditional leaders (ninik mamak) community leaders, because traditional culture is still implemented with very good
PEMBUATAN IKAN ASIN KEMBUNG (Rastrelliger kanagurta) DI DESA BANJAR BENAI, KECAMATAN BENAI
Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) di Desa Banjar Benai ini adalah untuk memberikan pengertian, pemahaman, dan cara pengolahan Ikan Kembung menjadi produk olahkan Ikan Asin. Manfaatnya adalah agar ibu-ibu rumah tangga di pedesaan mendapatkan pengetahuan serta pengalaman untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui potensi yang bisa dikembangakan yaitu pengolahan ikan kembung segar menjadi ikan asin kembung atau dijadikan sumber bahan pangan keluarga atau dijual sebagai sumber pendapatan tambahan keluarga. Strategi yang digunakan untuk merealisasikan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan, memberi dorongan dan memotivasi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kesadaran ibu-ibu akan potensinya dalam menciptakan suasana pengembangan usaha agribisnis. Hasil kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan oleh Tim Program Studi Agribisnis di Desa Banjar Benai antara lain adalah antusiasisme peserta dalam mengikuti kegiatan PKM ditandai dengan keinginan untuk adanya kelanjutan kegiatan ini dimasa yang akan datang. Potensi untuk pengembangan pengolahn ikan asin kembung sangat terbuka, mengingat sumber bahan baku yaitu ikan kembung segar selalu tersedia di pasar. </jats:p
