No full textUjaran kebencian semakin meningkat bersamaan dengan banyaknya pengguna media sosial. Twitter merupakan salah satu media sosial yang membantu penyeberan ujaran ujaran melalui fitur twit-nya yang dilakukan berulang-ulang. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengklasifikasi apakah sebuah twit mengandung ujaran kebencian atau bahasa kasar, dan jika terdeteksi mengandung ujaran kebencian maka akan diukur tingkatannya. Dataset yang digunakan diambil dari Twitter sebanyak 13.126 twit asli. Klasifikasi menggunakan Algoritma logistic Regression dan fitur teks word embedding. Dilakukan beberapa kali percobaan untuk mendapatkan model terbaik agar pengujian didapatkan secara optimal. Rata-rata akurasi yang dari ketiga kelas sebesar 75,59%, untuk kelas hate speech 75,86%,kelas abusive 80,05%, kelas level 70,86% dengan komposisi 90:10.

Penerapan forward chaining untuk memberikan pelatihan menstrual care pada remaja perempuan dengan intellectual disability
No full text"This study was undertaken to find whether the forward chaining technique is able to assist in providing care menstrual training for adolescent females with intellectual disability. This study employed a pretest-posttest design with N = 1; wherein the author uses a subject to be given the treatment in this study . It was conducted in Jakarta and the subject is female adolescents with moderate category of intellectual disability who has not yet been able to perform her menstrual care independently. In this study, the task analysis utilized was designed by the author; and it is called task analysis of changing pads. Furthermore, It refers to two previous studies, i.e. the study of Richman, Reiss, Bauman, and Bailey (1984) in his study entitled Teaching Menstrual Care to Mentally Retarded Women: Acquisition, Generalization, and Maintenance; and related latest research from Ersoy, Tekin- Iftar, and Kircaali-Iftar (2009), entitled Effects of Antecedent Prompt and Test Procedure on Teaching Simulated Menstrual Care Skills to Females with Developmental Disabilities. The intervention period went for6 days, starting from the firstmenstruation day of the study subject. The result showed that the forward chaining is able to assist in training menstrual care skill for adolescent female with intellectual disability. Moreover, it can be seen by comparing the difference from its pre-test and post-test; in which A has increased for approximately 30% in the menstrual care behavior.

No full textOne of environment component determining the succes of the cultivition of plants is climate. The extreme climate can consequence bad fot plants and the quality of the plants cultivition especially the seasonal of plants food’s plant. One of the indicators of climate are precipitation to remind the important of precipitation for determining the seasonal of plants to reach the best result in draft of enough needed food’s national, that is why, we must do the precipitation’s prediction for the future, who in this context the author conducted research in the district of Simalungun. In this case the author tries to predict the rainfall in Simalungun district in 2017 – 2018 with ARIMA Box – Jenkins method which is one of the quantitative forecasting method. The data which is used is data from July 2012 to June 2017. In this study the exact model is ARIMA (2, 0, 2) with model which is used to predict the rainfall 12 periods ahead. The election is based on samallest MSE Value (Mean Square Error) which is 0, 033401954 and the smallest RMSE (root of Mean Square Error) which is 0,001115691 and the smallest MAPE (Mean Absolute Presentase Error) which is -0,00801773. The amount of rainfall forecasting result in July 2017 is 141 mm and the prediction in June 2018 is 132 mm. Its prediction model can be used as long as there is no change in arche type of data.Salah satu komponen lingkungan penentu keberhasilan usaha budidaya tanaman adalah iklim. Iklim ekstrem dapat berakibat buruk bagi pertumbuhan dan kualitas tanaman budidaya, khususnya tanaman semusim seperti tanaman pangan. . Salah satu indikator iklim adalah curah hujan. Mengingat pentingnya peranan curah hujan dalam penentuan musim tanam untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal dalam rangka mencukupi kebutuhan pangan nasional, maka perlu dilakukan prediksi curah hujan di masa yang akan datang yang dalam hal ini penulis melakukan penelitian di Kabupaten Simalungun. Untuk meramalkan curah hujan, penulis menggunakan metode ARIMA Box – Jenkins yang merupakan salah satu metode peramalan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data periode Juli 2012 sampai dengan Juni 2017. Dalam penelitian ini model yang tepat yaitu model ARIMA (2,0,2) dengan yang digunakan untuk meramalkan curah hujan 12 periode ke depan. Pemilihan tersebut didasarkan atas nilai MSE (rata-rata kuadrat kesalahan) terkecil yaitu sebesar 0,033401954 dan RMSE (akar nilai rata-rata kuadrat kesalahan) terkecil yaitu sebesar 0,001115691 dan MAPE (rata-rata absolute persentasi kesalahan) terkecil yaitu sebesar -0,00801773. Get PDFABSTRAK Undang-Undang No 16 Tahun 2019 Tentang Perkawinan menyatakan batas usia nikah bagi laki-laki dan perempuan sama, yaitu minimal berusia 19 tahun. Perkawinan di bawah umur dapat dilakukan jika mendapat dispensasi nikah dari Pengadilan Agama. Dispensasi nikah menyebabkan meningkatnya kasus perkawinan di bawah umur, salah satunya di Desa Binangun Kecamatan Binangun Kabupaten Cilacap. Dengan banyaknya kasus perkawinan di bawah umur dikhawatirkan terjadi dampak negatif, termasuk terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Sejalan dengan hal ini, penulis tertarik untuk mencari tahu bagaimana dampak perkawinan di bawah umur di Desa Binangun Kecamatan Binangun Kabupaten Cilacap?Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dampak perkawinan di bawah umur di Desa Binangun Kecamatan Binangun Kabupaten Cilacap memiliki resiko yang cukup besar terhadap terjadinya kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Beberapa bentuk kekerasan yang terjadi yaitu kekerasan fisik, kekerasan psikis, kekerasan seksual, dan penelantaran dalam rumah tangga. Hal tersebut mengakibatkan korban merasa kesakitan, timbul luka ringan, jatuh sakit bahkan sampai tertekan, ketakutan, trauma, dan menderitaan.Kata Kunci : Perkawinan di Bawah Umur, Kekerasan Dalam Rumah TanggaABSTRACT Law No. 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage states that the age limit for marriage for men and women is the same, which is at least 19 years old. Underage marriages can be carried out if they get a marriage dispensation from the Religious Courts. Marriage dispensation has led to an increase in cases of underage marriages, one of which is in Binangun Village, Binangun District, Cilacap Regency. With so many cases of underage marriage, it is feared that there will be negative impacts, including the occurrence of domestic violence. In line with this, the author is interested in finding out how the impact of underage marriage in Binangun Village, Binangun District, Cilacap Regency has an impact?The results of this study indicate that the impact of underage marriage in Binangun Village, Binangun District, Cilacap Regency has a fairly large risk of domestic violence. Some forms of violence that occur are physical violence, psychological violence, sexual violence, and neglect in the household.
