Analisis Pengaruh Beban Lalu Lintas Terhadap Tingkat Kerusakan Jalan Soenandar Priyo Sudarmo, Kecamatan Prambon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo
Soenandar Priyo Sudarmo Road often experiences significant stress due to
high traffic volume and load, particularly from heavy vehicles used for various
industrial activities in Prambon District. Additionally, during the survey, various types
of damage were identified, such as pothole, alligator cracking, and raveling. Based on
this, the author conducted a study to analyze the impact of traffic load on the level of
damage to Soenandar Priyo Sudarmo Road. The primary data used included road
damage data, riding quality, and traffic counting, while the secondary data included
road geometric data and Average Daily Traffic. This study used the Indrasurya and
Dirgolaksono (1990) method to analyze road damage, as this method is an adaptation
of various previous road damage evaluation methods, taking into account road
conditions in Indonesia The effect of traffic load on road damage was analyzed using
exponential regression to identify the non-linear relationship between the independent
variable and the dependent variable. The analysis results showed that the types of road
damage found were quite diverse, including potholes, raveling, alligator cracking,
distortion, transverse and longitudinal cracks, rutting, patching, and edge
deterioration. Based on the analysis per segment, the average damage value per
segment ranged from 18.85% to 45.16%, with riding quality in the RQ 1 to RQ 3
categories. Regression showed that heavy vehicles, particularly ESAL 1.2–22 trailers,
had the most significant impact on road damage with an R² value of 0.905. This study
indicates that traffic load, particularly from heavy vehicles, significantly contributes
to road damage. Based on these results, recommended road maintenance is
categorized into light, moderate, and no maintenance, depending on the condition of
each segment
Pengujian Skala Karamba Jaring Apung Benih F2 Lukas (Puntius bramoides) Produk Pradomestikasi (I): Kualitas Telur, Sintasan Benih dan Kemampuan Memijah
Pre domestication research has been done on fish catches from the Serayu river, Banyumas, lukas fish (Puntius bramoides) and brek fish (P. orphoides) in natural ponds. The parents as pre domestication product is already successfully demonstrated the ability of adaptive in the new environment in terms of aspects of natural food, has been known to their periodically hormonal profiles, profiles of gametogenesis and spawning capabilities in the new environment (natural pond). Further research aims to determine : (1) The degree of eggs hatching of lukas, (2) survival rate of F2 seeds and (3) the degree of mortality in the floating net on Serayu river. (4) how long it will take and how the ability of the post spawning F1 parents to be able to spawn again. Research using survey method. Some units of floating net used for maintenance, testing spawning and growth of parents and seeds of lukas. The results : (1) The degree of eggs hatching between 51%-89%; (2) degree of viability of seeds in floating net is 54%-92%; (3) while the mortality rate of seeds 8%-48% and (4) the length of time it takes male and female parents to reach the next spawning period is ± 6 months. Konflik Batin Tokoh Utama dalam Novel Alisya Karya Muhammad Makhdlori Kajian Psikologi Sastra

Novel Alisya The work of Muhammad Makhdlori recounts the inner conflict of the main character Alisya against herself and her environment. This novel discusses the reality of human life is closely related to the problems of life that affects the development of psychology. The purpose of this study is to describe the intrinsic elements that exist in Alisya's novel and reveal the personality of Alisya as the main character. The author uses a fictional structure to describe the element of the novel builder (figure and characterization, plot, and background). The author also uses the theory of literary psychology that focuses on psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud to examine the personality of the main character through the structure of personality id, ego and superego.
The result of structural analysis of Alisya's novel contains eleven figures consisting of one main character and ten additional characters; The plot of Alisya's novel is an advanced path; The setting contained in this novel is the setting of time, place, and social.
The result of the analysis of personality structure in outline of Alisya figure has no balance between Id, Ego and Superego. Alisya's id and ego are so prominent that she is incapable of controlling her attitude and behavior. Although initially the more dominant Alisya character shows the aspect id and ego, but superego aspects of the morality of her personality can make Alisya back to the right way.

DIFERENSIAL LEUKOSIT IKAN GURAMI (<em>Osphronemus gouramy</em> Lac.) DENGAN PERBEDAAN LEVEL SUPLEMENTASI Spirulina platensis DALAM PAKAN
The aim of this research was to know the effect of supplemented Spirulina platensis in diet on leukocytes differential of gourami (Osphronemous gouramy Lac.) and to obtain the best dose. This research was carried out experimentally using a completely randomized design (RAL), which consists of 4 treatments and 3 repetitions. The fish fed with diets which contain different levels of (0, 2.4, and 6g/kg) Spirulina platensis were investigated. Sampling was done 4 times at intervals of 2 weeks of the feeding experiment, leukocyte differential (monocyte, lymphocyte, neutrophil, eosinophyl) of blood taken from fish were determined. The results showed that the highest percentage of lymphocytes was found in level of supplementation of 4 g/kg of diets, whereas the highest percentage of monocytes, neutrophils and eosinophils were found at the level suplemetation 2 g/kg of diets. Level supplementation of S. platensis 4 g/kg of diets is an efficient and effective level in stimulating immune system cells of gourami, particularly lymphocytes cell.</jats:p

Abstract
This research was conducted on digestive system of Java carp (Puntius javanicus). Gut of fish samples was processed for histological preparation, stained with periodic acid shiff\u27s (PAS) staining.
The results of this research showed that the properties of mucus cells in the digestive tract of Java carp was comprised of goblet cells. The total number of goblet cells in the mid gut was higher than that of in the foregut and hindgut. Morphology of goblet cells in the foregut and hindgut was round in shape but spherical on the midgut.

Hubungan beberapa Aspek Biologi Reproduksi dengan Panjang Tubuh Ikan Palung (Hampala macrolepidota Kuhl & Van Hasselt 1823) di Waduk Panglima Besar Jenderal Soedirman
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui rasio kelamin, TKG, IKG, fekunditas, ukuran pertama kali matang gonad ikan palung (H. macrolepidota) yang tertangkap di Waduk Panglima Besar Jenderal Soedirman dan hubungan antara beberapa aspek biologi ikan palung dengan panjang tubuh. Pengambilan sampel ikan dilakukan dua kali pada November dan Desember 2017. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa ikan palung di Waduk Panglima Besar Jenderal Soedirman memiliki rasio kelamin 1 : 2,82. Tingkat Kamtangan Gonad (TKG) ikan palung yang ditangkap berada pada TKG I-IV. Rata-rata ukuran pertama kali matang gonad pada ikan palung betina adalah 447,6 mm dan ikan palung jantan 295,8 mm. Fekunditas ikan palung sebanyak 841-35.896 butir. Hubungan TKG dengan panjang total pada ikan betina berkorelasi positif (r = 0,827) dan jantan memiliki korelasi positif (r = 0,566). Hubungan IKG dengan panjang total ikan betina berkolerasi positif (r = 0,670). Hubungan IKG dengan panjang total ikan jantan berkolerasi positif (r = 0,392). Familia Cyprinidae merupakan keluarga ikan air tawar terbesar yang mampu beradaptasi dan berkembang biak dengan cepat. Aspek biologis reproduksi ikan bermanfaat bagi pengelolaan sumber daya ikan di suatu aliran sungai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran histologis perkembangan gonad ikan betina Familia Cyprinidae, TKG, IKG, dan hubungan antara IKG dengan panjang total tubuh. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive random sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk parameter kualitatif, parameter kuantitatif disajikan dalam bentuk grafik batang, dan hubungan antara IKG dengan panjang total tubuh dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 16. Hasil yang diperoleh berdasarkan kematangan gonad yaitu ikan nilem dan ikan brek yang diperoleh di Sungai Banjaran memiliki kecenderungan matang gonad dan siap memijah di bulan Maret – Mei, sedangkan ikan lunjar memiliki kecenderungan matang gonad dan siap memijah di bulan April – Mei. Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara hubungan panjang tubuh dengan IKG pada sampel ikan. Berdasarkan pengamatan histologis ditemukan lima tahapan oogenesis, yaitu kromatin nukleus, perinuklear, krotikal alveoli, vitellogenesis, dan matur.. Hasil proporsi masing-masing stadium oosit pada ikan nilem tahap kromatin nukleus 20 – 30%, tahap perinuklear 10 – 15%, tahap kortikal alveoli 5 – 15%, tahap vitellogenesis 20 – 30%, dan tahap matang 25 – 30%. Ikan brek pada tahap kromatin nukleus 25 – 40%, tahap perinuklear 5 – 15%, tahap kortikal alveoli 5 – 25%, tahap vitellogenesis 15 – 30%, dan tahap matang 15 – 30%. PROFIL REPRODUKSI IKAN LUKAS (LABIOBARBUS LEPTOCHEILUS) DARI SUNGAI SERAYU BANYUMAS RAWAN PUNAH PADA BUDIDAYA AWAL DI KOLAM ALAMI SETELAH PROSES DOMESTIKASI
ABSTRAK
Budidaya perikanan dapat ditingkatkan melalui pendekatan diversifikasi jenis ikan baru hasil tangkapan. Dalam penelitian ini domestikasi ikan tangkapan dari Sungai Serayu Banyumas yaitu ikan Lukas (Labiobarbus leptocheilus Valenciennes, 1842) dilakukan di kolam alami. Induk Lukas sebagai produk pradomestikasi telah berhasil menunjukkan kemampuan adaptifnya terhadap lingkungan, dalam hal kenikmatan memakan substrat baru, profil hormonal yang diketahui secara berkala, profil gametogenesis dan kemampuan memijah di lingkungan. lingkungan baru (di kolam alami). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perkembangan karakter embriogenesis (intra fertilisasi), hasil pemijahan induk dan kelangsungan hidup benih/larva pasca proses pemijahan, (2) bagaimana proses pemulihan testis dan gametogenesis ovarium. (tinjauan histologis) indukan Lukas jantan dan betina pasca pemijahan hingga masa pemijahan berikutnya, (3) berapa lama waktu yang dibutuhkan dan bagaimana kemampuan induk pasca pemijahan untuk memijah kembali dan bagaimana profil hormonalnya (Analisis dengan metode ELISA) , berapa nilai GSI (gonad somatic index) induk jantan dan betina pasca pemijahan hingga masa pemijahan berikutnya, (4) kapasitas reproduksi meliputi derajat penetasan, kelangsungan hidup larva hingga 30 hari dan derajat kematian larva (untuk to mengkonfirmasi kapasitas produksi utama di lapangan.Penelitian menggunakan metode survei (kolam alami dan skala laboratorium). Hasil penelitian: (1) Perkembangan penetasan embriogenesis memerlukan waktu 22-23 jam setelah telur dibuahi; penetasan telur 56% -86%; kelangsungan hidup benih/larva 62%-86%; derajat kematian larva sebesar 0,14% -0,58%, (2) Proses gonadogenesis pemulihan testis dan ovarium ikan Lukas jantan dan betina induk pasca pemijahan hingga masa pemijahan berikutnya berjalan dengan baik. Histologi oogenesis pasca pemijahan, ovarium terdiri dari 6 tahap perkembangan oosit : tahap pasca ovulasi; tahap nukleolus kromatin (cns); tahap perinukleolar (ps); tahap alveolar kortikal (cas); stadium vitellogenik (v) dan stadium matur/matang (ms), sedangkan histologi testis spermatogenik terdiri dari 5 kelompok stadium: spermatogonia, spermatosit primer; spermatosit sekunder, spermatid dan spermatozoa, (3) Lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan induk ikan Lukas baik jantan maupun betina untuk mencapai masa pemijahan. Selama 10 bulan penelitian ini indukan Lukas dipijahkan sebanyak 5 kali; kadar hormon estradiol meningkat sesaat sebelum pemijahan, menurun hingga minggu kedua dan terus meningkat hingga sebelum pemijahan berikutnya; Kadar progesteron meningkat pada saat pemijahan dan terus meningkat hingga 12 minggu (3 bulan) pasca pemijahan sebelum masa pemijahan berikutnya. Sama seperti kadar progesteron, kadar testosteron cenderung meningkat seiring dengan pasca mijah hingga menjelang 12 minggu pasca pemijahan. Nilai GSI induk ikan Lukas betina dua minggu pertama (DM-1) pasca pemijahan sampai dengan 12 minggu pasca pemijahan (DM-6) adalah : 1,26%; 1,6%, 3,3%, 3,46%; 0; 8,8%, 17,6% sedangkan GSI induk jantan berturut-turut dari DM-0 sampai dengan DM-6 adalah 2,58%, 2,7%, 2,64%, 2,44%, 2,41%, 2,42%, 2,30%.
