    Kambing merupakan salah satu hewan yang dagingnya digunakan sebagai bahan makanan. Meningkatnya konsumsi daging membuat semakin maraknya kasus pemalsuan dan pencampuran daging yang asli dengan daging babi untuk menaikkan keuntungan pedagang. Darah sebagai penanda dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk menentukan jenis hewan dari daging tersebut. Berbagai metode analisa telah dikembangkan untuk melakukan identifikasi terhadap kasus pemalsuan daging membutuhkan proses preparasi sampel yang rumit dan waktu pengukuran yang lama. Salah satu metode analisa yang memiliki waktu pengukuran yang singkat dan sensitifitas yang tinggi adalah pengukuran dengan metode spektroskopi fluoresens. Berdasarakan hasil pengukuran, masing-masing daging memiliki karakter puncak panjang gelombang yang berbeda. Karakter puncak panjang gelombang spektra eksitasi daging kambing kacang terletak pada 283 nm dan spektra emisi pada panjang gelombang 282,5 nm dan 551,5 nm. Karakter puncak panjang gelombang spektra eksitasi daging babi terletak pada 299 nm dan spektra emisi daging babi pada panjang gelombang 309 nm dan 621,5 nm. Karakter puncak panjang gelombang spektra eksitasi daging campuran terletak pada 277,5 nm dan spektra emisi daging campuran pada panjang gelombang 306 nm dan 615,5 nm. Spektra yang dihasilkan dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sampel, termasuk molekul-molekul lain penyusun sampel dan pelarut. Spektroskopi Fluoresens mampu menjadi salah satu metode cepat yang mampu membedakan jenis daging yang diukur hanya dalam waktu 14 menit ===================================================================================================== Goats are one of the animals which meat is used as a food ingredient. The increasing consumption of meat has made more cases of counterfeiting and mixing real meat with pork to increase traders' profits. Blood as a marker can be used as a reference to determine the species of animal meat. Various analytical methods have been developed to identify meat adulteration requiring a complicated sample preparation process and long measurement times to identify meat species. One of the analytical methods that have a short measurement time and high sensitivity is the fluorescence spectroscopy method. Based on the measurement results, each meat has a different wavelength peak character. The character of the excitation spectra peak wavelength of goat meat was located at 283 nm and the emission spectra at the wavelengths of 282.5 nm and 551.5 nm. The peak character of the excitation spectra wavelength of pork is at 299 nm and the emission spectra of pork at a wavelength of 309 nm and 621.5 nm. The peak character of the mixed meat excitation spectra wavelength is at 277.5 nm and the mixed meat emission spectra at a wavelength of 306 nm and 615.5 nm.     INDONESIA: Pendidikan adalah usaha untuk mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki setiap individu sehingga dapat hidup secara optimal, sebab pendidikan menjadi media yang terbukti paling efektif dalam mewujudkan berbagai tujuan, termasuk tujuan mencetak manusia yang memiliki karakter . lewat pendidikan baik formal maupun non formal karakter seseorang dapat terbentuk. Adapun permasalahan yang diteliti dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah (1) Apa saja Nilai-Nilai pendidikan karakter dalam Kitab Hayatus- Shohabah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi, (2) Bagaimana relevansi pendidikan karakter di dalam kitab Hayatus-Shohabbah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi dengan pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui apa saja Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter dalam kitab Hayatus Shohabah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi, Untuk mengetahui Apa relevansi pendidikan karakter di dalam kitab Hayatus -Shohabbah karya Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi dengan Pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini tergolong penelitian pustaka atau literatur, maka penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Penulis berusaha mengkaji nilai-nilai pendidikan Karakter yang terdapat dalam kitab “Hayatus Shohabah”, dan kemudian merelevansikannya dengan pendidikan karakter di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kepustakaan (library research) karena penelitian ini mengkaji sumber data dari materi atau literatur dan sumber pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter di dalam kitab Hayatus-Shohabah kemudian direlevansikan dengan pendidikan karakter yang ada di Indonesia, yaitu: religius, jujur, toleransi, disiplin, kerja keras, kreatif, mandiri, demokratis, rasa ingin tahu, semangat kebangsaan, cinta tanah air, menghargai prestasi, bersahabat, cinta damai, gemar membaca, tanggung jawab, peduli sesama, peduli lingkungan. Ke delapan belas point tersebut dapat di terapkan oleh pendidik untuk mendidik karakter siswa agar menjadi manusia yang berkarakter. This research aims to find out what are the values of the character education in the book of “Shohabah-Hayatus” by Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi. To know what the relevance of character education in the book of “Hayatus-Shahabah” by Maulana Muhammad Yusuf Al-Kandahlawi with education in Indonesia. This research belong to the library research or the literature, this research uses qualitative paradigm with descriptive analytical approach. The author try to examine values character education contained in the book of "Hayatus-Shohabah", then on the right with the relevance of character education in Indonesia. This research is the study of librarianship (library research) because this research examines data from the source material or literature and references.     Islam came and declared its defense of many things, including in terms of inheritance for women as stated in QS. an-Nisa (4): 11-12. Even so, gradually this defense is considered as an injustice because the division of inheritance in the Qur'an has the concept of 2: 1, where two parts for men and one part for women. Even in the realities that occur in our society, many have abandoned this 2: 1 concept and switch to use the concept 1: 1. In a study before 2006, the people of Yogyakarta, preferred to make a decision regarding the inheritance to the State Court rather than to the Religious Court. Other than that, the 81% of the Aceh people also ask the verdict to the State Court. In addition, many then distributed inheritance with a grant contract (hibah) with equal distribution before their death. Although the reality says that, but the theory and theorem say otherwise. Many scholars, including Wahbah az-Zuhaily, remained firm with the establishment of 2: 1, on the other hand, there were also those who tried to break down the status quo, as did Muhammad Syahrur. This study tries to answer about the problem of inheritance by comparing the thought of two figure. In this research the, author at least will answer the three main question, which are: 1) Why did there differ opinions between Wahbah az-Zuhaily and Muhammad Syahrur about the partition of inheritance for the sons and girls? 2) What is the method of legal discovery used by Wahabah az-Zuhaily and Muhammad Syahrur? 3) What is the relevance of the opinions of the two figures with the Islamic inheritance legal system in Indonesia? The type of this research is normative and also library research. So that the study materials used are books, journals, and magazines, etc, that are fit with this research. The author also tries to use comparisons of thought to find solutions for the real problems that occur in society. In this study, when author compared between the concept of the inheritance of Muhammad Syahrur which represents the thought of the inheritance 1:1 and the distribution of Wahbah az-Zuhaily which represents the thought of the inheritance 2: 1, one can conclude that the concept of 2: 1 is stronger in theory and the method but weak in reality that occur in our society, while the 1: 1 concept is stronger in the reality and application that occur in our society but weak in theorems and theories. In this study the author also tries to discuss a bit about taṣâluh, wasiah, and takhâruj as a middle way to mediate between naṣ and reality in terms of inheritance. As a writer to hope, this little effort, can provide an answer so that Islamic jurisprudence is not considered merely to fail in solving real problems in society that can lead to public distrust of Islamic jurisprudence and divinity which later becomes a society that does not believe in God

    Saat ini banyak perubahan kemajuan teknologi terutama di bidang game dan aplikasi permainan. Banyak jenis permainan yang sudah ada, salah satu permainannya adalah permainan kuis. Permainan tersebut merupakan permainan yang popular karena memiliki edukasi yang tinggi meningkatkan pembelajaran dan tidak mengurangi unsur menyenangkan. Pada tugas akhir ini penulis menawarkan sebuah game kuis yang didasari bahwa banyak remaja yang banyak menggunakan alat elektronik untuk bermain sehingga kurang meningkatkan edukasi. “ARASO” merupakan game kuis untuk membantu metode pembelajaran dalam menjawab soal-soal untuk mencapai nilai yang tertinggi. Penulis dapat menyampaikan nilai edukasi secara efektif soalah bermain sambil belajar. Dari percobaan kepada 10 orang 87%, membuktikan game ini menambah wawasan baru dan menyampaikan unsur fun atau menyenangkan dalam bermain game “ARASO” yang dimainkan bersama ================================================================================================================================ Currently many changes in technological advances, especially in the field of games and game applications.     Rıza, insan hayatında en önemli kavramlardan birisidir. Öyle ki insanların toplumsal hayatında huzur ve istikrar ancak rıza ile gerçekleşebilmektedir. Karşılıklı rızalaşmak ise İslam'da insanlar arasındaki muamelelerin temelini teşkil etmektedir. Bu yüzden insanlara en doğru yolu gösteren Kur'ân-ı Kerim, birçok âyet-i kerimesinde bu konuyu işlemiştir. Kur'ân'da rıza kavramı iki manada kullanılagelmiştir. Bunlardan ilki Allah'ın insanlardan razı olması ve ikincisi, insanların Yüce Allah'tan razı olmaları şeklindedir. Bu karşılıklı manası itibarıyla rıza kavramı, bazı âlimlerce müteşabih kapsamında değerlendirilmiştir. Çağdaşımız sayılabilecek kadar yakın geçmişte vefat eden Muhammed b. Tâhir b. Âşûr kapsamlı tefsirinde Kur'ân'ın rıza kavramının manalarının açıklanmasına çok özen göstermiştir. Bu çalışma onun et-Tahrîr ve't-tenvîr isimli tefsirinde rıza kavramını ve manalarını nasıl incelediğini ele alan konulu tefsir çalışmasıdır. Çalışma onun, Allah'ın rızasının manasındaki pek çok yönü ve karinelerini açıklamak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Araştırmacı bu çalışmasında, niteliksel ve tahlili metodu benimsemiştir. Çalışmada, öncelikle rıza kavramının Kur'ân-ı Kerim'deki manalarını tahlil etmiştir. Sonrasında benzerlik yönlerini ve karinelerini ve bu ikisi arasındaki münasebeti açıklamıştır. Çalışmada bilhassa İbn Âşûr'un rızayı Allah'ın sıfatı olarak incelemesini merkeze alarak değerlendirmiştir. Çalışmada Allah'ın sıfat ve fiillerinde yaratılmışlara benzetilmekten, insanların aklına hayaline geldiği şekle benzetilmekten uzak tutulmasının gerekliliğini incelenmiştir. Çalışma; Allah'ın rızasının izafi benzerliğindeki kapalılıkları, müfessirin gücü nispetinde açıklaya bildiği oranda rıza kavramının müteşabihlikten muhkemliğe ulaştığı sonucuna ulaşmıştır.Ridha is an essential part of human social life, without which it is impossible to create harmonization between people. Mutual ridha is the main principle of the concept of muamalah in Islam, and it is well known that the Qur'an as a guide for humans is not spared from discussing it. The term ridha in the Qur'an comes from two aspects the first ridho man to Allah while the secondis the aspect of ridha Allah to His servant because it makes Ridha vague in meaning or mutashabih. The meaning is vague, so scholars try to explain the meaning. Ibn Asyur was among the scholars who sought to explain the meaning and change or parse the meaning of istibah or the similarity of the Ridha verse about the mutasyabih verse. This research will explain the meaning of Riza in Al Quranul Karim analytical studies on the interpretation of tahrir wat tanwir by Ibn Ashour and the explanation of the wujuh istibah (aspects of uniformity) and its evidence of condolence (koroin al tanzh) from mutashabihat verses. The author takes the method of deciphering the interpretation with an analytical descriptive objective method which concludes that ridho is a verse mutasyabihah idhofi, according to which when a mufassir finds postulates about it, then he is a muhkam verse

    Traditional Land Dispute Settlement in Manuru Village, Buton Regency Customary land in this case, land that is in customary areas or territories where this land has historical value which is believed to originate from the legacy of their ancestors and customary land in that area or region considered as the gift of a supernatural power, as the main supporter of life and livelihood as well as the environment of all members of the customary law community. The goal to be obtained in this study is to find out how to resolve customary land disputes in Manuru Village, The method used in this research is empirical normative research. The system of norms referred to relates to the principles, norms, laws and regulations concerning the case aquo. Based on the results of the research conducted by the author, it is known that: 1) Settlement of customary land disputes according to Law No. 5 of 1960 Concerning Agrarian Principles is divided into two steps, namely by way of litigation or through a judicial body, and the second is using non-litigation, namely settlement with The method of deliberation usually involves village officials or uses customary leaders in areas where there are land disputes. there are 6 (six) settlements including: Consultation, Negotiation, Mediation, Conciliation, Expert Assessment and Arbitration. 2) Settlement of customary land disputes in the village of Manuru was resolved by deliberation while settlement by deliberation was divided into 3 stages, namely: the deliberation stage, the result of deliberation stage, and the concluding stage of deliberation.Penyelesaian Sengketa Tanah Adat Di Desa Manuru Kabupaten ButonTanah adat dalam hal ini, tanah yang ada di kawasan atau wilayah adat dimana tanah ini memiliki nilai sejarah yang di percayai berasal mula-mula dari peninggalan nenek moyang mereka dan tanah adat yang berada di kawasan atau wilayah  tersebut dianggap sebagai karunia suatu kekuatan yang gaib, sebagai pendukung utama kehidupan dan penghidupan serta lingkungan hidup seluruh warga masyarakat hukum adat. Adapun tujuan yang hendak diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyelesaian sengketa tanah adat di Desa Manuru,  Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini penelitian normatif empiris. Sistem norma yang dimaksud berkaitan dengan asas, norma, peraturan perundang-undangan yang menyangkut case aquo. Berdsarka hasil penelitian yang dlakukan oleh Penulis diketahui bahwa: 1) Penyelasaian sengketa tanah adat menurut Undang-Undang No 5 Tahun 1960 Tentang Pokok Agraria terbagi atas dua  langkah yaitu dengan cara Litigasi atau melalui badan peradilan, dan yang kedua menggunakan Non-litagasi yaitu penyelesaian dengan cara musyawarah biasanya melibatkan para petugas desa ataupun menggunakan ketua adat didaerah yang terjadi sengketa tanah. terdapat 6 (enam) penyelesaian diantaranya : Konsultasi, Negosiasi, Mediasi, Konsiliasi, Penilaian Ahli dan Arbitrase. 2) Penyelesaian sengketa tanah adat di desa manuru diselesaikan secara musyawarah adapun penyelesaian secara musyawarah terbagi atas 3 tahapan yaitu: tahapan musyawarah, tahapan hasil musyawarah, dan tahapan penutup musyawarah.
