Childfree dan Hukum Menggunakan Alat Kontrasepsi dalam Perspektif Fikih Kontemporer : Childfree and the Law of Using Contraception in a Contemporary Fiqh Perspective)
Childfree or consciously deciding not to have children and trying to prevent pregnancy with contraception are still a hot topic of debate among Indonesian society. In this paper, the author attempts to elaborate on childfree and contraception from various perspectives, with an emphasis on contemporary jurisprudential viewpoints. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing a literature study methodology. To obtain representative data, the researchers collected information from various literary sources and analyzed it using descriptive techniques, resulting in the conclusion that, in general, there is no text that declares it forbidden for individuals to choose a childfree lifestyle or contraception. However, in some cases and perspectives, it can be discouraged (makruh) or even forbidden (haram) if there are reasons beyond the objectives of Islamic law (maqashid al-syari’ah)
Penjaminan Mutu Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Pendidikan Agama Islam
ABSTRAK
Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler merupakan wadah bagi peserta didik untuk mengembangkan bakat dan minatnya. Terdapat berbagai jenis ekstrakurikuler, di antaranya ekstrakurikuler keagamaan. Ekstrakurikuler keagamaan atau pendidikan agama Islam penting untuk diselenggarakan guna memperkuat karakter religius siswa. Dalam hal ini setiap lembaga pendidikan perlu melakukan penjaminan mutu untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kelayakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Penelitian ini akan menguraikan konsep ekstrakurikuler dan prosedur penjaminan mutu dengan mengacu pada siklus Deming. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan jenis studi pustaka. Data teoretis dan empiris diperoleh dari berbagai literatur dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrakurikuler merupakan kegiatan yang dilaksanakan di luar jam pelajaran dengan tujuan mengembangkan potensi peserta didik. Setiap lembaga pendidikan perlu melakukan penjaminan mutu terhadap program yang diselenggarakan. Penjaminan mutu dilakukan menggunakan siklus Deming yakni PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) dengan memperhatikan delapan prinsip penjaminan mutu yakni 1) fokus pada pelanggan atau target sasaran; 2) kepemimpinan yang kompeten; 3) melibatkan seluruh pemegang kepentingan; 4) adanya pendekatan sistematis; 5) adanya proses manajemen; 6) perbaikan berkelanjutan; 7) pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data yang aktual; dan 8) mitra kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan
Internalisasi karakter religius dan karakter peduli sosial siswa melalui program islamic building dan character building: Studi kasus di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Internasional Sabilillah Sampang

Fenomena kemorosotan moral seperti bullying (perundungan), pelecehan, pergaulan bebas, pencurian, kebiasaan menyontek, melawan guru, dan kerusakan moral lainnya menjadi problem sosial yang terus terjadi dan perlu diatasi hingga tuntas. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem pendidikan yang menjadikan siswa tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual, tetapi juga memiliki sikap religius dan kepedulian sosial yang tinggi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mendeskripsikan bentuk nilai-nilai dalam program Islamic Building dan Character Building. 2) Menjelaskan model internalisasi karakter dalam program Islamic Building dan Character Building. 3) Menjelaskan tantangan internalisasi karakter melalui program Islamic Building dan Character Building.
Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis Miles dan Huberman dengan mereduksi, menyajikan data, dan meyimpulkan data. Data diperiksa keabsahannya melalui uji kredibilitas dengan menambah waktu penelitian, menambah ketekunan peneliti, dan menggunakan triangulasi data.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) nilai-nilai dalam program Islamic Building yakni akidah, ibadah, akhlak, dan istikamah. Sementara nilai dalam program Character Building yakni kepemimpinan, empati, kreatif, kerja sama, dan tanggung jawab. 2) Model internalisasi karakter dalam program Islamic Building dan Character Building yakni transformasi, transaksi, dan transinternalisasi nilai. 3) Tantangan internalisasi karakter yakni kesadaran orang tua, pengaruh negatif teknologi, dan latar belakang siswa.

The pervasive phenomena of moral decadence, including bullying, harassment, promiscuity, theft, academic dishonesty, and defiance toward educators, represent persistent social problems that necessitate comprehensive resolution. Consequently, there is a pressing need for an educational system that not only fosters intellectual development but also instills in students strong moral values and a profound sense of social responsibility.
This study aims to: 1) Describe the forms of values embedded in the Islamic Building and Character Building programs. 2) Explain the character internalization model implemented in the Islamic Building and Character Building programs. 3) Explain the challenges of character internalization through the Islamic Building and Character Building programs.
The researcher employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis followed Miles and Huberman’s model, which involves data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data was ensured through credibility testing by extending the research period, increasing the researcher’s persistence, and employing data triangulation.
The findings of the study indicate that: 1) The values in the Islamic Building program include faith (aqidah), worship (ibadah), morality (akhlaq), and steadfastness (istiqamah), while the values in the Character Building program include leadership, empathy, creativity, cooperation, and responsibility. 2 The character internalization model in the Islamic Building and Character Building programs consists of value transformation, value transaction, and value transinternalization. 3) The challenges of character internalization include parents’ awareness, the negative influence of technology, and students’ backgrounds.

إن ظاهرة الانحطاط الأخلاقي مثل التنمر، والتحرش، والعلاقات غير المشروعة، والسرقة، وعادة الغش، والعصيان للمعلمين، وغيرها من مظاهر الفساد الأخلاقي، أصبحت من المشكلات الاجتماعية المتواصلة التي تحتاج إلى معالجة جذرية. لذلك، هناك حاجة إلى نظام تعليمي لا يركز فقط على الذكاء العقلي، بل يعزز أيضًا القيم الأخلاقية العالية وروح المسؤولية الاجتماعية.
تهدف هذه البحث إلى استكشاف القيم المتضمنة في برنامجي البناء الإسلامي وبناء الشخصية، وعملية تجسيد القيم الأخلاقية، والتحديات التي تواجه تجسيد هذه القيم في المدرسة الابتدائية الدولية سبيل الله - سامبانج. استخدمت الباحثة المنهج النوعي من نوع دراسة الحالة. وتم جمع البيانات من خلال الملاحظة، والمقابلات، والوثائق. وللحصول على بيانات تمثيلية، أجريت البحث على مدى ثلاثة أشهر من فبراير إلى أبريل ٢٠٢٥.
تشير نتائج البحث إلى أن القيم في برنامج البناء الإسلامي تشمل العقيدة، والعبادة، والأخلاق، والثبات. أما القيم في برنامج بناء الشخصية فتشمل القيادة، والتعاطف، والإبداع، والتعاون، والمسؤولية. ونموذج تجسيد القيم يتضمن التحويل، والتبادل، والتجسيد الداخلي العميق للقيم. أما التحديات التي تواجه تجسيد القيم فهي وعي الوالدين، والتأثيرات السلبية للتكنولوجيا، والخلفية الطلاب
Strategi guru pendidikan agama islam dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis kurikulum merdeka di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Internasional Sabilillah Sampang

Ketertinggalan pelajaran mejadi salah satu dampak terberat dari adanya pandemi Covid-19. Berbagai cara dilakukan agar pembelajaran tetap berjalan optimal, namun pemulihan sistem pendidikan perlu ditangani lebih serius. Oleh karenanya, pemerintah melalui Keputusan Mendikbudristek No.56/M/2022 tentang “Pedoman Penerapan Kurikulum dalam Rangka Pemulihan Pembelajaran” menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi learning loss yang berikutnya diikuti oleh Kemenag melalui KMA No.347 Tahun 2022 tentang “Pedoman Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka
Pada Madrasah.”
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Internasional Sabilillah Sampang dan mengetahui strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru PAI di madrasah tersebut dalam mengimplementasikan
pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum Merdeka. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi lapangan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Untuk mendapatkan data yang
representatif, penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Januari hingga April 2024.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kurikulum Merdeka di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Internasional Sabilillah Sampang diimplementasikan melalui program unggulan madrasah dan juga program khusus yang termuat dalam pembelajaran intrakurikuler, kokurikuler, dan ekstrakurikuler. Sementara itu, ada 8 strategi yang diterapkan oleh guru PAI dalam mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis Kurikulum yang disesuaikan dengan prinsip pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka.

Learning loss is one of the heaviest impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic. Various ways are done so that learning continues to run optimally, but the restoration of the education system needs to be taken more seriously. Therefore, the government through the Decree of the Minister of Education and Research No.56/M/2022 concerning “Guidelines for Curriculum Implementation in the Context of Learning Recovery” is a solution to overcome learning loss, which was then followed by the Ministry of Religion through KMA No.347 of 2022 concerning “Guidelines for Implementing the Independent Curriculum in Madrasahs.”
This study aimed to determine the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Internasional Sabilillah Sampang and to find out the strategies applied by Islamic religious education teachers in the madrasah in implementing learning based on the Merdeka Curriculum. Researcher used a qualitative approach with a type of field study research. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The research was conducted from January to April 2024 to obtain representative data.
The results showed that the Merdeka Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Internasional Sabilillah Sampang was implemented through the madrasah's flagship program and special programs in intracurricular, co-curricular, and extracurricular learning. Meanwhile, there were eight strategies applied by PAI teachers in implementing curriculum-based learning that were adjusted to the learning principles of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Internalization of Religious and Social Character through the Islamic Building and Character Building Programs (A Case Study at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah International Sabilillah Sampang)
In response to the growing prevalence of moral degradation within educational environments, there is an urgent need for effective solutions. This study focuses on exploring the values embedded within the Islamic Building and Character Building programs, the models of value internalization, and the implications of religious and social character development for students. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to narrow the broad research scope into a specific, in-depth area of investigation. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out through data display, condensation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the values internalized through the Islamic Building and Character Building programs play a significant role in reinforcing students’ religious character and social awareness. The Islamic Building program encompasses values such as faith, worship, morality, steadfastness (istiqamah), and brotherhood (ukhuwah), while the Character Building program emphasizes leadership, empathy, creativity and innovation, collaboration, and responsibility. A variety of activities were designed to foster a conducive learning environment, including the implementation of the 5S routine (smile, greet, salute, polite, and courtesy), recitation of prayers before and after lessons, collective performance of Duha and Dhuhr prayers, a Qur’an memorization (tahfiz) program, the internalization of a sense of shame towards misconduct, and character development led by homeroom teachers. The internalization programs positively impacted students’ character, as evidenced by greater consistency in religious observances, stronger adherence to school rules, improved discipline, and a heightened sense of social responsibility
International class program UIN Malang as an effort in actualizing international reputable university
In response to globalization's challenges, educational institutions in Indonesia have begun to develop education oriented towards reforming quality, management, and curriculum with international standards. One of them is through the formation of an international class that is expected to be able to compete at the global level. To realize this, UIN Malang carries the vision of "The realization of an integrative higher education in combining science and Islam with an international reputation." Based on this vision, this study seeks to find out how to implement and form UIN Malang's support for the International Class Program at the Tarbiyah and Teacher Training Faculty to internationalize the campus. This study uses a qualitative approach that emphasizes the interpretation of the data obtained. The problem in the field is the lack of cooperation between layers at the university. It has an impact on the speed of the internationalization process of the UIN Malang
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
