Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui pengaruh infusa daun alpukat (Persea
americana Mill.) terhadap waktu kematian cacing Ascaris suum, Goeze in vitro.
Metode Penelitian: Eksperimental laboratorik dengan post test only controlled
group design, menggunakan cacing Ascaris suum, Goeze dewasa dibagi dalam 7
kelompok yaitu kelompok NaCl 0,9%, infusa daun alpukat 20%, infusa daun
alpukat 40%, infusa daun alpukat 60%, infusa daun alpukat 80%, infusa daun
alpukat 100%, dan kelompok pirantel pamoat 5 mg/ml. Teknik pengambilan
sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Cacing Ascaris suum, Goeze
direndam dalam larutan uji dan diinkubasi pada suhu 370 C. Pengamatan
dilakukan tepat setelah perlakuan hingga cacing mati. Data berupa rerata waktu
kematian cacing Ascaris suum, Goeze dianalisis dengan uji One Way ANOVA
yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji Post Hoc LSD dengan tingkat kemaknaan
p < 0,05.
Hasil Penelitian: Terdapat percepatan rerata waktu kematian cacing Ascaris
suum, Goeze yang seiring dengan peningkatan konsentrasi infusa daun alpukat
dari konsentrasi 20% hingga 100%. Pada uji One Way ANOVA yang kemudian
dilanjutkan dengan uji Post Hoc LSD didapatkan perbedaan yang bermakna pada
rerata waktu kematian cacing Ascaris suum, Goeze untuk seluruh kelompok
perlakuan.
Simpulan Penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa infusa
daun alpukat (Persea americana Mill.) memiliki pengaruh terhadap waktu
kematian cacing Ascaris suum, Goeze in vitro. Semakin tinggi konsentrasi infusa
daun alpukat (Persea americana Mill.), semakin cepat waktu kematian cacing
Ascaris suum, Goeze in vitro.

No full textThe research was motivated by the growing business of serving food,
especially in the form of cafes in the city of Semarang that influence the buying
decisions of consumers buying interest again. Buying interest again indicate a high
level of customer satisfaction in making a purchase and consumption. Based on
sales data in 2011 and early 2012 show that sales have fluctuated Kopi Miring.
Therefore, we find two variables that influence consumer buying interest over the
attributes of the product and reference communities that are used in this study.
The purpose of this study was to determine whether the attributes of the
product and the reference community influence over consumer buying interest Kopi
Miring. Population used in this study is the Kopi Miring consumers who make
purchases of three or more times. Samples in this study as many as 96 respondents
using simple random sampling method which happens to be in the Kopi Miring.
Analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative and qualitative analysis.
These results indicate that all the independent variables
together in a positive effect on re-buying interest and positive influence on an
individual basis against buying interest again. Thus, product attributes and
reference the community has a positive and significant impact on consumer buying
interest again in Kopi Miring Semarang indicate variables which influence the
value of 42.5%

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
No full textThe present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed.
