The results of classifications evaluate and validated with confusion matrix and a curve ROC, the results classifications students scholarship recipients namely algorithm C4.5 with the level of accuracy of 86.88 %, So that it can be applied for the problem the determination of scholarship recipients

PENERAPAN METODE WATERFALL PADA SISTEM INFORMASI INVENTORI PT. PANGAN SEHAT SEJAHTERA
Pengolahan data inventori barang di PT. Pangan Sehat Sejahtera masih menggunakan suatu aplikasi program yang belum terintegrasi secara penuh, artinya dari segi pencatatan dan pengolahannya hanya bisa diakses oleh satu departemen saja yaitu admin gudang. Sebagai perusahaan distributor dengan multi cabang, pelaporan dari kantor cabang ke kantor pusat dilakukan dengan cara mengkonversi data inventori dari aplikasi tersebut ke dalam Microsoft Office Excel. Setiap hari laporan dalam format Excel tersebut harus dikirim ke pihak kantor pusat via email. Sistem tersebut menjadikan pihak kantor pusat tidak dapat mengetahui data inventori masing-masing kantor cabang dengan cepat. PT. Pangan Sehat Sejahtera telah terhubung jaringan Internet. Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dapat dimaksimalkan dengan membangun aplikasi sistem inventori barang berbasis web yang dapat diakses oleh pihak kantor pusat dan kantor cabang. Aplikasi dibangun dengan menggunakan Macromedia Dreamweaver, bahasa pemrograman PHP, dan database MySQL. Aplikasi ini dapat digunakan pihak PT. Pangan Sehat Sejahtera terutama petugas bagian gudang dalam menginventarisasi produk yang ada di gudang. Inventarisasi ini meliputi pencatatan, pengolahan, penyimpanan, dan pelaporan data inventori gudang. Dengan berbasis web, pihak kantor pusat dapat melihat pelaporan dari kantor cabang dan dapat mengetahui data inventori masing-masing kantor cabang dengan cepat, tepat, dan akurat

Currently, the management of school fees payments is still done in the traditional way by entering them in the general ledger, which is very time consuming, especially in the days of school fees payments. Errors often occur when recalling data, and it takes a long time because of the need to check the payment archive in the general ledger. By using a web-based information system, retrieving payment data when needed becomes easier and very Fast. The prototype method is used as a reference for system design and development, and it is expected that the new system will facilitate the work of staff and the information produced will be more accurate and precise when reports are generated. Supporting software such as web server, PHp, and Mysql is needed to create a website. The results of the information system created can later process student data, payment data, and transaction data for report generation over a period of time
Transportation Service Report Information System Using Prototype Method
CV. Femarse Inti Mulia, a company engaged in the distribution of products, still processes reporting data, especially payments for transportation services, manually using Microsoft Excel. Problems arising from the old system are errors in the calculation of total wages for transport services for each pen, as well as the occurrence of differences in recording by the warehouse and the finance department. In addition, when using Microsoft Excel formulas, typographical errors can occur, causing calculations to be different than they should be. In light of these problems CV. PT. Femarse Inti Mulia needs an information system for daily transportation service wages reports that is capable of calculating daily transportation service wages, storing this data securely, and managing daily transportation service wages reports easily, quickly, accurately, and in a well-organized manner. The use of information systems for daily wage reports is the right solution to solve existing problems. With the prototype software development method and primary data collection, it makes it easier to design the daily wage report information system.
 
Implementasi Metode Waterfall Pada Sistem Informasi Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu(SPKT) Polsek Karawang Kota
Kantor Polsek Karawang Kota merupakan lembaga kepolisian yang melayani masyarakat khususnya di dua wilayah kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Karawang Barat dan Kecamatan Karawang Timur. Bidang Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) memiliki fungsi diantaranya melayani pengaduan masyarakat yang terkena tindak kriminalitas. Selama ini dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pelayanan pada unit SPKT masih menggunakan sistem konvensional dan belum terkomputerisasi. Dengan demikian sering kali dijumpai terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan, kurang akuratnya laporan yang dibuat, serta lambatnya dalam pencarian data yang diperlukan dan kurangnya informasi kepada masyarakat tentang persyaratan permohonan SSTLP (Surat Tanda Terima Lapor Polisi). Untuk itu perlu dibangun sistem informasi SPKT berbasis komputer di kantor Polsek Karawang Kota yang dapat memudahkan petugas kepolisian dalam proses pembuatan, hingga pengarsipan STTLP. Metode yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode waterfall dengan menggunakan alat bantu pengembangan sistem berupa UML, ERD dan LRS. Perancangan sistem ini merupakan solusi yang baik untuk memecahkan permasalahan yang ada pada unit SPKT Polsek Karawang Kota, serta dengan sistem yang terkomputerisasi dapat tercapai suatu kegiatan yang efektif dan efisien dalam menunjang pelayanan pada masyarakat dan perkerjaan pada instansi.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Pelayanan kepolosian, Waterfal

Abstract— One of the many forms of responsibility and concern of the Academy of BSI is the establishment of a special institution that handles the preparation, placement and career development Academy alumni BSI. The Institution was BSI Career Center. BSI Career Center is present in order to answer the various challenges and an increasingly competitive employment competition. However, the institution still have constraints in its data processing such as: difficult searching or storing documents of which there are more and more and frequent errors on the making of the report. Based on the constraints expressed so very clearly that the computer is very important for aspects of life both for the present or the future because it can help a user accomplish its activities.
Intisari— Satu dari sekian banyak bentuk tanggung jawab dan kepedulian Akademi BSI adalah didirikannya sebuah lembaga yang khusus menangani persiapan, penempatan dan pengembangan karir alumni Akademi BSI. Lembaga tersebut adalah BSI Career Center. BSI Career Center hadir dalam rangka menjawab berbagai tantangan dan persaingan kerja yang semakin kompetitif. Namun lembaga tersebut masih memiliki kendala-kendala dalam pengolahan datanya seperti: sulit mencari atau menyimpan dokumen-dokumen yang jumlahnya semakin banyak dan sering terjadi kesalahan pada pembuatan laporan. Berdasarkan kendala yang dikemukakan maka sangat jelas bahwa komputer sangat penting bagi aspek kehidupan baik untuk masa sekarang maupun masa yang akan datang karena dapat membantu user menyelesaikan kegiatannya.

As lighthouses have become less essential to navigation, many of their historic structures have faced demolition or neglect. So, this final project will enlighten with more detail regarding the maintenance works for lighthouse. This research of the study will involves marine department of Malaysia as a government organization that responsible to manage lighthouses. The aim of this final project is to investigate the implementation of marine department to maintain the lighthouse and suggest the best design maintenance for lighthouse. To support this research, four lighthouses have been taken as case studies. The data gathered from observation, condition survey and interview conducted at the site. It is hoped that the overall findings of the study will be beneficial for further research that can be developed in this particular area. Besides that, the analysis is made to achieve the objective of this study. Conclusion and recommendation also made in the last chapter to achieve the objective of the study. Abstract—Information technology is a very important means and support for a company both public and private in small, medium or large scale, so that with information can be expected to facilitate the work and goals can be achieved to the maximum. Pizza Hut restaurant in general already using a well-computerized system, but there are some things in this restaurant, which is still done in a conventional way, such as the purchase of raw materials of fruits and vegetables. So the possibility of errors or mistakes in terms of data processing is very large. The author tries to make the design of information systems purchases of raw materials that still use the conventional system, and try to provide alternative proposals by changing it into a computerized system. The design of information systems is the best solution to solve the problems existing in this restaurant, as well as with the new system can be achieved an effective and efficient activities in supporting activities in this company.Intisari—Teknologi informasi merupakan sarana yang sangat penting dan menunjang bagi suatu perusahaan baik negeri maupun swasta dalam skala kecil, sedang ataupun besar, sehingga dengan informasi dapat diharapkan mempermudah pekerjaan dan tujuan dapat tercapai secara maksimal. Restoran Pizza Hut pada umumnya sudah menggunakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi dengan baik, namun ada beberapa hal pada restoran ini, yang masih dilakukan dengan cara konfensional, seperti pembelian bahan baku buah dan sayur. Sehingga kemungkinan terjadinya kesalahan atau kekeliruan dalam hal pengolahan data sangatlah besar. Penulis mencoba membuat perancangan sistem informasi pembelian bahan baku yang masih menggunakan sistem konfensional, dan mencoba memberikan alternatif usulan dengan cara mengubahnya kedalam sistem yang terkomputerisasi.
