    Place branding is an approach to stimulating territorial development. From the theoretical point of view, place branding in rural areas should be an inclusive and participatory process. Applications and outcomes of the process have been insufficiently investigated so far in rural areas. The oldest place brand in Slovenia, “Babica in Dedek”, is analyzed to present its socioeconomic circumstances, impacts, and challenges from the perspective of local producers. Three qualitative methods are thus applied: analysis of documents, semi-structured interviews, and a focus group. This case study has revealed factors that contribute to new marketing opportunities, product packaging, holding seminars, and advertising local products in the area. On the other hand, the empirical findings are only partly aligned with the theoretical implications: the impacts of place branding are “sectorally limited” instead of being inclusive and participative.Znamčenje območij je pristop za spodbujanje teritorialnega razvoja. S teoretskega vidika je znamčenje vključujoč in participativen proces, vendar so bile njegove aplikacije in učinki na podeželska območja doslej slabo raziskane. V tem prispevku smo analizirali vplive in izzive najstarejše tovrstne znamke v Sloveniji, »Babica in Dedek«, na območju Škofjeloškega hribovja z vidika tamkajšnjih ponudnikov. Uporabili smo tri kvalitativne metode: analizo virov in dokumentov, polstrukturirane intervjuje in fokusno skupino. S to študijo primera smo pokazali dejavnike, ki so pripomogli k novim tržnim priložnostim, k novi embalaži in organizaciji izobraževanj ter oglaševanju ponudbe na območju. Rezultati so osvetlili tudi neskladja s teoretskimi predpostavkami: namesto vključujočega in participativno naravnanega procesa znamčenja območja so njegovi učinki omejeni zgolj na en sektor deležnikov

    V diplomskem delu Aktualnost mladinskih del pesnice Anice Černejeve so predstavljena mladinska dela avtorice. Analiziranih in predstavljenih je deset del, in sicer Metuljčki (1930), Za vesele in žalostne čase (1933), Kapljice (1934), Dedek Miha (1939), Sredi domovine (1953), Bratci, zima bo (1957), Vesele pesmice (1957), Orjemo, orjemo (1975), Metuljčki (1980) in Hi, konjiček (1990). Za vesele in žalostne čase (1933), Kapljice (1934) in Dedek Miha (1939) so slikanice, za katere je besedilo napisala Anica Černej. Ilustrator slikanic Za vesele in žalostne čase (1933) ter Kapljice (1934) je Edo Deržaj. Slikanico Dedek Miha (1939) sta ilustrirala Marta in Radovan Klopčič. Analizirana in predstavljena je tudi zbirka pesmi za odrasle Moje poti, ki je izšla šele ob trideseti obletnici osvoboditve leta 1975, pesmi pa je zbrala in uredila Erna Muser. Analiza in predstavitev del zajema teme, motive, snov, lirske subjekte ter književni prostor in čas. Predstavljena je biografija pesnice Anice Černej, njena umestitev v obdobje med obema vojnama in bibliografija del ter uglasbenih pesmi. Opis njene življenjske in ustvarjalne poti povzema misli raznih avtorjev ter pesnice same. Zanimala me je tudi aktualnost njenih mladinskih del v učnem načrtu devetletne osnovne šole. Na osnovi ugotovljenega je Černejeva z izbrano snovjo podoživljala svoje otroštvo, na nastanek poezije pa so vplivale tudi negotove narodnopolitične razmere, brezposelnost in krute kmečke razmere. Njene pesmi za otroke so igrive in spevne ter zato med njimi še danes priljubljene. Predvsem pesmi, ki so uglasbene, so tako priljubljene, da so že skoraj ponarodele.In a graduation thesis The topicality of children\u27s literature written by the poet Anica Černej are presented author\u27s works for children. Works Za vesele in žalostne čase (1933), Kapljice (1934) and Dedek Miha (1939) are picture books, which Anica Černej contributed texts for. Picture books Za vesele in žalostne čase (1933) and Kapljice (1934) were illustrated by Edo Deržaj, while authors of illustrations in a picture book Dedek Miha (1939) are Marta and Radovan Klopčič. Analysed and presented is also a collection of poems for adults titled Moje poti, which issued no earlier than on the 30th anniversary of liberation, in 1975. Poems were collected and edited by Erna Muser. Analysis and presentation of the poet\u27s works consider topics, motives, matter, lyric subjects as well as literary space and time. Added is a biography of the poet Anica Černej, who belongs to the period between both world wars. Provided is also bibliography of her works and musicalized poems. Description of her life and creative path summarizes texts of various authors and the poet herself. I was also interested on topicality of her works for children in a curriculum of the nine-class primary school. Basically, as show my findings the poet Černej relived her childhood through a chosen matter, but creation of her poetry was also influenced by uncertain national political circumstances, unemployment and a tough situation in the countryside. Her poems for children are frisky and melodious. Consequently, they are popular among children even nowadays. Especially musicalized poems are so popular, that they became almost folk tunes

    The creativity of Antonius Wahyudi Sutrisno (Dedek) in creating the composition be an interesting thing for the author to be further investigated. This research was focused on the factors behind Dedek in finding creative ideas. Dedek works based on tradition reiterates that he uses the idiom of tradition in his works. The idioms used a series of structures, motifs or patterns, and techniques. From the idiom invention, the author observed the tradition one, of such pathet space, instruments (gamelan), and a model of the work, which all is associated with the science of Javanese gamelan. Through pathet space, the author assume that Dedek has a unique in terms of the selection range of tones, although, that is uncommonly performed in tradition karawitan. The exploration of the instruments and methods in use in Dedek works, gamelan instruments perceived authors have character and distinctive characteristics. While on the model of Dedek composition is not far from the tradition of serving space and schema structure that resembles a traditional convention. This research reviewed the more clearly about the characters of the existing tradition in Dedek works that came from the tradition idioms.     Merek tiga dimensi (Three-dimensional Marks) merupakan sebuah konsep di dalam golongan merek non-tradisional .Merek tiga dimensi sudah banyak dikenal di Negara Eropa, Amerika Serikat, Jepang dan Juga Inggris. Sedangkan di Indonesia konsep merek tiga dimensi ini masih tergolong baru dan belum ada pengaturan yang mengatur secara jelas untuk memberikan perlindungan secara menyeluruh terhadap tanda bentuk tiga dimensi ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: (1) menganalisis mengenai pengaturan hokum terhadap merek tiga dimensi berdasarkan ketentuan hukum internasional dan hukum nasional, (2) menganalisis mengenai perlindungan terhadap merek tiga dimensi dalam studi kasus antara Societe Des Produits Nestle SA and Cadbury UK LTD Tahun 2016. Metode penulisan hukum yang penulis gunakan bersi fatnormatif, dimana penulis meneliti bahan pustaka yang merupakan data sekunder, disebut sebagai penelitian hukum kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian yang penulis dapatkan dari masalah diatas adalah : (1) Dalam ketentuan internasional mengatur mengenai merek 3 dimensi yaitu di dalam TRIPs mengacu pada ketentuan yang ada pada paris convention, dan dalam paris convention pada pasal 6 ayat (1) memberikan kesempata nuntuk Negara anggota untuk membuat pengaturan sendiri sesua dengan kebutuhan nasional masing-masing Negara anggota. Sedangkan pengaturan berdasarkan hukum nasional, sejak berlakunya Undang-undang Nomor 20 tahun 2016 tentang Merek dan Indikasi geografis telah memberikan pengaturan yang lebih jelas tentang merek 3 dimensi, (2) Dalam kasus antara Societe Des Produits Nestle SA and Cadbury UK LTD Tahun 2016 dalam pendaftaran bentuk coklat nyamasih sulit untuk memberikan perlindungan dibawah merek 3 dimensi, dikarenakan tidak adanya daya pembeda produk dengan produk lainnya. Three-dimensional marks is widely known in European countries, the United States, Japan and Britain, whereas in Indonesia, this concept is relatively new and there is no clear regulations to provide comprehensive protection for three-dimensional marks. This study aims to analyze and describe: (1) regulations for three-dimensional marks based on the provisions of international law and national law, (2) analyze the protection of three-dimensional marks in a case study of Societe Des Produits Nestle SA and Cadbury UK LTD In 2016. The method used in this research was normative legal research, where the author examines library material as secondary data, referred to as library legal research. Based on the research, it was found that: (1) International law provides a regulation regarding three-dimensional marks in TRIPs, referring to the provisions in the Paris Convention. Article 6 paragraph (1) provides an opportunity for contracting parties to create regulations based on their national needs. Meanwhile based on national law, Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2016 on Marks and Geographical Indications has provided clearer regulations for three-dimensional marks, (2) In the case of Societe Des Produits Nestle SA and Cadbury UK LTD in 2016, there was a difficulty in registering the form of the chocolate to provide protection under a three-dimensional marks, because there was no differentiating factor between the product with other products

    ABSTRAK Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika di MIS Mathla’ul Anwar Gisting Tanggamus masih tergolong rendah. Untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran project based learning terhadap pemecahan masalah belajar matematika peserta didik. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experimental dengan desain Posttest-Only Control Group. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas V MIS Mathla’ul Anwar Kabupaten Tanggamus. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling. Sampel yang digunakan ialah kelas V A sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V B sebagai kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai . Artinya nilai , sehingga tolak dan diterima, maka dapat di disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Project Based Learning terhadap pemecahan masalah belajar matematika peserta didik pada materi Pecahan. Pemecahan masalah belajar matematika peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning lebih baik dibandingkan pemecahan masalah belajar matematika peserta didik menggunakan model pembelajaran contextual teaching and learning. Kata Kunci: Model Project Based Learning, Pemecahan Masalah, Belajar Matematika iii ABSTRACT The ability to solve mathematical problems at MIS Mathla'ul Anwar Gisting Tanggamus is still relatively low. To improve mathematical problem solving abilities using the Project Based Learning learning model. This research aims to determine the effect of the project based learning model on students' mathematics learning problem solving. This type of research uses Quasi Experimental with a Posttest�Only Control Group design. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of tests. The research population was all class V students of MIS Mathla'ul Anwar, Tanggamus Regency. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling. The samples used were class V A as the experimental class and class V B as the control class. The research results obtained a p-value = 0.000. This means that the p-value = 0.001 <α = 0.05, so that H_0 is rejected and H_1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of the Project Based Learning learning model on students' mathematics learning problem solving on Fraction material. Solving students' mathematics learning problems using the Project Based Learning learning model is better than solving students' mathematics learning problems using the contextual teaching and learning learning model.     Sesuai dengan rumusan masalah penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui kesulitan apa saja yang dialami siswa kelas V dalam proses belajar mengajar di SD Negeri 112299 Bandar Durian, (2) Untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran wali kelas dalam mengatasi masalah kesulitan belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 112299 Bandar Durian. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yaitu berupa data-data yang tertulis maupun lisan dari orang lain dan perilaku yang dialami. Subjek penelitian ini adalah wali kelas V dan siswa kelas V yang mengalami kesulitan belajar di SD Negeri 112299 Bandar Durian. Dalam proses pengumpulan data peneliti menggunakan tiga metode pengumpulan data yakni observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang menjadi pokok bahasan, triagulasi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa, (1) Kesulitan siswa kelas V dalam proses belajar mengajar di SD Negeri 112299 Bandar Durian seperti siswa yang malas belajar, siswa yang minim rasa ingin tahunya, siswa yang bermain pada saat pembelajaran berlangsung, (2) Peran wali kelas dalam mengatasi masalah kesulitan belajar siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 112299 Bandar Durian seperti memberikan bimbingan dan nasihat agar dalam belajar siswa tidak mengalami kesulitan belajar dan memperoleh nilai yang baik, memberi contoh dan teladan yang baik bagi siswa, mengadakan hubungan kerjasama terhadap guru bidang study dan orang tua siswa

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan rasa percaya diri siswa pada pembelajaran tematik melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share di kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Pakel Program Plus tahun pelajaran 2022/2023. jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Desain PTK yang digunakan adalah desain Kemmis dan Mc Taggart. Subjek penelitian adaah siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Pakel Program Plus yang berjumlah 36 siswa. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus. Setiap siklus melalui empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada peningkatan keaktifan belajar dan rasa percaya diri siswa di kelas V SD Muhammadiyah Pakel Program Plus setelah diterapkannya pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS). Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) pada kegiatan pembelajaran bisa dijadikan opsi dalam upaya guru untuk meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan rasa percaya diri siswa.     Energy data monitoring in electric vehicle

    The thesis deals with the monitoring of the energy data in an electric vehicle using modern diagnostics, using data readings from the CAN bus. The thesis can be divided into three parts. The first part provides a theoretical introduction to the measurement systems found in electric vehicles, then there are the methods of data transmission within the electric vehicle and the possibilities of how to obtain this data. The second part is an overview energy model that theoretically describes the possible flows of electrical energy within an electric vehicle, this theory is then supported by models in Simulink software for specific situations and tests where the theoretically calculated values of energy consumed were verified using this model. and the measured values. In the last section, a proposal for tests and locations where it would be appropriate to monitor these flows is presented. Some of the tests were performed and then evaluated
