IMPLIKASI PERUMUSAN DELIK KORUPSI DI DALAM KEBIJAKAN PEMBAHARUAN KITAB UNDANG-UNDANG HUKUM PIDANA
The Criminal Code as a legacy of Dutch colonialism could no longer follow the dynamism of community life. It is too rigid has obliterated the sense of justice which is the goal of the creation of the law itself. This is because the articles of the Criminal Code deemed unsuitable to the development of crime and offenses increasingly complex. In the draft Code of Criminal Law, as one of the reform effort is the formulation of offenses of corruption set out in Chapter XXXII starting from Article 688 to Article 702. With the formulation of the offense of corruption and offenses positions formulated in the draft Criminal Code will disregard the Law Combating Corruption although this law of particular importance because of the substance of the articles draft Criminal Code wants to make corruption has become common crimes and do not pass through handling extraordinary. Law on Corruption Eradication cannot apply even if there is the principle of lex specialis derogat lex generalis, because of the retroactive principle that applies in the draft Criminal Code so that the decision to force the law can still be applied retroactively when the rule of law that new does not regulate the offense of criminal, so punishment can be eliminated. Keywords: Offense Corruption , Corruption , Reform of draft Criminal Code</p
Analisis Kekuatan Tarik Serat Alam Dengan Komposisi Ampas Tebu Dan Pinang Dalam Matriks Epoksi
Komposite is a material consisting of two or more components which have light and relatively strong characteristics . This study uses bagasse fiber ( baggase )and nut widely produced in cane sugar processing plant and nut processing site , the purpose of this study was to look for the best composition of ga of flower areca bagasse and fiber as well as finding the highest tensile strength. Composites with the method of hand lay up . The matrix used in this study is the Q-bond Epoxy Resin . The composite volume fraction between bagasse fiber and areca nut with Epoxy is bagasse fiber and areca nut 20%: 30% with Epoxy 50 % , bagasse fiber and areca nut 30%: 20% with Epoxy 50 % , bagasse fiber and 40% areca: 10% with Epoxy 50 % . Composite volume fraction between areca fiber and bagasse 35 %: 15 % with Epoxy 50 % , areca fiber and bagasse 25 %: 2 5 % with Epoxy 50 % , areca fiber and bagasse 40%: 1 0% with 50 % Epoxy , The mechanical properties tested are tensile strength. The results of tensile tests on sugarcane fiber and nut an increase in bagasse 10%, 15% and 20% tensile strenght highest contained in the specimen 1 that is variation of 20% fiber and 30% sugar cane fiber nut with a tensile strength of 18.77 MPa. And there is an increase from other variations , this is due to these variations the bond between the fiber and the matrix is better than the other variations. Tensile test refers to ASTM D638 - 03 type 1 standard . This research shows that the addition of sugar cane fiber affects the tensile strength
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Finally, we show by means of an example that our findings have a high practical relevance.information science;Pearson correlation;cosine;similarity measure;author cocitation analysis
Hubungan Koordinasi Mata dan Kaki dan Keseimbangan dengan Kemampuan Akurasi Shooting Sepakbola pada Tim SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh
The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between eye-foot coordination and balance with shooting ability in the Sabak Auh 1 State High School team. The population in this study was the SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh team. Based on information from the coach of SMA Negeri 1 Sabak Auh, there are 22 players registered and actively practicing. The instruments in this research were tests including an eye and foot coordination test using an eye and foot coordination test, a balance test using a balance test and a shooting test using a goal shooting accuracy test. Based on the results of the research that the author has described in the previous chapter, the following conclusions can be drawn: From the results obtained, eye and foot coordination has a low correlation with shooting results in the football game of the Sabak Auh State High School 1 Team, namely the acquisition of rcount (0.257) < from the rtable gain (0.433) at α=0.05. From the results obtained for balance there is a very low relationship with the shooting results in the soccer game of the Sabak Auh State High School 1 team, namely the rcount gain (0.097) < from the rtable gain (0.433) at α = 0.05. There is a low correlation between balance and eye and foot coordination on shooting results in the football game of the Sabak Auh 1 State High School team, namely the Rcount (0.258) < the Rtable (0.433) at α = 0, 05
Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more
sophisticated methods
koamabayili/VECTRON-author-checklist: VECTRON author checklist
We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
