No full textKnowledge Management(KM) didalamnya meliputi penciptaan knowledge, penyimpanan knowledge, pemindahan knowledge dan pengaplikasian knowledge tersebut dalam organisasi untuk menciptakan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja dengan cara membawa knowledge yang telah ada sebelumnya sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dan acuan kerja. PT. Trans Retail Indonesia adalah salah satu Perusahaan retail yang belum menerapkan Knowledge Management System (KMS). Persaingan antara peretail sangat lazim dilakukan demi memenangkan persaingan bisnis untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang besar. Keberhasilan tersebut sangat tergantung kepada sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaku bisnis yang menjalankan roda Perusahaan dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Meng-hijack karyawan dari kompetitor merupakan salah satu cara tercepat untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan siap pakai. Tingkat Turnover karyawan yang sangat tinggi maka sangat diperlukan knowledge management Perusahaan untuk menghindari hilangnya pengetahuan Perusahaan. Dibutuhkan transfer knowledge antara karyawan untuk proses pekerjaan berkelanjutan. Implementasi KMS berbasis website diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari kebutuhan untuk berbagi pengetahuan yang tidak dihalangi oleh batasan waktu dan lokasi geografis. Implementasi aplikasi website dengan menggunakan model spiral diharapkan bisa mempercepat proses pembuatan karena didalamnya terdapat tahapan pembuatan prototipe aplikasi yang bisa divalidasi oleh user secara langsung dan memberikan feedback untuk perbaikan. Aplikasi KMS ini menghasilkan Forum Discussion Group, Manual Guide, Tutorial, Tips & Trick, Article, e-SOP, Archive Project, Search Knowledge. Diharapkan bisa sebagai media/sarana untuk penciptaan pengetahuan, berbagi pengetahuan serta transfer pengetahuan sehingga pengetahuan atau tingkat keahlian karyawan akan meningkat

Technological developments encourage the centralization of computing systems and long-distance communication systems to make it easier for humans to solve various communication problems related to distance. PT Trans Retail Indonesia is a world-class retail company with the trademark Transmart Indonesia. As a large company, this PT utilizes a digital-based attendance record application to record the attendance of its employees. To further enhance the function of the previous application, the author makes the absence application online by providing more effective features. The research method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method and a questionnaire. The results of this study are a prototype of a mobile-based employee attendance application using GPS which has a more effective quality than the previously used online attendance application
Intuición y «analogia entis» en Edith Stein. Moderando el diálogo entre fenomenólogos y escolásticos
No full textThe objective of this article is to offer Edith Stein\u27s reflections on intuition and on the analogia entis, elaborated by the author after her reading of Thomas Aquinas’ De veritate and in the context of the fundamental purpose of Steinian philosophy after her conversion to the Catholic Church on January 1st, 1922: the dialogue between phenomenology and scholasticism. We conclude by showing, first of all, that for Stein the phenomenological and scholastic sense of "intuition" are very similar. Secondly, we find that in Stein there is an ascending use of the analogy of proportionality, which places it in the Thomistic line of interpretation of the analogia entis. This use, however, has a pedagogical style that has modern interlocutors in mind and that is a reflection of the writer\u27s intention: to moderate the dialogue between scholastics and moderns.Objetivo del presente artículo es ofrecer las reflexiones de Edith Stein sobre la intuición y sobre la analogia entis, elaboradas por la autora tras su lectura de De veritate de Tomás de Aquino y en el contexto del propósito fundamental de la filosofía steiniana posterior a su conversión a la Iglesia católica el 1 de enero de 1922: el diálogo entre fenomenología y escolástica. Concluimos mostrando, primeramente que, para Stein, el sentido fenomenológico y el escolástico de «intuición» son muy semejantes. En segundo lugar, constatamos que en Stein hay un uso ascendente de la analogía de la proporcionalidad, que la sitúa en la línea tomista de intepretación de la analogia entis. Dicho uso, sin embargo, tiene un estilo pedagógico que tiene presente a los interlocutores modernos y que es reflejo de la intención de la escritora: moderar el diálogo entre escolásticos y modernos

No full textPenduduk Miskin adalah penduduk yang memiliki rata-rata pengeluaran perkapita perbulan dibawah garis kemiskinan. Penduduk miskin DKI Jakarta pada Maret 2019 adalah 3,47 persen atau sebesar 365,55 ribu orang. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta selalu berusaha untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hidup warganya yang tergolong masih miskin dengan memberikan bantuan melalui berbagai program, salah satunya programnya subsidi bantuan tunai yang diberikan melalui kelurahan-kelurahan. Proses pemilihan warga miskin sebagai penerima subsidi bantuan tunai di Kelurahan Kemanggisan tidak selalu tepat sasaran dan terkesan subyektif. Untuk membantu kelurahan setempat dalam memilih warga miskin yang tepat sasaran secara obyektif maka dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam membuat sistem pendukung keputusan adalah metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) didasarkan pada konsep bahwa alternatif terpilih yang terbaik tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif tetapi juga memiliki jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negative. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti tidak hanya fokus pada hasil perhitungan metode Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) tetapi juga memberikan gambaran warga miskin calon penerima subsidi bantuan tunai kepada pengabilan keputusan, sehingga keputusan yang diambil menjadi lebih tepat dan obyektif
De la «analogia entis» a la «analogia incarnationis»: Nuevas mediaciones de razón para una propuesta cristológica
No full textChristology aims to universalize the evangelical narrative. For this they are necessary certain mediations of reason that make this task possible. The author of this article, inspired by contemporary phenomenology, proposes as valid mediations the «manifestation», the «flesh» and the «gift» in order to devise a Christological proposal of a Trinitarian nature. In this way, Christology would abandon the hegemony of the thought of being (analogia entis) to open up to a new horizon characterized by the thought of appearing (analogia incarnationis).La cristología tiene como objetivo universalizar la narrativa evangélica. Para ello son necesarias determinadas mediaciones de razón que hagan posible dicha empresa. El autor del presente artículo, inspirado por la fenomenología contemporánea, propone como mediaciones válidas la «manifestación», la «carne» y el «don» con el fin de pergeñar una propuesta cristológica de carácter trinitario. De esta manera, la cristología abandonaría la hegemonía del pensamiento del ser (analogia entis) para abrirse a un nuevo horizonte caracterizado por el pensamiento del aparecer (analogia incarnationis)

No full textSMK Cyber Media adalah SMK yang memiliki kejuruan dalam bidang teknologi informasi. Permasalahan pada siswa dan siswi SMK Cyber di jurusan teknologi informasi adalah dalam pengembangan web masih menggunakan MySQL extention yang rentan terhadap serangan SQL Injection. Tujuan workshop ini adalah memberikan pembinaan kepada peserta dalam pengembangan web dengan menggunakan PHP Data Object. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembinaan yang terdiri dari pemaparan materi dan pelatihan tentang pembuatan koneksi, CRUD, dan penanganan session menggunakan PHP Data Object. Hasil dari pengujian terhadap pembinaan implementasi PHP Data Object peserta diperoleh nilai rata-rata 81,5 ± 4,08 dalam pembuatan koneksi, 81,9 ± 4,36 dalam CRUD, dan 81,5 ± 4,08 dalam penanganan session. Adanya workshop memberikan peserta kemampuan yang cukup baik dalam mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP Data Objec

No full textAvery Dulles é autor de uma das reflexões mais completas sobre a teologia da catolicidade,
além de toda a reflexão a respeito da aplicação da teoria dos modelos científicos aos temas
teológicos. Na presente investigação procura-se aplicar à teoria dos modelos os princípios metafísicos
e epistemológicos da analogia entis de Erich Przywara, de forma a sustentar teoricamente a
possibilidade do uso dos modelos. Enquadra-se tal abordagem no âmbito da teologia da catolicidade,
mostrando como há a necessidade da existência de várias abordagens para uma compreensão
aprofundada dos temas teológicos em geral e da catolicidade em particular. Neste sentido,
procura-se isolar a noção de tensão e mostrar como esta noção é fundamental para o desenvolvimento
da teologia. A catolicidade entendida como dom e como tarefa mostra de forma particular
que é a tensão ínsita à reflexão teológica o dinamismo próprio que permite o desenvolvimento da
própria reflexão.Avery Dulles is the author of one of the most complete reflections on the theology of
catholicity, in addition to all the reflection on the application of scientific models’ theory to theological
themes. In the present investigation we seek to apply to the theory of models the metaphysical
and epistemological principles of the analogia entis of Erich Przywara, in order to theoretically
support the possibility of using the models. Such an approach is framed within the scope
of catholicity theology, showing how there is a need for the existence of several approaches for a
thorough understanding of theological themes in general and particularly catholicity. In this
sense, we seek to isolate the notion of tension and show how this notion is fundamental to the
development of theology. Catholicism understood as a gift and as a task shows in a particular
way that it is the tension inherent in theological reflection or in its own dynamism that allows the
development of its own reflection

No full textSiswa dan guru SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan akan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan kemampuannya dalam menggunakan perangkat lunak perkantoran seperti Microsoft Office, khususnya Microsoft Office Excel dan berbagai fitur yang dikandungnya, termasuk cara menggunakan fungsionalitas makro Microsoft Excel. Siswa dan guru di SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan masih baru atau belum familiar dengan banyak tools dalam software Microsoft Excel, terutama fungsi makro. Fokus dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah penggunaan ekspresi fungsi kondisional di Microsoft Excel dan pengenalan dan penggunaan makro VBA di Microsoft Office Excel. Sampai saat ini, siswa dan guru SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan belum terlalu familiar atau terlatih dengan macro di Microsoft Office Excel. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keterampilan dan pemahaman peserta penyuluhan dan pelatihan penggunaan macro di Microsoft Office khususnya Microsoft Excel. Setelah melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) di SMK Muhammadiyah Parakan dapat ditarik suatu hasil dari pelatihan macroVBA di Microsoft Office Excel, dan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam bekerja dengan aplikasi macroVBA direkonsiliasi. kegiatan pengabdian diklat memunculkan diskusi yang sangat menarik. Pertanyaan-pertanyaan ini menunjukkan pemahaman peserta tentang apa yang dikatakan pengasuh tentang makro VBA di Microsoft Office Excel, yang sangat berharga untuk kualitas tambahan dan pengetahuan yang berguna untuk mengatasi tantangan di masa depan. No full textBalthasar is, first and foremost, a Germanist. His theology is internally related to literature. This article shows how deep this link is, starting from three aspects: the literary coordinates that appear to be integrated in the theological structure of his thought, the theological language that Balthasar discovers in the literature, and the use of some literary instruments to engage with theology. Overall, Balthasar bases this profound and internal use of literature on the harmony/harmonization (Zum-stimmen-bringen/justesse/analogia linguae) he discovers between literary form or style and theological content. This harmony, justesse, or analogia is mediated by the free creativity of the author of the literary text under the power of the Spirit and sustained by the analogia entis and Christological analogia entis
