No full textThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the intention to buy housing at PT. Graha Jati Puspa Wira in Griya Tursina 1 and 2 housing. The author uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Collecting data on a quantitative approach using a questionnaire research instrument, data analysis is statistical with the aim of testing the hypotheses that have been determined. The population in this study are all housing consumers of PT. Graha Jati Puspa Wira who is interested in purchasing an unlimited number of Griya Tursina 1 and 2 housing. The number of samples taken from this study is not known with certainty using the Rao Purba formula and the results obtained are 96.4 people. To facilitate calculations, the authors set the sample to be 100 people. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which uses several considerations in selecting members of the population that are considered appropriate to provide the information needed by researchers. The results of this study are the 7P marketing mix of product (product), price (price), place (place), promotion (promotion), people (people), physical facilities (physical evidence) and process (process) simultaneously and significantly influence interest buy at Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2. Based on the t test, the product (product) has a positive and significant effect on buying interest on Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2, price (price) does not have a positive and significant effect on buying interest on Housing Griya Tursina 1 and 2, place has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2, promotion has a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina 1 and 2 Housing, people (people) does not have a positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina 1 and 2 housing, physical facilities (physical evidence) do not have a positive and significant effect n towards buying interest in Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2, the process (process) has no positive and significant effect on buying interest in Griya Tursina Housing 1 and 2. Based on the results of the analysis above, the Adjusted R Square value is 0.564 or 56.4 %. Determination or contribution of the 7P marketing mix product (product), price (price), place (place), promotion (promotion), people (people), physical facilities (physical evidence) and process (process) on buying interest in Griya Tursina 1 Housing and 2 of 56.4%. The remaining contribution of other variables is only 33.6%, such as service quality, store atmosphere product variants and others

Kaltim Daya Mandiri ini pastinya memiliki sistem kelistrikan dengan berbagai macam rele proteksi sebagai pengamanan ketika terjadi gangguan kelistrikan. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, PT. KDM sedang merencanakan pengembangan sistem kelistrikan pada Tursina. Tursina sendiri merupakan salah satu area pabrik dan pelabuhan di PT. Pupuk Kaltim yang berada di Bontang. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka harus dilakukan studi terkait koordinasi proteksi pada PT. KDM melalui power system analysis study demi menjaga keandalan sistem proteksinya akibat adanya pengembangan ini. Pada tugas akhir ini, dilakukan analisis kinerja sistem proteksi koordinasi rele arus lebih gangguan fasa dan gangguan tanah serta setting pengamanan pada rele proteksi akibat adanya pengembangan kelistrikan Tursina untuk menjadi pengaman ketika terjadi gangguan pada sistem kelistrikan. Hasil evaluasi ini nantinya akan menjadi rekomendasi bagi perusahaan dalam melindungi sistem kelistrikan dengan tepat dan handal.

In this final project, an analysis of the performance of the coordination protection system of the existing relay overcurrent phase faults and ground faults is also carried out as well as the safety settings for the protection relay due to the development of the Tursina electricity system to act as a safeguard when there is a disturbance in the electrical system. PT Tur Silaturahmi Nabi (Tursina) merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menyediakan paket perjalanan haji dan umroh yang telah melayani ribuan jamaah sejak tahun 1997. Pemilihan maskapai menjadi salah satu upaya yang dilakukan biro perjalanan haji dan umroh agar dapat memberikan pelayanan dan harga yang terbaik bagi konsumennya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memilih maskapai terbaik dari empat maskapai full service carrier yang bekerja sama dengan PT Tursina menggunakan metode AHP-CODAS. Penggunaan metode AHP bertujuan untuk mencari nilai bobot kriteria pemilihan maskapai, sedangkan metode CODAS digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap keempat maskapai full service carrier yang bekerja sama dengan PT Tursina, yaitu maskapai EK,EY,SV dan GA.Wawancara dan studi pustaka penelitian terdahulu dilakukan dalam melakukan pengumpulan data. Hasil dari perhitungan metode AHP-CODAS menghasilkan kriteria reputasi keamanan menjadi kriteria pemilihan paling penting di PT Tursina dengan bobot sebesar 0,37 dan maskapai EK menjadi maskapai terbaik dengan perolehan nilai Hi sebesar 0,25

Kaltim Daya Mandiri merupakan perusahaan penyedia ultilitas dan energi yang didirikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan suplai daya pada produksi dan perumahan di wilayah Kaltim Industri Estate (KIE). Terdapat rencana pengembangan pada daerah Tursina Timur dengan pembebanan sebesar 5 MW, maka diperlukan perencaan sistem koordinasi proteksi yang matang dan baik untuk mengantisipasi kemungkinan kegagalan yang terjadi pada sistem kelistrikan tersebut. Proteksi pada sistem kelistrikan memiliki tujuan mengurangi kerusakan dari peralatan akibat adanya gangguan. Proteksi yang terkoordinasi dengan baik dapat membatasi lama waktu terjadinya gangguan yang diakibatkan oleh kerusakan peralatan, kesalahan pengoperasian ataupun gangguan dari luar sistem. Sistem proteksi yag baik harus bekerja secara cepat dan akurat untuk mengisolasi ganggian, memiliki tingkat keandalan yang tinggi, dan memiliki sensitivitas yang baik agar peralatan proteksi dapat mendeteksi terjadinya gangguan hingga nilai yang sekecil mungkin. Maka dalam sistem Proteksi ini akan melakukan setting rele arus lebih, dan ground fault yang sesuai dengan standard. Sehingga diharapkan koordinasi Proteksi pada substation tursina timur ini dalam batas aman dan dijadikan bahan pertimbangan oleh PT. Kaltim Daya Mandiri (KDM)

Kaltim Daya Mandiri is a utility and energy provider company that was established to meet the power supply needs for production and housing in the Kaltim Industrial Estate (KIE) area. There is a development plan in the East Tursina area with a loading of 5 MW, it is necessary to plan a careful and good protection coordination system to anticipate possible failures that occur in the electrical system. Protection in the electrical system has the aim of reducing damage to equipment due to interference. Properly coordinated protection can limit the length of time the disturbance occurs due to equipment failure, operating error or interference from outside the system. A good protection system must work quickly and accurately to isolate interference, have a high level of reliability, and have good sensitivity so that the protection equipment can detect the occurrence of disturbances to the smallest possible value. So the protection system will set the overcurrent relay and ground fault according to the standard. No full textThis research aims to identify the character education values contained in the book Washaya al-Aba' li al-Abna Muhammad Syakir and the role of his opinion on the richness of character education values. It is hoped that this research can be used as a source or reference in efforts to develop education and character as a whole, especially character education according to Islam. It can also be used as a reference to facilitate understanding of character education and as a reference for relevant research in the future. This research method is qualitative and uses a narrative biography method. By using a descriptive presentation approach, this autobiography of the character's thoughts combines the ideas of character education from his work. Library research, or library research, is a research method that involves books, articles, notes and electronic media. with primary sources from the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna and secondary sources from study books. In this research, data collection was carried out through the documentation method, which includes searching for data through variables such as notes, books, and articles, among others. The author used a content analysis study to analyze the data; they analyzed the data textually based on the contents of the book. The research results show that the book Washaya al Aba Li al-Abna contains 17 educational character values, divided into two categories: 10 character values fall into the moral category and 7 character values fall into the performance category. Faith and piety, love and obedience to the Messenger of Allah, respect for parents, respect for teachers, truth or honesty, nobility or self-respect, patience, sincerity and a simple life are moral characters. Performance characteristics also include trust, discipline, hard work, never giving up, love of the country, interest in reading or literacy knowledge, and concern for the environment
