The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe data on Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters. The theory used in this study is the theory of Islamic Religious Education Based on Character Education by (Wiyani, 2013). The research method uses descriptive method. The approach used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used by the author is the hermeneutic technique, namely reading, recording, and concluding. The results of this study contained 3 concepts of Islamic religious values ??in the novel Hijab For Sisters by Triani Retno. Includes: (1) Aqidah, can be seen from the character's belief that Allah SWT knows what is good and bad and believes in the most effective prayer to ask Allah SWT. (2) Shari'ah, can be seen from the traditional belief in the teachings contained in Islam. (3) Morals, can be seen from the behavior of the characters who always respect those who are older than them and give advice to people who make mistakes. Morals are mostly conveyed by the author in the novel because this novel tells about the life of Islamic boarding school children who have a positive influence on the Islamic boarding school environment, not only within the Islamic boarding school environment but also carried into the community environment

No full textThe fact that in a literary work, including novels contains a lot of values, especially ethical values which are reflected through the attitudes, behavior, and actions of these characters, it is this that attracts the writer's interest in conducting an analysis of literary works in the form of novels, namely the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finding the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The problem of this research is how are the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Sees the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe the analysis of the ethical values of the characters in the novel Phosphorus, Men Who Seek the Most Beautiful Places by Retno Mawarni. The benefits of research are for teaching Indonesian language and literature, readers of literary works, and other researchers.The research method uses a descriptive method. The data source used is the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni, which totals 370 pages, published by Sabil, Yogyakarta in July 2012. Data collection techniques used documentation techniques. The approach uses a moral approach, while data analysis techniques use content analysis techniques.Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is known that the novel Phosphorus, The Man Who Finds the Most Beautiful Place by Retno Mawarni is a novel that tells about a young man's efforts to forget his dark past and the efforts he makes to find his identity. As for Faya Nevu or Nevu as the main character, she has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah), good-natured (anie satun), kindness (al-khairu), and diligent (al-khusyu') as well as bad ethics , namely egoistic and liar nature. Meanwhile, supporting characters, namely Abah Syarif, have good ethics, namely the nature of being liked (al-aliefah) and the nature of kindness (al-khairu). Nitya has good ethics, namely the nature of kindness or al-khairu. Iqbal has good ethics, namely liking (al-aliefah), sweetness (anie satun), and kindness (al-khairu). Gareng has good ethics, namely the nature of being liked or al-aliefah and bad or reprehensible ethics, namely the nature of persecution and the nature of arrogance or arrogance. Doctors Akmal, Bagas, Rieya, and Anton Perdana both have good ethical values, namely being liked or al-aliefah. Rusdi Iskandar has good ethics, namely the nature of goodness (al-khairu). Finally, Satria as a supporting character has good ethical values, namely being liked (al-aliefah). The suggestions that the author can put forward are: (1) for readers and connoisseurs of literature, (2) for teaching Indonesian Language and Literature, and (3) for other researchers

Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat merupakan satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan atau potensi masyarakat dalam kegiatan ekonomi guna memenuhi kebutuhan hidup serta meningkatkan kesejahteraan mereka. Untuk itu guna Pengembangkan Ekonomi lokal tentunya harus ada intervensi baik itu dari pemerintah, Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD), maupun lembaga-lembaga yang bergerak dalam permberdayaan dan melakukan pengembangan terhadap pengelola ekonomi lokal tersebut seperti pengembangan terhadap SDM nya.
Seperti Intervensi Bank Sumsel Babel pada Pemberdayaan ekonomi yang dilakukan Industri Pesona Indah Batik. Pesona Indah Batik Ialah salah satu Industri rumahan di Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara yang dikelola oleh masyarakat Desa setempat, bergerak dibidang kerajinan pembuatan batik dengan menggunakan ciri khas daerah tersebut sebagai filosofi dari berbagai macam motifnya.Pesona batik indah berada di Desa Biaro Kecamatan Karang Dapo Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara Provinsi Sumsel iniBerdiri sejak tahun 2015 Pesona Indah Batik Mampu memberdayakan sekitar 50 warga dan menambah penghasilan warga tersebut. Untuk itu guna keberlnjutan pemberdayaan ekonomi tersebut tentunya diperlukan intervensi dari Pemerintah maupun BUMD untuk melakukan pengembangan terhadap sdm Pesona Indah Batik.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses dan keberhasilan dari intervensi pengembangan sdm yang dilakukan Bank Sumsel Babel terhadap Pesona Indah Batik dalam memberdayakan ekonomi pengrajin.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif. Subjek Penelitian ini ialah Pengrajin Pesona Indah Batik, metode Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah observasi, interview, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan metode Deskriptif analisis digunakan untuk menghimpun data Aktual.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian intervensi Bank Sumsel Babel melalui pengembangan sdm terhadap Pesona Indah Batik memberikan Dampak terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi pengrajin.Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan penjualan setelah Pesona Indah Batik mendapat Intervensi dari Bank Sumsel Babel.

Community economic empowerment is an effort to increase the ability or potential of the community in economic activities to meet their life needs. Developing the local economy, of course, there must be intervention from the government, State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN), Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD), as well as institutions engaged in empowering and developing local economic managers such as the development of human resources. (HR).
Bank Sumsel Babel intervention on economic empowerment carried out by the Pesona Indah Batik Industry which is one of the home industries in Musi Rawas Utara Regency which is managed by the people of Biaro Village, is engaged in the craft of making batik by using the characteristics of the area as a philosophy of various motifs, such as duku motif, agate palm etc. Pesona Indah Batik is located in Biaro Lama Village, Karang Dapo District, North Musi Rawas Regency, South Sumatra Province. It was founded in 2014 and is able to empower around 50 residents and increase their income. For this reason, in order to sustain economic empowerment, of course, intervention from the South Sumatra Babel Bank is needed to develop Human Resources for Pesona Indah Batik.
This study aims to describe the process and success of the HR development intervention conducted by Bank Sumsel Babel on Pesona Indah Batik craftsmen in empowering their economy.
This study uses a qualitative approach, with the subject of Craftsmen Pesona Indah Batik, data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. While the descriptive analysis method is used to collect actual data.
The results of the intervention research of Bank Sumsel Babel through the development of human resources for Pesona Indah Batik craftsmen have an impact on the economic empowerment of craftsmen. There was an increase in sales after Pesona Indah Batik received intervention in the form of capital and human resource development from Bank Sumsel Babel. As well as the addition of members and renewal of batik motifs.

The title of this report is “The Analysis Calculation Of Cost of Goods Manufacture By The Order At CV Champion Furniture Palembang”. CV Champion Furniture Palembang is the industrial that making meubel and located in Sudirman Street Number 2841, Palembang. The author uses several methods for obtaining data report such as interview, observations, and literature study. The objects analyzed are the calculation of cost production of chairs and dining table, office desk, and wardrobe by using job order costing method. Based on the obtained data, the author found several problems such as the company has not been precise in classifying the elements of cost of productions especially direct material cost and indirect material cost, the company also don’t calculate indirect material cost, electrical cost, and the assets depreciation. So, the author gives some suggestions to the company such as the company should classify the elements of cost of productions correctly into direct material cost and indirect material cost. The company should indirect material cost, electrical cost and assets depreciation cost into the factory overhead cost so that the cost of goods manufacture can reflect the actual values

Hasil penelitian intervensi Bank Sumsel Babel melalui pengembangan SDM terhadap Pengrajin Pesona Indah Batik memberikan Dampak terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi pengrajin. Terdapat peningkatan penjualan setelah Pesona Indah Batik mendapat Intervensi berupa permodalan dan pengembangan SDM dari Bank Sumsel Babel. The main matter of this research are: 1. What are the Japanese idioms that use animal names and are still used today. 2. How the meaning of lexical and meaning idiomatikal from idioms that use the name of animal.
The research has two purposes. First, to describes the meaning of idiom formed from animal names. Second to examine the idiomatic meaning and lexical meaning contained in idioms that use animal names. Author obtained the data from Reikai jiten kanyouku, Animal Idiom, and 101 Japanese Idiom book. Those data were collected using note taking technique. Then, to analyze structure and meaning of idiomatical authors using data that has been presented semantically. The method of presenting the results of data analysis in an informal method, which is presenting the results of analysis data with words.
Based on the data analysis, the result of this research shows idioms that use animal names and are still commonly used today there are 39 animals.

The purpose of this research is to explain various forms of comparison bushido value delivered in the folklore of Momotarou and Issunboushi.
The method of this research is qualitative method with literature review. The theory used to analyse is a structural approach. Structural used to analyse intrinsic substance in this folklore, such as the theme, character and characterization also background of the story. Meanwhile, seven bushido values are used to analyse the value of bushido as reflected in the Momotarou and Issunboushi stories.
In this research we can know that the bushido values contained in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories is very related to whole of event and characteristic of the character in the story. The events that happened to primary character show that there are seven bushido values in Momotarou and Issunboushi's stories of courage, virtue, modesty, loyalty, honesty, honor and justice. The author also compares the two folklore, which distinguishes the application of the seven bushido values in each story.

The Advisor Elizabeth Ika Hesti ANR, S.S., M.Hum. In this thesis the author discuss “Comparisons in Auxiliary Verbs –Teiru and Compound Verbs –Tsuzukeru ”. The purpose of this research are to describe the structure and meaning of comparisons in the auxiliary verbs –teiru and compound verbs –tsuzukeru and describe the similarities and differences of comparisons in the auxiliary verbs –teiru and compound verbs –tsuzukeru. The author obtained data from short stories and Japanese websites. The first step the authors collect data from various sources, then the author sorting data, then analyzed using the method of agih and substitution techniques. Based on the data analysis, the structure of the auxiliary verb –teiru is attached to the activity verb, punctual, and type 4. While the compound verbs -tsuzukeru attached to the activity verb and punctual. The equations between the auxiliary verbs and the compound verbs -tsuzukeru are both continuous. The difference between auxiliary verbs –teiru indicates events or events occurring at a particular point in time, whereas a compound verb -tsuzukeru indicates the continuity of unfinished activity or event.

Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni Field research dengan pendekatan kualitiatif deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan Observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisa dapat disimpulkan, metode yang digunakan buletin Jumat As-Salam dengan metode Bil Hikmah dan Mau’izah hasanah, diedarkan dengan materi yang ringan yang sesuai Al-Qur’an dan Hadits. Jamaah sangat antuasias mengambil dan membaca buletin, dimana program dakwah melalui buletin dapat menghemat waktu untuk menambah wawasan dan bisa dibaca berulang-ulang. Edisi yang diteliti ialah 254-264 lalu analisanya buletin ini membahas macam-macam bidang keilmuan diantaranya Akidah, Ibadah, akhlak dan toleransi dan selalu memberikan Landasan baik dari Al-Qur’an dan Hadits mengenai materi yang dibahas
Problem-Solving Ability Through the Fast Feedback Method with a Student Answer Grouping Model
No full textA common problem in mathematics learning is teachers' delays in providing feedback to students, thus slowing down the process of conceptual understanding. The Fast Feedback method allows teachers to respond quickly to students' answers during learning activities. This study aims to improve students' mathematical problem-solving skills through the Fast Feedback method with an answer grouping model. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach implemented in three cycles with the stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects were 42 students of SMP Harmoni School Terpadu Teluk Bintuni Regency, studying the Pythagoras Theorem. Data was collected through task cards, observation sheets, and documentation. The results showed an increase in students' problem-solving skills in each cycle. The number of students answering correctly increased from 31 students in cycle I to 38 students in cycle II, and 39 students in cycle III. Thus, the application of the Fast Feedback method with an answer grouping model has been proven to improve students' mathematical problem-solving skills. The Fast Feedback method using the answer grouping model is expected to be used in in-depth mathematics learning and have an impact on efforts to improve student learning outcome
