Teknologi ini merupakan media baru yang dihadirkan untuk dapat dikembangkan pada desain komunikasi visual sebagai wacana dalam memperluas wawasan media.Berdasarkan dari beberapa data literatur dan sumber pustaka serta dokumentasi pribadi berupa foto-foto atau gambar-gambar yang berkaitan langsung dengan data obyek perancangan, selanjutnya akan diciptakan sebagai ikon untuk mewakili atau merepresentasikan bentuk aslinya. Pada saat merepresentasikan digunakan aplikasi BuildAR yang dapat mengidentifikasi marker dalam bentuk ikon, kemudian melalui citra yang ditangkap oleh kamera akan ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar, 3 dimensi, video, dan animasi. Proses Perancangan ini menggunakan metode eksplorasi yang melalui proses penelusuran referensi visual dengan menganalisa data-data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diklasifikasikan sesuai dengan urutan bagian-bagian candi, setelah itu ditarik sebuah sintesa pada masing-masing bagian tersebut. Marker ikon Candi Borobudur diciptakan untuk mengidentifikasi obyek bagian-bagian candi yang akan diterjemahkan pada saat menampilkan citra visual.Penggunaan augmented reality berbasis android bertujuan untuk menghemat pemakaian produksi cetak (paperless), Sehingga merupakan media publikasi yang jangkauan informasinya luas dan murah. Perangkat tablet dan smartphone berbasis android yang dalam pengembangannya dapat ditambahkan pada platform mobile lainnya seperti Black Berry, Windows OS dan Ipad OS agar jangkauan penggunanya lebih luas.

This can be prevented by treating the waste into a product that is environmentally friendly, of better quality, and has a high selling price. Through the process of exploration of waste products that are not useful, it is expectedto provide several alternatives that can be applied into the form of design or artwork. The analytical tool used is multiple regression analysis method. The sample used is 30 materials of exploration work produced from the year 2016. This research contributes to the paper waste awareness of the students for using the paper waste on their tasks or campus projects. This research is the utilization of paper waste from the work of unusedtasks as pulp or recycled paper materials to reduce the impact of paper waste on the environment. Hal ini dapat dicegah dengan mengolah limbah tersebut menjadi sebuah produk yang ramah Iingkungan, bermutu lebih baik, dan memiliki nilai jual yang tinggi. Melalui proses eksplorasi terhadap limbah produk yang tidak berguna, dîharapkan dapat memberikan beberapa alternatif yang dapat diaplikasikan menjadi bentuk desain ataupun karyaseni. Alat analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 30 materi karya eksplorasi yang dihasilkan mulai sejak tahun 2016. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap peningkatan kepedulian mahasiswa tentang pemanfaatan kembali kertas limbah untuk kepentingantugas di kampus. Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Community Development Academic (CDA) - Binus University facilitates the transfer of knowledge from lecturers from various interdisciplinary disciplines to be applied directly to the community or community that requires capacity building in connection with the preparation to develop tourist destinations. Through a long collaboration and discussion between the campus and the government of Krapyak - Pekalongan Urban Village, it was decided to build a culinary shop where joint learning could serve typical Pekalongan meals, outlets selling batik and handicraft products of SMEs, as well as a convenient spot for community gathering to build understanding of tourist area preparation. Through training programs on the physical building architecture of the shop, Interior Design settings and selection of equipment for chairs and souveneer creation training, mapping of tourist attractions, culinary training in making menus and cooking, Management of shop and financial management. Visual Communication Design plays a role in thecreation of identity branding, starting from naming 'Kedai Omah Jlamprang' and its completeness and Mural Art to build a cozy atmosphere of a shop through the work of aesthetic elements that have meaning. All of these training programs involve discussions and practical workshops on product creation that involve lecturers and SME communities in the Krapyak - Pekalongan village, so that the objectives of the Fostering & Empowering Society can occur. Workshop program called “Design Clinic” had aims to assisting in a craftsman Ikat woven fabric to create ideas that based on residence and nature Sintang environment, and also apply the ideas to bemotif or pattern, which able to be applied to other applied products. Keywords: workshop, ikat woven, motif, SintangAbstrakSintang adalah salah satu kabupaten yang berada di Provinsi Kalimantan Barat. Penduduknya multietnis, mayoritas Suku Dayak dan Melayu.
