Perbandingan Pengaruh Penempatan Arrester Sebelum dan Sesudah Fco sebagai Pengaman Transformator 3 Phasa terhadap Gangguan Surja Petir di Penyulang Pandean Lamper 5 Rayon Semarang Timur
Azis Nurrochma Wardana, Arkhan Subari, in paper comparison of the effect of placement arrester before and after FCO as safety of 3 phase transformator from interruption of lightning at Pandean Lamper 5 Feeder, East Semarang explain that problem of the studied is location of arrester at distribution which have is same function and target but owning location of different arrester. Location of arrester relate to wiring of arrester with transformer and fuse Cut Out (FCO) owning target to give protection at transformer of over voltage. In the last location of this arrester require to study again about its efficacy of its at transformer. Efficacy of pr otection at such transformer is efficacy of passed to protection is transformer by minimizing over voltage that happened at the transformer so that equipments and transformer which its of him do not experience of damage. By considering factor influencing the level of voltage of surge and current of surge that happened at each system, like wiring of arrester, length of wire, apart arrester which is utilized in system location of arrester, steepness of wave come, speed creep waving surge, and Basic InsulationLevel (BIL) equipments, so that is in the final got one of location of correct arrester as 20 kV distribution transformer protection
Optimasi Pelaksanaan Penertiban Pemakaian Tenaga Listrik (P2tl) sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Saving Kwh dan Penekanan Susut Non Teknis di PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Semarang Selatan
Irene Ega Novena Putri, Arkhan Subari, in this paper explain that this study will describe the existing condition P2TL implementation in Rayon South Semarang, examine the root of the problem of lack of optimal implementation of P2TL, and describes efforts to optimizing the implementation in Rayon P2TL South Semarang. The method used is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. The approach used to establish the conditions of implementation P2TL is through observation by setting a good standard P2TL, examining implementation procedures and examined the results of the implementation P2TL P2TL in January-March and discussed the obstacles in its implementation. The approach used to discuss in detail P2TL performance in January-March was through discussion violations committed customers, the amount of saving kWh for three months, the effect of saving kWh in the percentage of shrinkage, and effort optimizing the performance of P2TL. Results of this research note that saving kWh obtained in January-March amounted to 48 599 kWh, or approximately 13% of the targeted savings through the implementation P2TL kWh, thus concluded that the performance P2TL not optimal. Effect of kWh saved is able to suppress shrinkage in January by 0.16% and in March by 0.5%. Efforts should be made in order to optimize the implementation of technically P2TL is through Early Detection of Violations. Perencanaan Filter Pasif untuk Meningkatkan Kualitas Daya Listrik di Kampus Diploma III Fakultas Teknik Undip
Arkhan Subari, Saiful Manan, in this paper explain that most electronic equipment is non-linear load. Likewise with the equipment in campus buildings Diploma III Faculty of Engineering. Non-linear load is a load that has a voltage waveform supplied from non sinusiodal although sinusoidal voltage. Non-sinusoidal wave causes the shape of the voltage becomes distorted or defects that result in decreased quality of power. The defect wave called harmonics. To dampen harmonics on non-linear load can be used filter. With the addition of a filter on the power system, then the waves of unwanted harmonics can be suppressed as small as possible. In addition, harmonic filter at the fundamental frequency can compensate for reactive power and is used to improve the power factor of the system. From the measurement results in the Diploma Program Campus FT Undip found that the influence of harmonic waves big enough. THDv reached 32.13% while the THDi amounted to 7.85%. It affects so cos phi cos phi measured just 0.72. After the installation of a passive filter, the value THDv and THDi be good lebik ie 1.61% and 0.39% to reach 0.94 cos phi measured
Simulasi Penentuan Lokasi Gangguan Satu Fasa pada Jaringan Tegangan Menengah 20 Kv Berbasis Arduino Mega 2560 Dilengkapi dengan Monitoring melalui Vtscada
Danu Nur Ashifa, Arkhan Subari in this paper explain that in a distribution network of 20 KV, short circuit interference often occurs. Short circuit interference will produce a fault current that is felt by protection equipment. Each fault current will differ depending on the distance of the interference. Determining the distance of interference can not be displayed in SCADA, SCADA will only display the amount of interference and which equipment works. Determination of distance is carried out after analysis by the officer. Based on this matter the compiler makes a simulation tool where the tool can monitor the location of the disturbance from the nearest protective equipment that feels a single phase short circuit interference. The simulation tool consists of Arduino Mega 2560 which functions as a control center. The input used is a potentiometer as a simulator of the impedance magnitude that occurs during a single phase short circuit where the potentiometer will provide input in the form of a signal. And Omron LY2N relay which functions as protection equipment. After the experiment, the results obtained are that the tool can determine the location of interference from the nearest protection equipment based on changes in the bits read by Arduino. The larger the bits read by Arduino, the more distant the interference occurs from the protection equipment. 125 bits will produce an Arduino impedance calculation of 2.6 ohms so that the fault location is 0 km from PMT while 1023 bits will produce an impedance calculation of 21.30 ohms so that the fault location is 4.5 km from SSO

Academic information system is developed to meet the needs of process and academic data that is also always growing. One of growing academic process is the implementation of Credit Transfer System (CTS). Credit Transfer System is an academic process whereby every Diponegoro University student can attend lectures in subjects that are interested without being tied to courses and curriculum. The realization is that every student can take a course or KRS interest in any study program in Undip. With the implementation of the CTS, the Academic Information System should be developed by adding new features to adopt the system. Web Secure Login Design With Symetric Encription RC-6 Algorithm
Authentication techniques that use at many web pages and easy to do is use user-id and password. However, these techniques are vulnerable to theft user-id and password when sent from client to server. For that given an alternative security by encrypting the user-id and password at client side before being sent to the server. The algorithm used is symmetric algorithm RC-6, designed with javascript on the client side and PHP on the server side. Based on RC-6 Symmetric encryption algorithm, the research done by creating a generating keys script for encryption and decryption, encryption RC-6 with javascript, decryption RC-6 with PHP and the design of a prototype web page with a login that already uses encryption. Using the program fidller and wireshark shows that a web page with login form that does not use encryption to send user-id and password in plaintext form so easily obtained by the sniffer. While in the web pages that use encryption, user-id and password is sent in the form of ciphertext. The addition of a web page access time is shown by firebug, where on the web pages that use encryption are adding an average access time of 64.67 ms
Design of Real Time Heart Rate Monitoring System With ARDUINO UNO R3 Based on Android Application
The heart is an important organ for humans. Heart disease has claimed many lives. It happened because not everyone can do regular heart checks. High cost and time wasted could be the reason. Even a lot of heart disease is detected when a disease was so severe that treatment be late. Though the heart is the organ that affects other organs, in other words, the good performance of the heart as the source of much-needed work of other organs. One of the things that can be done is to check regularly to determine the condition of the heart through a number of heartbeats per minute. By knowing the condition of the heart then anyone can change the pattern of life and maintain food intake better, so that the heart will change to a more healthy condition. Therefore the heart rate monitoring system application to be made. Only by writing gender and age, everyone can use it and do not have to wait for a medical expert. The application can determine the condition of the heart in good condition, weak or bad through the calculation of the number of heartbeats using easy way, so that they can consult with medical experts and of course heart health can be maintained without taking expensive and complicated way, simply by changing lifestyle and exercise regularly. This application runs on Android based smartphones that connected to ARDUINO UNO R3 modul to detect heart rate.

Managing University Accreditation Documents with an Online-Based Data Collection System
By implementing digitalization, organizations and companies can increase and maintain competitive advantage, because it can increase productivity, innovation and reduce costs. One of the activities carried out by organizations is data management, including organizations operating in the education sector, such as universities. In managing a university, there are various kinds of data that must be managed. Data on the number of students, number of research studies, number of services, etc. need to be managed well. The data is usually stored in several separate places. If managers need information, they have to collect the data from several sources and process it manually using software such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Excel. This causes the process of searching for information to take a long time, because there are several stages that must be carried out before getting the information in question. In this study, we developed web-based data management information system in universities using Waterfall Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) method. The information system that was developed passed the Black Box method test with 100% of the possible points. According to this outcome, every feature created is in line with the executed design
DESAIN WEB SECURE LOGIN DENGAN ALGORITMA ENKRIPSI SIMETRI RC-6
Teknik autentikasi halaman web yang banyak dan mudah dilakukan adalah dengan menggunakan user-id dan password. Namun demikian teknik ini rentan terhadap pencurian data user-id dan password tersebut ketika dikirimkan dari client ke server. Untuk itu diberikan alternatif pengamanan dengan melakukan enkripsi user-id dan password disisi client sebelum dikirimkan ke server. Algoritma yang digunakan adalah algoritma simetri RC-6, dirancang dengan javascript pada sisi client dan PHP pada sisi server.
Berdasarkan algoritma enkripsi simetri RC-6, proses penelitian dilakukan dengan membuat script pembangkitan kunci untuk proses enkripsi dan dekripsi, enkripsi RC-6 dengan javascript, dekripsi RC-6 dengan PHP dan perancangan prototype halaman web dengan form login yang sudah menggunakan enkripsi.
Dengan menggunakan program fidller dan wireshark terlihat bahwa halaman web dengan form login yang tidak menggunakan enkripsi mengirimkan user-id dan password dalam bentuk plaintext sehingga mudah didapatkan oleh sniffer. Sementara dalam halaman web yang menggunakan enkripsi, user-id dan password dikirimkan dalam bentuk chipertext. Penambahan waktu akses halaman web diperlihatkan dengan firebug, dimana pada halaman web yang menggunakan enkripsi terdapat penambahan waktu akses rata-rata 64,67 ms
Implementasi Sistem Informasi Warga Berbasis Web Menggunakan Opensid Di Desa Kangkung, Kecamatan Mranggen, Kabupaten Demak
Kangkung Village is one of the villages in Mranggen District, Demak Regency, which is one of the villages directly adjacent to Semarang, in the east. Because it is on the border with Semarang, Kangkung village is a village with a dense population. It is located in a busy main route area and is in the middle of an industrial area. The total population in Kangkung Village is approximately 1,400 families. The average education level of the people of Kangkung Village is high school and college. Kangkung Village is located in the border area between Semarang and Demak Regency, so it is a relatively developed area but population administration information and file services have not been provided fully effectively, therefore it requires a population data information system that is quite easy to access, fast, accurate and up to date. With these conditions, this service is carried out to help the people of Kangkung Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency in terms of population information system applications which include population information based on age, sex, occupation and information on former population administration including family card information and also ID cards that are accurate, fast and up to date. Thus users of this information can be immediately served when data requests from residents of Kangkung Village, Mranggen District, Demak District. The service is carried out through the following stages: licensing the implementation of activities to related parties, collecting related data, designing and creating an information system application for residents of Kangkung Village, Mranggen District, Demak District based on the data obtained, testing the application to find out whether the application according to need. The result of this activity is that there is a web-based citizen information system that can present population data that is often needed quickly, accurately and up to date. With this information system, population data can be presented faster than the manual method
