Pengolahan emas dengan cara amalgamasi menghasilkan limbah merkuri. Limbah merkuri dapat mencemari lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penambangan emas rakyat terhadap kandungan Hg tanah, air, tanaman, struktur dan komposisi vegetasi di Dusun Mesu Desa Boto Kecamatan Jatiroto Kabupaten Wonogiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengukuran pH tanah menggunakan Soil Tester, Hg tanah menggunakan Mercury Survey Meter, analisis vegetasi: pengukuran diameter batang setinggi dada (1,3), pengamatan jumlah dan jenis tanaman, analisa kandungan merkuri tanaman dengan X Ray Flourecence (XRF), dan kandungan merkuri air dengan Mercury Analyzer. Pengambilan sampel tanah, air dan tanaman dilakukan dengan metode purposive random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kandungan merkuri tanah masih di bawah baku mutu lingkungan (0,5 ppm) yaitu berkisar antara 0,000001-0,000044 ppm. Kandungan merkuri air sampel 1, 2, dan 4 masih dibawah ambang batas (0,005 ppm) yaitu berkisar < 0,00006 - 0,00027 ppm, sampel 3 sudah berada di atas ambang batas yakni 0,00863 ppm. Kandungan merkuri tanaman sudah di atas ambang batas (0,5 ppm) yakni berkisar 1-168 ppm. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan tercatat sebanyak 33 jenis tanaman. Vegetasi strata pohon , tiang, pancang dan semai mempunyai Indek Nilai Penting tertinggi berturut-turut adalah adalah Eugenia aromatica (74,576%), Eugenia aromatica (84,853%), Calliandra haematocephala (56,471%), dan Curcuma domestica (55,929%) ketiga spesies tersebut merupakan jenis yang dominan dan mempunyai adaptasi terhadap tempat tumbuh yang lebih baik dibanding dengan jenis lainnya. Indeks keanekaragaman (H¹) pohon, tiang, pancang, dan semai tergolong sedang (1,69575; 2,00947; 2,07765; 2,1859) dan pertumbuhan stabil. Indeks keseragaman (E) semai tergolong rendah (0,39647) penyebaran jenis tidak merata. Indeks keseragaman pancang, tiang dan pohon tergolong sedang (0,52842; 0,56520; 0,73645) penyebaran jenis merata. Indeks dominansi (C) pohon, tiang, pancang, semai tergolong rendah (0,2; 0,2049; 0,1711; 0,1637) tidak terdapat spesies yang secara ekstrim mendominasi spesies lainnya. Kegiatan penambangan emas rakyat tidak berdampak buruk terhadap struktur dan komposisi vegetasi (masih baik). This research aims to figure out the impact of people’s gold mining towards Hg content of soil, water, plant, structure and vegetation composition in Mesu Orchard Boto Village Jatiroto Subdistrict Wonogiri District. Research method used is survey method. In this research, measurement of soil pH using soil tester. Soil Hg using Mercury Survey Meter, vegetation analysis : measurement of breast-high stem diameter (1.3 m) using gauge, observation of amount, and plant types.Analysis of plant mercury content using (X Ray Flourecence) XRF and water mercury content using Mercury Analyzer.Soil, water, and plant sampling using purposive random sampling method. Based on the measurentent results, soil mercury content still below environment standardization (0,5 ppm) that is 0,00000 – 0,000044 ppm. Mercury content of water samples 1,2,and 4 still below threshold (0,005 ppm) that is about < 0,00006-0,0027 ppm, sample 3 has already above threshold (0,5 ppm) that is about 1-168 ppm.. According to the result of observations noted as much as 33 species. Vegetation type of tree, poles, saplings, and seedling have essential value Index in sequence order are Eugenia aromatica (74,576%). Eugenia aromatica (84,853%). Calliandra haematocephala (56,471%) and Curcuma domestica (55,929%) those three species are dominant types which have adaptation level towards grow area better than other species. Diversity Index (H¹) of trees, poles, saplings, and seedling is categorized medium (1,69575; 2,00947; 2,07765; and 2,1859) and stable growth. Evennes Index (E) of seeding is categorized low (0,39647) the spreading of types is not flat. Evennes index of saplings, poles, and trees is categorized medium (0,52842; 0,56520; 0,73645) the spreading of types is flat. Dominance Index (C) of trees, poles, saplings, and seedling is categorized low (0,2; 0,2049; 0,1711; and 0,1637) there is no species which extremely dominate other species. Development of the flower and inflorescence of Arum italicum (Araceae)
No full textThe spadix of Arum italicum Miller consists of two main parts: a clavate sterile portion (appendix) and a cylindroid fertile portion. In the fertile portion with both male and female zones, there are two zones of sterile flowers (bristles). The basal portion of bristles is surrounded by a verrucose structure consisting of a mass of tissular excrescences. During early stages of development, there is no free space between the different zones of the inflorescence. The elongation of the inflorescence axis is what eventually separates the different zones from each other. There are no atypical flowers that are morphologically intermediate between male and female flowers as is the case in other genera of Aroideae (e.g., Cercestis, Philodendron, Schismatoglottis). The structure of the bristles in the inflorescences of Arum does not correspond to any type of atypical flower (unisexual or bisexual) that has been analysed previously in the Araceae. From a developmental point of view, it is not possible to determine if the bristles correspond to aborted or modified female or male flowers. In the early stages of development, the stamens, staminodes, and appendix are covered by globular masses of extracellular calcium oxalate crystals. Persuasive techniques are important to study because of the conditions that the author must fulfill in his work as a motivational book. This research is a qualitative research by using data collection techniques through documentation and hermaneutic techniques. The method used is content analysis. This study uses the keraf theory (2007), the results of the persuasive technique research in the book Allah Maha Baik by Arum Faiza found 51 data, including persuasive techniques (1) Rationalization of 6 data or equivalent to 12%, (2) Identification of 6 data or equivalent to 12 %, (3) Suggestions as much as 30 data or equivalent to 59%, (4) Compensation as much as 4 data or as much as 7%, (5) Conformity as much as 2 data or equivalent to 4%, (6) Replacement not found, (7) Projection as much as 3 data or the equivalent of 6%. Thing. Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded that the persuasive technique used by Arum Faiza in the book Allah is Good is more dominant in using the technique of suggestion because the book Allah is Good tends to use persuasion to influence other people, this persuasion is used to encourage readers to be motivated by words. -words used, followed by rationalization, identification, conformity, compensation and projection

By plucking the gold, the customer will get the financing in the form of Hajj savings worth 25 million rupiah, this is enough to attract the community and lifted the enthusiasm of the community, the convenience of this pawnshop attracts the author to do the analysis, the calculation mechanism in Arum Haji, if we see from the mechanism of calculating the mortgage on generally. if we look through the mechanism of calculation in pawnshops then we will find a point question, how the gold weighs 15 grams in the appraiser for 32 million rupiah, while if we see from the mechanism of calculating mortgage, gold weighing 15 grams, the possibility of funds that can lend amounting to 7 million - 8 million rupiahs, how the pawnshops make an appraisal of gold on Arum Haji products, so he gives a high estimate of 15 grams of gold, and provide a loan of 25 million is sufficient to register and get the portion number of pilgrims. Looking at the calculation mechanism the authors did not find the exact calculation formula, which is used in Arum Hajj, so the authors assume, it is a marketing method to attract customers to pawn in PT Pegadaian sharia, and speculation alone, which assumes gold price will one day reach at a high price point, and then the loan is given to the customer who has the ability to return high enough, so it will not happen its one achievement. Reciprocity, Truth, and Gender in Pindar and Aeschylus
No full textIn Reciprocity, Truth, and Gender in Pindar and Aeschylus, author Arum Park explores two notoriously difficult ancient Greek poets and seeks to articulate the complex relationship between them. Although Pindar and Aeschylus were contemporaries, previous scholarship has often treated them as representatives of contrasting worldviews. Park’s comparative study offers the alternative perspective of understanding them as complements instead. By examining these poets together through the concepts of reciprocity, truth, and gender, this book establishes a relationship between Pindar and Aeschylus that challenges previous conceptions of their dissimilarity. The book accomplishes three aims: first, it shows that Pindar and Aeschylus frame their poetry using similar principles of reciprocity; second, it demonstrates that each poet depicts truth in a way that is specific to those reciprocity principles; and finally, it illustrates how their depictions of gender are shaped by this intertwining of truth and reciprocity. By demonstrating their complementarity, the book situates Pindar and Aeschylus in the same poetic ecosystem, which has implications for how we understand ancient Greek poetry more broadly: using Pindar and Aeschylus as case studies, the book provides a window into their dynamic and interactive poetic world, a world in which ostensibly dissimilar poets and genres actually have much more in common than we might think

Hasil dari studi etnobotani salah satu tanaman yang digunakan sebagai obat tradisional adalah tanaman kayu Secang (Caesalpinia sappan L). Tanaman kayu Secang (Caesalpinia sappan L) merupakan salah satu obat tradisional yang tidak hanya di manfaatkan sebagai seduhan minuman melainkan mengobati berbagai penyakit karena tanaman kayu secang memiliki kandungan kimia flavonoid, brazilin, alkaloid, saponin,tanin, fenil propane, dan terpenoid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji aktivitas antibakteri kayu secang (Caesalpinia sappan L) dan sebagai langkah awal penemuan obat baru. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimental laboratorium yang menggunakan rancangan True Experimental post test control design dengam pengujian antibakteri dengan menggunakan metode difusi sumuran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa semua konsentrasi 2,5 mg/ml, 5 mg/ml, 10 mg/ml, 20 mg/ml, 40 mg/ml ekstrak etanol kayu secang Caesalpinia sappan L memiliki aktivitas antibakteri pada bakteri Shigella dysenteriae. pada konsnetrasi 40 mg/ml memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi yaitu 14,36 mm. Berdasarkan uji one way anova, menunjukan adanya pengaruh aktivitas antibakteri pada bakteri Shigella dysenteriae dengan nilai sig 0,00 (a <0,05). Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apa sajakah hasil

Tangguh Itu Karya Arum Faiza. Dkk. Tujuan dari penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengetahui pesan dakwah apa saja yang terkandung
dalam buku Kamulah Wanita Tangguh Itu.
Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pustaka (library research).
Metode yang digunakan penulis yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan
menggunakan teknik analisis deksriptif yang sering kali digunakan
untuk mengkaji pesan-pesan dakwah. Dengan menggunakan teknik
dakwah. Di dalam penelitian skripsi ini, Penulis mengkategorikan isi
pesan dakwah untuk mengetahui pesan dakwah dalam buku Kamulah
Wanita Tangguh Itu Karya Arum Faiza. Dkk. Berdasarkan hasil data
yang diperoleh adalah isi buku Kamulah Wanita Tangguh Itu terdapat
banyak pesan-pesan dakwah diantaranya : Pesan Aqidah meliputi
Iman kepada Allah, Iman Kepada Rasul, Iman kepada Kitab. Dan
percaya akan ketetapan Allah adalah yang terbaik untuk kita. Pesan
Syariah yang meliputi Ibadah dan berdoa. Sedangkan pesan Akhlak
meliputi Ikhlas, Bersyukur, Tawakal dan bersabar.

The formulation of the problem in this study is what are the

This research includes library research. The method used by the
author is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis techniques
which are often used to examine da'wah messages. By using da'wah
techniques. In this thesis research, the author categorizes the contents
of the da'wah message to find out the message of da'wah in the book
You are a Tough Woman by Arum Faiza. Etc.
Based on the results of the data obtained are the contents of the
book You are a Tough Woman There are many messages of da'wah
including: Aqidah messages include Faith in Allah, Faith in Apostles,
Faith in the Book. And believe in Allah's decree is the best for us.
Sharia messages covering Worship and praying. While the message of
morality includes sincerity, gratitude, trust and patience.
