Metode Saving Matrix Sebagai Alternatif Efisiensi Biaya Distribusi (Studi Empirik Pada Perusahaan Angkutan Kayu Gelondongan Di Jawa Tengah)

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan rute pengiriman produk yang paling tepat dan optimal yang dapat meminimalkan biaya distribusi, dan untuk mengetahui besarnya penghematan biaya distribusi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data perusahaan angkutan kayu gelondongan di Jawa Tengah, dan sampel penelitian ini adalah data dari 10 perusahaan angkutan kayu gelondongan di bawah Bunga Bangsa Co. Group di 10 kota di Jawa Tengah. Analisa penentuan rute distribusi menggunakan metode Saving Matrix. Hasil peramalan nilai MAPE, MAD, dan MSE terkecil sebesar 0.50697, 0.102956, dan 0.018398. Hasil analisa dengan menggunakan metode Saving Matrix menunjukkan jumlah rute distribusi dapat diturunkan dari 20 rute menjadi 10 rute. Jarak tempuh yang semula sebesar 3890 kilometer dapat direduksi menjadi 2238 kilometer, yang berarti jarak tersebut dapat dipersingkat/lebih hemat sebesar 42.47 % atau sekitar 1652 kilometer. Adanya penurunan rute mengakibatkan Biaya distribusi produk menjadi lebih rendah. Biaya semula adalah sebesar Rp22.952.267 turun menjadi Rp12.835.830. Dengan demikian terjadi penghematan biaya saluran distribusi sebesar Rp10,116,437 atau sekitar 44.07 %.

The research method used is descriptive exploratory. And competency variables are translated into four indicators: Knowledge, Skills, Ability, and Leadership. To answer research problems and test hypotheses, researchers used statistical analysis with SPSS software, especially correlation analysis, regression, F test, and t-test. Purposive sampling was utilized to choose the sample of respondents for this study, who were MSME respondents for leather items from Small and Medium Enterprises in Surabaya, Sidoarjo. The test results demonstrate that by enhancing the performance of MSME employees through leadership elements and their abilities, product creation may be made better

Mediating Role of Jobs Satisfaction among Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB): Empirical Study on Private Higher Education in Central Java, Indonesia
No full textSeveral studies and articles have reported and discussed the job satisfaction and dissatisfaction of workers in organizations. However, very few empirically-supported explanations have been given to explain how job satisfaction mediates the relationship between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in lecturers of Private Higher Education in Central Java, Indonesia. Probes into the explanations of determining how job satisfaction mediates the relationship between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, the data were collected from the respondents who were the tenured faculty, both civil servant lecturers and private lecturers, and work at private universities in Central Java province. The data was collected using a questionnaire. Only 244 copies, out of the total 400 questionnaires distributed, got by the author and he got a response rate of 61%. After processing and modifying the data, only 226 respondents used as the main resources analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM).Statistical analysis reveals that there exists significant relationship between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior; likewise, Job Satisfaction mediates the relationship between Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Limitations and future implementations of this research are also discussed

No full textThe background of this study lies in the need for an inclusive, holistic, and innovative educational approach that integrates Islamic values comprehensively. This research aims to investigate the implications of institutionalizing home schooling on the development of Islamic education curriculum in Indonesia, with a focus on El-Dina Home Schooling Centre in Purwokerto. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach, using interviews and observations with students, parents, and teachers at El-Dina. The findings reveal that El-Dina implements an approach that emphasizes the uniqueness of students' characteristics, actively involves parents in the educational process, and integrates Islamic education holistically into their curriculum. The research concludes that the institutionalization of home schooling in El-Dina provides a positive contribution to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia by creating an effective and enjoyable learning environment. The implications and novelty of this research lie in providing guidance for the development of inclusive, holistic, and innovative Islamic education in Indonesia. In conclusion, this study highlights the potential of institutionalized home schooling to bring about positive changes in the development of Islamic education by considering students' uniqueness and actively engaging parents in the educational process

No full textTulisan ini secara spesifik bermaksud mengeksplorasi bentuk-bentuk cerita dalam al-Qur’an dan makna pedagogisnya. Kajian ini penting karena hingga sekarang ini para pemikir muslim saling silang pendapat tentang hakikat dari cerita-cerita yang tertulis di dalam al-Qur’an. Pokok pangkal perbedaan mereka sebenarnya sangat terkait dengan pandangannya tentang kedudukan al-Qur’an dalam sistem epistemologi Islam. Mereka yang memandang al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci dan sekaligus kitab sains akan menganggap cerita-cerita di dalam al-Qur’an sebagai sejarah atau kisah nyata. Sebaliknya, mereka yang menganggap al-Qur’an sekadar kitab suci dan bukan kitab sains maka akan menganggap cerita-cerita tersebut sebagai ekspresi simbolis untuk mengajarkan nilai-nilai moral dan kehidupan. Hanya saja, semua pemikir muslim menganggap cerita-cerita tersebut benar-benar bagian otentik dari al-Quran dan mempunyai relevansi makna sepanjang masa seiring dengan perkembangan kemampuan manusia untuk menerjemahkannya dalam keragaman budaya dan peradaban. Bahkan secara pedagogis, mereka mengakui bahwa menyampaikan nilai-nilai-nilai moral dan kehidupan melalui cerita dengan ekspresi yang sastrawi merupakan metode yang sangat efektif.Â

Full text linkPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi nilai rata-rata Fisika klas XI-IPA pada tes kenaikan kelas semester genap 2010/2011 di bawah nilai KKM 70 dan dari angket menunjukkan minat membaca siswa rendah. Tujuan untuk mengetahui upaya guru dalam meningkatkan minat membaca siswa dan peningkatan hasil belajar Fisika materi Gelombang siswa kelas XII-IPA.2 SMA Negeri 1 Wonogiri melalui penumbuhan minat membaca buku – buku Fisika. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Juni sampai September 2011. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, tiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Siklus 1 menerapkan SQ3R dan siklus 2 menerapkan SQR4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan minat membaca, yang diikuti peningkatan hasil belajar siswa di atas KKM 67,65% pada siklus 1 menjadi 76,47% pada siklus 2, daya serap nilai tertinggi 86 pada siklus 1 menjadi 90 pada siklus 2, nilai rata – rata 71,47 pada siklus 1 menjadi 74,06 pada siklus 2, nilai terendah 60 pada siklus 1 menjadi 62 pada siklus 2.
