Olah gerak kapal merupakan cara menguasai gerakan kapal untuk mencapai tujuan palayaran seaman dan seefisien mungkin, dengan mempergunakan sarana yang terdapat dikapal seperti mesin, kemudi dan lain-lain. Kapal tunda (assist tug) berperan penting dalam olah gerak kapal khususnya untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah dalam proses lepas sandar dipelabuhan atau proses pemuatan secara ship to ship. Dalam hal ini, penelitian dilakukan di atas kapal MV. Mara yang sedang melakukan proses olah gerak sandar ke kapal untuk tujuan oprasi transfer muatan batu bara di Muara Berau, Samarinda, kalimantan Timur. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas penulis merumuskan beberapa permasalahan, yang pertama adalah mengapa peranan assist tug terhadap proses sandar ship to ship perlu dioptimalkan, yang kedua adalah kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam proses sandar ship to ship dengan peranan assist tug, dan yang ketiga adalah upaya-upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam proses sandar dengan peranan assist tug. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya insiden saat proses olah gerak sandar ship to ship di MV. Mara tersebut dan memberikan solusi tentang upaya-upaya apa yang seharusnya dilakukan untuk menanggulangi kejadian insiden yang pernah terjadi saat proses sandar ke kapal dengan peranan assist tug di MV. Mara tersebut. Dalam skripsi ini, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyampaian adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengungkapkan kejadian atau fakta dengan menggunakan beberapa aspek seperti pengumpulan data, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa faktor, antara lain manusianya atau SDM yang kurang memahami akan pentingnya crew training serta minimnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimiliki awak kapal tentang prosedur operasi ship to ship. Kemudian faktor lingkungan yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu pertama faktor dari luar: Keadaan laut, cuaca atau perairan (angin, arus, cuaca, kedalaman dan lebar sempitnya perairan), yang kedua faktor dari dalam: Faktor tetap (bentuk kapal, konsruksi diatas geladak) dan faktor tidak tetap (sarat kapal, trim kapal, keadaan muatan). Komunikasi yang baik juga sangatlah diperlukan untuk kelancaran proses sandar mengingat pentingnya peran assist tug terhadap operasi sandar ship to ship. Masalah ini harus segera dioptimalisasi serta diatasi dan pada akhir bagian skripsi penulis menyajikan kesimpulan dan saran

The ship’s manouvering is a way to hold the ship’s movement to reach sailing destinations as safe and efficient as possible, by using the facilities contained in ships such as engines, steering and others. Assist tug is so important to assist the manouvering of the ship esspecially to accelerate and simplify the mooring and cashing off process in the port or ship to ship loading process. In this case, the research was carried out on the MV. Mara, which is carrying out the moor manouvering for coal cargo transfer operations in Muara Berau, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Based on the background above, the author formulated several problems, the first is why the role of assist tug in ship to ship process needs to be optimized, the second is what kind of constraint are faced in the ship to ship process with the role of tug assist, and the third is what efforts have been made to contend the problem in the mooring process with the role of tug assist. The purpose of the study are to find out what are the factors that caused the incident when the motion process ship to ship in the MV. Mara given a solution about what efforts should be taken to overcome the incident that had occurred during the process of leaning onto the ship with the role of tug assist in the MV. Mara is. In this minithesis, the research method used in delivery is a qualitative descriptive research method to reveal events or facts using several aspects such as data collection, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study found several factors, including human beings or human resources who lacked understanding of the importance of crew training, knowledge and experience possessed by the crew about the ship to ship operating procedures. The second factor consisted of environment, namely the first from the outside factors: the state of the sea, weather or waters (wind, current, weather, depth and width of the narrow waters), both factors from within: fixed factor (ship’s type, construction on deck) and non-fixed factors (draft, trim, cargo condition). Good communication was also very necessary for the smooth process of anchoring given the importance of the assist tug on the operations of the ship to ship. This problem must be immediately optimized and overcome. At the end of the minithesis section the author presents conclusions and suggestions

Pelaksanaan olah gerak kapal sandar secara aman di pelabuhan es, memerlukan pengalaman cukup serta kesigapan guna menghindari keraguan dalam mengambil keputusan dalam melakukan olah gerak kapal. Dengan dasar ini penulis merumuskan masalah penelitian mengapa terjadi keterlambatan proses sandar kapal di pelabuhan es Nakhodka Russia?, Bagaimana cara olah gerak kapal pada saat proses sandar memasuki pelabuhan Nakhodka Russia?. Pengamatan ini dilakukan pada saat praktek laut selama 12 bulan di Mv. Crystal Jade. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah fishbone, teknik pengumpulan data berupa pendekatan terhadap observasi dan data-data tentang olah gerak kapal sandar.
Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan yang dilakukan penulis selama praktek layar di MV. Crystal Jade mengenai olah gerak kapal di pelabuhan es di Nakhodka, adanya masalah-masalah yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan yang dilakukan kru kapal pada saat berolah gerak di perairan es, tindakan olah gerak menghindari bahaya es yang salah dan kurangnya informasi tentang perairan es dapat menyebabkan keterlambatan pada kapal dalam proses sandar. Pembahasan terhadap hasil pengamatan adalah nahkoda yang memberikan pengenalan tentang cara berolah gerak yang baik pada saat olah gerak di perairan es berdasarkan SOP dari perusahaan, memberikan penegasan kepada deck officer dalam tidak boleh ragu- ragu dalam mengambil keputusan.
Dalam hal ini disimpulkan kurangnya pengetahuan dari awak kapal dalam berolah gerak pada saat olah gerak dan kurangnya informasi wilayah perairan es menyebabkan kapal terlambat sandar dan prosedur sandar kapal di pelabuhan dibagi menjadi tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan. Adapun saran penulis adalah diadakan pengarahan secara berkala maupun pemahaman terhadap kru tentang prosedur olah gerak kapal di perairan es dan dilakukan safety meeting sebelum kapal melaksanakan olah gerak.

The implementation of the manouvering of the ship safely in the port of ice, requires sufficient experience and alertness to avoid doubts in making decisions in carrying out the movement of the ship. On this basis the authors formulate a problem about why there is a delay in the process of berthing ships at the Nakhodka Russia ice port?,How is manouvering procedure for berthing at the Nakhodka ice port? . This observation was carried out during 12 months of marine practice in MV. Crystal Jade. The method used is a qualitative method, the data analysis technique used is fishbone, data collection techniques in the form of approaches to observation and data about the movement of the ship.
Based on the results of observations made by the author during the practice of the screen in the MV. Crystal Jade concerning the operation of ships at the ice port in Nakhodka, there are problems such as lack of knowledge carried out by ship crews when working on ice waters, motion actions avoiding the danger of wrong ice and lack of information about ice waters causing delays in the ship in the process of berthing. The discussion of the results of the observation is that the captain provides an introduction to how to perform good manouver when operating in ice waters based on the SOP of the company, giving confirmation to the inner deck officer should not be hesitant in making decisions.
In this case, it was concluded that the lack of knowledge of the crew in moving motion when the movement and lack of information on the ice waters caused the ship to be delayed and procedure for ice berthing devided in to two parts : preparing and actuating. The author’s advice is to hold regular briefings as well as an understanding of the crew about the procedures for ship operations in the ice waters hold a safety meeting before entering port

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignancies and is also the leading cancer-related death worldwide. Majority of which are non-small cell lung cancers. Five year survival rate of stage IV non-small cell lung cancer is approximately only 10% whereas for stage I disease, it can be as high as 80%. org/licenses/by/4.0/.The spectrum, pathophysiology and recovery trajectory of persistent post-COVID-19 cognitive deficits are unknown, limiting our ability to develop prevention and treatment strategies. We report the 1-year cognitive, serum biomarker and neuroimaging findings from a prospective, national study of cognition in 351 COVID-19 patients who required hospitalization, compared with 2,927 normative matched controls. Cognitive deficits were global, associated with elevated brain injury markers and reduced anterior cingulate cortex volume 1 year after COVID-19. Severity of the initial infective insult, postacute psychiatric symptoms and a history of encephalopathy were associated with the greatest deficits. There was strong concordance between subjective and objective cognitive deficits. Longitudinal follow-up in 106 patients demonstrated a trend toward recovery. Together, these findings support the hypothesis that brain injury in moderate to severe COVID-19 may be immune-mediated, and should guide the development of therapeutic strategies. Melodies in the Poetry Book of Father Ólafur from Sandar: Religious Songs from Early 17th Century Iceland
This is a study of melodies in The Poetry Book of Father Ólafur from Sandar (Kvæðabók sr. Ólafs á Söndum), a manuscript of poetry and songs from the early 17th century Iceland. The source investigated in this study is a copy of the manuscript made in 1693 by Father Hjalti Þorsteinsson.
The aim of the work is to make a contemporary transcription of the music and to describe the structure of melodies that have inspired the author of this study as a composer. In the first chapter the source is introduced and the principles of transcription and methods of analysis discussed: which analytical tools should be proper to approach those very simple notations. The next chapter explains the manuscript’s historical context with a brief overview of religion and singing in Iceland. In the third chapter the 21 melodies in the manuscript are analysed from different perspectives. The transcriptions form a part of this study and are presented together with facsimile reproductions of the original notations in the appendix.
I describe the process of transcribing the songs and various questions arising in this work. The songs are mostly syllabic and notated in a very simple way without any measure, a black square notehead corresponding to a syllable. Some rhythmic divisions and elaborations, however, demand discussion. The form of the melodies is rather free, largely based on an intuitive logic that deserves special attention. The interpretation of melodies largely depends on the text, one melodic strophe was repeated with numerous stanzas. To explain the structure of verses I offer tables of rhyme patterns, syllabic division, and patterns of stressed and unstressed syllables in order to get an overview of the songs’ structure. Tonal structure of the melodies is usually based on the tension of moving between the tonal centre (tonic, its third and/or fifth, sometimes lower or upper fourth) and some opposed complex of tones (usually a second up or down of the tonic group).
Although the music is notated, it is largely derived from music of oral heritage and should be studied as such. The notation is merely a set of directions for performing and I have concentrated on finding the songs’ inner logic in order to understand them

Kapal adalah sarana angkutan laut yang paling dibutuhkan untuk pengangkutan barang karena dapat dilaksanakan dengan jumlah yang besar serta biaya yang dikeluarkan lebih sedikit dibandingkan sarana angkutan yang lain. Namun hal tersebut di atas tidak dapat terlaksana dengan baik tanpa kecakapan pelaut yang baik dan bertanggung jawab. Agar tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan seperti : pencurian dan bahaya lain yang dapat merugikan berbagai pihak. Pelaksanaan dinas jaga yang dilaksanakan oleh anak buah kapal harus sesuai dengan aturan-aturan yang berlaku sesuai dengan standart international seperti : tugas jaga di pelabuhan, jaga geladak dan lain sebagainya, dan nakhoda harus mengontrol kegiatan anak buah kapal yang bertujuan untuk meminimalkan dan mencegah hal-hal yang dapat membahayakan kapal, manusia, muatan dan lain sebagainya, sehingga diharapkan tercapainya keadaan yang aman dan terkendali sesuai yang diharapkan oleh semua pihak.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif dan menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif, sedangkan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka terkait dengan pelaksanaan dinas jaga di pelabuhan.
MV. Andhika Paramesti merupakan jenis kapal curah yang dimiliki PT. Andhika Lines. MV. Andhika Paramesti diawaki oleh beraneka macam suku bangsa, beraneka macam sifat dan tingkah lakunya dan terdapat keanekaragaman yang dilihat dari latar belakang pendidikan dalam hal ijazah laut yang dimiliki, akan mempengaruhi proses bongkar muat, terutama perwira kapal yang akan mempengaruhi pola pikir dari setiap induvidu dalam melihat segala sesuatu, baik dalam mengambil keputusan, pemahaman mengenai prosedur dan penguasaan peralatan. Pemahaman prosedur dinas jaga yang kurang optimal dan ketidakdisiplinan para awak kapal MV. Andhika Paramesti, maka dari itu Nakhoda yang ditunjuk sebagai wakil atau utusan dari perusahaan harus memberikan pengarahan dan penjelasan terhadap prosedur jaga di kapal untuk mencegah timbulnya kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut.

The ship is a marine transportation facilities are most needed for the transport of goods due to be carried out by a large amount as wel as the costs incurred are less than the other means of transport. However, the above can not be successful without good skill and responsbility of seafareer. To avoid things that are not desirable such : theft and other hazard that can harm various parties. Implementation of guard services performed by the crew shall be in accordance with the rules applicable in accordance with the International standards such as : guard duty at the port, keep the deck etc, and the master must control the activities of the crew that aims to minimize and prevent things which may endanger the ship, human, cargo, etc. So it is expected to achieve a secure and controlled circumstances as expected by all parties.
The research method used by the author is a qualitative method and uses a type of descriptive research, while the data collection method used is the method of interview, observation and literature study related to the implemetation of watchkeeping at the port.
MV. Andhika Paramesti is a type of bulk carrier ship owned by PT. Andhika Lines. MV. Andhika Paramesti was manned by various ethnic groups, a wide range of properties and behaviour and there is a diversity of educational backgrounds seen in the case of marine diploma held, will affect the loading and unloading process, especially the ship’s officers that will affect the pattern think of each individual in to see everything, either in making decisions, understanding of procedures and control procedures equipment. Comprehension suboptimal guard duty and indiscipline of the crew members of MV. Andhika Paramesti, therefore Master appointed as representative or envoy of the company should provide guidance and insight to watch the procedure on the ship to prevent such error

With the background of the analyzed accident data Maritime Safety
Committee note that the accident caused by human error of ± 80%, the authors
attempt to lift it into a minithesis entitled " The Effect Implementation Of Watch
Keeping With Safety Of CrewOn MT. MATINDOK When Berthing At The Port. ".
Especially with the restrictions on the scope of the location of the problem
that we encountered during the preparation of this paper is expected to give an
idea of the negligence of wachkeeping when ship berthing may endanger the
safety, the role of the elements associated and procedure or procedures department
precautions for the safety of the crew in the port, should be appropriate Standing
Order and the STCW 2010 for the realization of a good watch keeping and the
safety of crew can be kept.
In a theoretical basis, the author describes things related to watch keeping
at the port, due to negligence of watch keeping caused by a lack of awareness and
negligence in performing watch keeping and how prevention and treatment
procedures on board with regard to its human resources. Performance and the
success rate of the crew in carrying out watch keeping at the time the ship
berthing at the port is influenced by several factors. The factors among others are
from the man himself, the influence of equipment that does not support, and the
factors of the work environment. As for the wedge to the third factor is affecting
the level of their productivity in doing all of the work on the boat. In analyzing the
data and research shows exposure writer general description object of research
and the process of handling of the problems arising from the implementation of
the agency in case that is not in accordance with the procedures applicable on the
ship in accordance with the observations and author interviews with stakeholders
in field, and then we compare it with the existing procedures.
Finally, the author can infer the elements in the case of irregularities
implementation services in detail and determine the success of the implementation
of the handling of watch keeping applicable on the ship.

Peran Pandu Di Pt. Pelindo Cabang Sungai Pakning Terhadap Kegiatan Sandar Kapal Di Pelabuhan Tanjung Buton
This final project research aims to determine the role of the guide at PT. Pelindo 1 Pakning River Branch against ships docking at Tanjung Buton port. Identifying the constraints in PT. Pelindo 1 Pakning River Branch against ships docking at Tanjung Buton port. The method used in this final project is the method of interview, observation and documentation. The implementation of this Final Project was carried out at PT. Pelindo 1 (Persero) Pakning River Branch. Theresults obtained by the author during the research is the role of the guide at PT.Pelindo 1 Pakning River Branch for ships docking at Tanjung Buton port which
has not been implemented optimally because there are delays in piloting requests,lack of scout division motors, and poor communication. The suggestion of thisresearcher is that in providing information on the arrival time of the ship, radio
operators should provide accurate information so as not to make the guides waittoo long which results in delays in ship departure
