vuole saggiare.
The aim of the research was to question the meaning of innovation, trying to transcend the mere size methodological and instrumental. On the basis of the philosophical and pedagogical concept of formativity, we have questioned the assumptions and objectives of innovation, through a reading ethic and hermeneutics of educational planning. The research was conducted on the transverse planes: the theoretical analyzes in sociopedagogical perspective the relationship school-society, relying on theoretical principles of neopersonalismo Christian-based and relational paradigm; on the practical uses of an experimental educational-training activities started in 2011 in the municipality of Montecorvino Pugliano (Salerno). The hypothesis of the project relates to the revaluation of the concept of community within the school situation: the social capital is and must be first of all human capital, so that “ the us become internalized and deep root, able to make fruitful the common good” (Castaldi M.C, 2013).It outlines the objectives of the project: “once again on” the relational being of man; rediscover the ontological significance of the community dimension of the school experience; form the humus made of human values and common feelings. The educational-training methodologies used are part of the perspective of the pedagogy of the gift, articulating a virtuous circle between the education of thought (John Dewey) and the education of the heart (St. John Bosco).Scopo della ricerca è stato quello di interrogarsi sul senso dell’innovazione, cercando di trascenderne la sola dimensione metodologico-strumentale.
Ilyograpsus vannini Sawada, Hosogi & Sakai 2005
Ilyograpsus vannini Sawada, Hosogi & Sakai, 2005 Ilyograpsus paludicola — Vannini & Valmori, 1981: 77, Fig. 10C. Not Ilyograpsus paludicola (Rathbun, 1909) Ilyograpsus vannini Sawada et al., 2005: 853 (in part), Figs. 1A–C, 3A, 5B, D, F. Name bearing type. – Holotype: female (4.0 × 4.4 mm) (Museuo Zoologico, University of Florence 664), Abo, Somalia, coll. M. L. Azzaroli. Not available for study (see Remarks). Material examined. – None. Remarks. – As discussed above, the paratypes of Ilyograpsus vannini from Melita Bay, Gulf of Zula, Ethiopia (RMNH D 26501), are here identified with I. rhizophorae. Unfortunately, the holotype and one paratype, both ovigerous females, from Abo, Somalia, were not available to us. We recognize the present taxon as a valid species for the time being, because of the differences seen in the shape of the carapace and the development of the anterolateral teeth on the carapace (see “ Remarks ” of I. rhizophorae). Sawada et al. (2005) cited Karachi, Pakistan, in the distribution of I. vannini, although they did not give any evidence.Published as part of Komai, Tomoyuki & Wada, Keiji, 2008, A Revision Of The Estuarine Crab Genus Ilyograpsus Barnard, 1955 (Crustacea: Decapoda: Brachyura: Macrophthalmidae), With Descriptions Of A New Genus And One New Species, pp. 357-384 in Raffles Bulletin of Zoology 56 (2) on page 365, DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.534071
A multi-indicator approach to compare the sustainability of organic vs. integrated management of grape production
Sustainable agricultural practices are increasingly becoming a strategic asset for global and national environmental policies and economy. A big challenge is the selection of appropriate indicators to describe the complexity of the agroecosystem management. In the present work, the sustainability of grape production, in vineyard trials of Pinot blanc and Rhine Riesling, managed with integrated (INT) and organic management (organic, with cattle manure ORG1 and organic with green manure ORG2), was compared using a multi-indicator approach. The experiment was set in 2011 (1.5 ha in Trento, Italy) and carbon footprint (CF), nitrogen footprint (NF), water footprint (WF), soil microbial diversity (alpha diversity of bacteria, fungi, oomycetes communities) and soil C stock change, were evaluated in 2018. The CF was 0.213—0.227 kg CO2-eq/kg in the INT, 0.144—0.168 kg CO2-eq/kg in ORG1 and 0.134—0.147 kg CO2-eq/kg in ORG2. The NF was around 1 g Nr/kg for the INT, 0.4 g Nr/kg for ORG1 and 0.5 g Nr/kg for ORG2. The WF, excluding the pesticides impact on grey water, was 666—708 L/kg for INT, 605—655 L/kg for ORG1 and 529—580 L/kg for ORG2. The impact of farming practices on soil microbial alpha diversity showed no significant difference among treatments for oomycetes and significantly higher indexes for fungi and bacteria in the ORG1, with INT and ORG2, being similar. No difference in bulk organic C were observed among treatments. Overall, the multi-indicator approach allowed to demonstrate that the organic management was more beneficial for most of the environmental spheres of the agroecosystem compared to integrated management, without affecting the grape yiel
Protists’ microbiome: A fine-scale, snap-shot field study on the ciliate Euplotes
Host-microbiome relationships play a fundamental role in the evolution and ecology of any living being. As unicellular organisms, protists represent a unique eukaryotic model to investigate selection mechanisms of the prokaryotic microbiome at the cellular level. Field investigations are central to disentangle relative importance of selective drivers in nature. Here we performed an analysis on data from a snap-shot field study reported previously on bacterial microbiomes associated to natural populations of protist ciliates of the genus Euplotes to detect at a fine scale any influence of habitat and/or host identity in microbiome selection. Comparative analyses revealed environment at a relatively large scale (sampling area) as the main driv-ing factor in shaping prokaryotic communities' structures. No evidence of habitat as key-factor emerged when a smaller spa-tial scale was considered (pond/channel or site). When only microbiomes of ciliates from the same site were compared, a clear assessment on the influence of host identity at the species level was not achieved, probably due to the small and unbalanced number of individuals for the two considered host species. Starting from this point, wider sampling campaigns will contribute in the future to depict a general view of the drivers influencing the prokaryotic microbiomes of natural protist populations.(c) 2022 Elsevier GmbH. A ku band monolithic power amplifier for TT&C applications
The paper describes the design of a 38 dBm monolithic power amplifier at Ku band. The amplifier has to be used as the final stage of the downlink transmitter of a TT&C system. A commercial power p-HEMT process capable of handling a power density higher than 1 W/mm of active area has been selected for the amplifier design. The power capability of this process makes it possible to integrate in a monolithic chip the functionality up today supplied by hybrid modules. Since the circuit is a space product, the attention is focused on reliability issues; therefore performances have to be matched imposing the devices to work at de-rated conditions respect to the process maximum ratings. In this perspective, the device channel temperature becomes a very tight design objective and has to be carefully controlled by means of a thermal simulator. The paper describes the three dimensional thermal model built to predict the devices thermal behavior in the environment of a finite difference thermal simulator. The design of the circuit is also described from the specifications to the final layout
