    ABSTRAKSI Sumardiono, Pengaruh Keadilan Organisasional Dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Keinginan Berpindah Karyawan Dengan Komitmen Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Mediasi, Studi pada Karyawan Kontrak PTPN XIII (Persero) Kembayan Kalimantan Barat. (Dibimbing oleh Drs. Agus Haryadi . M.Si dan Drs. Sudaryoto, MS) Dalam lingkungan operasional perusahaan, turnover kerap terjadi. Terjadinya turnover merupakan suatu hal yang tidak dikehendaki oleh perusahaan. Dampak dari timbulnya aktivitas turnover tersebut akan mempengaruhi berbagai aktivitas kerja yang terdapat pada perusahaan dan dapat juga mempengaruhi prestasi kerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Menurut Mobley (1986), dampak negatif yang dirasakan oleh perusahaan akibat terjadinya turnover merugikan perusahaan baik dari segi biaya, sumber daya, maupun motivasi karyawan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi keinginan berpindah karyawan diantaranya adalah keadilan organisasional , kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membahas pengaruh pangsung keadilan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan, pengaruh tidak langsung keadilan organisasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap keinginan berpindah melalui komitmen organisasional. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Agustus 2013. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kontrak pada PTPN XIII (Persero) Kembayan Kalimantan Barat yang berjumlah 161 karyawan. Sedangkan metode pengambilan menggunakan convinience dan judgment sampling, yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel berdasarkan faktor kemudahan dan menggunakan pertimbangan tertentu, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 karyawan. Metode analisis data meliputi Analisis Deskriptif, dan Analisis Kuantitatif dengan teknik Path Analisys. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa 1) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh negatif secara langsung terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan, 2) Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh negatif secara langsung terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan, 3) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh negatif tidak langsung terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional, dan 4) Kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh negatif tidak langsung terhadap keinginan berpindah karyawan melalui komitmen organisasional. Postgraduate Program of Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. This research aims at describing how utterances with implicature in The Da Vinci Code (a novel) are translated. The research focused on the types of implicature of the utterances, the techniques applied and the shift pattern of the pragmatic force of the target text as well as the accuracy and acceptability of the translation. The method applied in this research was descriptive qualitative. The data were obtained by some methods, namely content analysis, questionnaire, and interview. The research is a single case study. The source of data was The Da Vinci Code (a novel) by Dan Brown and its translation by Isma B. Koesalamwardi. This translation research is product oriented. The finding shows that there are four types of implicature, namely assertive, directive, commisive and expressive. The implicatures found in this research are mostly utterances utilizing the maxims of cooperative principles and those of politeness principles. Most of the translations do not have pragmatic shifts but some do. There are 13 translation techniques applied by the translator most of which do not shift the pragmatic force and some of them do. The accuracy rate of the translation is 2.86 and the acceptability rate is 2.85. The conclusion states that some of the translations shift the pragmatic force. It is affected by the application of addition, deletion and explicitation. The accuracy and the acceptability are also affected by the application of the technique .     Going Beyond Counting First Authors in Author Co-citation Analysis

    The present study examines one of the fundamental aspects of author co-citation analysis (ACA) - the way co-citation counts are defined. Co-citation counting provides the data on which all subsequent statistical analyses and mappings are based, and we compare ACA results based on two different types of co-citation counting - the traditional type that only counts the first one among a cited work's authors on the one hand and a non-traditional type that takes into account the first 5 authors of a cited work on the other hand. Results indicate that the picture produced through this non-traditional author co-citation counting contains more coherent author groups and is therefore considerably clearer. However, this picture represents fewer specialties in the research field being studied than that produced through the traditional first-author co-citation counting when the same number of top-ranked authors is selected and analyzed. Reasons for these effects are discussed

    “Variations on the Author” discusses two of Eduardo Coutinho’s recent films (Um Dia na Vida, from 2010, and Últimas Conversas, posthumously released in 2015) and their contribution to the general question of documentary authorship. The director’s filmography is characterized by a consistent yet self-effacing form of authorial self-inscription: Coutinho often features as an interviewer that rather than express opinions propels discourses; an interviewer that is good at listening. This mode of self-inscription characterizes him as an author who is not expressive but who is nonetheless markedly present on the screen. In Um Dia na Vida, however, Coutinho is completely absent form the image, while Últimas Conversas, on the contrary, includes a confessional prologue that moves the director from the margins to the center of his films. This article examines the ways in which these works stand out in the filmography of a director who offers new insights into the notion of cinematic authorship
