Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to determine the profile of the basic teaching skills of biology education students during microteaching lectures through an online learning model using peer assessment. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study consisted of 17 biology education students in the 6th semester of the 2019/2020 academic year. The technique of collecting data through observation uses a research instrument in the form of a rubric for assessing basic teaching skills, which is filled by lecturers and peers. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusions. The observed teaching skill indicators consist of 8 components. Based on these 8 indicators, the results obtained are the skills of opening and closing learning, explaining skills, questioning skills, discussion guiding skills, and class management skills are in the skilled category, the skills to provide reinforcement and the skills to make variations are in the fairly skilled category, while the skills to use learning media are in the less skilled category. Overall, the basic teaching skills of biology education students have improved during the microetaching exercise using peer assessment

Get PDFLombok Island as an area that still has a high level of food insecurity is deemed necessary to develop tuber crops such as sweet potatoes, this is to support the diversity of existing food sources. This study aims to determine: 1) sweet potato germplasm cultivated on Lombok Island; and 2) the characteristics of sweet potato germplasm on Lombok Island. This research uses a descriptive method. Inventarization is carried out by the exploration method, and using cluster analysis which is then displayed in the form of a phenogram. The results showed: 1) obtained 17 accessions of sweet potato plants spread in 4 districts of Lombok Island; 2) the accessions found consisted of accessions of Sweet Potato KLU, Honey KLU, Purple 04 KLU, Orange Lobar, White Lobar, Purple 01 Lobar, Purple 02 Lobar, Purple 03 Lobar, Ornamental Attic, Attic Yellow, Attic White, Purple 01 Attic, Purple 02 Attic, Honey Lotim, Sokan Lotim, Purple 05 Lotim, and Purple 06 Lotim; 3) the cause of the differences in the characteristics of all observed accessions is genetic factors that are supported by different growing environmental conditions. In the accession of Sweet Potato Beduk KLU and Sokan Lotim are local varieties of sweet potato from Lombok Island, so it needs to be developed to maintain local superior sweet potato varieties from Lombok Island

Get PDFInventory and characterization of large citrus fruit populations are needed to determine identity and selection to facilitate the dissemination of information and communication in breeding programs. The purpose of this study was to determine the diversity of accessions of the Citrus maxima Merr plant. (Big Orange) found in Bima Regency. The research method used in this research is descriptive exploration method. Morphological diversity is based on the results of morphological observations that are analyzed using the MINITAB 13 program then grouping with complete linkage based on distance taxa (Squared Euclidean Distence). The results showed that the number of large Jeruk cultivars found in Bima Regency were 13 cultivars (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L, and M) grouped into 2 main groups and 4 sub groups. Based on the 13 accessions observed, accessions F and J had the greatest level of equality with emotive characteristics more than 75%

Masalah inilah diduga disebabkan karena beberapa faktor, salah satunya yaitu rendahnya tingkat kemanpuan kelincahan terhadap kecepatam menggiring bola dari atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kelincahan kaki terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola pada anak usia dini di sekolah sepak bola (SSB) Tunas Harapan.Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif, dengan populasi bejumlah20 orang, semua populasi diambil sebagai sampelpenelitian, dengan demikian teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling, adapun waktu penelitian pada tanggal 22 sampai 31 Desember 2012.Data di analisis menggunakan statistik korelasional product moment dan dilanjutkan denganuji regresi lenear sederhana pada taraf signifikansi α 0.05. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengaruh kelincahan terhadap kecepatan menggiring bola dalam permainan sepak bola pada anak usia dini di sekolah sepak bola (SSB) Tunas Harapan, ini ditandai dengan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu t = 1,80 > t = 1,73.

Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings
are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that
only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into
account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed
PENGARUH JENIS PAKAN YANG BERBEDA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN BELUT SAWAH (Monopterus albus zuieuw)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan kelangsungan hidup belut sawah (Monopterus albus zuieuw) pada pemberian jenis pakan yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu ; cacing tanah, cacing sutra (Tubifex sp.), keong mas (Pomacea canaliculata Lamarck), ikan rucah, dan pellet, setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kali ulangan sehingga banyak satuan percobaan adalah 20 unit akuarium. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama 2,5 bulan mulai pada tanggal 28 Februari sampai 24 April 2012 di Rumah Kaca Program Studi Pemuliaan Tanaman Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Mataram. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa perbedaan jenis pakan tidak berpengaruh (p>0,05) terhadap tingkat kelangsungan hidup, tetapi sangat berpengaruh (p<0,05) terhadap pertumbuhan berat dan panjang belut. Nilai pertumbuhan berat dan panjang belut tertinggi terdapat pada perlakuan cacing tanah dengan nilai pertumbuhan berat 7,38 g dan panjang 5,61 cm. Sedangkan pertumbuhan terendah terdapat pada perlakuan pellet dengan nilai pertumbuhan berat 1,50 g dan panjang 1,83 cm

Get PDF“Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
Appropriate Similarity Measures for Author Cocitation Analysis
Get PDFWe provide a number of new insights into the methodological discussion about author cocitation analysis. We first argue that the use of the Pearson correlation for measuring the similarity between authors’ cocitation profiles is not very satisfactory. We then discuss what kind of similarity measures may be used as an alternative to the Pearson correlation. We consider three similarity measures in particular. One is the well-known cosine. The other two similarity measures have not been used before in the bibliometric literature.
