No full textAineistossa on haastateltu Tampereen kaupungilla perhepalveluissa työpareina työskenteleviä sosiaalityöntekijöitä ja sosiaaliohjaajia. Haastattelut toteutettiin työpareittain. Sosiaalityöntekijät ja ohjaajat olivat työskennelleet yhdessä aineistonkeruuhetkellä vajaan vuoden. Aineisto on kerätty osana laajempaa Tampere Praksis -tutkimusyhteistyötä. Kysymykset käsittelevät vuonna 2015 tapahtunutta sosiaalihuoltolain uudistuksesta johtuvaa organisaatiomuutosta, työparin yhteistyötä, asiantuntijuutta sekä erilaisia mahdollisuuksia ja kehityskohtia, joita uusi työmuoto on luonut. Haastateltavat kertovat sosiaalityöntekijä-sosiaalityöntekijä-mallin ja sosiaalityöntekijä-sosiaaliohjaaja-mallin välisistä eroista ja siitä, miten kummankin työntekijän omaa asiantuntijuutta voidaan hyödyntää palvelutarpeen selvityksissä. Työparit arvioivat myös, millä tavalla sosiaalityöntekijän ja sosiaaliohjaajan roolit ja työnjako näkyvät työssä. Haastateltavilta kysyttiin, millaisia esteitä ja edistäviä tekijöitä heidän mielestään työparityöskentelyssä on. Haastateltavilta ei kerätty taustatietoja.The data consist of interviews with social workers and counsellors who had worked in pairs for almost a year. The data were collected as part of a larger Tampere Praksis Project. The questions pertained to organisational changes that were caused by changes to legislation regarding social services. This study examined social workers' and counsellors' experiences of pair work, and how both the social counsellor's and the social worker's expertise could be utilised in the new model for social work. Haastattelut toteutettiin kahdella eri sosiaaliasemalla Tampereella. Aineisto on kerätty osana laajempaa Tampere Praksis tutkimushanketta. Haastattelukysymykset rakentuivat neljän eri teemaan ympärille. Käsiteltävät teemat olivat palveluohjaajan työnkuva, perhepalvelut palveluohjauksen kontekstissa, palveluohjauksen asiakkuudet sekä perhepalveluiden kehittäminen. Kukin teema sisälsi useampia yksittäisiä kysymyksiä. Palvelupäällikön yksilöhaastattelussa ja palveluohjaajien ryhmähaastattelussa käytettiin eri kysymysrunkoja. The interviews were structured around four main themes: the work tasks of a case management service counsellor, family services in the context of case management, client work, and development of family services. No full textAineisto sisältää Tampereen Eteläisen lapsiperheiden sosiaaliaseman työntekijätiimien litteroituja ryhmäkeskusteluja. Osallistujat keskustelevat keskenään vapaamuotoisesti työssään onnistumisesta työntekijän ja ammattiryhmänsä näkökulmasta. Ryhmäkeskustelujen ryhmät rakentuvat kukin tietyn ammattiryhmän (sosiaalityöntekijät, avotyöntekijät, perhetyöntekijät) edustajista. Sosiaaliaseman jokaisella ammattiryhmällä on omat työntekijätiiminsä. Sosiaalityöntekijöillä on poikkeuksellisesti kaksi työntekijätiimiä, Hervannan ja Hatanpään työntekijätiimit, joiden jako perustuu asiakkaiden alueelliseen erotteluun. Keskustelut toteutettiin siten, että tiimeille lähetettiin etukäteen keskustelunohjeistus, jonka laatijana toimi Praksis-tiimin kehittäjäsosiaalityöntekijä. Ohjeistuksen mukaan keskusteluun tuli virittäytyä lukemalla työntekijöiden kirjoittamat onnistumisen tarinat. Ohjeistuksessa keskustelua ei ohjattu tarkoin kysymyksin. Tutkijat eivät olleet itse mukana ryhmäkeskusteluissa. Ryhmäkeskustelut dokumentoitiin toimittamalla keskustelijoille nauhuri ja antamalla ohjeistusta sen käyttöön. Keskustelijoilta ei kerätty yksilökohtaisia taustatietoja, vain keskustelijoiden ammattinimike on tiedossa.The data contain the transcripts of four focus group discussions. The participants were staff members of a social welfare office for families with children in Tampere, Finland. In two discussions, the participants were social workers, in the third family workers and in the fourth open care workers. Before the audio-recorded discussions took place, each focus group received examples of success stories in their work, written by the participants themselves, along with instructions for the discussions. The discussions were unstructured and only the focus group participants were present. In the discussions, the success stories were discussed, other successes were brought forward, and the participants also discussed what kind of thoughts and feelings about their work the stories had triggered. Discussion also covered what could be regarded as success in the social work with families with children. Background information consists of the job title of the participant. Aineisto sisältää neljä Tampereen kaupungin aikuissosiaalityön asiakkaan haastattelua. Aineisto on kerätty sen jälkeen, kun perustoimeentulotuen hakeminen siirtyi kunnista Kansaneläkelaitokselle vuonna 2017. Haastatteluissa kysyttiin erilaisia kokemuksia, millaista on hakea toimeentulotukea kunnalta ja Kelalta, ja millaisia ajatuksia haastateltavissa herätti toimeentulotuen hakemisen siirtyminen kunnilta Kelalle. Haastattelut sisälsivät myös kysymyksiä siitä, miten toimeentulotukeen liittyvää byrokratiaa voisi vähentää, ja miten tuen hakemista voisi kehittää. Aineiston taustatietoina ovat haastatteluajankohta, haastateltavien sukupuoli sekä ikä.This dataset consists of four interviews with adult social work clients in Tampere, Finland. Themes of the interviews included applying for basic social assistance, importance of social assistance for personal finances, and the role of their appointed social worker. The data were collected after the transfer of the responsibility for granting basic social assistance from municipal social welfare offices to the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela). The interviews discussed experiences of applying for social assistance via Kela as opposed to the municipality, and how the transfer had affected the participants. The interviews also discussed how bureacracy related to social assistance could be reduced and how applying could be developed. Haastattelut toteutettiin käyttäen apuna kolmea viriketarinaa, jotka haastateltava sai haastattelun alussa luettavakseen. Virikkeinä toimivat lastensuojeluilmoituksen muotoon kirjoitetut tekstit, joissa jokaisessa oli oma teemansa. Virikkeiden teemoja olivat käräjät ja patologisoitunut ero, etäännyttäminen ja päihteet sekä ei-tasapuoliset olosuhteet. Virikkeiden lukemisen jälkeen haastateltaville esitettiin kysymyksiä fiktiivisiin esimerkkitapauksiin liittyen. Taustatietoina kysyttiin koulutustaustaa sekä työvuosien määrää lastensuojelutyöstä.The qualitative dataset consists of interviews with social workers in Tampere, Finland who make assessments of the need for child protection services. The interviews contain three vignettes relating to child protection services that the interviewees read at the beginning of the interview. Themes of the vignettes included court proceedings in the case of a dysfunctional breakup, parental alienation and excessive use of alcohol, and uneven conditions between parents. The interviewees were asked questions regarding the vignettes and how well they portrayed reality. No full textAineistossa on haastateltu erään kunnan sosiaaliasemalta neljä sosiaalityöntekijää, jotka työskentelevät huostaanotettujen sijaishuollossa olevien lasten parissa. Sosiaalityöntekijöitä pyydettiin kuvailemaan 2-3 asiakastapausta ja niiden etenemistä. Näiden pohjalta haastatteluissa pohdittiin sijaishuollossa olevien lasten läheisverkostojen merkitystä. Tapauksia kertyi yhteensä yhdeksän. Keskeisiä teemoja haastatteluissa olivat muun muassa lapsen läheisverkostot, lastensuojeluprosessin eteneminen, erilaiset läheisverkostoa koskevat tilanteet sekä sosiaalityöntekijän toiminta ja ratkaisut silloin, kun sijoitetun lapsen läheissuhteet ovat olleet säätelyn tarpeessa. Lopuksi, ellei haastattelusta tullut muutoin ilmi, tutkija tiedusteli, mitä haasteita sosiaalityöntekijät näkevät läheisverkoston kanssa työskentelyssä sekä mitä voimavaroja läheisverkosto tuo lapsen elämään. Taustatietoja ovat haastateltavan sukupuoli ja ammatti sekä haastattelupäivämäärä. Aineistosta on tehty jatkokäyttäjälle html-versio, jonka hakemiston avulla kirjoituksia on helppo selata.This dataset contains interviews with four Finnish social workers who worked with children taken into custody. The social workers each described 2-3 cases and how they progressed. Nine cases were discussed in total. Central themes in the interviews included the children's social networks, the custody process, and the social worker's role and decisions in situations where the child's social network needed adjustment. Finally, unless it had already been discussed, the researcher enquired the types of challenges that social workers faced in working with the child's social network and how the network benefited the child's life. Background information included the interviewee's gender, occupation and date of the interview. The data were organised into an easy to use HTML version at FSD. Haastattelujen teemoja olivat sosiaalityön lähijohtaminen, työhyvinvointi ja muutosjohtaminen. Yksittäisissä kysymyksissä kysyttiin mm. lähijohtamiseen liittyvistä haasteista ja vaatimuksista, sekä lähijohtajana työskentelemisen parhaista puolista ja työn tarjoamista mahdollisuuksista. Haastateltavaa pyydettiin määrittelemään miten hän ymmärtää työhyvinvoinnin sekä kertomaan, mitä työhyvinvointi sosiaalityössä on. Muutosjohtamiseen liittyen kysyttiin mm. mitä muutoksia haastateltavan työyhteisössä on tapahtunut viimeisten kahden vuoden aikana. Haastateltavaa pyydettiin myös kuvailemaan työhyvinvoinnin ja muutosjohtamisen välistä suhdetta. Haastattelut toteutettiin käyttäen apuna ns. vahvuuskortteja, joita ei ole arkistoitu. Taustatietoina on mainittu haastateltavan koulutus ja ammatti.This qualitative dataset consists of interviews with social workers in the public sector working as first-line managers at their organisation. Interview themes included management of social work, workplace well-being, and management for change. Individual questions examined, for instance, challenges and requirements posed by management as well as the best parts of management work and the opportunities it provides. Interviewees were asked to define workplace well-being and discuss its role in social work. Management for change was examined by asking, for example, what changes the interviewee's work community had seen within the previous two years. Interviewees were also asked to describe the relationship between workplace well-being and management for change. Background information included educational background and occupation. counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
