    UPAYA MEWUJUDKAN MUTU PENDIDIKAN MELALUI PARTISIPASI ORANGTUA SISWA

    Abstrak: Upaya Mewujudkan Mutu Pendidikan Melalui Partisipasi Orangtua Siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) ragam bentuk partisipasi orangtua dalam meningkatkan mutu pen­didikan, (2) strategi sekolah dalam memberdayaan orangtua untuk berpartisipasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, dan (3) indikator pencapaian mutu pendidikan yang merupakan kontribusi dari partisipasi orangtua. Metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif, pendekatan fenomenologis, dengan rancangan studi multi kasus pada dua sekolah dasar negeri dan swasta. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi peran serta, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan model alir dan comparative constant. Ada tiga rumusan hasil penelitian, yaitu: (1) partisipasi orangtua dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan berbentuk fisik dan non-fisik; (2) strategi sekolah dalam memberdayakan orangtua untuk berpartisipasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pen­didikan melalui pembuatan program yang menarik dan bermanfaat bagi orangtua, menciptakan iklim yang kondusif, pelibatan orangtua dari perencanaan sampai pada evaluasi program sekolah, penerapan prinsip transparan dan akutabilitas, berikutnya melalui intensitas jalinan komunikasi melalui berbagai media komunikasi; dan (3) indikator pencapaian mutu pendidikan yang merupakan kontribusi dari partisipasi orangtua meliput icapaian prestasi non-akademik melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, proses pembelajaran, dan kondisi sekolah.Abstrak: Upaya Mewujudkan Mutu Pendidikan Melalui Partisipasi Orangtua Siswa.     Determinant Factors Influencing Teacher Performance in the Digital Era

    This study aims to examine the factors influencing teacher performance in the digital age, focusing on both supportive and obstructive elements shaping their effectiveness in integrating digital tools into teaching practices. The research systematically examines how technological and pedagogical factors, personal factors, organizational support, contextual factors, technostress, and the digital divide impact teacher performance. A systematic literature review was conducted using PRISMA guidelines, analyzing 650 scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2024. Articles were sourced through the Publish or Perish (PoP) application, applying specific inclusion criteria, such as empirical studies published in accredited journals and relevance to the study objectives, while excluding articles that lacked methodological rigor or were not written in English or Indonesian. From this process, 94 high-quality articles were selected for analysis. Data were processed using a scoring matrix to assess article quality and relevance, and findings were systematically categorized using Microsoft Excel to generate narratives, tables, and diagrams. The results reveal six critical factors affecting teacher performance: technological and pedagogical competence, personal factors, organizational support, contextual factors, technostress, and the digital divide. These findings highlight the complexity of teacher performance in the digital age and underscore the necessity of institutional support, continuous professional development, and policies to address technology-related disparities and stress. This study provides valuable insights for designing evidence-based strategies to enhance teacher effectiveness and educational quality in the era of digital transformation.

    Validity and Reliability of Least Preferred Coworker (LPC) Scale

    The purpose of this study was to test the validity and reliability of the Least Preferred Coworker (LPC) Scale in Indonesia. LPC is a self-report instrument that measures the level of relationship between coworkers. Validation was carried out with a sample of 244 respondents spread throughout Indonesia. The results showed that the LPC has a reliability index with Cronbach's Alpha is 0.754 and the validity by factor analysis shows KMO and Bartlett's Test 0.818 with a significance of 0.000 and an anti-image correlation value > 0.5. Formed 1 factor that can explain 46.875% of the variability. factor loading ( factor loading ) of each item between 0.186 - 0.808. The results of this study indicate that LPC can be used as a valid and reliable instrument for measuring the level of relationship between coworkers

    A Case Study of Loyola College Senior High School: Changes in The Learning Culture of An Excellent School

    This article describes the significant changes in the learning culture of Loyola College Senior High School Semarang. The research identified changes in organizational structure, work system and culture, pedagogical approach, and research culture in the educational institution. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews using snowball sampling with a key informant, namely the principal, observation, and document study. Analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman reduction, representation, and inference model. Meanwhile, triangulation of data sources was used to ensure validity. The results showed that the changes made included the adaptation of the organizational chart for more efficient management of human resources, the implementation of a more collaborative working system and a culture that supports innovation, a more open and inclusive approach to learning, and an increased research culture among teachers and students. The change process involved thoroughly evaluating the existing organizational structure, introducing new, more responsive working systems, empowering staff to implement innovative learning approaches, and adding infrastructure to support a strong research culture. Overall, these changes have positively impacted teachers and students, improving the quality of learning and strengthening the capacity of educational institutions to meet future challenges. The results of this study underline the importance of maintaining a culture of continuous education in educational institutions to respond to the needs of the times and prepare students for a dynamic future

    Change Leadership in The Development of Digital Learning Ecosystem: A Case Study at Brawijaya Smart High School

    Digital-based education has become one of the important elements to enhance the quality of learning in various educational institutions, especially in senior high schools. Brawijaya Smart High School Indonesia (BSS) is the subject of this study. The purpose of this study is to describe how the leaders of BSS are leading the change towards a digital learning ecosystem. The research method involves data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis related to digital change initiatives in the school. The findings of this study reflect how leaders at BSS play a key role in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the implementation of digital education transformation. This in-depth study explores the motivators, enablers, and inhibitors of transformational leadership and the impact of change on the school's learning ecosystem. In addition, the leaders ensure that integrating digital-based technologies into the curriculum is effective, improves the quality of learning, and meets the expectations of learners and stakeholders. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used to uncover the facts in the field. Data analysis took place in three simultaneous stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion (verification) while triangulating sources carried out data validity until the researcher found the desired certainty. This research provides an in-depth insight into how change leadership in developing digital-based learning ecosystems in BSS can positively contribute to modern education's development. The implications of this research can also help other schools to identify the best practices and develop effective leadership strategies in this current era

    Upaya Mencegah Bullying Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar Melalui Sosialisasi

    Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak-anak usia sekolah dasar mengenai bullying pada anak di SDN Negeri Sawojajar 3 Kota Malang dengan mengadakan Sosialisasi Pencegahan Bullying pada Anak. Sosialisasi ini merupakan salah satu alternatif yang dapat dilakukan sebagai upaya mencegah dan mengurangi perilaku bullying pada anak usia sekolah terhadap teman sebayanya. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini melibatkan lembaga pendidikan yaitu Sekolah Dasar Negeri Sawojajar 3 Kota Malang sebagai mitra yaitu 8 orang guru dan 163 orang peserta didik secara keseluruhan, serta tim dari Universitas Negeri Malang. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yakni meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak terhadap tindakan bullying yaitu sebanyak 50 anak dari total keseluruhan 163 anak berada pada kategori sangat tahu. Pengetahuan yang didapatkan berupa pengertian bullying, jenis-jenis bullying, dampak bullying bagi korban, pencegahan bullying oleh siswa, pencegahan bullying oleh masyarakat, dan pencegahan bullying oleh sekolah

    OPTIMALISASI SISTEM PENDIDIKAN MELALUI IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN ASESMEN NASIONAL BERBASIS KOMPUTER DALAM PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PENDIDIKAN

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) implementasi kebijakan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK); (2) kontribusi kebijakan ANBK dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan; serta (3) evaluasi dan rekomendasi dalam penerapan kebijakan ANBK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di salah satu sekolah swasta di Kabupaten Mojokerto. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dalam melaksanakan ANBK sekolah menggunakan moda semi online. Sebelum pelaksanaan ANBK sekolah menyelenggarakan sesi pelatihan bagi siswa untuk memahami tata cara penggunaan platform ujian online dan mempersiapkan siswa terhadap jenis soal literasi dan numerasi; (2) kebijakan Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) memberikan kontribusi yang positif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Namun pemerintah perlu memaksimalkan pelaksanaannya karena masih terdapat kekurangan informasi di berbagai sekolah mengenai hasil tindak lanjut dari kebijakan ANBK; (3) pelaksanaan ANBK perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan rekomendasi terkait insfrasturktur dan teknologi, sosialisasi mengenai hasil tindak lanjut dari rapor pendidikan, perumusan indikator dalam penentuan sampel siswa, peningkatan motivasi siswa, serta penyelarasan antara kurikulum pembelajaran dan materi yang diujikan dalam ANBK. Kata kunci: Optimalisasi sistem pendidikan, kebijakan ANBK, kualitas pendidika

    The presence of one-roof institutions has encouraged children to continue their education to junior high school. However, in reality, One Roof Schools still face many problems. Even though it can increase the Gross Education Participation Rate, it has not been able to achieve standard education quality. One Roof Schools must improve the quality. If it has improved, the idea of changing the educational unit from being a one-roof school could be changed to a standard school like junior high schools in general. To improve quality, one-proof schools need a School-Based Management strategy. This research aims to explore the implementation of school-based management. This research uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site type. The sites are SMPN Satap Waiwaru, Hamahena, dan Holoriang. The findings are the strategies used are Stakeholder Involvement in Teacher Training and Development, Use of Data for Decision-Making, Strong School Leadership, Focus on Student, and Continuous Evaluation

    Trends and insights on multiple intelligences in Islamic schools: A bibliometric analysis

    This research aims to explore the potential of multiple intelligences in Islamic schools through bibliometric analysis. The concept of multiple intelligences was developed by Howard Gardner and includes emotional, kinesthetic, interpersonal, intrapersonal, musical, naturalistic, and spatial intelligences in addition to intellectual or logical intelligence. However, education in Islamic schools often only emphasizes academic and spiritual intelligence. Therefore, it is important to explore and analyze information about the application of multiple intelligences in Islamic schools. Bibliometric analysis methods are used to identify trends, patterns, and relationships between publications relevant to the topic of multiple intelligences in Islamic schools. The data source used is the Scopus scientific database. The results show that the concept of multiple intelligences has become a popular topic in educational research in recent decades, but there are not many studies that systematically explore the potential of multiple intelligences in Islamic schools through bibliometric analysis. Network visualization of author and country collaborations shows who frequently collaborates in research and which countries are involved. Keyword network visualization is used to identify the main topics and trends in the research field. Visualization shows that the study of multiple intelligences has shifted from creativity, learning, and assessment towards broader concepts such as inclusive education, Islamic schools, and Islamic education. Qualitative analysis shows that teachers can apply teaching strategies that load multiple intelligences through linguistic and interpersonal intelligence stimulation. They can also develop teaching materials based on multiple intelligences for students that accommodate multiple intelligences
