The FORA Framework - A Fuzzy Grassroots Ontology for Online Reputation Management
No full textOnline reputation management deals with monitoring and influencing the online record of a person, an organization or a product. The Social Web offers increasingly simple ways to publish and disseminate personal or opinionated information, which can rapidly have a disastrous influence on the online reputation of some of the entities. The author focuses on the Social Web and possibilities of its integration with the Semantic Web as resource for a semi-automated tracking of online reputations using imprecise natural language terms. The inherent structure of natural language supports humans not only in communication but also in the perception of the world. Thereby fuzziness is a promising tool for transforming those human perceptions into computer artifacts. Through fuzzy grassroots ontologies, the Social Semantic Web becomes more naturally and thus can streamline online reputation management. For readers interested in the cross-over field of computer science, information systems, and social sciences, this book is an ideal source for becoming acquainted with the evolving field of fuzzy online reputation management in the Social Semantic Web area.
Edy Rahmayadi Governor of North Sumatra's Leadership Style in Infrastructure Development in North Sumatra for the 2018-2023 Period
No full textEdy Rahmayadi's victory as Governor of North Sumatra 2018-2023 was the
beginning of a number of major tasks such as overcoming the Covid-19 Pandemic
and especially the development and revitalization of North Sumatra's
infrastructure. Edy Rahmayadi, who has a military background, has his own unique
leadership style when leading North Sumatra 2018-2023. The theory that the author
uses is the theory of good governance and political leadership style. This research
aims to describe the factors that influence infrastructure development in North
Sumatra and the relationship between Edy Rahamayadi's leadership style for the
2018-2023 North Sumatra Governor Period on North Sumatra's infrastructure
development. The research method used to answer this research is descriptive
qualitative research method, through literature study, observation and interviews.
The results of this research include: (1) At the beginning of his leadership, Edy
Rahmayadi's leadership style was tough and firm where he did not care about other
people's opinions about him, this disharmonization even occurred with his
subordinates and even his deputy, namely Musa Rajekshah, so it can be said that
Edy's leadership style was authoritarian. ; (2) Edy's character is dynamic, able to
accept opinions from multi-segment communities, and has good thoughts and ideas,
so it can be said that Edy is a transformational leader; (3) Edy Rahmayadi is
considered capable of stabilizing the conditions affected by Covid-19, apart from
that, Edy is a leader who prioritizes dialogue and collaboration, therefore it can be

Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengimplementasikan strategi
pemasaran yang dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran Alpha Booth di Kota
Tegal dengan menggunakan kerangka konsep Bauran Pemasaran 7P (Product,
Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, dan Physical Evidence). Penelitian ini
menggabungkan metode kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber,
termasuk pemilik booth, karyawan. Metode wawancara dan survei digunakan untuk
menggali perspektif karyawan terkait persepsi terhadap produk atau layanan, harga,
lokasi, promosi, personel, proses, dan bukti fisik yang diterapkan oleh Alpha Booth.
Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi konkret dalam
pengembangan dan penyempurnaan strategi pemasaran Alpha Booth dengan
mempertimbangkan setiap elemen dalam Bauran Pemasaran 7P. Implikasi dari
penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu peningkatan daya saing dan
keberlanjutan Alpha Booth dalam menghadapi dinamika pasar di Kota Tegal.

Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to describe the values of character education to develop teaching and learning materials for Drama course. It is a qualitative descriptive study by using Research and Development design. The data were obtained from the play entitled Panembahan Reso¸ written by W.S. Rendra by looking at the settings, the characters, the plots and some relevant documents. The technique used to collect the data was by document analysis technique. The results of the data analysis using interactive data analysis indicate that the values of character education are reflected throught the characters and their characterization; the values represented include the attitudes of being religious, hard working, peaceful, democratics, caring, fond of reading, responsible, having national spirit and excellence recognition.

MODEL PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER BERBASIS PEMBELAJARAN APRESIASI CERITA RAKYAT DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA WAYANG KANCIL
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis kebutuhan pendidikan karakter; (2) mengkaji nilai-nilai cerita rakyat sebagai materi ajar; dan (3) membuat prototipe model pendidikan karakter. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan R D, yang dilaksanakan di 15 SD mulai Mei-Oktober 2014. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V, guru kelas, dan pengambil kebijakan. Penentuan sampel secara stratified random sampling. Tempat dan peristiwa, informan, cerita rakyat, dan dokumen dijadikan sebagai sumber data. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian: (1) Analisis kebutuhan diidentifikasi atas: visi misi sekolah belum menjadi panduan budaya kerja; permasalahan siswa di kelas dipengaruhi kegiatan pembelajaran guru; pendidikan karakter dipengaruhi faktor pembinaan, keteladanan, model, dan pembiasaan; (2) Materi ajar disusun berdasarkan tingkat keterbacaan dan daya pikir siswa; dan (3) Model didesain melalui tahap pengorganisasian nilai-nilai, pengondisian pembelajaran, internalisasi nilai-nilai, dan pengembangan nilai-nilai. Pembelajaran apresiasi cerita rakyat menggunakan media wayang kancil merupakan model pendidikan karakter yang dapat dikembangkan di SD. This study aims to: (1) analyze the importance of character education; (2) assess the values of folklores as teaching materials; and (3) create a prototype model of character education. This qualitative descriptive study employed a R D approach, which was implemented in 15 elementary schools from May to October 2014. The subjects were students of class V, class teachers, and policy makers. The samples were stratified random sampling. The data sources included a number of places and events, informants, folklores, and documents. The data were collected through observation, interviews and document analysis. Specifically, the analysis employed interactive analysis techniques. The results of the study pointed to the following: (1) needs analysis identified: the school vision and mission have not yet been adopted as guiding principles for creating institutional culture; teachers’ instruction has contributed to creating issues encountered by students in the classroom; character education has been influenced by a number of factors such as coaching, modeling, and habituation; (2) Teaching materials have been prepared based on students’ level of legibility and thinking ability; and (3) The model has been designed by organizing values, conditioning learning atmosphere, internalizing as well as developing values. Appreciation of folklores through the use of puppets (wayang kancil) can thus be adopted as a model to teach character education in primary schools
Pelaksanaan Accounting dan Tax Service di Kantor Konsultan Pajak Edy Gunawan
Get PDFThe internship was conducted at KKP Edy Gunawan and the author was positioned
in tax service. There were some tasks performed during the internship related to
accounting and tax, such as fill in Surat Setoran Pajak (SSP), pay tax to the Bank,
report tax to KPP Pratama Tigaraksa, make recapitulation of PPh Pasal 21, PPh
Pasal 23, PPh Pasal 25, and PPh Pasal 4 (2), scan SSP, make recapitulation of petty
cash, input employees data, input purchases.
There were some problems during the internship. When the author input purchases,
tax invoice number was not visible. When the author input employees data, there
were no complete attachment such as KTP, Kartu Keluarga, and NPWP. When the
author made recapitulation of PPh, the documents were not complete such as Bukti
Penerimaan Surat, Bukti Penerimaan Negara and SSP. The solutions are ask for the
incomplete documents.
The suggestion for KKP Edy Gunawan are the company should be more careful in
checking the completeness of documents that will be required, the company is also
more thorough in checking whether the defective documents
Pengendalian Serangan Busuk Pangkal Batang (Ganoderma boninense Pat.) Pada Bibit Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) Menggunakan Isolat Bakteri Kitinolitik
No full textA study to control of Basal Stem Rot (Ganoderma boninense Pat.) on the palm oil seedling
(Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) using local chitinolitic bacteria has been done in Microbiology
Laboratory, Biology Department, Mathematic and Natural Sciences Faculty, North
Sumatera University, from February to July 2011. The purpose of the research was to study
the ability of local chitinolitic isolated from Bangka, Langkat and Karo LK08, KR05,
BK13, BK17, and BK15 to inhibit the growth of G. boninense on the palm oil seedling.
Antagonistic test showed that the most effective bacteria in inhibiting the growth of G.
boninense was BK17 with inhibiting zone of 12,63 mm, whereas the least effective bacteria
was BK15, with inhibition zone of 8,05mm. Disease incidences was higher in control (20%)
compared to bacterial treatments. Less disease incidence was found in treatments of BK17
and KR05(4%). Microscopic observation showed that G. boninense hyphae was abnormal
i. e. lysis, curved, rolled and dwarf due to the fungus.Penelitian tentang Pengendalian Serangan Busuk Pangkal Batang (Ganoderma boninense

bakteri kitinolitik telah dilakukan di Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Departemen Biologi
FMIPA USU dari bulan Februari 2011 sampai dengan Juli 2011. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui potensi bakteri kitinolitik lokal yang diisolasi dari Bangka, Langkat dan
Karo yaitu LK08, KR05, BK13, BK17, dan BK15 dalam menghambat pertumbuhan jamur
G. boninense yang terdapat pada bibit kelapa sawit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan BK17
memiliki efektivitas paling tinggi dalam menghambat pertumbuhan G. boninense dengan
jari-jari zona hambat sebesar 12,63 mm, sedangkan efektifitas terendah ditunjukkan oleh
isolat BK15, dengan jari-jari zona hambat sebesar 8,05 mm. Luas serangan paling rendah
terdapat pada BK17 dan KR05 yaitu sebesar 4% sedangkan paling tinggi pada kontrol
positif yaitu sebesar 20%. Pengamatan mikroskopis menunjukkan bahwa G. boninense
mengalami keabnormalan hifa dicirikan pada hifa G. boninense mengalami lisis, hifa

Nikolai Evreinov and Edith Craig as Mediums of Modernist Sensibility
Get PDFNikolai Evreinov (1870-1953) was a Russian playwright, director, and theorist of the theatre who played a leading part in the modernist movement of Russian theatre. Evreinov's 1911 monodrama The Theatre of the Soul (V kulisakh dushi) was staged by the Crooked Mirror theatre in St Petersburg in 1912. It was also performed in London (1915) and Rome (1929), and inspired Man Ray to create his aerograph The Theatre of the Soul (1917). In this article Alexandra Smith links Evreinov's play to Russian modernist thought shaped by the atmosphere of crisis associated with the Russo-Japanese War and the first Russian Revolution. It demonstrates that Edith Craig's production of Evreinov's play suggests that the philosophy of theatricalization of everyday life might enable modern subjects to overcome the fragmentation of modern society. Craig's use of the montage-like techniques of Evreinov's play prefigures cinematographic experiments of the 1920s and Marinetti's notion of synthetic theatre. Alexandra Smith is a Reader in Russian Studies at the University of Edinburgh and is the author of The Song of the Mockingbird: Pushkin in the Works of Marina Tsvetaeva (1994) and Montaging Pushkin: Pushkin and Visions of Modernity in Russian Twentieth-Century Poetry (2006), as well as numerous articles on Russian literature and culture.</p
