College is a party that played a strategic role in improving the progress and quality of education . The quality of education can not be separated by the lecturer . Lecturers must have the necessary qualifications, given the different professions faculty with other professional fields . This is due not only required in academic quality , but are required to have the capability of delivering communication with students . The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the motivation of faculty competence in teaching and learning at the Widyatama University of Bandung . The research method used is descriptive method , while the data analysis tools used are simple linear regression analysis . The results showed there is a significant positive effect on the motivation of faculty competence in teaching and learning lecturer there Widyatama University of Bandung. Suggestions in this study , the lecturer should dtugaskan accordance with formal educational background , and to increase the motivation of the teaching process , agencies should provide training , as well as the consideration of return above the award relevant to the faculty so that faculty have high motivation

No full textThis article is based on the authority of Ninik Mamak as a condition of marriage, in Pangkalan Baru village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. And get sanctions if you violate these customary rules. The purpose of this study was to determine the authority of Ninik Mamak as a condition of marriage. This research is a field research, and the author uses a legal anthropological approach, using structural-functional theory. The results of the research that the author obtained from Ninik Mamak's authority in establishing the law have values, norms and motives from these sanctions, looking at the elements of Ninik Mamak's leadership belonging to the extended family element, which protects the community in order to create a safe, peaceful and prosperous society. peace. Customary law applied to the community is a law that is specific to each village that adheres to it. Because, each particular region has a difference in determining a legal provision made in its territory. So, the existence of Ninik Mamak's authority as a condition for marriage in the new Pangkalan village is an obligation that must be followed by the community, because this tradition is a relic of previous ancestors who have family ties and have values, norms, from these traditional traditions. It is the purpose of the Ninik Mamak tradition as a condition for marriage in the new Pangkalan village, so that its sustainability can be maintained and not lost over time.“Artikel ini dilatar belakangi dari otoritas Ninik Mamak sebagai syarat perkawinan, di desa Pangkalan baru Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar. Dan mendapatkan sangsi apabila melanggar peraturan adat tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui otoritas Ninik Mamak menjadi syarat pernikahan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan, dan penulis menggunakan pendekatan antropologi hukum, menggunakan teori struktur-fungsional. Hasil dari penelitian yang penulis dapatkan otoritas Ninik Mamak dalam menetapkan hukum memiliki nilai, norma dan motif dari sangsi tersebut, melihat dari unsur kepemimpinan Ninik Mamak tergolong kepada unsur kekeluargaan luas (extended family), yang mengayomi masyarakat agar menciptakan kehidupan bermasyarakat yang aman,damai dan tentram. Hukum adat yang diterapkan pada masyarakat adalah suatu hukum yang bersifat khusus pada setiap desa yang menganutnya. Karena, Setiap wilayah tertentu memiliki perbedaan dalam menentukan suatu ketentuan hukum yang dibuat pada wilayahnya. Maka, adanya otoritas Ninik Mamak sebagai syarat pernikahan di desa Pangkalan baru suatu kewajiban yang wajib diikuti oleh masyarakatnya, karena tradisi ini adalah peninggalan dari nenek moyang terdahulu yang memiliki keterkaitan kekeluargaan dan memiliki nilai-nilai, norma, dari tradisi adat tersebut. As a framing, author using social capital theory which wants to know the strength of the network in a particular group. In this study the strength of Ninik Mamak network and its related tribal equations. The method used in this research is qualitative research method by using ethnography approach. The findings of research that the authors get in the field related to the existence of ninik mamak in Nagari Muara Panas on the elections simultaneously in Solok District in 2015 found that the people of Nagari Muara Panas still recognize the existence of ninik mamak in the middle of society and still believe in the words ninik mamak this Proven in terms of tradition and also the political aspect.

The purpose of this study is to study the communication to Ninik Mamak (Klen Leader), Nagari Community, Ninik Mamak to the Nagarinya Society to achieve social and economic development and the welfare of the Sungai Pua Nagari community. From this research, it is hoped that the benefits for the Nagari Government, Ninik Mamak in communicating messages based on the concepts, communication models, plans and communication strategies in Nagari Sungai Pua will be achieved by the social and economic welfare of their nagar communities. This type of research is a qualitative study, describing activities, phenomena relating to human relations, research data sources using secondary and primary data in the form of books, with library research techniques and data analysis techniques how to systematically compile data obtained from the field both in the form of notes and documents and data are studied and conclusions are made so that they are easily understood by the author himself and others who read them

Activities carried out are by using internet media in developing sales or better known as e-commerce. In the field of economy or trade, IT is used to improve the performance of trading companies, increasing competitiveness with other similar companies. Besides that, often the application of IT is carried out to get a lot of advantages that can be taken for a trading business. Thus the author plans to design a system that aims to help process buying and selling transactions at Ninik Fashion. This e-commerce application was built by providing facilities such as: a product catalog containing product images and information, purchase procedures, order delivery costs, total cost of all transactions and monthly sales reports. The purpose of establishing this information system is to make it easier for customers in buying and selling activities, more secure business security, and more effective and efficient management of products without the interference of a second party. The development of this information system is carried out using the waterfall method. Why use the waterfall method? because this method is a classic model that is often used in software development. Apart from using the method, system development also requires testing, this system uses blackbox testing and SUS (System Usability Scale) testing

No full textThis thesis examines the siliah Jariah tradition in buying and selling low-income land in Nagari Kinali, West Sumatra Province. This research departs from Ninik Mamak's authority to provide approval for the sale and purchase of low-income heritage land. Based on Ninik Mamak's authority, a tradition was born, namely siliah jariah. However, in practice there are variations in the implementation of the siliah Jariah tradition . This diversity is motivated by the absence of official regulations governing the implementation of the siliah Jariah tradition from either traditional institutions or the Nagari Government. Departing from this, this research wants to see how the siliah Jariah tradition is practiced in buying and selling low-lying inheritance land in Nagari Kinali, see the relationship between the determination of Siliah Jariah money and the authority of Ninik Mamak with Max Weber's theory of authority and see what the status of Siliah Jariah money is. from the perspective of sharia economic law.
This type of research is field research . To answer the research question, the author uses a legal sociology approach with Max Weber's theory of authority and a sharia economic law approach with the Ujrah (wages) contract and gifts developed using a systems approach . The author analyzes whether the practice of siliah Jariah is included in the authority stated by Max Weber and analyzes the position of Siliah Jariah in the muamalah fiqh contract. This thesis uses qualitative methods, while in collecting primary data the author carried out observations and interviews. Meanwhile, the author obtained secondary data from various other sources to complete research needs. This research was conducted in Nagari Kinali, which was determined using random techniques .
This research revealed that the practice of siiah Jariah in Nagari Kinali occurred under the authority of Ninik Mamak in granting approval for the sale and purchase of low-income inheritance. However, there are no official regulations either from traditional institutions or from the Regional Government that regulate the implementation of siiah Jariah. So that a variety of meanings emerge from Ninik Mamak and the community in carrying out the tradition of siiah Jariah. The authority possessed by Ninik Mamak is part of rational legal authority because it is regulated in West Sumatra Regional Regulation Number 2 of 2007 concerning Ninik Mamak's authority. Furthermore, the status of the siiah Jariah contains the provisions contained in the ujrah contract or visible wages from Ninik Mamak who receives the Siliah Jariah either by determining the number of Siliah Jariah or Ninik Mamak who does not determine the amount of Siliah Jariah. Meanwhile, the status of siliah Jariah as a gift contract can be seen from Ninik Mamak who did not receive Siliah Jariah. Because according to Ninik Mamak, who does not accept siliah Jariah , Ninik Mamak's authority in guarding inheritance should be exercised and should not be replaced with wages

issues raised by the author based on the data inferred by the author.
The results of the study revealed that the cause of mining business operators
violated the agreement that had been agreed between the people of Teluk Kanidai
village and mining businesses as a condition for opening the business, because the
factors in the agreement were not explained on the edge of the cliff in the event of
a natural disaster (flood). The role of Ninik Mamak in resolving the conflict is
very optimal so that the party who participates in the conflict can accept the
directions given by Ninik Mamak. While the obstacles that occur in resolving conflicts are the lack of witnesses in resolving conflicts, it is not clear the cause of land collapse from the community, the edge of the cliff is not determined during the flood, there is a defense from the business family when resolving the conflict. The conclusion from the results of this study is that Ninik Mamak is very responsible for what happened to her child in order to remain in her environment where children do not disagree and also Ninik Mamak carries out her duties fairly in resolving conflicts

This study aims to determine the causes, consequences and roles of ninik mamak and indigenous peoples in setting sanctions for perpetrators who carry out same-ethnic marriages in Kenegerian Logas Tanah Darat (Luhak Nan Sambilan). The method used in this study using observation methods, by conducting interviews and questionnaires to the object of research. Respondents who were interviewed in this study were ninik mamak and community leaders. The questionnaire in this study was given to actors of same-ethnic marriage in Kenegerian Logas Tanah Darat (Luhak Nan Sambilan). The results of the research based on a combination of existing data and facts and interviews with several respondents, namely ninik mamak, community leaders and perpetrators of same-ethnic marriage found that same-ethnic marriage will have an impact on family and social life which is less harmonious leading to undesirable things, namely receiving customary sanctions . ethnicity is important for someone who is going to get married/marriage so that later they will not be subject to customary sanctions

This study aims to determine the application of learning patterns PBMP (Empowerment Through Thinking Questions) to increase awareness of metacognition in learning Biology MIA in class X - 2 at SMAN 8 Malang . This research was conducted during two cycles , each cycle includes stages : 1) initial Reflection / pre-action, 2) action planning, 3) Implementation and observation , 4) Reflection. The number of students in the class XMIA - 2 as many as 34 students . After analyzing the data , metacognition skills in the first cycle was 56.8 while the second cycle of 70.5. This metacognition skills measured using metacognition rubric (adapted from Corebima, 2011). This column is used to determine the metacognition skills by analyzing the answers to the written test in narrative form of KD 3.7 and 3.8. The conclusion of this research study PBMP patterns can improve the skills of metacognition in learning biology at XMIA - 2 grade students of SMAN 8 Malang . The author gives advice to other researchers to integrate pattern into PBMP teaching models on Curriculum 2013
