No full textAbstract. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method which aims to describe:
(1) the socio-historical background of Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel Years of the Lost
Standing Strong in the Shadows of Sheikh Yusuf and (2) the value of character education contained in
novel The Lost Years Standing Strong in Shaykh Yusuf's Shadow. The primary data of this research is the
novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the Shadow of Sheikh Yusuf, while the secondary data of this
study was obtained through a written interview with Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel. The
source of the data for this research comes from the novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the
Shadows of Sheikh Yusuf and a written interview with Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel. Data
collection was carried out in three stages, namely reading techniques, note-taking techniques, and
interview techniques. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely
data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This research uses the
theory of sociology of literature by Rene Wellek and Austin Warren. The results of the study show that
(1) Rully Ferdiansyah as the author of the novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the Shadows of
Sheikh Yusuf was born in Serang, Banten, precisely on August 30, 1985. Rully Ferdiansyah is of SundaBanten ethnicity and adheres to the teachings of Islam. The author is an environmental activist and antisocial disease activist in Cilegon. In addition, the author is a demisioner at the Banten Arts Council for
the 2017-2018 period in the literary committee and also as a functionary of ICMI Banten for the 2019-
present period, (2) In the novel Years of the Lost Standing Strong in the Shadows of Sheikh Yusuf, it is
found five main characters in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry of Education and Culture
which include: religiosity values (20.68%), integrity values (16.37%), nationalist values (11.20%),
independent values (10.34%), and mutual cooperation value (6%). The value of integrity, which is the
fifth value, in this novel is in second place under the value of religiosity

No full textPenelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk pembelajaran berupa panduan penggunaan Kotobee Author berbasis hyperbook di Program Studi Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Negeri Jakarta. Produk panduan ini merupakan job aids baru yang dibuat berdasarkan panduan pada https://support.kotobee.com/en/support/home. Panduan ini dikembangkan dengan menerapkan model pengembangan rapid prototyping yang terdiri dari lima tahapan, yakni assess needs and analyze content, set objectives, construct prototype, utilize prototype, dan install and maintain system. Hasil penelitian ini adalah panduan penggunaan Kotobee Author berbasis hyperbook yang menyajikan lima topik bahasan mengenai Kotobee Author dalam format HTML dan disematkan pada hosting pribadi. Produk panduan ini telah melalui evaluasi para ahli yang terdiri dari ahli materi dan ahli media. Berdasarkan data kualitatif yang diperoleh dari para ahli tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa panduan sudah layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Produk panduan ini juga telah melalui uji coba pengguna dan mendapat respon yang cenderung positif dari para pengguna saat menggunakan panduan.

This development research aims to produce a learning product in the form of a guide to using Kotobee Author hyperbook-based in the Educational Technology Study Program, State University of Jakarta. This guide product is a new job aids created based on the guide at https://support.kotobee.com/en/support/home. This guide was developed by applying the rapid prototyping development model which consists of five stages, namely assess needs and analyze content, set objectives, construct prototype, utilize prototype, and install and maintain system. The result of this research is a hyperbook-based guide to using Kotobee Author which presents five topics regarding Kotobee Author in HTML format and embedded in private hosting. This guide product has been evaluated by experts consisting of material experts and media experts. Based on the qualitative data obtained from these experts, it can be concluded that the guide is suitable for use as a learning resource. This guide product has also gone through user trials and received a positive response from users when using the guide.

No full textRumput merupakan pakan utama bagi ternak ruminansia yang memiliki peran penting dalam kelangsungan hidup dan produktivitas ternak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas rumput Pakchong (Pennisetum purpureum cv. Thailand) melalui pemanfaatan pupuk kandang sebagai sumber hara alami yang berasal dari limbah ternak. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan empat perlakuan dan enam ulangan, yaitu K0 (kontrol tanpa pupuk), K1 (pupuk kandang sapi), K2 (pupuk kandang kambing), dan K3 (pupuk kandang ayam), masing-masing dosis 1 kg/m². Pemupukan dilakukan satu minggu sebelum penanaman. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan, panjang daun, berat segar, dan berat kering. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk kandang memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata (p<0,05) terhadap seluruh parameter. Pupuk kandang ayam (K3) memberikan hasil terbaik dibandingkan perlakuan lainnya, diikuti oleh pupuk kambing (K2), sedangkan pupuk sapi (K1) menunjukkan hasil terendah. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa jenis pupuk kandang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan hasil rumput Pakchong. Olah gerak kapal merupakan cara menguasai gerakan kapal untuk mencapai tujuan palayaran seaman dan seefisien mungkin, dengan mempergunakan sarana yang terdapat dikapal seperti mesin, kemudi dan lain-lain. Kapal tunda (assist tug) berperan penting dalam olah gerak kapal khususnya untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah dalam proses lepas sandar dipelabuhan atau proses pemuatan secara ship to ship. Dalam hal ini, penelitian dilakukan di atas kapal MV. Mara yang sedang melakukan proses olah gerak sandar ke kapal untuk tujuan oprasi transfer muatan batu bara di Muara Berau, Samarinda, kalimantan Timur. Berdasarkan latar belakang di atas penulis merumuskan beberapa permasalahan, yang pertama adalah mengapa peranan assist tug terhadap proses sandar ship to ship perlu dioptimalkan, yang kedua adalah kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi dalam proses sandar ship to ship dengan peranan assist tug, dan yang ketiga adalah upaya-upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah dalam proses sandar dengan peranan assist tug. Adapun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor-faktor yang menjadi penyebab terjadinya insiden saat proses olah gerak sandar ship to ship di MV. Mara tersebut dan memberikan solusi tentang upaya-upaya apa yang seharusnya dilakukan untuk menanggulangi kejadian insiden yang pernah terjadi saat proses sandar ke kapal dengan peranan assist tug di MV. Mara tersebut. Dalam skripsi ini, Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penyampaian adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mengungkapkan kejadian atau fakta dengan menggunakan beberapa aspek seperti pengumpulan data, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan beberapa faktor, antara lain manusianya atau SDM yang kurang memahami akan pentingnya crew training serta minimnya pengetahuan dan pengalaman yang dimiliki awak kapal tentang prosedur operasi ship to ship. Kemudian faktor lingkungan yang terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu pertama faktor dari luar: Keadaan laut, cuaca atau perairan (angin, arus, cuaca, kedalaman dan lebar sempitnya perairan), yang kedua faktor dari dalam: Faktor tetap (bentuk kapal, konsruksi diatas geladak) dan faktor tidak tetap (sarat kapal, trim kapal, keadaan muatan). Komunikasi yang baik juga sangatlah diperlukan untuk kelancaran proses sandar mengingat pentingnya peran assist tug terhadap operasi sandar ship to ship. The ship’s manouvering is a way to hold the ship’s movement to reach sailing destinations as safe and efficient as possible, by using the facilities contained in ships such as engines, steering and others. Assist tug is so important to assist the manouvering of the ship esspecially to accelerate and simplify the mooring and cashing off process in the port or ship to ship loading process. In this case, the research was carried out on the MV. Mara, which is carrying out the moor manouvering for coal cargo transfer operations in Muara Berau, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. Based on the background above, the author formulated several problems, the first is why the role of assist tug in ship to ship process needs to be optimized, the second is what kind of constraint are faced in the ship to ship process with the role of tug assist, and the third is what efforts have been made to contend the problem in the mooring process with the role of tug assist. The purpose of the study are to find out what are the factors that caused the incident when the motion process ship to ship in the MV. Mara given a solution about what efforts should be taken to overcome the incident that had occurred during the process of leaning onto the ship with the role of tug assist in the MV. Mara is. In this minithesis, the research method used in delivery is a qualitative descriptive research method to reveal events or facts using several aspects such as data collection, interviews and documentation. From the results of the study found several factors, including human beings or human resources who lacked understanding of the importance of crew training, knowledge and experience possessed by the crew about the ship to ship operating procedures. The second factor consisted of environment, namely the first from the outside factors: the state of the sea, weather or waters (wind, current, weather, depth and width of the narrow waters), both factors from within: fixed factor (ship’s type, construction on deck) and non-fixed factors (draft, trim, cargo condition). Good communication was also very necessary for the smooth process of anchoring given the importance of the assist tug on the operations of the ship to ship. This problem must be immediately optimized and overcome. At the end of the minithesis section the author presents conclusions and suggestions

No full textABSTRAK Karang Taruna Sukabakti saat ini memiliki koperasi simpan pinjam namun hal ini mengalami masalah terkait sulitnya mencari data peminjam dan penyimpan serta pendataan masih secara manual yaitu menggunakan pembukuan tentu pembukuan tesebut dapat menyebabkan sistem pendataan mudah mengalami kerusakan. Dari masalah tersebut penulis berinisiatif membuat koperasi simpan pinjam menjadi modern yaitu dengan menggunakan sistem pendataan secara digital yang dapat memudahkan pendataan pada penyimpan dan peminjam. Dengan sistem pendataan secara digital ini tentu diperlukan metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang diinginkan. Berdasarkan hasil analisa pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan Metode Agile dengan model Personal Extreme Programming (PXP) sedangkan tools yang digunakan berupa ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) dan UML (United Modelling languange). Sistem pendataan secara manual tentu membuat proses pekerjaan menjadi lambat dan memakan waktu. Hasil dengan sistem pendataan secara digital dapat memberikan yang baik tepat cepat dan efisien waktu dalam proses pendataan.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, metode agile, Extreme Promgramming. ABSTRACT Karang Taruna Sukabakti currently has a savings and loan cooperative but this is experiencing problems related to the difficulty of finding borrower and depositor data and data collection is still manual, namely using bookkeeping of course the bookkeeping can cause the data collection system to be easily damaged. From this problem, the author took the initiative to make savings and loan cooperatives modern, namely by using a digital data collection system that can facilitate data collection on depositors and borrowers. With this digital data collection system, of course, a method is needed to get the desired results. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the author uses the Agile Method with the Extreme Programming (XP) model while the tools used are ERD (Entity Relationship Diagram) and UML (United Modeling Language). Manual data collection system certainly makes the work process slow and time consuming. Results with a digital data collection system can provide good results quickly and efficiently in the data collection process. The problem faced in the current system is that the processing of goods data, administration and printing of reports using the xls format in Microsoft Office Excel is still an obstacle for employees and shop owners, because the current format is still limited, including in processing data. Both employees and owners can manage all existing data without any restrictions to employees, so that privacy matters are known by employees. The second thing is there are still human errors experienced during the operation. The third thing is that the printing of the report must first filter the required data,so that it takes a long time. In addition of these three things, the current owner also needs an operating system that can be used flexibly and efficiently in data processing. Therefore, the author makes an information system that is appropriate and needed by the problems faced by the Meeclo store owner. In this study the author used the Waterfall method as a reference in the process. The information system produced in this study can process incoming and outgoing transaction data to make various types of reports that are easy and fast
Mechanical properties of black sugar palm fiber-reinforced concrete
No full textThis article reports the results of an investigation on the engineering properties of concrete containing black sugar palm fiber. Three fiber lengths of 15, 25, and 35 mm in four volume fractions, namely 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, and 0.8, were utilized in this investigation. The values of compressive, flexural, toughness, first crack deflection, first crack toughness, and toughness indices are reported for ages up to 90 days. It was observed that the addition of palm fibers slightly increased the flexural strength of concrete. The incorporation of the fibers had no significant effect on the compressive strength. The mix with 0.8 volume fraction and 35 mm length fiber gave higher toughness and ductility compared to other mixes. © The Author(s) 2011
