The process of course are done not much use of learning resources that can stimulate students in order to be sensitive to the problems in society and are able to integrate between science by technological development. Thus, a new innovation that is required one of which develop teaching materials science technology-based society. Learning materials developed only limited subject matter skills open and close the lesson of biology. Teaching material development model of open and closed development model is a biology lesson Thiagarajan 1974: consists of defne, design, develop, and disseminate (special stage is not yet implemented). Technology community science was declared valid. In conclusion, the material taught on the subject of open and close skills lessons of biology-based technology the community science was developed can be used in the process of learning basic biology lectures

Kelahiran membawa akibat timbulnya hak dan kewajiban bagi dirinya dan orang lain serta timbulnya hubungan hukum antara dia dengan orang tua, kerabat dan masyarakat lingkungannya. Hal ini tidak luput juga dengan anak yang dilahirkan lewat Sewa Rahim. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui aspek hukum sewa rahim (surrogate mother) dalam perspektif hukum perdata dan hukum islam di indonesia (2) mengetahui akibat hukum terhadap anak yang dilahirkan melalui sewa rahim menurut hukum perdata dan hukum islam di Indonesia.
Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah metode pendekatan normatif, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan : (1) Ketentuan yang mengatur tentang sewa Rahim yang ditinjau dari hukum perdata dan hukum islam (2) Akibat hukum yang terjadi terhadap anak yang dilahirkan dari proses sewa rahim, meliputi status hukum dan kewarisan anak yang bersangkutan.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diharapkan akan menjadi bahan informasi dan masukan bagi mahasiswa, akademisi, praktisi, dan semua pihak yang membutuhkan di lingkungan Fakultas Hukum Universitas Pancasakti Tegal.

No full textThe many sources of general biology material on the internet that are difficult to distinguish between authenticity and validity cause students to be confused. Students are confused about which source to use and which one to start with, so this case causes big problems for the learning process and student learning outcomes. The purpose of the study was to determine student responses to the development of general biology materials interactive multimedia based on web and android. The research method is descriptive quantitative through survey techniques with a sample of 100 students from IKIP Budi Utomo, Universitas PGRI Madiun, and Nusantara Universitas Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The research instrument was an electronic questionnaire consisting of eleven questions and was given to students. The research data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that students had difficulty finding valid and accountable general biology materials on the internet (40.2%), students agree if the lecturer prepares general biology material that meets the valid criteria (94.1%), students agree that general biology material is in the form of interactive multimedia based on web and android for present and future learning (79.4%), and students agree that general biology material interactive multimedia based on web and android can help students understand general biology material anywhere and anytime (70.6%). The conclusion of this study is that students need general biology materials interactive multimedia based on the web and android for present and future learning

No full textThe labor force based on BPS in 2013 as many as 121.19 million, while 114.02 million people already working then there are 11.90 million people into unemployment status. Entrepreneurial role is not only limited to the development of the nation's economy, but also as a driver, controller and user of a nation's economy. This research is an explanatory research or explanatory research, designed with a quantitative approach. Results of this study found that: (1) Self-efficacy does not affect the interest in entrepreneurship. The factors that cause insignificant is the attitude and habits that are owned by each student is not good. (2) Education in the family economy does not affect the interest in entrepreneurship. The factors that cause insignificant was socializing outside the home where a lot of interest in entrepreneurship is formed from outside the home. Additionally insignificant jiga was caused by the scarcity of personal communication or discussion between family members who discuss cases with material economic terkail economy. (3) Internalization of entrepreneurial values affect the interest in entrepreneurship. Internalization of self entrepreneurship can instill an attitude or behavior to become an entrepreneur. (4) Self-efficacy indirect effect of the interest in entrepreneurship through the internalization of entrepreneurship. Self-efficacy will form the internalization of entrepreneurship that will ultimately affect their interest in entrepreneurship. (5) Education in the family economy indirect effect of the interest in entrepreneurship through the internalization of entrepreneurship

Limitations of equipment and materials in practical activities, the lack of detailed practical instructions for each topic, as well as the implementation of lab activities less systematically make this activity less than optimal. The development of psychomotor abilities and performance of students who are less maximized become another problem related to the achievement of learning objectives in accordance with the standards of competence in this course. Based on the above problems the researchers conducted a study on lab activities based lesson study. Selection of lesson study is done to correct deficiencies in each study appears from some observers and colleagues who participated in the activities of lesson study. Results from this study that practical activities based lesson study is able to improve the quality of learning and improving biology education students psychomotor ability at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang</jats:p

Commissioning Brian Cherney’s String Trio
No full textThe author offers a personal account of the events that led him to commission Brian Cherney’s String Trio in 1976 for CBC Radio Music. The trio was first heard on the Two New Hours radio program in 1978, along with solo works for violin, viola, and cello by the German composer Bernd Alois Zimmermann. In 1979 the trio was submitted for consideration to the International Rostrum of Composers, and it was chosen as a recommended work, which resulted in the trio being broadcast in twenty-five countries, significantly enhancing Cherney’s international reputation. The performers who premiered the trio also recorded it, allowing further audiences to appreciate this important work.L’auteur offre un compte rendu personnel des événements qui l’ont poussé en 1976 à commander à Brian Cherney la composition de son String Trio pour CBC Radio Music. L’oeuvre a été entendue pour la première fois en 1978 à l’émission radiophonique Two New Hours, au côté d’oeuvres pour violon, alto et violoncelle solo du compositeur allemand Bernd Alois Zimmermann. Genetic risk and a primary role for cell-mediated immune mechanisms in multiple sclerosis
No full textMultiple sclerosis is a common disease of the central nervous system in which the interplay between inflammatory and neurodegenerative processes typically results in intermittent neurological disturbance followed by progressive accumulation of disability. Epidemiological studies have shown that genetic factors are primarily responsible for the substantially increased frequency of the disease seen in the relatives of affected individuals, and systematic attempts to identify linkage in multiplex families have confirmed that variation within the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) exerts the greatest individual effect on risk. Modestly powered genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have enabled more than 20 additional risk loci to be identified and have shown that multiple variants exerting modest individual effects have a key role in disease susceptibility. Most of the genetic architecture underlying susceptibility to the disease remains to be defined and is anticipated to require the analysis of sample sizes that are beyond the numbers currently available to individual research groups. In a collaborative GWAS involving 9,772 cases of European descent collected by 23 research groups working in 15 different countries, we have replicated almost all of the previously suggested associations and identified at least a further 29 novel susceptibility loci. Within the MHC we have refined the identity of the HLA-DRB1 risk alleles and confirmed that variation in the HLA-A gene underlies the independent protective effect attributable to the class I region. Immunologically relevant genes are significantly overrepresented among those mapping close to the identified loci and particularly implicate T-helper-cell differentiation in the pathogenesis of multiple sclerosis
