Get PDF. Patient satisfaction is a patient's level of feeling that arise as a result of the performance of health services obtained patients after comparing it to what is expected. Community and customer satisfaction is defined as purnabeli evaluation, where the perception of the performance of services selected alternative meets expectations or exceeds expectations before servicing. If performance can not meet the expectations, then there is dissatisfaction. Understanding of the dissatisfaction is more dominant than the customer satisfaction. In the case of dissatisfaction, the research was focused on dissonance and behavioral aspects of the complaint. Satisfaction measurement showed that attempts to measure the level of satisfaction of patients is not easy, as it attempts to obtain the information necessary to measure the level of satisfaction of patients will be faced with an obstacle cultural, namely the presence of a tendency for people who are reluctant or unwilling to express criticism, especially on health care facilities government property. The purpose of this study was to determine Overview Outpatient Satisfaction in Puskesmas Kedungwuni I Kedungwuni District of Pekalongan. This research is a descriptive study. In this study population was around the outpatients in the clinic Kedungwuni I Pekalongan by taking a sample of 100 respondents. Results of this study was the level of patient satisfaction outpatients is 69 respondents (69.0%) said they were satisfied, and 31 respondents (31.0%) are not satisfied
ANALISIS MODEL KOMUNIKASI HAROLD DWIGHT LASWELL TERHADAP NOVEL ASMA NADIA CINTA 2 KODI
Get PDFThis study discusses the application of Harold Dwight Laswell\u27s communication model on Asma Nadia’s Cinta 2 Kodi. By applying it, the author only uses the message elements. The author has classified several communication messages including: patriarchal and matriarchal culture, maternal affection over father, wife\u27s obedience to husband due to compulsion, husband\u27s advice to wife, da\u27wah and the main character (Kartika or communicant). The results of this study by applying Harold Dwight Laswell\u27s communication model on Asma Nadia’s Cinta 2 Kodi showsthe messages and the effects. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there are five elements of Laswell’s communication model: Communicators (who), Message (says what), receiver (to whom), Medium (in which channel), Effect (with what effect).

The analysis focuses on both individual and systemic racism represented in the novel as well as the critical position of the author. It employed Stuart Hall theory under qualitative method of analysis. The textual analysis was made to the narratives and dialogues in the novel which constitute racism in their meanings. It was concerned with how racism happens in the storyline. Meanwhile, the contextual analysis was carried out by using related references to supports the findings and the researchers’ arguments. The result showed that black women still accepted  negative stereotypes and became the objects of white people’s oppressions. They were mistreated despite the application of the law on equal protection for women and minorities. In 2000s, systemic racism continued and made it even harder for black people to get the same treatment as the whites. They suffered from the policies, particularly educational policies which had led to the increase of the poverty rate of black people

Pola Pergerakan Spasial Wisatawan yang Berkunjung ke Candi Borobudur
Get PDFCandi Borobudur merupakan warisan budaya dunia sekaligus destinasi pariwisata prioritas di Indonesia sehingga mampu mendatangkan wisatawan dari berbagai daerah dan luar negeri. Banyaknya wisatawan membuat pergerakan wisatawan dari daerah asal ke Candi Borobudur dan destinasi lainnya semakin beragam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah 1) mengidentifikasi motivasi wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Candi Borobudur, 2) mengidentifikasi pola pergerakan spasial wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Candi Borobudur dan 3) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pola pergerakan spasial wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Candi Borobudur. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei kepada 180 wisatawan nusantara dan 140 wisatawan mancanegara secara insidental. Penyajian data dengan tabulasi persentase dan peta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi wisatawan yang paling dominan adalah motivasi budaya sebesar 69,44%. Pola pergerakan spasial yang paling dominan pada wisatawan nusantara adalah pola chaining loop sebesar 25,6% dan complex neighbourhood sebesar 61,4% pada wisatawan mancanegara.
