The government also takes part in helping MSME actors advance and develop their businesses. MSMEs also have a very important role for the growth and development of the Indonesian economy. Although sometimes MSME actors experience several obstacles which include lack of knowledge and knowledge of maximizing technology that is growing. In addition, MSMEs also have a very significant role in helping to improve the country's economy.
The purpose of this study was to determine the role of MSMEs in improving the independent economy (Special study: Badge craftsmen in Pasir Wetan Village), by examining badge craftsmen, where data were obtained from direct observations and interviews. The results are: Badge craftsmen who are MSMEs who will continue to innovate and be creative to create an independent economy that is able to compete with other craftsmen so that they can also increase their income and standard of living for the better

Indonesia is an archipelago country, therefore the ship into a transport at sea is
very important, as well as KM. Bukit Siguntang which is one of the ships owned by
PT. PELNI engaged in the transportation of passengers and cargo service between
islands in Indonesia, but in practice KM. Bukit Siguntang still experienced many
obstacles.
The cornerstone of the theory that I use in this essay describes a general overview
of the minimum requirements that must be owned by a ship, either passenger or cargo
ships in accordance with SOLAS. It also describes the factors that cause the
occurrence of an emergency.
In this essay research method used is a qualitative method. While the data collection
was done by observing the time the author implement practices in the sea
KM. Bukit Siguntang, documentation and interviews.
Accidents on board due to lack of awareness of the passengers of the importance
of safety of life at sea, the annoncement on the boat that are less known to the
passengers so that passengers often violate the existing rules, a lack of readiness of
the crew in handling emergencies, and also tools that do not comply the safety
standards SOLAS. To overcome these problems it is necessary to more information
to the passengers of the importance of safety of life at sea, put announcements in
places so that the strategic easily seen and read by a passenger, the fulfillment of
safety tools accordance with SOLAS standards, as well as emergency drill
implemented with earnest.
In this case concluded that increasing the safety of passengers on KM. Bukit
Siguntang hampered because the application of the safety of passengers on board the
ship that does not comply with the standards applicable rules, thus causing a lot of
accidents on board. Suggestions author is always careful on the vessel, application
emergency drills as scheduled and implemented seriously.

Beberapa seniman musik saat ini memiliki cara tersendiri dalam menampilkan karyanya kepada para penggemar. Dengan pembentukan identitas digital di media sosial, musikus daerah dapat berkomunikasi dengan penggemarnya dikemas melalui cara atau kekhasan tertentu. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna denotasi postingan akun instagram asep balon dalam mengkonstruksi identitas sebagai musikus daerah serta mengetahui makna konotatif postingan akun Instagram asep balon dalam mengkonstruksi identitas sebagai musikus daerah. Guna menunjang penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis konten. Penulis melakukan wawanacara langsung kepada Asep balon selaku pemilik akun instagram tersebut dan mengumpulkan data hasil wawancara, sebagai informan kunci guna triangulasi data yang relevan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini, mengindikasi terdapat andil yang signifikan bagaimana peran media sosial terhadap musikus daerah dalam mengkonstruksi identitas. Melalui penelitian ini diharapkan tahu tentang pemanfaatan media sosial dan dapat paham bagaimana seorang musikus bisa memanfaatkan media sosial walaupun seorang musikus tersebut dari daerah
Digital identity can be formed using social media. Social media also plays a very important role in providing information about the latest music that can be enjoyed by anyone, regardless of space or time. Some of today's music artists have their own way of presenting their work to fans. With the formation of a digital identity on social media, regional musicians can communicate with their fans in certain ways or characteristics. This study aims to determine the denotative meaning of Asep Ballon's Instagram account posts in constructing identity as a regional musician and to find out the connotative meaning of Asep Balon's Instagram account posts in constructing identity as a regional musician. To support this research, the writer uses a qualitative approach with content analysis method. The author conducted a direct interview with Asep balloon as the owner of the Instagram account and collected interview data, as a key informant for triangulation of data relevant to this research. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant contribution to the role of social media on regional musicians in constructing identity. Alat Penerjemah Bahasa Isyarat Huruf Hijaiyah Menggunakan Sensor Fleksibel dan Mpu 6050 Berbasis Arduino
No full textIn this era of development, communication is important to convey information to avoid misunderstandings. In several community groups, there are people with disabilities, especially speech impairments. People with speech impairments can only communicate using sign language in their daily lives. People with speech impairments learn the Hijaiyah letters as the basis for forming words and sentences in Arabic, guided by Arabic Sign Language. They use sign language to understand what each other says, whereas it would be difficult for normal people to understand. The method that the author used to create a Hijaiyah sign language translation tool was the experimental method and literature review. This translation tool is based on Arduino Nano with display results using a smartphone consisting of an Arduino Nano circuit equipped with a flexible sensor, MPU 6050 sensor, battery and application on the smartphone. For communication needs, a Bluetooth HC 05 series is used. The results of the Hijaiyah letter translator tool will be displayed on the smartphone application.
