No full textAgricultural extension agents have a role as a motivator, dynamist, facilitator and communicator. Therefore, extension workers have an important role to provide knowledge to farmers about improving farming and crop productivity, in this case rice farming in Tojo District, Tojo Una-Una Regency. This research was carried out from May to August 2020 in Tojo District, Tojo Una-Una Regency and the objective was to determine the role of agricultural extension workers in increasing the competence of paddy field farmers. The research was carried out using quantitative methods with a total sample of 144 paddy field farmers. Based on the research results, the role of extension workers as advisors increases the competence of paddy field farmers in the cultivation aspect, while the role of extension agents as motivators, dynamists, communicators and facilitators was very significantly negatively related to the competence of farmers in aspects of cultivation and harvesting

In Tojo Una-Una District has a lot of natural tourism potential, for example Togean natural tourism which is a very famous tourist attraction both domestically and overseas. The purpose of this study was to identify the Tourism Potential of Towe Rama Waterfall, Toliba Village, West Tojo Subdistrict, Tojo Una Una District. The study was conducted for two months, from June to July 2019, located at Towe Rama Waterfall Tourism Object in Toliba Village, West Tojo Subdistrict, Tojo Una Una District. In this study the method used is a descriptive and qualitative approach based on the Guidelines for the Analysis of Regional Operations of Objects and Attractions of Nature Tourism (ADO-ODTWA) of the Directorate General of PHKA in 2003 with the Assessment of Attraction, Accessibility, Accommodation, and Supporting Infrastructure Facilities in the Tourist Attraction Area Towe Rama Waterfall. Sampling was done by interviewing the local community who know or manage the Towe Rama Waterfall Tourism Object Area in Toliba Village. The number of samples consisting of 31 people is enough to represent the purpose of the study, only the factor that needs to be considered is the representation of the community elements used as the research sample. The results showed that the potential of natural tourism in Towe Rama Waterfall in Toliba Village, West Tojo Subdistrict, Tojo Una Una Regency that has natural beauty that is still very natural, beautiful natural panorama, in addition to tourist attractions, Towe Rama Waterfall located in Toliba Village can be used as a place of research / education for students. The eligibility index of each criterion includes attractiveness of 86.1%, Acceleration of 70.83%, Accommodation 33.3% and Infrastructure Facilities 97.22% of all criteria that with a feasibility level index of 74.25% including the category deserve to be developed as a tourism object

Population consists of 35 officials at The Secretariate of Regional Parliament of Tojo Una-Una District who selected through census method. The study finds that both independent variables have simultaneous influence on officials’ performance with Rsquare value of 0.679; partially, work discipline has significant influence with coefficient regression of 0.693 while the variable of work environment has coefficient regression of 0.189

The Tojo Valley Marquisate: Legacy and mayorazgo between the seventeenth and twentieth centuries in Bolivia and Argentina
No full textEl objetivo del artículo es reconstruir, en la larga duración, la territorialidad del Marquesado del Valle de Tojo en una extensa región a ambos lados de actual frontera entre Argentina y Bolivia. El análisis parte de los antecedentes y constitución del mayorazgo, a principios del siglo XVIII, hasta su desestructuración en el último tercio del siglo XIX, finalizando con una evaluación de las permanencias de esta gran unidad territorial en las estructuras agrarias del Sur de Bolivia y Norte de Argentina en los albores del siglo XX. El estudio se basa en documentación del Archivo del Marquesado del Valle de Tojo, en los catastros republicanos de propiedad territorial de Bolivia y de Argentina, en otras fuentes cualitativas y en estudios previos, propios y de otros autores, que permiten una aproximación a la estructura territorial del Marquesado y de la región.The purpose of this article is the long-term reconstruction of the territorial characteristics of the Tojo Valley Marquisate (Marquesado del Valle de Tojo), an extensive region that covered land on both sides of the present-day Argentine-Bolivian border. The analysis will cover the origins and early formation of the land entailment (mayorazgo) of the Marquisate between the early eighteenth century and the last third of the nineteenth century, when the mayorazgo was dismantled. The essay ends with an evaluation of the historical impact of the Marquisate on the agrarian structures of southern Bolivia and northern Argentina in the early twentieth century. The research is based on documentation from the Marquesado del Valle de Tojo Archive, land titles from post-independence Bolivia and Argentina, qualitative sources, and published secondary material. Taken together, these sources allow us to analyse the territorial characteristics of the Marquisate and its legacy throughout the region.Fil: Teruel, Ana Alejandra. The study is descriptive quantitative and includes 85 teachers as respondents who selected with census method. The results of multiple linear regressions analysis show that: 1) work environment and leadership of the principal simultaneously influence motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una-Una; 2) work environment positively and significantly influence motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una-Una; 3) leadership of the principal positively and significantly influence motivation of teachers’ in Cluster 1 Ampana Tete Sub-District of Tojo Una- Una

Sebagai kabupaten yang memiliki sebagian pulau-pulau yang terpisah dari daratan Tojo Una-una, serta memilki potensi jalur jalan transportasi wisatawan menuju tempat wisata yang ada di daearah ini, maka distribusi barang, penumpang maupun kendaraan hanya dimungkinkan dengan menggunakan angkutan laut. Pelabuhan Uebone merupakan urat nadi penghubung dalam menunjang kelancaran komunikasi bagi perkembangan bidang ekonomi, sosial politik, budaya dan pertahanan keamanan dimana perkembangan dari tahun ke tahun dirasakan semakin meningkat, dari waktu ke waktu melahirkan suatu kebutuhan akan sarana terminal yang dapat menunjang dampak pertumbuhan transportasi tersebut. Perancangan Terminal Pelabuhan Ferry “Uebone” Di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una Dengan Pendekatan Working Waterfront Architecture berlokasi di desa Uebone, kecamatan Ampana Tete, kabupaten Tojo Una-Una dengan luas lahan ± 2 Hektare yang terdiri dari 1 massa bangunan. Bentuk bangunan Terminal Pelabuhan Ferry “Uebone” Di Kabupaten Tojo Una-Una menngadopsi bentuk depan kapal ferry pada sisi kanan dan kiri bangunan sedangkan pada bagian tengah menggunakan bentuk gelombang laut, selain untuk mempertahankan faktor estetika juga lebih terkoneksi antara bentuk dan fungsi bangunan.

Abstract
As a regency that has a part of the islands separated from the land of Tojo Una-Una, and has a potential transportation road to the tourist sites in this area, then the distribution of goods, passengers and vehicles is only possible by using sea freight. Uebone Port is the connection to support the smooth communication of economic development, socio-political, cultural and defense security where development from year to year is felt increasing, from time to time giving birth to a necessity of terminal means that can support the impact of the transportation growth. Planning a Ferry Terminal "Uebone" in Tojo-Una district with the approach Working Waterfront Architecture is located in the village Uebone, district of Ampana Tete, District Tojo Una-Una with a land area of ± 2 hectares consisting of 1 mass of buildings. The building of the Terminal Ferry port "Uebone" in Tojo District of Una-Una adopted the front form of the ferry on the right and left side of the building while in the middle using the form of sea waves, in addition to maintaining the aesthetic factor is also more connected between the shape and function of the building.

Diet Influence under Tojo Administration
No full text본 논문은 종래의 연구에서 경시되어 온 요쿠산소넨단(翼賛壮年団) 관계 중의원 의원에 초점을 맞추어, 그 성립과정부터 도조내각기에 있어서의 활동을 고찰한 것이다. 요쿠소(翼壮)는 태평양전쟁 하에서 국민동원의 일환으로서 추진된 요쿠산(翼賛)운동의 중심적인 추진 조직으로서 기능하였다. 그리고 1942년 실시된 제국의회 선거에서 약 30여명의 중의원 의원을 배출하였다. 제국의회에 있어서의 요쿠소 의원의 활동은 의회에서는 독선적인 도조정권에 대한 노골적인 비판을 가하지 않았으며, 요쿠소 의원단으로서의 체계적이며 독자적인 정치적 주장도 거의 보이지 않았다. 다만, 관료적 통제 강화에 대해서는 저항의 자세를 보였다. 당시 정치적인 핵심 이슈였던 국민운동 일원화문제에 관해서는, 요쿠세이카이(翼政会)의 국민운동 일원화 운동을 저지하기 위한 움직임에 활동의 주안점을 두고 있었다. 지역에서의 요쿠소의 활동 양상이 활발하고 경우에 따라서는 행정 기구를 비판하며 아래로부터 쳐 밀어 올리는 측면도 있었던 것에 비하면, 제국의회에서의 요쿠소 의원의 움직임은 개괄적으로 온건적이며 그 정치적 영향력도 큰 편은 아니었다고 할 수 있다.
This dissertation is a research about yokusansounendan member of the National Assembly. There was no previous research on yokuso member of the National Assembly so far. The paper studies the formation of yokusansounendan and the activities of its members in the National Assembly's organizational process during the Tojo administration. Yokuso was at the center of the formation of yokusan campaign under the Pacific War, responsible for mass mobilization of the Japanese population. About 35 members of the yokusansounendan were elected as member of the National Assembly in 1942. Yokuso sought innovation of the political party, and advanced in the assembly. Tojo prime minister planned the formalization of the assembly, and formed the yokuseikai, which is the official business political party. The assembly operated in cooperation with yokuseikai and the Tojo administration. Yokuso members of the National Assembly refrained from any explicit criticism of the Tojo administration in the assembly. Also, there was no individual political leader of yokuso with any independent political voice in the National Assembly. The only criticism from the Party was directed at the administration's reinforcement of bureaucratic control. Yokuso member of the National Assembly was opposed toyokuseikai and both competed to hold initiative of popular campaign. Yokuso's activity in the provinces was vigorous and oftentimes critical of the administrative organization. In contrast, yokuso members in the National Assembly were more moderate in its activities and did not exert much influence
