    Banana stems have good potential as a feed ingredient as an energy source in ruminant livestock ration supply systems. This study aims to determine the digestibility value of dry matter and organic matter based on kepok banana stem waste fermented with ecoenzymes in male local sheep. This research was conducted at Alvino Farm for 12 weeks, using 20 male local sheep aged 10 months. The design used was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications. The treatment consisted of P0 = 80% field grass + 20% concentrate; P1 = 70% field grass + 10% fermented banana stems + 20% concentrate; P2 = 60% field grass + 20% fermented banana stems + 20% concentrate; P3 = 50% field grass + 30% fermented banana stems + 20% concentrate. Parameters observed were dry matter consumption, organic matter consumption, dry matter digestibility, and organic matter digestibility. The results showed that the use of fermented kepok banana stems with ecoenzymes had a significant (P<0.05) effect on dry matter consumption with an average of 269,63-368,45 g/head/day, organic matter consumption with an average of 226.79-306.18 g/head/day, dry matter digestibility with an average of 36,13-50,45% and organic matter digestibility of local male sheep with an average of 39,90-54,74%.     62 HalamanPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani jagung. Tujuan Penelitian ini: (1) Untuk mengetahui faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani usahatani jagung di Desa Belinteng Kecamatan Sei Bingai Kabupaten Langkat. (2) Untuk mengetahui berapa besar pendapatan rata – rata pada petani usahatani jagung di Desa Belinteng Kecamatan Sei Bingai Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2023 sampai dengan Juni 2023. Metode pengambilan sampel Random Sampling, dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan adalah 78 petani jagung. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan alat bantu perangkat SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian ini: (1) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pendapatan usahatani di Desa Belinteng Kecamatan Sei Bingai Kabupaten Langkat berdasarkan uji simultan yaitu variabel biaya produksi (X1), variabel pengalaman usahatani (X2), variabel umur petani (X3), variabel peminjaman modal (X4), dan variabel status lahan (X5) bersama-sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan petani dan berdasarkan uji parsial yaitu variabel biaya produksi (X1) dan variabel status lahan (X5) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan usahatani sedangkan variabel pengalaman usahatani (X2), variabel umur petani (X3), dan variabel peminjaman modal (X4) tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani. (2) Besar pendapatan rata-rata petani di Desa Belinteng Kecamatan Sei Bingai Kabupaten Langkat yaitu sebesar Rp 22.714.856 per hektar untuk satu musim tanam. This study aims to find out what are the factors that affect the income of corn farmers. Objectives of this study: (1) To determine the factors that affect the incomeof corn farming farmers in Belinteng Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. (2) To find out how much the average income of corn farmers in Belinteng Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency. This research will be conducted from May 2023 to June 2023. Random Sampling sampling method, in this study the sample used was 78 corn farmers. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 device tools. The results of this study: (1) Factors that affect farm income in Belinteng Village, Sei Bingai District, Langkat Regency based on simultaneous tests, namely production cost variables (X1), farm experience variables (X2), farmer age variables (X3), capital lending variables (X4), and land status variables (X5) together have a real effect on farmers' income and based on partial tests, namely production cost variables (X1) and land status variables (X5) have a significant effect on farm income, while the variable of farm experience (X2), the variable of farmer age (X3), and the variable of capital lending (X4) have no effect on farmer income.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    Efforts to improve the composition of nutrients and improve the efficiency of feed use need to be done in order to increase the production of cultivated products and reduce the cost of procuring feed. The golden snail is one of the pests for rice plants, but has a high protein content and digestibility which can replace fish meal by fermentation using eco-enzymes to increase the nutrient content and digestibility of feed ingredients. This study aims to determine the nutritional quality of golden snail meat powder fermented with eco-enzymes. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) using 4 treatments and 5 replications. In each treatment, eco-enzyme was added at different doses, namely P1 = golden snail flour with the addition of 1% eco-enzyme fermentation, P = 2 golden snail flour with the addition of 3% eco-enzyme fermentation, P = 3 golden snail flour with the addition of 5% eco-fermentation enzymes and P0 = without the addition of eco-enzyme fermentation (control). Based on the results of the analysis, the dose of eco-enzyme use of 5% on fermented golden snail flour has an effect on increasing protein levels, and reducing crude fiber and fat levels.63 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan

    The objectives of this research were: (1) Knowing the effect of maintenance system, mating system, farmer resources, development of related institutions, feeding patterns and farmer’s knowledge level of livestock body condition scores (BCS) on the success of Australian Brahman Cross Cows Production Improvement Program from Australia in Tapanuli Selatan regency; (2) Knowing the prospects for program development and formulating appropriate strategies to be implemented to support the success of the Brahman Cross cows production improvement program in Tapanuli Selatan regency. Determination of samples was done by purposive sampling method as many as 74 respondents. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression and SWOT analysis. The results showed that simultaneously, maintenance system variables, mating systems, human resources, fostering relevant institutions, feeding patterns and the farmer’s knowledge level of the animals body condition scorewere influenced the success of livestock production variables, while partially, the variables that were influenced the success of populations and having a positive coefficient value are the maintenance system, the mating system, breeders' human resources and feeding patterns. The results of the SWOT analysis indicate that the influence of internal factors is 1.56 and external factors are 1.59 so that an appropriate strategy for the development of the Australian Brahman Cross Cows Production Improvement Program in Tapanuli Selatan is the Strongth Opportunity (SO) strategy that is used the.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah: (1) Mengetahui pengaruh faktor sistem pemeliharaan,sistem perkawinan, sumber daya peternak, pembinaaan instansi terkait, pola pemberian pakan dan tingkat pengetahuan peternak tentang skor kondisi tubuh ternak (BCS) terhadap keberhasilan Program Peningkatan Produksi Ternak Sapi Betina Brahman Cross asal Australia di Tapanuli Bagian Selatan; (2) Mengetahui prospek pengembangan program dan merumuskan strategi yang tepat diterapkan untuk mendukung keberhasilan Program Peningkatan Produksi Ternak Sapi Betina Brahman Cross asal Australia di Tapanuli Bagian Selatan. Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 74 orang responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan Analisa SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara serentak, variabel sistem pemeliharaan, sistem perkawinan, sumber daya manusia, pembinaan instansi terkait, pola pemberian pakan dan tingkat pengetahuan peternak tentang skor kondisi tubuh ternak berpengaruh terhadap variabel keberhasilan produksi ternak, sedangkan secara parsial, variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan produksi ternak dan memiliki nilai koefisien yang positif adalah sistem pemeliharaan, sistem perkawinan, sumber daya peternak dan pola pemberian pakan.     This study aimed to determine the effect of pineapple weevil extract in complete feeds on carcass and Non-Carcass Production of Local Male off Weaning Rabbits. This research was carried out on Dr. Hamzah Sub-district, Medan Baru, Medan City, North Sumatera in February 2022 until April 2022. This study used 20 local male weaned rabbits. The design in this study was completely randomized design (CRD) using 4 treatments and 5 replications, namely P0(control); P1(0,2%; P2(0,4%); and P3(0,6%) of pineapple weevil extract. The parameters of the research were slaughter weight, relative weight of non-carcass components (head, skin, front leg, back leg, heart, lung, kidney, intestine, blood and tail), carcass weight, percentage of carcass, meat weight, percentage of meat, bone weight, percentage of bone, fat weight, and percentage of fat. The result showed that the addition of pineapple weevil extract in complete feeds of weaned local male rabbits did not have a significant effect (P>0,05) on slaughter weight, relative weight of non-carcass components (head, skin, front leg, back leg, heart, lung, kidney, intestine, blood and tail), carcass weight, percentage of carcass, meat weight, percentage of meat, bone weight, percentage of bone, fat weight, and percentage of fat.     The objective of this research is utilization offermented Cocos nucifera L. pulp on performances of weaning male rex rabbits. This research was conducted atRukun Farm Berastagi from July to September 2016. The research used completely randomized design (CRD) with 6 treatments and 4 replications futher analyzed by orthogonal contrast. The experiment used 24 Rex rabbit male weaning with initial body1012,14±126,67 g. The treatments consisted of Cocosnucifera L. pulp without fermentation(P0A = 10%; P0B = 20%), Cocos nucifera L.pulpfermented byAspergillusniger(P1 = 10%; P2 = 20%), Cocosnucifera L.pulpfermented by tapai yeast (P3 = 10%; P4 = 20%). The result showed that the treatment with fermentation were better than non fermented and the treatment with tapai yeast fermentation were better than fermented by Aspergillus niger. Level 10% were better than 20% on feed intake (g/head/day), body weight gain (g/head/day) and feed convertion ratio. Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi konsumen sayur organik di Kota Medan dan untuk mengetahui faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen sayur organik di Kota Medan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Januari – Februari 2023 di lima lokasi yaitu Palangkaraya Fruit Kecamatan Medan Kota, Brastagi Supermarket Gatot Subroto Kecamatan Medan Petisah, Brastagi Supermarket Tiara Kecamatan Medan Polonia, Pondok Indah Pasar Buah Kecamatan Medan Sunggal dan Pasar Swalayan Maju Bersama Kecamatan Medan Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner pada 150 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan Simutan dan Parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum persepsi konsumen terhadap sayur organik di Kota Medan dalam kategori baik. Persepsi konsumen sayur organik terhadap Gaya hidup, kesehatan, keamanan lingkungan, kualitas sensorik dan harga sayur organik di Kota Medan termasuk dalam kategoti baik. Dari kelima faktor tersebut faktorfaktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen sayur organik di Kota Medan adalah gaya hidup, kesehatan, kualitas sensorik dan harga sedangkan keamanan lingkungan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen sayur organik. Keempat faktor tersebut dapat menjelaskan keputusan pembelian konsumen sayur organik sebesar 70,2% dari seluruh varians. The data analysis techniques used are quantitative descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with Inference and Partial. The results showed that in general, consumer perception of organic vegetables in Medan City was in the good category. Consumer perception of organic vegetables on lifestyle, health, environmental safety, sensory quality and prices of organic vegetables in Medan City are included in the good categoti. Of the five factors, the factors that significantly influence the decision to purchase organic vegetable consumers in Medan City are lifestyle, health, sensory quality and price, while environmental safety does not have a significant effect on the decision to purchase organic vegetables consumers. These four factors can explain the decision to purchase organic vegetable consumers by 70.2% of all variances. Aceh cattle is Indonesian local cattle germplasm that need to be maintained and developed as a wealth of genetic resources Indonesia has a high adaptability to disease, parasites, low quality feed and extensive maintenance system. The import of exotic animals to Indonesian in addition to improving the quality of local beef would also tend to eliminate the local animal genetic resources in an intersection without evaluation, control and without taking into account the importance of native cattle to Indonesian. Therefore, research done phenotypic and morphometric analysis (color and horn shape) in 205 Aceh cattles (174 females and 31 males) in Aceh Besar District, Banda Aceh City, Bireuen District, Pidie Jaya District and Aceh Barat District. Phenotypic data were analyzed descriptively used Excel and the morphometric data were analyzed by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) used SPSS 18. The results of Principal Component Analysis (PCA) indicates that the body length and chest depth as the Principal Components in Aceh cattle. Aceh Cattle has a variety of colors and red brick dominant (25.37%) and nutbrown (22.44%). Aceh Cattle generally horned but where 10.24% are not horns (kupung) on males and females. Counseling should be do as the given information of Aceh Cattle as Indonesian local beef germplasm potentian to be developed and preserved for the Indonesian public walfare.69 HalamanSkripsi Sarjan
