AEVI-17 Investigasi Outbreak Anthrax di Kabupaten Kulon Progo Tahun 2017
No full textPada tanggal 10 Januari 2017 Balai Besar Veteriner Wates mendapatkan laporan dari Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Kulon Progo tentang adanya kasus beberapa orang sakit kulit dengan gejala luka dengan bagian tengah berwarna kehitaman, dan ada bagian yang melepuh, dugaan sementara gigitan serangga tomcat. Dengan informasi tersebut BBVet Wates langsung membentuk tim untuk kunjungan ke lapangan. Tujuan untuk mengetahui penyebab dari penyakit tersebut. Metode melakukan kunjungan langsung ke lokasi kasus, pengambilan sampel dan pengujian laboratorium. Hasil dan pembahasan bahwa orang yang pernah terkena kasus penyakit kulit tersebut sejumlah 14 orang di 3 dusun yakni, Dusun Ngaglik, Penggung dan Ngroto, dusun yang sempat dikunjungi adalah dusun Ngaglik, semua penderita di desa Ngaglik telah sembuh walaupun meninggalkan bekas luka. Hasil wawancara dengan Kepala Dukuh Ngaglik dan beberapa orang penderita diperoleh data kematian ternak sejak bulan Nopember 2016 hingga tanggal 10 Januari 2017 sejumlah 1 ekor sapi dan 13 ekor kambing. Gejala kambing sebelum mati beberapa tidak diketahui, beberapa menunjukkan gejala kejang. Hasil kultur anthrax dari sampel tanah di 2 tempat pemotongan paksa dan sampel sisa daging kambing dari refrigerator dengan nomor epid 0032/01/2017, hasil uji tanah dengan kultur dan PCR menunjukkan hasil positif Bacillus anthracis, sedangkan hasil uji drift daging menunjukkan kultur negatif Bacillus anthracis, akan tetapi dengan uji PCR positif anthrax patogen
Fabrikasi Lapisan Antirefleksi Dengan Bahan Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) Menggunakan Metode Spin Coating (Halaman 30 S.d. 33)
No full textTelah dilakukan fabrikasi lapisan antirefleksi dengan bahan methyl methacrylate dengan metode spin coating. Lapisan methyl methacrylate dilapiskan pada substrat kaca kemudian diputar dengan kecepatan 1000 rpm dengan metode spin coating. Untuk membuat lapisan anti refleksi dibutuhkan indeks bias substrat lebih besar dari pada lapisan film, sehingga salah satu bahan yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah methyl methacrylate dengan indeks bias 1,49. Dari hasil fabrikasi didapatkan nilai ketebalan lapisan adalah 10,816 µm. karakterisasi hasil fabrikasi dilakukan menggunakan spektrometer UV Vis dengan panjang gelombang (390- 450) nm dan menghasilkan transmisi lebih dari 87,842% dan absorbsi kurang dari 0,056 %. Dari hasil transmisi dan absorbsi bahan tersebut maka hasil refleksi relatif kecil sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai lapisan antirefleksi
From the Church, With the Church, and For the Church: Another Look at the Significance of Parachurch for Church Growth
No full textThis article discusses parachurch (hereinafter referred to as the Organisasi Pendamping Gereja / OPG). According to Jerry White, a parachurch is all forms of spiritual ministry whose organizational structure is not under the control of the church. Reflecting on this definition, in reality, the relationship between the church and the OPG is not always harmonious, and there is often tension between the two. One of the negative issues that arise is regarding the existence of OPG. There are some churches who question the existence of the OPG and see the OPG as their rival. This article provides a perspective on the existence and important role of OPG for church growth. For this reason, this article uses a qualitative method through a literature review and is supported by the results of interviews that the author conducted. The contribution of this research is to erode the negative views held by the church regarding OPG and to encourage the church to collaborate with OPG in carrying out God's mission. From the OPG side, this article can show that the OPG should not and cannot be separated from the church
Influence of location and promotion on consumer purchase decisions of Geprek Express Samarinda city
No full textThis article was created with the aim of identifying the influence of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Geprek Express outlets in Samarinda, with a population of 258 people, where the sample in this study used 15% of the total population, namely 39 people. To get the data in this study, the author uses a questionnaire or a questionnaire, with a simple linear regression data analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the partial calculation show that the T-count number has a lower number than the Ttable can be said that there is a joint influence of location and promotion on purchasing decisions at Geprek Express Gerai Bumi Sempaja outlets, Samarinda city. So marketing field of Geprek Express in Samarinda City to further increase promotional activities so that the products from Geprek Express are better known by the wider community so as to foster public interest in buying these products
Pengaruh Peningkatan Fraksi Hampa Terhadap Penurunan Tekanan Waterhammer Akibat Penutupan Katup Secara Tiba â Tiba Pada Pipa Horisontal
No full textWaterhammer phenomenon, single - phase as well as two - phase flow through pipes, valves, pump instalations, and other instruments are not expected, because it can destroy the system. The magnitude of waterhammer pressure rise effect motivates the author to study effect of void fraction on the Waterhammer pressure rise.
The materials used in the research are liquids whose kinematic viscosities are 1) = 0,8342 cSt, U = 2,2522 cSt, U = 2,6346 cSt, U = 2,9027 cSt, U = 3,2802 cSt and air from a compressor. The instruments used in the research are a PVC pipe of 19 mm (3/4 inch) diameter, flexiglass of 19 mm (3/4 inch) diameter, a membrane, strain gage, strain amplifier, analog to digital converter, solenoid valve, which are assembled to waterhammer apparatus.
The result of the research is that void fraction can effect waterhammer pressure rise.

BATUAN PEMBAWA EMAS PADA MINERALISASI SULFIDA BERDASARKAN DATA PETROGRAFI DAN KIMIA DAERAH CIHONJE, GUMELAR, BANYUMAS, JAWA TENGAH
No full textThe bearing rocks and hosted rocks of base metals and gold in Indonesia generally occurs in Tertiary age of volcanic rocks. However, base metals and gold mineralizations in Cihonje area, Gumelar, Banyumas that have potential as hosted rocks of base metals and gold are in Tertiary sedimentary rock. Therefore, the rocks need to be investigated by field research for sampling and then laboratory petrographic and chemical analysis for some selected rock samples. The results obtained are calcareous sandstones, silicified and argillitized breccias and mineralized as members of the Rambatan Formation; sandstones as a member of Halang Formation that has weak propylitization and slightly mineralized; andesite basaltic of Kumbang Formation and veins of metal - quartz- adularia - calcite. Alteration and hydrothermal mineralization is caused by the intrusion of basaltic andesite Kumbang Formation that has shape of sill or dyke. From SiO2 vs K2O contents and FeO */MgO versus SiO2, some volcanic rocks samples of Kumbang Formations indicate the composition of basalt and basaltic andesite that are partially in tholeitic series, but generally are calc - alkaline. Members of Rambatan Formations and Lower Halang Formations interpreted as hosted rocks, Kumbang Formations are hosted rock and metal bearing rocks, while veins of metal-quartz-adularia-calcite are the metal bearing rocks. The sulphide minerals consist of pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, galenas. Gold mineralization and base metal occurred in epithermal–mesothermal and low sulphidation zones.ABSTRAKBatuan pembawa logam dasar dan emas di Indonesia umumnya terdapat pada batuan volkanik berumur Tersier, namun berbeda dengan batuan yang berpotensi sebagai pembawa logam dasar dan emas yang terdapat di daerah Cihonje, Gumelar, Banyumas yang terdapat pada batuan sedimen Tersier. Kondisi ini mendorong untuk dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui kenapa keberadaanya pada sedimen Tersier. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut dilakukan penelitian lapangan, pengambilan conto batuan terpilih untuk dilakukan dianalisis petrografi dan kimia batuan. Hasilnya menujukkan bahwa didapatkan batupasir gampingan, breksi tersilisifikasi dan terargilitisasi serta termineralisasi sebagai anggota Formasi Rambatan, batupasir anggota Formasi Halang terpropilitisasi lemah serta sedikit termineralisasi, andesit basaltik Formasi Kumbang dan urat-urat kalsit-adularia-kuarsa-logam. Alterasi dan mineralisasi hidrotermal yang terjadi disebabkan oleh intrusi andesit basaltik Formasi Kumbang berbentuk sill atau dyke. Pada batuan volkanik Formasi Kumbang kandungan SiO2 vs K2O dan FeO*/MgO vs SiO2 menunjukkan komposisi basalt dan andesit basaltik yang sebagian termasuk seri toleitik dan umumnya kapur – alkali. Batuan anggota Formasi Rambatan dan Formasi Halang bawah diinterpretasikan sebagai jebakan (perangkap), batuan Formasi Kumbang sebagai jebakan dan pembawa logam, urat kalsit-adularia-kuarsa-logam adalah pembawa logam. Mineral – mineral sulfida terdiri dari pirit, khalkopirit, sfalerit, galena. Mineralisasi emas dan logam dasar dapat terjadi pada zona epitermal – mesotermal bersulfida rendah
STRUKTUR GEOLOGI DAN LITOLOGI SEBAGAI KONTROL MUNCULNYA MATA AIR PANAS DI GUCI DAN BATURADEN, JAWA TENGAH
No full textThe Guci and Kalipedes hot springs, in northwestern slope of Mount Slamet, Central Java appears on the contact between volcanic breccia rocks with lava flows. The hot springs is located on a structure lineament or fault, west-east trending for Kalipedes hot springs and Northwest-Southeast lineament direction for Guci hot springs. The Baturaden hot springs located at the southeast slope of Mt. Slamet appear on the contact between polimicbreccia with lava in a relatively northwest-southeast trending river valley. Breccia rocks generally have higher permeability compare to relatively impermeable lava flows. Volcanic rocks in the study area composed by olivine basalt, basaltic andesites, pyroxen andesite with fairly high potassium content or as calc alkaline basalt or andesite affinity. The presence of the main structure controlling the appearance of hot springs evidenced by radonstudies that show a high radon value to > 40 bpm/L showed high permeability that is interpreted as a weak zone due to the of the geological structure or fault activities in Kalipedes and Guci areas while in the Baturaden, the radon content is relatively low so that estimated the main control of the hotspring is permeability differences. The presence of the geological structure or the faults could be proven through magnetotelluric research.AbstrakMata air panas Kalipedes dan Guci di lereng baratlaut Gunung Slamet, Jawa Tengah muncul pada kontak antara batuan breksi gunungapi dengan aliran lava. Mataair panas tersebut terletak pada suatu kelurusan struktur atau sesar berarah barat-timur untuk mataair panas Kalipedes dan kelurusan berarah baratlaut-tenggara untuk mataair panas Guci. Mataair panas Baturaden yang terletak di kaki tenggara G. Slamet muncul pada kontak antara breksi polimik dengan lava pada suatu lembah sungai yang berarah relatif baratlaut-tenggara. Batuan breksi umumnya memiliki tingkat kelulusan fluida yang tinggi sedangkan aliran lava relatif kedap fluida. Batuan gunungapi di daerah penelitian disusun oleh basal olivin, andesit basaltik, andesit piroksin dengan kandungan kalium cukup tinggi atau berafinitas sebagai basal atau andesit kalk alkalin.Kehadiran struktur utama pengontrol pemunculan mataair panas dibuktikan dengan penelitian gas radon yang menunjukkan nilai radon yang cukup tinggi sampai tinggi >40 dpm/L dan kelulusan fluida yang tinggi yang ditafsirkan sebagai zona lemah akibat kegiatan struktur geologi di kawasan Kalipedes dan Guci,sedangkan di daerah Baturaden nilai gas radon relatif rendah sehingga diperkirakan kontrol utama pemunculan mataair panas adalah perbedaan kesarangan batuan. Kehadiran struktur geologi atau sesar-sesar tersebut dapat dibuktikan melalui penelitian magnetotelurik
Social Differences, Alienation, Hegemony Depicted in Suzanne Collins’s the Hunger Games
No full textThis study is a literature study which uses the Carl Marx theory as the theory to find the social difference, alienation, and hegemony in the novel The Hunger Games. This issue is very interesting to be dug in order to know how the social difference, alienation, and hegemony depicted in a novel. This research applies library research in which the data are about the journals, other opinions, and books. This study also applies descriptive qualitative method as the research method and concerns to the novel as the primary data. This research purposes to find out how social difference is depicted in The Hunger Games novel and how alienation and hegemony are depicted in The Hunger Games novel. The result of this study showed that the novel delivered the theory of the social difference, alienation, and hegemony well. Based on the scenes in the novel, the stories contained the issues and it could be found by using codes of the words used by the authors. In the novel, the author described the huge difference of life of the Capitol as the bourgeois and the District 12 as the proletarian. The difference could be seen from the way of their economic conditions, appearances, the foods, the environments, and the knowledge of the characters while the alienation could be seen from the nature and the activities of the main character, Katniss. The alienation happened to the main character supported by the act of the hegemony done by the Capitol since the stricted rules were applied in the districts.
Pembuatan Website TPKK ITS
No full textUntuk mengenal lebih dalam tentang visi mula – mula yang ada pada mereka yang memperjuangkan berdirinya persekutuan TPKK ITS, maka kita tidak dapat terlepas dari persekutuan YPPA Lahai Roi.
YPPA Lahai Roi dimulai tahun 1974 oleh Ibu Dian Anggraini dengan mengajak beberapa mahasiswa Universitas Airlangga untuk mengikuti Pemahaman Alkitab (PA) di rumahnya. Pada perkembangan selanjutnya seorang mahasiswa ITS, Mas Indarto (sekarang staf dosen FTSP ITS) ikut juga dalam kelompok tersebut. Mas Indarto pun mengajak beberapa mahasiswa Kristen ITS diajak juga dalam persekutuan yang diadakan tiap hari Rabu.
Mengingat persekutuan tersebut belum dapat menjangkau mahasiswa ITS, maka mereka memperjuangkan ijin untuk diadakannya persekutuan mahasiswa di dalam kampus ITS, pada saat itu di ITS hanya ada PPHB (Panitia Peringatan Hari Besar) yang hanya dapat mengadakan pembinaan dengan penyelenggaraan peringatan hari besar.
Akhirnya kegiatan persekutuan dimulai di ITS pada tahun 1986 oleh Nur Husodo, dkk dan kemudian resmi diakui dengan nama TEAM PEMBINA KEROHANIAN KRISTEN (TPKK) pada tahun 1987. Semenjak itulah Persekutuan Mahasiswa Kristen (PMK) mengadakan kebaktian Jumat sampai hari ini.
Pada saat ini TPKK ITS ingin membuat sebuah website yang dapat memudahkan dalam mengelola data, baik mahasiswa, dosen, maupun alumni. Website ini menggunakan framework Laravel, Javascript, dan MYSQL untuk basis data.
Maka dari itu pada kesempatan kerja praktik ini, penulis melakukan pembuatan website untuk TPKK ITS. Pembuatan website dimulai dari awal. Fitur-fitur yang sudah dibuat dan berjalan antara lain: manajemen user, management landing page, dan manajemen data.

To get to know more about the original vision that existed for those who fought for the establishment of the ITS TPKK alliance, then we cannot be separated from the YPPA Lahai Roi alliance.
YPPA Lahai Roi was started in 1974 by Mrs. Dian Anggraini by inviting several Airlangga University students to take "Pemahaman Alkitab" (PA) at her home. In the next development, an ITS student, Mas Indarto (now an ITS FTSP lecturer) also joined the group. Mas Indarto also invited several ITS Christian students to be invited to join the fellowship which is held every Wednesday.
Considering that the fellowship has not been able to reach ITS students, they are fighting for permission to hold a student fellowship on the ITS campus, at that time at ITS there was only PPHB (Panitia Peringatan Hari Besar) which could only conduct coaching by organizing holiday celebrations.
Finally, fellowship activities were started at ITS in 1986 by Nur Husodo, et al and were later officially recognized as TEAM PEMBINA KEROHANIAN KRISTEN (TPKK) in 1987. Since then Persekutuan Mahasiswa Kristen (PMK) held Friday services until today.
At this time the TPKK ITS wants to create a website that can make it easier to manage data, both students, lecturers, and alumni. This website uses Laravel framework, Javascript, and MYSQL for database.
Therefore, on this practical work opportunity, the author made a website for TPKK ITS. Website creation starts from scratch. The features that have been made and running include: user management, landing page management, and data management
