Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu. Peneliti mengajukan hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh dari motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pada mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa UIN Walisongo yang bekerja paruh waktu, dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Lemeshow maka diperoleh 100 mahasiswa yang bekerja paruh waktu. Alat ukur pada penelitian menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala motivasi kerja dan skala kepuasan kerja, dengan metode analisis data menggunakan uji deskriptif, uji asumsi serta uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja mahasiswa pekerja paruh waktu dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.
ABSTRACT:
This study aims to empirically examine the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction in part-time students. The researcher proposes a hypothesis that there is an effect of work motivation on job satisfaction in part-time working students. This study uses quantitative methods, the population in this study are students of UIN Walisongo who work part time, and sampling using the Lemeshow formula, obtained 100 students who work part time. The measuring instrument in this study uses two scales, namely the work motivation scale and the job satisfaction scale, with data analysis methods using descriptive tests, assumption tests and hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of part-time students with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05
Dakwah Fardiyah dan Lifestyle: Studi Terhadap Komodifikasi Umrah Masyarakat Urban
This research aims to describe and analyze the shift in the meaning of the Umrah pilgrimage from fardiyah da'wah (religious ritual) to a lifestyle in middle and upper class communities in urban areas. The type of research used is qualitative research with a case study approach, while data was obtained from interviews with urban residents at Perum Griya Bhakti Praja who had carried out the Umrah pilgrimage, observation and documentation. This study produced several findings including: first, the culture of urban society in Perum Griya Bhakti Praja is heavily influenced by the development of new culture, habits, fashion and technology. Second, the lifestyle of urban communities in Perum Griya Bhakti Praja includes a hedonistic lifestyle and having a contemporary appearance to look modern, internet literate, doing things that are currently trendy, and social mobility, one of which is the trend of worship. Analisis Pengaruh Diskon, Brand Image, dan Key Opinion Leader Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Kecantikan Skintific di Wilayah Kota Pekanbaru
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diskon, brand image, dan Key Opinion Leader (KOL) terhadap keputusan pembelian produk kecantikan Skintific di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden diperoleh melalui probability sampling dengan rumus Slovin. Data primer dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner daring, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 22, mencakup uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, serta uji parsial (t), simultan (F), dan koefisien determinasi (R²). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan brand image berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan. Variabel KOL berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut berpengaruh signifikan dengan kontribusi sebesar 73,4% terhadap variasi keputusan pembelian, sementara 26,6% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa diskon dan KOL merupakan faktor dominan dalam memengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk kecantikan Skintific, sedangkan brand image belum menjadi penentu utama dalam konteks ini.
Analysis of the Influence of Discounts, Brand Image, and Key Opinion Leader on the Purchase Decision of Skintific Beauty Products in the City of Pekanbaru
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of discounts, brand image, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) on purchase decisions for Skintific beauty products in Pekanbaru City. The research employs a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. A total of 100 respondents were selected using probability sampling with Slovin’s formula. Primary data were collected through online questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression in SPSS 22, including validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, as well as partial (t), simultaneous (F), and determination coefficient (R²) tests. The results reveal that discounts have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions, whereas brand image shows a negative and insignificant effect. KOLs exert a positive and significant influence on purchase decisions. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly affect purchase decisions, explaining 73.4% of the variance, while 26.6% is influenced by other factors. The study concludes that discounts and KOLs are the dominant factors influencing purchase decisions for Skintific products, while brand image does not play a decisive role in this context
Pengaruh Pembiayaan Musyarakah Mudharabah dan Murabahah Terhadap Profitabilitas Bank BSI
This research aims to analyze the influence of musyarakah, mudharabah and murabahah financing on the profitability (ROE) of Bank Syariah Indonesia for the 2013-2023 period. The Ordinary Least Squares (OLS) method was used to analyze the financial data of Bank Syariah Indonesia from 2013 to 2023. Pengaruh Diskon, Flash Sale dan Live Shopping Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skincare di Platform Shopee pada Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh diskon, flash sale dan live shopping terhadap keputusan pembelian produk skincare di platform shopee pada generasi milenial dan gen z yang berada di provinsi riau. Dengan judul “Pengaruh Diskon, Flash Sale dan Live Shopping Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Skincare di Platform Shopee Pada Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z”. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probability sampling yaitu dengan random sampling, dengan data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang didistribusikan melalui google forms kepada 100 responden pengguna aktif shopee dari generasi milenial dan gen z. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa diskon, flash sale dan live shopping berpengaruh positif signifikan dengan nilai P-Value yang lebih kecil dari 0.05, kemudian berdasarkan nilai R-Square sebesar 0.970 menunjukkan bahwa variabilitas keputusan pembelian. Artinya variabel diskon, flash sale dan live shopping berpengaruh positif signifikan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan wawasan mengenai faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian produk skincare di platform shopee, khususnya dikalangan konsumen yaitu generasi milenial dan gen z.
The Effect of Discounts, Flash Sales, and Live Shopping on Skincare Product Purchase Decisions on the Shopee Platform in Millennials and Gen Z
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of discounts, flash sales and live shopping on purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Shopee platform for millennials and Gen Z in Riau Province. With the title "The Effect of Discounts, Flash Sales and Live Shopping on Purchasing Decisions for Skincare Products on the Shopee Platform for Millennials and Gen Z". This study uses a quantitative approach with the SEM-PLS analysis technique. The sampling method used is probability sampling, namely simple random sampling, with data collected through online questionnaires distributed via Google Forms to 100 active Shopee user respondents from the millennial and Gen Z generations. The results of the study showed that discounts, flash sales and live shopping had a significant positive effect with a P-Value value of less than 0.05, then based on the R-Square value of 0.970, it showed that the variability of purchasing decisions. This means that the variables discount, flash sales and live shopping have a significant positive effect. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the factors that influence purchasing decisions for skincare products on the Shopee platform, especially among consumers, namely the millennial and Gen Z generations
Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis
The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation
counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
Variations on the Author
“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. Dispelling the Myths Behind First-author Citation Counts
We conducted a full-scale evaluative citation analysis study of scholars in the XML research field to explore just how different from each other author rankings resulting from different citation counting methods actually are, and to demonstrate the capability of emerging data and tools on the Web in supporting more realistic citation counting methods. Our results contest some common arguments for the continued
use of first-author citation counts in the evaluation of scholars, such as high correlations between author rankings by first-author citation counts and other citation
counting methods, and high costs of using more realistic citation counting methods that are not well-supported by the ISI databases.
