    Implementasi Sistem Informasi HIPPAM Desa Kaligondo Berbasis Web dan Android

    The Banyuwono Drinking Water User Population Association (HIPPAM) is one of the business units of the Gondowangi Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDES) in Kaligondo Village, Genteng District, Banyuwangi. This business unit is tasked with managing water sources in the village and distributing them to residents\u27 homes in order to meet basic water needs for various community needs. So far, Banyuwono HIPPAM managers have experienced problems in managing residents\u27 payment data because payments are made through collection by the head of the Neighborhood Association (RT) by recording them on payment cards and then reporting them to HIPPAM managers. This method has several disadvantages, such as the data received by the manager is slow, not neat and at risk of being lost or damaged. Likewise in the processing, recapitulation and reporting related to billing, total income and so on. Service activities for the implementation of the HIPPAM Banyuwono web and android application were held to overcome this problem. The activity begins by collecting data on needs and supporting facilities that are already available. This data will be used to design the flow and application design. Next, the design is implemented into a web and Android application using the Laravel framework, Flutter and MySQL database. The resulting web and Android applications have been published via the page http://bumdesgondowangikaligondo.id. 91% of users consisting of 5 HIPPAM officers and 53 RT heads in Kaligondo Village expressed satisfaction with the function and comfort of the application. The results of socialization and training on application use for 5 HIPPAM officers also showed that the officers already understood how to use the application with an average application mastery score of 88.Himpunan Penduduk Pemakai Air Minum (HIPPAM) Banyuwono adalah salah satu unit usaha Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES) Gondowangi di Desa Kaligondo, Kecamatan Genteng, Banyuwangi. Unit usaha ini bertugas mengelola sumber air di desa dan mendistribusikannya ke rumah-rumah warga dalam rangka memenuhi kebutuhan pokok air untuk berbagai keperluan masyarakat. Selama ini pengelola HIPPAM Banyuwono mengalami kendala dalam mengelola data pembayaran warga karena pembayaran dilakukan melalui pemungutan oleh ketua Rukun Tetangga (RT) melalui pencatatan di kartu pembayaran kemudian melaporkannya ke pengelola HIPPAM. Metode ini memiliki beberapa kekurangan seperti data yang diterima pengelola lambat, kurang rapi dan beresiko hilang atau cacat. Begitu pula dalam proses pengolahan, rekapitulasi dan pelaporan terkait penagihan, total pendapatan dan lain-lain. Kegiatan pengabdian implementasi aplikasi web dan android HIPPAM Banyuwono diadakan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Kegiatan diawali dengan mengumpulkan data kebutuhan dan fasilitas pendukung yang sudah dimiliki. Data-data ini akan digunakan untuk merancang alur dan desain aplikasi. Selanjutnya rancangan diimplementasikan menjadi aplikasi web dan android menggunakan framework Laravel, Flutter dan basis data MySQL.     The staple food of the Indonesian population is rice. Farmers in the process of planting rice have several obstacles, including: weather factors, availability of fertilizers, pests and diseases. One of the main pests of rice plants is the brown planthopper. Brown planthoppers attack almost all rice varieties with damage levels ranging from mild to severe and can even cause crop failure. Planthoppers have the ability to reproduce in large numbers in a short time. The planthopper sucks the liquid from the rice plant, causing the plant to grow stunted and yellow, then the leaves turn yellow and dry, like burning. Farmers eradicate planthoppers by spraying insecticides. The planthopper habitat is at the base of rice planting, making planthoppers difficult to eradicate using spraying techniques. Characteristics of planthoppers attracted by lights at night, can be used to eradicate planthoppers. The brown planthopper pest control device is designed to use automatic spray and LED lights. The LED light serves to attract the planthoppers closer to the automatic sprayer. In the automatic spray there is an ultrasonic sensor that detects the presence of planthoppers or other insects. When insects are detected, planthoppers are sprayed using direct contact insecticides. This technique is expected to kill planthoppers and reduce planthopper populations quickly and precisely. The application of pest control tools was carried out in Sumbersari village, Srono sub-district, Banyuwangi district.Makanan pokok penduduk Indonesias adalah nasi (padi). Petani dalam proses penaman padi mempuyai beberapa kendala, diantaranya: faktor cuaca, ketersediaan pupuk, hama dan penyakit. Salah satu hama utama tanaman padi yaitu hama wereng coklat. Wereng coklat menyerang hampir semua varietas padi dengan tingkat kerusakan mulai dari ringan sampai dengan berat bahkan dapat menyebabkan gagal panen. Hama wereng memiliki kemampuan berkembang biak dalam jumlah besar dalam waktu yang singkat. Wereng menghisap cairan tanaman padi, mengakibatkan tanaman tumbuh kerdil dan menguning lalu daunya menguning dan kering, seperti terbakar. Petani membasmi wereng dengan menyemprot insektisida. Habitat wereng yang berada pada pangkal tanam padi, mengakibatkan wereng sulit untuk dibasmi menggunakan teknik penyemprotan. Karakteristik wereng yang tertarik lampu pada malam hari, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membasmi wereng. Alat pengendali hama wereng coklat dirancang menggunakan spray otomatis dan lampu LED. Lampu LED berfungsi untuk menarik wereng mendekat ke alat. Dalam spray otomatis terdapat sensor ultrasonik yang mendeteksi keberadaan wereng atau serangga lain. Pada saat terdeteksi serangga, maka dilakukan penyemprotan wereng menggunakan insektisida jenis kontak langsung. Teknik ini diharapkan dapat membunuh wereng dan mengurangi populasi wereng secara cepat dan tepat.     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Therefore, it is necessary to make the right technology in the form of lego brick molding tools with two molds. The purpose of devotion is to apply lego brick press technology as innovation and promote brick businesses to improve the economy of the community in Pakistaji Village. Methods of carrying out activities through socialization, molding tool operational training, lego brick production, promotional media creation, and trademarks\u27 legality. The results of partner socialization activities promoted BALOX products through websites with pages of https://balox.co.id/. The results of operational training of lego brick molding tools, partners were able to make high-quality products with a production capacity of 200 pieces/day and the target selling price of BALOX with quality 1 per piece with a size of 25x12x7 cm for Rp. 1,800 or Rp. 102,857 per m2 with a total of 57 bricks per m2. Tujuan pengabdian untuk menerapkan teknologi mesin press batu bata lego sebagai inovasi dan promosi usaha batu bata guna meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat di Desa Pakistaji. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan alat cetak, produksi bata lego, pembuatan media promosi dan legalitas merek dagang. Hasil kegiatan sosialisasi mitra mampu mempromosikan produk Balox melalui website dengan laman https://balox.co.id/. Hasil pelatihan operasional alat cetak bata lego, mitra mampu membuat produk bermutu tinggi dengan kapasitas produksi sebesar 200 buah/hari dan target harga jual Balox Kw 1 per biji dengan ukuran 25x12x7 cm seharga Rp. 1.800 atau Rp. 102.857 per m2 dengan jumlah 57 bata per m2.     “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship

    Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis

    We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.     Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts

    We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases. It is argued that increasingly available digital full text research papers make it possible for citation analysis studies to go beyond what the ISI databases have directly supported and to employ more sophisticated methods

    We have done our best to complete the author checklist relating to the use of animals in the hut study. Note that the objective for the hut study was to evaluate the IRS treatment applications for residual efficacy against Anopheles mosquitoes, including the local An. coluzzii mosquito population. Cows were only used to attract mosquitoes into the huts and no tests were carried out directly on the cows. The author checklist is intended for use with studies where experiments are carried out on animals, which is why we have had such difficulty in completing this for the hut study, as many of the questions do not relate to how the cows were used
