Penerapan E-Learning Dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Kemampuan Komunikasi Matematis Mahasiswa
The aim of this study is to examine the problem of improving mathematical communication ability of students through the implementation of e-learning in mathematics. The research method in the form of a quasi-experimental study using pretest-posttest design. The population is student of Mathematics Education University of Pasundan, while the second semester student is sample, class A as a control class and class B as a experiment class. The instrument used in this study is 6 numbers of mathematical communication ability test and observation sheet. The results obtained are the improvement of communication skills students acquire mathematical study of mathematics by using e-learning better than students who use conventional learning
Composite research and development in Korea
The recent research and development activities of some laboratories working on composite materials in universities (KAIST, Seoul National Univ., Postech, Gyeongsang National Univ.), research institutes (KIMM, KARI), and companies (Hankuk Fiber, DACC) are introduced in this article. Their activities cover a broad range of research and development fields in composite materials: design and fabrication; processing technology; structural analysis; characterization of composite materials; NDE; fiber optic structures; damage detection; health monitoring; smart structures and so on. These technologies will be increasingly used in various fields and the development of these technologies will play an important role in future industries.The author acknowledges the assistance of several university laboratories, the

UTILIZATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY (ICT) IN MATHEMATICS LEARNING. The aims of this study are (1) to explain the definition of Information and Communication Technology (ICT); (2) to explain the importance of ICT used in Mathematics Learning; (3) to describe how much ICT used in Mathematics Learning in indoensia; (4) to elaborate the positive and negative effects of implementing ICT used in Mathematics learning. The methods used are literature review and description of interviews to educators and learners in the field of mathematics education. Information and Communication Technology is an electronic equipment consisting of hardware and software as well as any activities related to processing, manipulation, management, and transfer of information between media. It has has a function to produce quality and communicative information. In Indonesia, the use of Information and Communication Technology is still in integrating level, shown by the use of technology in learning. The utilization of information technology, in addition to efforts to overcome the technical problems of learning as a learning medium, as well as an effort to answer the substantial problem of learning as a source of teaching and encourage computer literacy acceleration in Indonesian society.</jats:p
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
We provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature. IMPLEMENTASI E-LEARNING DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KOMUNIKASI MATEMATIS DAN DAMPAKNYA TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji masalah peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa melalui pembelajaran menggunakan e-learning dan mendapatkan gambaran sikap mahasiswa terhadap e-learning dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode penelitiannya berupa penelitian kuasi eksperimen menggunakan desain pretes-postes. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Pasundan, adapun sampelnya adalah mahasiswa semester II kelas A sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas B sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah instrumen tes yaitu 6 soal tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan instrumen non tes berupa angket skala kemandirian belajar, angket skala sikap dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi matematis mahasiswa yang mendapatkan pembelajaran matematika dengan menggunakan e-learning lebih baik daripada mahasiswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional; 2) terdapat peningkatan kemandirian belajar mahasiswa setelah mendapatkan pembelajaran menggunakan e-learning, peningkatannya berada pada kategori rendah; 3) sikap mahasiswa positif terhadap pembelajaran matematika menggunakan e-learning.

PENCAPAIAN DAN PENINGKATAN KECAKAPAN MATEMATIS DAN KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA DALAM E-LEARNING
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pencapaian dan peningkatan kecakapan matematis dan kemandirian belajar siswa SMP yang memperoleh pembelajaran full e-learning, blended learning, dan direct instruction. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain faktorial 3×3. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMP kelas VIII tahun akademik 2018/2019 dan sampelnya adalah 91 orang yang terdiri dari 30 orang kelas VIII-I sebagai kelompok eksperimen 1, 31 orang kelas VIII-J sebagai kelompok eksperimen 2, dan 30 orang kelas VIII-H sebagai kelompok kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes untuk mengukur kecakapan matematis, angket disposisi produktif, angket kemandirian belajar matematis, lembar observasi, dan pedoman wawancara. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji Anova 2 jalur dilanjutkan uji Tukey HSD untuk menguji perbedaan pencapaian dan peningkatan kecakapan matematis dan kemandirian belajar matematis siswa, dan mengetahui pengaruh interaksi model pembelajaran dan KAM terhadap kecakapan matematis dan kemandirian belajar matematis. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah: (1) tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pencapaian dan peningkatan kecakapan matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran full e-learning, blended learning, dan direct instruction; (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan kemandirian belajar matematis siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran full e-learning, blended learning, dan direct instruction; (3) terdapat perbedaan kecakapan matematis dan kemandirian belajar antara siswa yang berkemampuan awal tinggi, sedang, dan rendah; (3) terdapat perbedaan kecakapan matematis antara siswa yang berkemampuan awal tinggi, sedang, dan rendah pada siswa yang memperoleh pembelajaran full e-learning, blended learning, dan direct instruction; (4) tidak terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan awal siswa terhadap kecakapan matematis dan kemandirian belajar sisw

DAMPAK PENERAPAN E-LEARNING DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR MAHASISWA
Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengkaji dampak penggunaan E-learning terhadap kemandirian belajar mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran matematika. Metode penelitiannya berupa penelitian campuran (Mix Method) dengan desain penyisip (The Embedded Design). Populasinya mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Matematika Universitas Pasundan, adapun sampelnya 40 orang mahasiswa semester II. Penerapan Model Discovery Learning Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa SMK
Science growing in line with the technology expanding was found, needed to life skill to obtain manage and use the science to be used to necessary of life today and the is going the come. One of them is skill of mathematics. But in fact we are still find student who has the ability to think critical mathematics is low. One of alternatives learning that can improve the ability to think criticaly mathematically students used the learning model of Discovery Learning. This study attempts to knowing have increased capasity to think criticaly mathematical students through the model of Discovery Learning better than conventional learning model. the methods this research is experiment of research. The population of the research is all students in class XI SMKN 3 Bandung and this sample is students in class XI MM 1 and XI MM 2 at SMKN 3 Bandung. And instrument used in research is the result of the study. From this research obtain edcondution the ability to think criticaly mathematicaly student who obtain lessons learned Discovery Learning better than Conventional obtain lesson learned. Advice provided is it is hoped that teacher creating a favorable and involves student in learning so the student able to expanding mathematical think criticaly.
