This research general purpose is description wish to condition of
involvement reality of public in education, while purpose of special description of
enableness wish to of enableness public in process of study faces national test as
school partner and government.
This research approach is qualitative research, is research about data
collected and expressed in the form of words compiled in sentence. Research
approach applies fenomenology. Research subject is committee chief, headmaster,
and teacher, and parent. Data collecting method applies in-depth interview,
observation, and documentation. Analysis data analytical technique interactive.
authenticity of data applies trianggulation technique.
Result of research that is : Enableness of public in process of study faces
national test can be done in the form of giving idea inputs, proposal about school
program as according to requirement of public, gives contribution of fund or
defrayal in the effort supporting school program operational.
The role of school in process of study faces national test is executed with
effective study activity, construction and tuition of extracurricular activity like
boy scout, athletics, les or addition of hour (clock evening learning, performs a
communication and forwarding of information of school program through school
committee plenary meeting, etcetera.
School characteristic and public in process of study faces national test in
State Junior High School 1 Ceper Klaten by the way of increasing service to
public especially student parent, cooperates in compiling activity plan, execution,
and reporting which accountable and open. Despitefully, existence of feedback in
increasing quality of education which in the form of activity of communications
and information periodical about various activities executed by school especially

Today Curriculum management is increasingly getting the attention of scientists in the field of education, it is supported by the education policy since the enactment of Law number 22 of 1999 and revised in 2004 with the new law number 32 of 2004 on regional autonomy, about decentralization so that regions have the authority to provide policy direction in education management. The purpose of the research is to describe the management of madrasah based curriculum in MAN 1 Kota Metro. Methods of data collection through interviews, observations and documents are then analyzed with descriptive qualitative. Conclusion in madrasah based curriculum management integrated with Modern boarding school (boarding school) include: 1). Planning, madrasah make curriculum based on Vision and Mission and analyze SWOT, the formulation of curriculum socialized to stakeholders then made into madrasah curriculum after obtaining validation from Ministry of Religious Province Lampung , 2) .The implementation of curriculum, madrasah in carrying out supported by a strong managerial, innovative, creative and aviation academic situation is conducive to implementing the needs of the learning environment effectively, 3). Evaluation of curriculum conducted by madrasah includes context, input, etc.

Problem dan Solusi Pengembangan Perbankan Syariah Kontemporer di Indonesia
Contemporary development of the national banking today is being a serious international spotlight. Since national economic crisis, the national banking is often unable to compete with foreign banks in Indonesia. On its symptoms, a national banking customers are coming from an average of lower middle class. This condition was not even able to raise the welfare of Indonesian people to be better life to just get out of the shackles of ‘poverty’. Especially Islamic banking in Indonesia, the beginning of its presence is expected to be the main solution to the problem of poverty in this state, but it also can not do much. It refers to data from Bank Indonesia, the Islamic banking business unit transactions in Indonesia in 2008 has increased to Rp. 24 trillion that is equivalent to 1.8 percent. But in fact, it is just superficial, because it is basically only able to contribute at 2:98, when compared with conventional banking. The large gap that happened is caused by three main issues: the legality aspects, human resources aspects, and aspects of less innovative marketing strategies. To solve the problems needs some strategies namely; improving the quality of service and professionalism, products innovation, qualified human resources, etc.</p
Quality Development Model of Management Islamic Religious Higher Education of Nahdltul Ulama
Quality management was a systemic mechanism in ensuring the sustainability of University. This lack of quality Islamic Religious Higher Education / Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam (PTKI) including Islamic Religious Higher Education NU / Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (PTKI NU) resulted less productive and competitive. The aim of this research was to describe the implementation of the development of high-quality management education in the Islamic Religious Higher Education of Nahdlatul Ulama or Perguruan Tinggi Keagamaan Islam Nahdlatul Ulama (PTKI NU). The method was qualitative based on multisitus through inductive analysis. The result showed that in planning of quality management education which was done by three PTKI NU was systemic and structured, where each University was oriented to improve the quality academic, with varying strategies through a needs analysis process. Next, the implementation of quality management aspects of higher education of three PTKI NU varied and has the same quality management aspects, namely carry out the procedure, preparation of human resources through training, financial support, and focus on in integration of two areas of quality : quality of students and Tri Darma Peguruan Tinggi. Furthermore, the evaluation aspects of quality management implemented mechanisms of self-evaluation, internal academic quality audit.

SUPERVISION IMPLEMENTATION IN MANAGEMENT QUALITY: AN ATTEMPT TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LEARNING AT MADRASAH ALIYAH DARUL A’MAL METRO
The primary purpose of this qualitative study is to identify and analyze supervision by implementing management quality to improve the quality of learning at Madrasah Aliyah Darul A’mal Metro, Lampung. The quality of management implementation is elaborated in the steps of assurance of learning quality. Two instruments, which consist of observation and questionnaire, were used in this study of which each instrument was analyzed based the deductive framework. The results of this study from each instrument revealed four steps of assurance of learning quality, among others (1) by socializing academic supervision program and its advantages to all stake holders, and (2) by implementing stages of assurance through academic supervision by the principals of Madrasah Aliyah Darul A’mal and supervisor, (3) performing supervision that is equipped with valid instrument to measure learning success, (4) performing the follow-up program by clinical and group discussion to provide appropriate model of performance.</p
