When the fetus grows in the womb there will be changes that occur in the mother\u27s body, these changes will cause discomfort such as back pain. This type of research is a quasi-experimental research with a prepost test design with one group test. The number of samples used was 28 pregnant women at Bumi Baru Community Health Centers obtained using the total sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses the Paired-T Test. The results obtained in this study were that before being given pregnancy exercise, 1 person (3.83%) experienced very severe pain, 8 (30.7%) had moderate pain, 7 (26.92%) had moderate pain and 10 people (38) had mild pain. .46%). After being given pregnancy exercises, no one experienced very severe or severe pain, moderate pain was reduced to 2 people (7.69%), mild pain to 14 people (53.84%) and no pain to 10 people (38.46%) , and there were 10 people (33.3%) who no longer felt pain. The average pain level obtained before pregnancy exercise was 5.69 and after pregnancy exercise was 2.23, resulting in a decrease of 3.46 and this decrease was significant with a p value of 0.000.Pregnancy is a process that starts from the conception stage until the birth of the fetus, which lasts for 40 weeks starting from the first day of the last menstruation. This study aims to identify and analyze main information, publication growth, the growth of this journal, growth by institution, research productivity, publications by country, publications by subject, publications by document type, thematic maps, network visualization, overlay visualization, density visualization, relationships between authors. The research used bibliometric method. Collecting data by searching through the Scopus database with the keywords Blended Learning in Higher education with the categories Article title, Abstract, Keywords in the period 2005-2021. Data were analyzed by year, author, origin of author and subject using Microsoft Excel 2010. Meanwhile, the publication development map was analyzed using R-Studio software, and VosViewer. The research results from this article itself found that the USA was the most contributing country regarding the topic of Blended Learning in Higher education with 16 documents and the most productive author on the topic of blended Learning in Higher Education was Najeh Alsalhi from Ajman University with 4 documents. Originality This study is the first to review and map the study of Blended Learning in Higher Education using bibliometric analysis, using data from year to year. All articles published in the journal have been reviewed in terms of methodology, country/country group of cases and topics/subtopics for future research
Analysis of a Specimen of Visual Basic Malware
Visual Basic platform is increasingly becoming popular amongst malware authors. This is due to the fact, Visual Basic malwares are more complicated to analyze and it can be used to avoid precise detection by most antiviruses. Conventional tools like IDA Pro and OllyDbg do not provide much help when it comes to analyzing Visual Basic binaries. Along with this, a malware author can add self-defined algorithms for obfuscation and encryption. This combination allows the malware authors to create a malware that would be difficult to discover and analyze. This study mainly focuses on the growing impact of Visual Basic binaries in the world of malware. Our major malware for discussion would be Vobfus, which is a VB-obfuscated sample that connects to a server to download other malware to the victim's machine. The analysis of Vobfus would be accompanied with analysis of a few other Visual Basic malware samples. In the end, a critique of the conventional malware analysis tools while analyzing Visual Basic malwares would be presented

Metal to insulator transition in conducting polyaniline/graphene oxide composites
Broadband dielectric spectroscopy measurements of polyaniline/graphene oxide composites were conducted for an as-prepared and a thermally annealed specimen, respectively, from 15 K to room temperature. The electrical conductivity values of the annealed composite display a very modest rise denoting the important contributions of the graphene oxide component to achieving electrical stability of the polymer. Patterns of the dc conductivity as a function of temperature also reveal a metal to insulator transition at around 75 K. The transition is dominated by two key factors: temperature and annealing process. Metal-like and insulating features are subsequently detected, as well, and accordingly described to provide a qualitative inspection of the charge transfer mechanisms involved. © 2019 Author(s)
Spatial Analysis of Healthcare Facilities in Mersam Subdistrict
This study aims to assess and analyze healthcare facilities in the Mersam Subdistrict. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, utilizing a regional study design with a spatial analysis based on Geographic Information System (GIS) software. The author seeks to understand the distribution, accessibility, and performance of these healthcare facilities. The Mersam Subdistrict serves as the population unit for this research. The findings reveal that the distribution of healthcare facilities in the Mersam Subdistrict includes community health centers (Puskesmas), assistant community health centers (Puskesmas Pembantu), and village health posts (Poskesdes). Accessibility to these healthcare facilities is defined as 3,000 meters for Puskesmas, 1,500 meters for Puskesmas Pembantu, and 1,000 meters for Poskesdes. These radii are established based on the Indonesian National Standards (SNI) 03-1733-2004 regarding the planning of urban residential environments. The analysis indicates that the facilities can be accessed effectively by the community. Performance assessments of the healthcare facilities in Mersam, derived from questionnaire surveys, reveal mixed levels of satisfaction among the public. For the Puskesmas, the satisfaction survey indicates positive feedback for Mersam Puskesmas. Among the assistant community health centers, Mersam Pustu received satisfactory ratings, while Belanti Jaya Pustu received a rating of dissatisfaction. The village health posts (Poskesdes) predominantly indicated a level of dissatisfaction among users. Keywords: Distribution; Affordability; Performance of Health Facilitie
A Systematic Review and Research Agenda of Portrayal of Cities in Select Indian English Fiction: Neti Neti: Not This, Not This by Anjum Hasan, The Lives of Others by Neel Mukherjee and Chennaivaasi by T. S. Tirumurti
Purpose: Cities have always found a place in novels, as a setting which wields influence. Much great writing across cultures has been devoted to figuring out this intangible, yet resolute influence. The city is definitely an agent of transformation in many English works of fiction and this paper highlights the works of researchers who have examined the various ways in which cities are being foregrounded to offer them prominence in the narration and make them significant players in the overall presentation. The impact on the lives of the characters, plot and narration of the novels due to the spatial and cultural ethos of the city, the ways in which the city is portrayed and the reflection of this on the reader form the gist of the findings of the research
Design/Methodology/Approach: The review of literature is carried out using information from various online open access sources such as peer-reviewed journals, doctoral theses, websites and a range of portals such as Google Scholar.
Findings/Result: Optimizing the reading experience to help the reader move beyond a superficially touristy perspective of the space used as a setting and engage with the city’s complex social, political, historical, and cultural milieu requires a deeper study of the different ways in which the city can be foregrounded in novels.
Originality/Value: This paper examines the phenomenon of the projection of space in novels and memoirs. A novel concept of the author as a literary cartographer, who makes the work of fiction come alive by not only describing the city as text but also going beyond to offer maps as an aid to the narration and in the process enriching the total reader experience, is presented. Different ways in which the city has been melded into the novel, touching upon its history, architecture and cultural aspects so as to be a significant part of the narrative and wield influence, have been identified.
Paper Type: Content analysis and exploratory study
