Prioritizing Drug Procurement Using ABC, VEN, EOQ And ROP Combination
No full textThe availability of drugs is one of the things that must be considered because if there is a deficiency or excess it can cause loss or disruption in patient care. The process to procure drugs that are still being carried out with uncertain considerations will create scheduling irregularities, this will have an impact on inventory costs due to accumulated inventory in warehouses or the absence of these drugs.This study aims to produce a decision support system for drug procurement using a combination of ABC methods, VEN analysis, ROP and EOQ.The test results show that the system can provide 3 recommendations for decision makers with consideration of the results of the ABC and VEN matrices and procurement calculations based on EOQ and ROP. The result of calculating the total Inventory Cost in the case example of the orodine drug based on the pharmacy calculation is IDR 708,500 while the calculation using the Economic Order Quantity method is IDR 689,381 from the calculation results obtained a savings of IDR 19,119

No full textPerkembangan dibidang IPTEK menjadi sebuah tantangan disemua lembaga pendidikan, termasuk SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surabaya. Materi pelajaran disampaikan secara lisan berdasarkan LKS, gambar-gambar relevan dan tidak ada media yang digunakan untuk menarik minat siawa dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas. SMP Muhammadiyah 6 memiliki 2 ruang laboratorium komputer dan 6 LCD Projektor, tetapi fasilitas sekolah tersebut tidak dimanfatkan secara maksimal. Hasil observasi di sekolah menunjukkan bahwa 60% siswa kelas VIII A tidak memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru dan nilai siswa kurang dari SKM yang ditentukan yaitu 75. Sehingga ditarik rumusan masalah bahwa “diperlukan pengembangan media macromedia flash pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris materi pokok Descriptive Text kelas VIII semester I di SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surabaya”.Langkah-langkah pengembangan menggunakan model Research and Development (R&D) dari model Sugiyono. Subjek uji coba meliputi ahli materi, ahli media, dan siswa kelas VIII A. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket tertutup, wawancara terstruktur dan pre-test post-test. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis perhitungan, yaitu modifikasi dari rumus analisis deskriptif. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil uji coba seluruh subjek, pengembangan media macromedia flash memperoleh nilai 79.71 (baik) dan materi yang disajikan didalam media memperoleh nilai 85.41 (sangat baik).Kajian produk yang dihasilkan pada BAB V menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan media macromedia flash sudah layak dan efektif dimanfaatkan guru sebagai sarana atau alat untuk menyampaikan materi di dalam kelas.Kata Kunci : Media, Media Macromedia Flash
Abstract : Development in Science and Technology becomes a challenge in all educational institutions including SMP Muhammdiyah 6 Surabaya. Subject material was delivered orally by LKS, relevant pictures, and no media was used to attract the students in the learning process in the classroom. SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surabaya has two computer labs and 6 LCD projectors, nut those facilities were not used maximally. Observation showed that 60% of students of VIII a grade did not understand the material presented by the teacher. Students’ score was less than Minimum Standard Score of 75. Then, the writer conclude that teacher need development of macromedia flash media on descriptive text of English subject in the first semester of eight grade in SMP Muhammadiyah 6 Surabaya.The development used a model of Research and Development (R&D) by Sugiyono. There were three testers, they were media experts, material experts, and students of VIII A grade. The data collection instruments were closed questionnaire, structured interviews, and pre test post test. The analysis used analytical calculation, namely the modification of descriptive analysis formula. Data obtained from the test result are macromedia flash development scored 79.71 (good) and the material presented in the media scored 85.41 (very good).The study of the product in chapter V shows that the development of macromedia flash media is already feasibly and effectively used by the teachers as a mean to deliver the material in the classroom.Keywords: Media, Macromedia Flash Medi

Injector is a device used for inject the fuel into the cylinders at the right time at the end of the compression stroke. While the fuel pump is a device used for transfer fuel to the injectors, and provide pressure on the injector. Formulation of the problem in this study is whether the lack of maintenance on the injector can result the damage of fuel injector, If viscosity can effect againts inject fuel damage and whether the fuel pump plunger worn out effect the fuel injector. The method used by the author is the Fault Tree Analysis method to identify the problem of damage the fuel injector. The result is the risks of their damage fuel inject is the inhibition of the work of main engine and injector pressure drop. Discussion of the problem is to carry out the maintenance plan on the injectors, checking on fuel and maintenance on the fuel pump. The conclusion of this study to prevent damage to the fuel injector is to perform routine maintenance on the injector conformed to rest hour and retrieval pmax hours each month to determine the condition of the injector, a check on the viscosity of fuel and routine maintenance on the fuel pump.

Fleet Purnama with using method of fault tree analysis can be concluded that the factors what can be affecting the work plat on low temperature against cold diesel engine plant is a decrease in capacity of air cooling sea low temperature cold, matter on dishes, change Pressure sea water sign and out , gas diesel engine generator discard on high, changes in air temperature cooling sea air flushing. These factors are secondary event can still be traced again its cause.
Impact of gross on low temperature cold plate will cause a rise in gas discard on diesel engine generators, diesel engine generators heat, round diesel engine plant down-operate automatic. As well as the expansion of materials exposed due to excessive heat. For a review keeping the temperature differences at optimal cooling systems namely perform on care components of the refrigeration system operates routinely accordance with intruction manuals.

Rancang Bangun Smart Monitoring Kondisi Kompos berbasis Internet Of Things (IoT)
No full textIn the composting process, the temperature and water content conditions must be specific, so that the composting process can be carried out properly. Therefore, the temperature and water content need to be continuously monitored. In this study the author will create a smart monitoring system for composting conditions based on the Internet Of Things (IoT), using NodeMCU as a controller or controller and includes Esp8266 wifi which is connected to a database where the data can be monitored from an android application that will be designed to see the condition additional compost this tool uses a moisture sensor to detect compost moisture, and uses a DHT11 sensor to detect the temperature and humidity of the air around the compost and if the compost is dry, the water pump will automatically turn on to be immediately supplied to the compost, then it starts when the sensor detects compost and will send sensor value data to the microcontroller using NodeMCU and sensor values are processed in NodeMCU, then NodeMCU will try to connect to wifi which is already connected to the internet after successfully connecting then the data from the sensor value will be sent to the database server then the sensor value is displayed in the application and will display the condition of the compost in a normal or dry state. The results show that sensors and tools can work well, it can be seen that the sensor value is in accordance with a predetermined value based on the value in the serial monitor, database server and then in the android application. The soil moisture sensor can detect the condition of the compost in a dry state with humidity below 50% then the water pump will turn on. If under normal conditions with humidity above 50% then the water pump will turn off, for the DHT11 sensor it can detect air temperature and humidity with an average of 30 and 90%. The average data transmission time is 2.5 seconds

The duties of the waiter in Cafe Rama are in accordance with the theoretical basis, but not all theories can be implemented in Cafe Rama because Cafe Rama is a small-scale cafe.

Price, promotion and quality of service are elements that influence
activities in the company that function to create competitive advantage for the
company. Companies are required to be able to meet the needs and desires of
customers by providing the best and quality services, so that customers will feel
their own satisfaction and feel valued so that they are happy and willing to be
regular customers. This study aims to determine the effect of price, promotion
and service quality on customer satisfaction on the ASF accessories mojokerto
gadget.
The type of research used by the author is a type of quantitative research.
Source of data used is primary data, namely data obtained from questionnaires
distributed to research respondents. The population of this study was 275
customers, with a total sample of 163 respomden. Sampling technique according
to Slovin formula. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression.
Based on multiple linear analysis using the F-test, simultaneously the
variables of customer satisfaction in the ASF accessories gadget are influenced
by price, promotion, and service quality can be seen from the results of the F test
conducted at a significant level of 0.05 F count value (11.039)> F-table (1,564),
then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of the t test, it is known
that the t variable price (X1) is 2.197, the promotion variable (X2) is 3.331 and the
service quality variable (X3) is 2.245. T count> T table, it can be concluded that
all the variables studied (Price, promotion and service quality) partially have a
significant influence on customer satisfaction in the gadget accessories ASF
store.

The method used is a prototype, where the data and information needed can be obtained through direct observation and interviews. By making this Android-based sales application, it can help sell products more efficiently, and can help manage sales data as well as product stock

Where the linguistic elements themselves consist of grammar (qawâ'idu al-lughah), vocabulary (mufradât), pronunciation and spelling (ashwat 'arabiyyah).While language skills include listening skills (mahâratu al-istimâ'), speaking skills (mahâratu al-kalâm), reading skills (mahâratu al-qirâ`ah) and writing skills (mahâratu al-kitabah).This learning media was created to improve Arabic language skills in one of the junior high schools or Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Jenawi Village.Al-Mufid is a media that the author will create and develop to be used to develop learning Arabic, Al-Mufid itself comes from the Arabic "mufid" which means "useful", meaning that if people use this game the author hopes it can be useful for them those who use it, as well as with the use of the Al-mufid game, people will feel they have a lot of additional knowledge in the field of Arabic lessons, especially the science of mufrodat.The research designed by this author uses the ADDIE development model, which has 5 stages starting from Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation.This media was tested on 2 media expert lecturers with an average result of coefficient V 0.847.As well as the reliability test results of 0.811. Meanwhile, the results of the test on material experts got an average coefficient of V of 0.89 while the reliability test got 0.915 which was declared excellent.At the time of testing, 20 respondents received another 61.3% disdain for the agree category
